Sehr gepflegtes Resort, man fühlt sich wie in einer eigenen Stadt. Die Restaurants bringen eine gute Abwechslung zum Buffet. Zimmer waren alle sauber und sehr geräumig.

Der Strand war erwas dreckig, Zigarettenstümmel, Plastikabfall und vieles mehr.

Direkt am Meer, Privatstrand mit Liegen. Das Zimmer inklusive Ausstattung war top, sehr modern. Personal sehr Aufmerksam. Weinbar top! Nachts konnte man in Ruhe schlafen.

Im Mainrestaurant und im Steakhouse-Restaurant hat es noch Luft nach oben. Service aber sehr aufmerksam. Das Verhalten der Gäste! Man hat sich zum Teil fremd geschämt. Anstandslos.

Das Essen und das gesamte Personal waren fantastisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Kinderfreundlichkeit – wir haben uns mit unserem einjährigen Kind jederzeit sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch der Kinderclub „Storyland“ hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist traumhaft schön, äußerst gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Atmosphäre ist dadurch besonders ansprechend und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Für unser einjähriges Kind waren die Pools leider nicht optimal geeignet, insbesondere der Hauptpool und angrenzende Kinderpool, da dieser für kleine Kinder zu tief ist. Auch das Meer ist aufgrund der nördlichen Lage des Hotels und der dadurch häufig sehr hohen Wellen für Kleinkinder leider nur bedingt geeignet und teilweise sogar gefährlich. Der Strandabschnitt selbst hingegen ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir außerdem die Wasserqualität bzw. die Optik des Hauptpools. Das Wasser wirkt teilweise merkwürdig milchig und hat unsere Badesachen stellenweise grünlich bzw. gelblich verfärbt. Die vielen Treppen in der Anlage können mit einem Kinderwagen teilweise eine echte Herausforderung sein. Man musste oft lange Umwege nehmen, welche mit Kinderwagen möglich waren.

הריזורט ענק, יפה ומטופח מאוד. כל אנשי הצוות נעימים, שירותים ומסבירי פנים. האווירה רגועה ונעימה. יש בו הכל - החל מנשנושים, אלכוהול חופשי, מסעדות ועד בר עם הופעות. מומלץ מאוד.

האוכל הן בחדר האוכל והן במסעדות ברמה טובה אך לטעמי מעט נמוכה ביחס למלון ברמה כזו.

מלון מהמם ביופיו, צוות שירותי מאוד, יש הרבה מה לעשות במלון והאוכל היה טעים מאוד. אהבנו את הפעילויות השוטפות שיש למלון. לחלוטין נחזור שוב!

La nourriture est médiocre, le restaurant principal n'est qu'une grande cantine. Les personnes à l'accueil sont dans l'ensemble désagréables. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolés contre le bruit. Aucune activité.

We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before but the location, facilities and staff hospitality at Mitsis Selection Rinela were all top notch and justified the high nightly cost of staying. We were upgraded from a garden room to a double room with shared swimming pool which made for an even better experience.

Fabulous family suite with shared pool (upgrade). Wine bar - knowledgeable staff and excellent wines and suchi and cheese boards. Adults only, so a great place to start the evening. Destination for quieter breakfast for those in premium rooms. Great beach location. Pool bar, beach bar, theater bar, ice cream stop, pizza stop and BBQ - always easy to grab a snack or drink during the day. The new kids splash park looks great (many mums and dads also loving the water slides). Free minibar replenished each day; water, soft drinks, beer and wine.

Main restaurant is like a worlks canteen at dinner, only louder! But food is excellent and satff are great. Loungers at main pool packed like sardines, same with umbrellas and loungers on the beach. A la carte restaurants quieterbthan main restaurant but service sometimes very rushed, as if on a conveyor belt to get you out ASAP. Occasional glitches with housekeeping: missing shower mats, coffee or minibar not fully replenished. On final approach to HER so if you a re bothered by plane noise, it could be a problem

Wspaniały hotel. Podróżujemy dużo i mamy spore porównanie, a ten hotel jest absolutnie wspaniały! Wszystko jest dopracowane, nie można niczego znaleźć na minus. Polecam wszystkim.

