Das Personal war super freundlich

La struttura affaccia sul mare e conta di una piscina di acqua salata di medie dimensioni. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto di avere tutto a portata di mano la piscina (lettino e ombrellone incluso) e La spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni (non inclusi). Il personale è gentile, professionale e ospitale. La vista dalla camera mozzafiato di fronte ad un mare bellissimo. 10 minuti circa dall'areoporto di Heraklion (30 euro il costo dosso del taxi da areoporto a hotel e viceversa) e nei pressi dell'hotel raggiungibili a piedi ottimi ristoranti e taverne con prezzi più che ragionevoli. In altre parole se siete al Themis beach non avete bisogno di noleggiare una macchina tutto è a portata di mano e se volete fare le escursioni ci sono agenzie che organizzano il pullman a pochi minuti dall'hotel. La colazione in hotel è veramente abbondante consumata in una grande sala con vetrate di fronte al mare oltre a tutto quello che si aspetta da una colazione internazionale, l'ottimo yogurt greco, la feta e anche altri cibi caratteristici locali.

Junior Suite: abbiamo prenotato questo tipo di camera perché altre non erano più disponibili quindi affrontando una spesa diversa da quanto previsto. Le dimensioni della stanza non corrispondono agli standard di una junior suite ma di una camera standard, quello che ha reso particolare la nostra camera è stato il fatto che avesse una grande terrazza di fronte al mare condivisa con altre camere dello stesso taglio ma in ogni caso ogni camera ha un suo patio con lettini e poltrone dedicate quindi appena entri in camera non hai affatto l'idea di una j suite e rimane piuttosto deluso ma se ragioni in termini di spazio esterno dedicato allora trovi il senso della denominazione junior suite. Quindi in sostanza spazi interni alla camera molto ridotti ma spazio esterno considerevole e soprattutto la vista del mare con i riflessi prima dell'alba e poi del tramonto è veramente uno spettacolo incredibile. Aria condizionata: Nonostante la junior suite, tre notti su sette l'aria condizionata ha smesso di funzionare. Il personale è stato gentile ci ha messo a disposizione un ventilatore ma ci ha spiegato che durante la notte viene abbassata l'erogazione della corrente elettrica e i primi impianti a risentirne sono proprio quelli dell'aria condizionata. Quindi non dipendeva dalla struttura ma nello stesso tempo La struttura non ci aveva informato prima di questa situazione. In genere aprendo le finestre sulla terrazza sul mare sicuramente c'è un'aria molto bella ma siamo capitati in una settimana dove come anche in Italia le temperature erano estreme anche di notte e quindi questo non ci ha aiutato. Cassaforte: se si vuole utilizzare bisogna pagare un extra di €25 sinceramente è la prima volta che in un hotel mi viene fatta una richiesta del genere.

Рядом пляж без камней, у бассейна бар работает с 10 - в нем есть несколько коктейлей, снежки. Бассейн нам показалось содержит морскую воду. Есть анимация. У нас был номер с большой террасой, видом на море, своими шезлонгами - поэтому нам очень понравилось.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es absolut weiterempfehlen! Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer, eine schöne Poolanlage und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand gehabt.

Die direkte Lage zum Strand ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das ganze Hotel ist sauber.

Die Angestellten vom Spa waren recht aufdringlich und wollten kein Nein akzeptieren und haben die Leute immer weiter angesprochen auch wenn man gesagt hat man möchte nichts.

Viešbutis buvo patogioje vietoje, tik apie 20 km nuo oro uosto ir visai šalia jūros. Personalas malonus, aplinka rami.

Nors viešbutis yra visai šalia jūros, paplūdimys yra viešas, todėl jame daug vietinių, o gultai – mokami. Prie baseino gultą reikia užsiimti labai anksti – po 9 val. ryto laisvų vietų praktiškai nebebūna. Taip pat reikia turėti savo rankšluostį arba mokėti 7 € viešbučiui už paplūdimio rankšluostį. Susidarė įspūdis, kad prie baseino taip pat gali lankytis vietiniai. Viešnagės metu susidarė įspūdis, kad atostogaujame prancūzų viešbutyje, nes dauguma veiklų ir pramogų vyko prancūzų kalba. Keliaujant su vaikais veiklų pasirinkimas labai mažas, o tai, kas siūloma, dažniausiai vyksta prancūziškai. Maisto pasirinkimas taip pat gana nedidelis. Turėjome pusryčius ir vakarienę, todėl džiaugėmės, kad nesirinkome „viskas įskaičiuota“ – pietus mieliau valgėme vietinėse kavinėse. Mums, kurie mėgstame keliauti ir aplankyti lankytinas vietas, viešbutis tiko. Tačiau tiems, kurie planuoja visas atostogas praleisti viešbutyje, ypač su vaikais, šio viešbučio nerekomenduočiau – gali būti gana nuobodu.

