The price was reasonable.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our room as it was not what we expected from the advertisement. The listing stated pool view, but our view was actually a green corrugated fence. We later realised there were two different room types, which was not made clear when booking. The room itself had a strong and unwelcoming odour, a cold draft coming through the door, an unstable cupboard attached to the wall, and a curtain being held up with duct tape. The cupboard also contained a wash bowl, detergent, a hanger and other items. Cleanliness was another concern. Before leaving, I checked under the bed and found an old milk bottle, which was very disappointing. Overall, the room did not reflect what we believed we were booking. The condition, cleanliness and presentation could definitely be improved, and the different room options need to be advertised more clearly so guests know exactly what they are paying for.

The unit is old, the drapes are thin, very basic bathroom facilities, the joinery is visible in the internal structure and little to recommend overall. As a result of the drapes being thin the unit was exposed to an outside lamp so it was trying to sleep with the lights on.

Just about everything. This business doesn't meet modern standards. It is clearly a relic from the 1960's. The best thing that could be done is for it to be demolished and a new multi-level development constructed to replace it.

My dishes were oily and dirty when i arrived to my room but my partner used to clean the apple inn before the new management so she just did it herself. She does advise not to rush when cleaning as the quality is effected if the cleaning isn't efficient but overall we loved it,and we will be back in the future.

It was good for our one night stay, the room was much larger than we thought and we were comfortable

The only downfall we had was the shower drainage… either pipe is blocked somewhere or drainage is not fast enough,, the bottom of the shower would fill up while we shower which I personally don’t like but it wasn’t much of a problem to us

Excellent service arrived an hour early and asked for a bigger unit than I had booked. It was no trouble for the staff. One was available and a little increase in cost. Very friendly and accommodating.

A noisy neighbor but they were having a good time and it wasn't keeping me awake. So no real problem

Room was quick to heat up with heat pump, everything clean and tidy, staff very friendly and kind. Quiet location, loved that we can have our dogs to stay, and downstairs made it all so much easier.

Only that it would have been nice to have a single bed for the 9yr old boy but we managed with the couch. 😊

Room was filthy - kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky and there was like mud in one corner. We asked for the floor to be washed again, but little improvement. We had to wash our shoes before on check out. There were stains up the walls near the bed and eating area. The pool was full of leaves and goodness knows what else. Didn't risk a swim. Kitchen cooktop was stained and dirty, so didn't use it. Too overpriced for the room.

I like that the room had a heat pump, electric blanket etc the manager was very welcoming, cleaner gave some good tips about were to wash my clothes if needed and also said the kitchen that the Solomon workers is open for me to wash my dishes if needed..

l I think every room should have a kitchen regardless the status of the room basic hygiene. Or at least have a table were you can prepare your meals. I had to use the bed.. oh and the light out side the room the porch needed cleaning

Could do with a revamp, fix the paint in the shower , starting to Crack, get rid of the old table and just have a built in shelf . Hid the short extension cord gor the tv , could be a health hazard. Bedside lamp would be nice. Shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Perfect location for where I needed to go! Shops were nice and close also.

Was a bonus having a deck looking over the pool!

The beds were not comfortable Inside the shower was dirty and shower pressure was slow and water was coming out fast enough The fridge freezed our drinks and milk Internet didn't work No batteries in the TV remote The bed side and kitchen cupboard was broken Fridge door kept jamming One more thing is that we didn't like the fact that the cleaners went in our room while we weren't around and we were not notified that they were going around to do room service

We came down for a family wedding therefore the only good side to this property was that it was closer to family homes and amenities.

The pool is a little kids splash pool and the paint was all peeling off making it seem like it was very filthy. The whole motel had a weird smell like it hadn’t been cleaned properly and I’m pretty sure it was the carpet smelling. Chairs had disgusting stains on them. Beds were creaking all night and uncomfortable. Very dim lighting and my parents rooms were flickering when turned on. We tried to save money to stay here but we wished to have spent a little more money and stayed else where. Disgusting.

There were broken windows, the stairs were filthy (bird poi everywhere), bird droppings on the handrails. We were only given one face cloth for 3 people, there was no spare toilet paper and we ran out. The beds were clean and comfortable. We felt quite unsafe with people on either side of our room making a lot of noise. There were also a lot of seasonal workers loitering about. We wouldn’t stay here again.