One positive point is that the hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. The common areas and rooms were clean, and overall we had no major complaints regarding cleanliness.

We stayed at the hotel as a family — a couple with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby — for six nights. We were looking for a luxurious and pampering vacation, and based on the advertisements and photos we saw of the hotel, this was exactly what we expected to get. Unfortunately, our experience was quite different. Let’s start with the food. The food in the main restaurant was almost the same every day, with very little variety or effort to change the menu. There was a very limited selection of salads and not much variety overall. Quite often, the food was dry, and in our opinion, it was not particularly tasty. Overall, we would rate the food around 6–7/10. The hotel also has several restaurants that require advance reservations. Two weeks before our arrival, I contacted the hotel and asked how we could make reservations, but nobody replied to my message. When we arrived, we were told that reservations could only be made through the hotel’s app. We downloaded the app and tried to book, only to discover that all the restaurants were already fully booked and there were no available tables. We spent the next two days going back and forth with the hotel until they finally arranged reservations for three restaurants for us. We appreciated that they eventually helped us, but this should not have been such a difficult process in the first place. The staff, however, were very nice. There is really nothing negative to say about them. They were friendly, polite, and always smiling. Now, regarding the pools: Unfortunately, there was very little organization. Yes, there are drink and snack stations available around the pools throughout the day, which is nice, but the areas were not cleaned frequently enough. People drink throughout the day, and by the end of the day there were piles of used cups around the sun loungers. Another major issue was the lack of available sunbeds. Several times, we went to the pool after breakfast and could not find a single available sunbed.

Schönes Hotel. Genügend Liegen am Strand. Mehrere kleine Restaurants die man aber schon am ersten Tag buchen sollte.

Das Essen im BuffetRestaurant ist qualitativ sehr gut aber leider bei den Vorspeisen zu wenig Auswahl.

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour s’est bien déroulé. L’hôtel est moderne.

Les chambres sont très mal nettoyées. La femme de ménage passe très rapidement et ne nettoie pas vraiment la chambre. Le service de chambre n’est vraiment pas au niveau. La qualité du restaurant italien est médiocre. L’ensemble des restaurants sont plutôt médiocre aussi.

Отель очень светлый и красивый, персонал дружелюбный, любой вопрос решали быстро и всегда чувствовалось внимание. Номера убирали качественно каждый день. Пляж с мелким песком прекрасный, лежаков много. Рестораны а ля карт карт обязательны к посещению, особенно понравился греческий. Суши бар отдельно, без записи можно посещать. бар на пляже, станции с пиццей и снэками в течении дня. В основном ресторане всегда гриль, и все было очень вкусно. Программа с живой музыкой каждый день, шоу программы в амфитеатре.

Jedzenie w głównej restauracji było bardzo słabe jakościowo i smakowo. Zdecydowanie nie był to standard 5* hotelu. Dodatkowo, w hotelu jest za mało leżaków - ludzie musieli siedzieć na krzesłach lub pufach. System rezerwacji restauracji a’la carte zupełnie nie działa. Obsługa w hotelu - zwłaszcza na recepcji nie jest zbyt pomocna, nie potrafi rozwiązywać problemów i przerzuca odpowiedzialność na dane departamenty.

Great beach and very nice staff! Room had a beautiful view and enough space for a family of 4.

The À la carte restaurants were fully booked and could only attend once while we were there. The swimming pool are was all the time full. Cleaning of the room could have been better and the food in the buffet was ok but not 5 star quality. Also our mini private pool (could be used by 4 rooms) was full some days with several people so not sure they were guest of those rooms..

Facilities.