La gentillesse du personnel , le répas toujours frais , l'emplacement superbe , proche de la plage , belle piscine , et ce que j'appréci le plus , les chaises longues en quantités , pas besoin de chercher un emplacement .

les ascensseurs ne fonctionnent pas super bien , beaucoup de vagues sur la côte nord , mais tout ça n'est pas bien important .

We stayed at this specific resort for a week while we were in Crete and honestly it was lovely! For the price it was truly perfect. The location is great, the staff is lovely (especially the ladies working the reception desk, our check in was handled by Despina and she was an absolute gem, always helpful and sweet), the rooms are decent nothing fancy but always clean (thanks to the very sweet cleaning staff) and they have all the necessities! The food for an all inclusive hotel is also great! Not 5 star cuisine obviously but we always found something to eat and there was plenty to choose from. While the animation program is in French the pool actives like the water Zumba are still enjoyable even if you only speak English or the like! Oh and also the location is really neat we were right next to the beach so the view each morning when heading down for breakfast is great. Additionally there’s a bus stop really close by so you can head into Heraklion that way instead of paying for an expensive taxi (though heads up the buses may be less regular and accessible than you’re used to if you’re from Germany like we are). And ofcourse there’s supermarkets and the like near by if you need to buy anything on the fly. Honestly no major complaints, we’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

The one thing I guess we could nitpick if we had to is that it’s more of a „3 meals a day and drinks (like if you want booze or a coke) when you want them till 11pm all inclusive situation“ not a „they fill the fridge with drinks everyday and there’s food like burgers all day“ all inclusive but honestly that didn’t bother us much we just had to plan out day a bit around the meal times to make it work.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10gg con la bimba di 2 anni. Il personale molto gentile e accogliente. Hotel situato sul mare. C'è varia scelta di cibo, abbiamo avuto all inclusive, anche per chi fa la dieta c'è scelta. Piscina per bambini e adulti ci siamo divertiti molto. Abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di giugno e purtroppo c'era tanto vento e mare ondeggiante per quasi 10gg, non ci è mai capitato mare piatto. La spiaggia è sabbiosa, ombrellone e lettino 10euro al giorno. Vicino ci sono tanti noleggi di macchine, c'è qualche supermarket che si può arrivare a piedi. Nelle vicinanze c'è aquario. Zona del hotel molto tranquilla, in generale quartiere Kokkini hani più per famiglie con bambini. Consiglierei mangiare nel hotel perché nelle vicinanze non ci sono tanti locali, c'è una pizzeria e qualche fast food e baretti a 5-10 minuti a piedi. Aeroporto e a 10 minuti dal hotel.

I cuscini nella camera erano molto alti, l'abbiamo chiesto piu bassi ma ci hanno portato altri uguali. Ed abbiamo preferito a dormire senza cuscini. Qualche giorno sono arrivate tante formiche grosse nella camera nonostante noi eravamo al 3piano.. Quello che non ci è piacuto le giostre per bambini sul territorio andrebbero rinnovati e messi in sicurezza, perché sono rotti e la plastica con tempo ha perso la sua qualita ed è diventata pericolosa per bambini. Ci è mancata anche animazione per bambini qualche divertimento.

Schöne Zimmer mit Meerblick. Essen war okay.

Das Essen war okay aber zu wenig Auswahl und fast immer das gleiche Essen. Ausserdem finde ich es extrem schade, dass man mit all-inclusive nur eine begrenzte Auswahl an Getränken bestellen konnte. Die Pool-Bar war nur bis 18:00 Uhr offen und die andere Bar nur bis 23:00 Uhr. Uns wurde kein Wasser im Zimmer gebracht und leider werden viel Plastik Gläser benutzt. Ausserdem musste man trotz All-inclusive die Badetücher selber bezahlen und die strandliegen leider auch, was ich nicht korrekt finde vorallem wenn man ein All-inclusive Paket hat und fast nichts all-inclusive ist. Ausserdem fand kein Abendprogramm statt, nur 1x an einem Dienstag mit einem Griechischem Tanz. Ausserdem haben die Amateure nur auf Französisch gesprochen, die haben jeweils am Pool und das wassersportprogramm gemacht. Die Lage war leider nicht so toll die schöne statt war 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Zimmer hat nach Holz gestunken…WC auch hat keine Fenster leider es hat einfach nach Keller-Zimmer gestunken…

Die Lage war gut und der Check-In und Check-Out verlief reibungslos. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist sehr schön.

Leider gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden müssen. Die Betten sind wirklich unbequem und die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht richtig und tropft auf den Boden. Der Schlaf war also nicht wirklich erholsam. Das Essen ist wirklich zu bemängeln; totales Chaos, unpassende Musik, jeden Tag Pasta mit geschmacklosen Saucen und nasse Teller. Getränke muss man selber holen. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant haben uns kein einziges mal gegrüsst. Liegen am Strand müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Der Fernseher strahlte die ganze Zeit ein wirklich grelles, blaues Licht aus. Ich musste die Lichtquelle vorübergehend mit zwei Pflaster zukleben. Wir hoffen, dass das Hotel diese Punkte zu Herzen nimmt und sie in Zukunft verbessern wird.

Fomos com o nosso filho de 11 meses e na refeição anterior diziam-nos o que era e faziam sem sal para ele. Fizeram-nos upgrade do quarto standard vista mar para suíte e foi ótimo para o bebé ter mais espaço para brincar.

A comida era boa mas com muito pouca variedade. Só havia peixe ou carne grelhado no momento em cada uma das refeições principais. A praia é pública e paga-se diariamente o aluguer das toalhas, espreguiçadeiras e guarda sol.

Clean and beautiful location

Prachtig hotel wat duidelijk in ontwikkeling is. Ik ben hier nu 2 jaar achter elkaar geweest, voornamelijk om in de omgeving te zijn. In het jaar zijn er veel renovaties geweest, maar zitten zeker ook nog verbeter punten aan. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed van smaak.

De bedden waren niet volledig comfortabel, de kussens waren goed alleen voelde ik de veren van het matras in mijn rug. Aan één kant van het bed zaten maar stopcontacten, waardoor een persoon moest opladen in de badkamer of aan de andere kant van de kamer. De airconditioning in onze kamer deed het niet, waardoor het warm werd met de namiddag zon vol in onze kamer. Doordat de balkons met naaste kamers direct aan elkaar zaten, konden we overdag onze schuifdeur ook niet open houden.

El desayuno es mejorable. Podrían preparar un homelet más completo, con jamón, cebolla y otros ingredientes, y ofrecer un café de mejor calidad.

Le personnel de l accueil très sympathique. L enregistrement rapide et efficace. La vue sur la plage de la terrasse de notre chambre propre et spacieuse. Nous avons dîné au restaurant, le personnel est agréable et nous avons bien mangé. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Merci

Sea front hotel on the beautiful sandy beach.

The room was very tight on space with the sofa bed out for our 16 year old and it made a lot of noise when you moved a small amount. And was uncomfortable.

Das Essen war unfassbar lecker. Alles war wirklich sehr schön und sauber eingerichtet. Das Personal war auch freundlich.

ALLES musste man irgendwie extra zahlen. Liegestühle, Tücher.. usw. Wenn man kein All Inclusive Band an hatte wurde man tatsächlich anderst behandelt. Die Animateure haben nie mit mir gesprochen aber mit allen anderen Gästen schon.

The hotel looked just like the photos, and the staff was very friendly. The location, with its private beach, was lovely, and there was always room at the pool. Perfect for a few days of relaxation.

The meals are very repetitive with little variety. The all-inclusive is just average. A hotel where 70% of the guests are French-speaking tourists. The entertainment is conducted entirely in French because the entertainers don’t speak any English at all. It doesn’t really feel like a change of scenery to hear French spoken all day long and it must be annoying for non-French speakers.