We got our room at 14:00 and it wasn't even close to our Family suite with personal courtyard. We got a simple room with all the beds in the same room and we have to climb two floors to get there without an elevator.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin. Les restaurants sont excellents, avec beaucoup de choix et une très bonne qualité. Chaque repas a été un vrai plaisir. Le personnel est également formidable : toujours souriant, agréable, à l’écoute et très professionnel. Le service est irréprochable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Petit conseil : pensez à réserver les restaurants avant votre arrivée afin d’être certain d’avoir une place dans ceux que vous souhaitez découvrir. La plage de sable est magnifique, très propre et idéale pour la baignade. On peut s’éloigner assez loin du bord tout en gardant pied, ce qui est parfait aussi bien pour les familles que pour ceux qui aiment profiter de la mer en toute tranquillité. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wunderschönes Hotel ,sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer! Hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer und einen swim up direkt vor der Terrasse . Einfach was man wissen sollte Besuch in den Restaurants früh genug noch zuhause buchen da es schwierig wird mit einem Tisch. Das Essen im Haupt und großem Restaurant ist Geschmacksache . Sonst alles sehr gut

The one genuine highlight was the staff—throughout the entire hotel they were genuinely lovely, accommodating, and wonderful people. The kids club staff in particular were engaging and great with the children.

The resort felt like an active construction site. The pool was dirty with floating plastic bottles on arrival, a construction truck was parked outside our room with no clear removal date, and the air reeked of tar and burning materials throughout our stay. Our newly constructed room smelled heavily of paint, and we found improperly cut cables and debris left inside—particularly concerning with two young children, including a baby. Outside our door, staff stored enormous bags of dirty laundry and cleaning supplies. The air conditioning was stuck on cooling mode for the entire stay, even when nighttime temperatures dropped to thirteen degrees—after five complaints, a technician finally admitted the entire building's system needed to be switched over to heating. The kids club kept children inside a convention center all week, even on sunny days when temperatures reached twenty-two degrees. The steak restaurant required a five-day wait to book, and when we finally got there the steaks were dry and the salads uninspired. Service across the hotel was slow, with waits of up to twenty minutes even for a simple coffee. Additional info: The resort has been reporting the images I have attached trying to get those removed.

- Różnorodność posiłków i restauracji. - Super plaża przyjazna dla rodzin. - Fajny basen. - Dużo leżaków zarówno przy plaży jak i przy basenie. W zasadzie nie było sytuacji, żeby nie udało nam się znaleźć dwóch leżaków obok siebie. - Parking przy samym hotelu działa nieźle mimo niewielkiej liczby miejsc parkingowych. - Wi-Fi działało dobrze.

- Tłumy ludzi. To naprawdę duży obiekt z bardzo dużą rotacją gości. Kolejki były na porządku dziennym. - Hałas. Prosiłem o cichy pokój, a dostałem pokój nad imprezą. Pokoje na pierwszym piętrze w głównym budynku są mega głośne i nikt nas o tym nie uprzedził. Codziennie (!) od 21 do 23 panuje duży hałas, więc jeśli nie planujesz zabierać małego dziecka na imprezę do 23, usypianie i sen będą wyzwaniem. Dwie rzeczy zupełnie nie działają w tym hotelu: - System ręczników plażowych. Wielokrotnie nie mogliśmy doprosić się o dostarczenie ręczników. Recepcja kazała czekać na nie w pokoju, ale nie pojawiały się nawet przez godzinę! Ostatecznie okazało się, że można je odebrać samodzielnie w recepcji. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tym, żeby ręczniki plażowe były w hotelu tak "racjonowane". - System rezerwacji do restauracji à la carte. Obiekt ma 4 restauracje à la carte. Recepcja każe rezerwować miejsca przez aplikację mobilną (a jedynie w razie niepowodzenia prosić w recepcji). Niestety pierwszego dnia pobytu nie mogłem zarezerwować niczego w większości restauracji (i to na 10 dni pobytu!). W "Steak House" dostępne były jedynie terminy na dwa ostatnie dni wyjazdu, i to dopiero po 20:45 (zbyt późno dla rodziny z małym dzieckiem). Podobnie było z lunchami: w wielu miejscach nie dało się samodzielnie zarezerwować terminu, a gdy później przychodziłeś do restauracji, sala świeciła pustkami. Recepcja w końcu zarezerwowała dla mnie kilka terminów, ale nie rozumiem, po co sugerować rezerwacje przez aplikację, skoro to nie działa.

I love a different Mitsis Hotel a lot so I loved everything that reminds me of Mitsis brand in this hotel. Other than that the botanical gardens and that they don’t shoo away the cats were my favourite parts

Most of the staff were miserable and rude they didn’t know I was Greek and I understood what they were saying they also were cussing a lot in front of customers. The food was alright but I kept comparing it to the other Mitsis I love which is WAY better Also to comment on the bars and creperie, gyros and pizza place they were all mediocre to really bad unfortunately

Όλα ήταν άψογα από το δωμάτιο , το χώρο του ξενοδοχείου , το φαγητό και και το προσωπικό. Όλοι ήτανε πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και διαθέσιμη πάντα να βοηθήσουν !! το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Schöne Hotelanlage, tolle Zimmer. Großteil des Personals sehr freundlich! Super hilfsbereit (unser Baby wurde krank und die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit). Es war sehr viel los, aber das hat sich im großen und ganzen gut verteilt.

Zimmer etwas klein (mit Baby). Lange Wartezeiten bei Essen/Trinken am Pool + Strand. Essen in Restaurants gut, allerdings größtenteils bereits ausgebucht.

After my back surgery, it was very difficult for me to walk up to the third floor, and we truly appreciate that our situation was treated with understanding and care. We would also like to mention that the check-in process took a very long time, and the waiting was quite exhausting, especially after traveling and considering my condition after surgery. We hope the check-in process will be faster and better organized for future guests.

The hotel is amazing! - Very clean and well maintaned (gardens, pools, beach,...everything is being arranged by the staff everyday, all day!). - The room (we had a front row balcony room) is very confortable, with lots of space and all the amenities available. - The beach is great! With a bar for drinks, a pizza station (the pizzas were very tasty!) and a barbecue corner. On the pool there's another bar with drinks and a station for ice cream, crepes, sandwiches, waffles, etc - 24h available food among the buffet and the 4 or 5 restaurants. We tried the buffet, the steak house and the greek restaurant...all very good. The breakfast is also very tasty, with lots of options and, because the hotel is so big, there are 2 available places for breakfast. Ours was next to the beach, with a amazing view. Perfect to start the day. - The staff was always very friendly, from front desk to cleaning staff, to waiters,...everybody! - Every night the hotel offered 2 live shows at the same time in different locations (main bar and beach bar). - The location is not central, but it's just 20min away from the old town by car and 15min to the airport. - The concierge service is very quick and they always managed everything we needed. - Regarding some reviews I saw in advance: the planes don't bother at all. They're landing almost every 30min, but you only notice it if you're at the beach and you barely hear it with the sound of the waves. The hotel is very family friendly with lots os space for the kids to run and play. We had no kids with us, but it was perfectly fine to have lots of them around us having fun. Plus, if you don't want kids around, there's always the option to go to an "adult only" hotel. - In general, great hotel! It was perfect for us to spend 4 days relaxing, spending time (lots of it) at the beach, eating whenever we wanted, sleeping,...just good life and not worring about a thing.

- During the breakfast and the buffet, the drinks are not available for self service. We had to order and it took always quite some time to get some drinks. Plus, they serve the drinks in very small glasses and it's very difficult to order a 2nd drink. Also in the main bar, where it is normal not to have self service drinks, the drinks take a long time to be served (we waited more than 20min for a simple espresso in the morning with only our table and two more being served). And at night, when it's more crowded, it was always more than 30min to be served with a simple cola or orange juice.

Great for a long week end getaway. Close to airport, everything on site and to good quality.

Het personeel, de uitstraling en stijl van het hotel. Daarbij de restaurantjes met veel keuze in lekker eten. De cocktails en drankjes bij de barretjes waren heerlijk en van goede kwaliteit! De kamers, toiletten, strand en zwembad waren erg netjes en schoon. De bedjes bij het zwembad en het strand waren top iedereen had plek en de mega ligbedden waren perfect, op tijd opstaan als je deze wilt bemachtigen.

Er is niets wat mij niet beviel, overal was aan gedacht. Wij hadden een maand voor de vakantie de restaurants gereserveerd, dit raad ik zeer zeker aan! Wij aten elke dag met zonsondergang want deze zijn prachtig op deze locatie. Het nummer om te reserveren kan je vragen via mail of Booking.com chat.