The Location Beach Hotel and choice of pool and sea on your doorstep. Beach Gorgeous and sea lovely clean and warm. Have to pay 10euros for 2 subbed and umbrella and table but well worth it. Has a small private beach bar where you have to pay to buy drinks snacks as shared with public. Hotel pool has free bar for all inclusive and a few snacks. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner absolutely lovely and a wide choice. 4-30pm to 5-30pm free icecreams cornets at pool bar with many flavours. Rooms Beautiful. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Has a souvenir shop in hotel and also sells bottled water. What I enjoyed and really recommend was the daily entertainment staff getting us involved in water polo aqua aerobics beach bowls darts tennis and water sumba. Really good to keep weight down.

I personally would say hotel needs to have disabled toilets near pool and a walkway to pool instead of using steps as hotel have many elderly and disabled holiday makers. They were struggling to walk down stairs and up stairs.

Les animations, le spa massage.

Le manque de variété et de gout de tous les repas, la plage avec bain de soleil payant, serviettes payantes, manque de bains de soleil autour de la piscine, pas de climatisation la nuit (juste une ventilation merdique), climatisation en panne le jour de l'arrivée, coffre fort inutilisable, ascenseurs au fonctionnement aléatoire. Les produits de toilette n'ont pas été remplacés tous les jours

My AC did not work in 2 different rooms. Ceiling stained. Ants in room 2. Charge for beach towel. Charge for beach chair. Worst of all, they had about 9 different flags flying from flagpoles. No USA

Great access to the beach and pool fantastic ammount of space on our terrace we did share with 8 other rooms we had an outside under cover sitting area along with sun loungers and bean bag seats over looking the pool and sea.

We did not have high expectation on the food due to it being an all inclusive package deal hotel we only booked bed and breakfast and the quality of the food at best was average at breakfast and looking at the evening meals available we chose correct.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ O experiență absolut minunată! Ne-am îndrăgostit de acest hotel și de atmosfera lui! Totul a fost peste așteptări, de la camerele curate și confortabile, cu un view superb, până la plaja frumoasă și întreaga locație, care oferă cadrul perfect pentru o vacanță relaxantă. Un mulțumesc special pentru Ioana de la recepție, care ne-a întâmpinat cu multă căldură, profesionalism și amabilitate. Ne-a ajutat de fiecare dată cu zâmbetul pe buze și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți încă din prima clipă, ca niște vechi prieteni. Întregul personal merită numai laude – oameni prietenoși, atenți și dedicați, care contribuie la o experiență de neuitat. Se vede că pun suflet în ceea ce fac și că le pasă de confortul oaspeților. Am plecat cu amintiri minunate și cu dorința sinceră de a reveni. Recomandăm acest hotel din toată inima tuturor celor care își doresc o vacanță perfectă în Creta. Vă mulțumim pentru tot! ❤️🌊☀️

hotel on the seashore, very rich and delicious food selection

STAFF - Very nice staff, everyone was very kind and helpful. Always very polite and smiling. - Very nice ladies at the spa, very kind and very good at their job. LOCATION - Very close to the airport, about a 15 minute drive from Heraklion Airport - Close to programs like Knossos palace, cruise to Dia island, Heraklion old market, Heraklion old venetian port. - The beach is right next to the hotel with easy access to the pool bar ROOM - The room was clean, tidy and good room service. - Good amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, shower gel, hair dryer, shaving kit, hangers. FOOD - A variety of options including vegetarian, carnivorous options. Great selections of meat, cheese and a huge dessert menu. - We arrived late the first day, they prepared us a nice cold platter as dinner. Very pleasant suprise! POOL - Gets cleaned every afternoon, and kept tidy. - Also the beach has nice deck chairs

ROOM - The pictures on Booking and on their official website are mostly computer generated, not everything matches the pictures especially in the suite. (Slight alterations which wont necessarily affect your comfort ~ but still, not the same) - No wifi in the rooms only in the communal areas (restaurant, lounge, bar, beach, pool) - You only get a bottle of water on the first day of your stay afterwards you either have to buy it - The air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Tout était parfait de l'emplacement de l'hôtel à la qualité des services proposés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est très gentil et de très bons conseils pour les visites... Je reviendrai avec plaisir si je dois revenir dans ce coin.