De kamers waren zeer goed, enkel de ligzetel waarop een 3de persoon kon slapen was eerder aan de kleine kant en minder comfortabel. Verder was alles heel goed in orde. Ook het eten was zeer lekker en de bediening zeer vriendelijk.

We hadden verwacht dat er in de welness ook een sauna, hammam, infrarood, ... was maar het was enkele een klein zwembad en de mogelijkheid om behandelingen te volgen. De ligzetel was minder comfortabel en eigenlijk niet zo ideaal om een 3de volwassen persoon op te laten slapen.

This resort is truly exceptional, from the warm and welcoming staff to the fantastic amenities. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a villa that had its own private pool, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return! We often share our wonderful experiences about the resort and how much we loved our time in Crete. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff; your efforts really made a difference!

Aesthetically this resort is beautiful. The beach and views are beautiful. Our room was tidy and clean and had everything you need.

Our swim up pool was absolutely freezing cold. We couldn’t even swim in it even on a hot sunny day. Most of the staff was friendly, however there was this one receptionist who was very rude to us with every encounter. We had just come from Dreams Corfu all inclusive, the swim up pool temperature was alot more pleasant to swim in cold but not freezing and the restaurant quality for food was a lot better aswell as the service. We received 5 star service from all their staff which is what we paid for and expected the same at Mitsis Rinela but didn’t get, which was disappointing because we booked based on reviews.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön! Sehr schöne Hotelanlage und auch die Zimmer waren super schön, gross und vorallem comfortabel. Es war überall sauber und das Essensangebot war toll. Würde ich auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Was für uns auch wichtig war, dass ein schöner Strand vorhanden ist - dies war auf jeden Fall der Fall.

Am Abend wäre es gut gewesen, wenn ein bisschen mehr Unterhaltung stattgefunden hätte.

מקום מדהים! צוות המקום אדיב ושירותי, המלון נהדר, שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם כניסה לבריכה שהיה פשוט מקסים (קיימת בריכה אחת גדולה ועוד מספר בריכות קטנות לחדרים), לא יצאנו בכלל מהמלון בזכות חווית הכל כלול ומגוון האטרקציות שהיו במלון, מדובר במלון אידיאלי לזוגות!

Really amazing all inclusive resort. We had an amazing time. The Greek restaurant was by far the best. The beach was beautiful.

Absolutely everything about our stay was first class. The hotel was exceptional, the food in all restaurants, including buffet was fantastic. So much choice. The staff were also all wonderful. We had a superior double sea front with shared private pool and we could not fault anything about it. We even had the delightful Marina bringing us drinks all day around the pool, she was a delight. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Czystość i wystrój pokoju. Duża liczba leżaków na plaży oraz przy basenie. Atrakcje hotelowe.

Pobyt w hotelu niestety rozczarował pod względem jakości. Jedzenie serwowane w formie bufetu było na bardzo niskim poziomie – przypominało raczej stołówkę niż restaurację w hotelu tej klasy. Obsługa sprawiała wrażenie zmęczonej i momentami była nieprzyjemna. Co prawda dostępne są restauracje à la carte, jednak wymagają wcześniejszej rezerwacji i nie ma gwarancji, że danego dnia uda się tam zjeść. Również w tych restauracjach dało się odczuć słabą jakość używanych produktów. Na duży minus zasługuje także woda w pokojach – była wyraźnie słona i mocno chlorowana, co zdecydowanie obniża komfort. Moim zdaniem hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek; pod względem standardu i jakości usług znacznie odbiega od europejskich norm.

The resort is very clean and well maintained. The mini bar was full and the room was cleaned to a good standard daily. We didn’t feel the need to leave the resort once which is rare and the facilities were very pleasant. Special shout out to marina who works serving drinks poolside, she was an absolute delight and the highlight of our trip always smiling always willing to help and never let a glass run dry we will definitely be returning in the future.

Not much not to like, the only thing I might say is a lot of the sharing pools are labelled as sharing pools on the map however they are actually private pools (private pools also listed on the map) so there was some confusion but saying that there was no issue getting a spot around the main pool so everyday we had somewhere to chill.