Rien a redire, si ce n'est la proximité avec l'aéroport mais cela n'a en aucun cas dérangé notre séjour.

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer wirklich schön. Es gibt genug Liegen und sowohl die vom Hotel geführte Strandbar als auch die Poolbar sind schön mit freundlichem Personal. Die Lobbybar ist der Knaller wirklich tolle Cocktails und super tolles Personal.

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Aber nach den ersten Stunden Aufenthalt merkt man wo hier gespart wird. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht funktionstüchtig. Jeder Flur, jeder andere Raum ist Kühler und klimatisierter als die Zimmer. Nach 3 schlaflosen Nächten und mehreren Diskussionen konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln und bekamen einen Ventilator. Viele Gäste beschwerten sich massiv über die fehlende Kühlung der Zimmer. Selbst als wir eine zweite Zimmerkarte bekommen haben damit die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag laufen kann, war das Zimmer wärmer als die Außenluft. Lüften geht Prima wenn man die Zimmertüre ebenfalls öffnet und die Fenster/Türen des Flurs öffnet. Aber dann hat man 7 bis 15 Mücken im Zimmer. Auch wenn am 4ten Tag die Rezeptionsdame Johanna wirklich versucht hat mit Zimmer wechsel, Ventilator und einer Möglichkeit überhaupt das Problem erklären zu können, uns zu helfen muss ich sagen beide Herren an der Rezeption waren durchweg unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit sind. So schlecht bin ich noch nie an einer Hotel Rezeption behandelt worden. Nun zum restlichen Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Die Dusche hat so gut wie keinen Druck. In beiden Zimmern funktionierte die Wandbrause nicht richtig, der Knopf fällt einfach aus der Halterung. Das Duschwasser ist sehr chlorhaltig. In beiden Zimmern funktioniert die Badezimmer Abluft nicht. Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe, der Schrank ist winzig, die Couch bequem. Trotz Werbung im Internet hat nicht jede Junior Suite einen Smart TV. Das Wlan ist aber überall kostenfrei und stabil verfügbar. Das Bett ist einfach nur hart. Trotz des Toppers schläft man auf einem Stein. Die "Bettdecke" ist ein großes dünnes Tuch. 1 Decke für 2 Personen. Beide Zimmer waren nur grob sauber. Verschmierte Fenster, Spiegel, zerdrückte Mücken und Dreck in allen Ecken. Auch die Toilette/Dusche/Waschbecken war nicht wirklich sauber aber es ging.

The location is fabulous. The architecture of the junior suite terraces was beautiful. Loved the layout. The receptionists and the main dining room manager were very nice. Didn’t stay long enough to meet others.

The ac system. The acs turn on automatically based on the outside temperature. Supposedly for sustainability reasons. All well and good, but at night it can be hot and still. There are mosquitoes. They only give a fan if you ask for one and even that is in limited supply. The ac protocol for the rooms is not a good one. The food was also mediocre.

Room is smaller than expected but very big balcony (suite). A/C is not cold.

De airco werkt niet optimaal en voor alles bijbetalen bv gebruik van het kluisje op je kamer. De dames van de massagesalon zijn wat opdringerig, niet leuk niet doen. Verder mist er wat aankleding en gezelligheid, wat meer bloemen en sfeer zou beter zijn.

The beach, the pool

1) Both our rooms had air-conditioning that was so weak, even at maximum performance, that it was impossible to sleep with closed balcony door. But opened balcony door meant swarms of mosquitoes getting in immediately. A mosquito net in the door would help immensely. Or, even better, to fix the air conditioning… 2) This hotel being “all inclusive” is kind of a lie. True, there is a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner (low quality and repetitive, by the way), but there is not much more to it. The offer of snacks between meals is extremely limited - you get to choose between a sandwich and a wrap, and there are many hours of the day when you can get no food at all. Most notably, there is literally NOTHING to eat after 21.30. There is ice cream, but only for one hour a day between 16.30-17.30 (which you can only learn the hard way, by wanting an ice cream at 17.35. There is an absolute lack of written information about opening times in general). 3) Hidden costs everywhere. You pay 1.50€/day for renting a towel. You pay 10€/day for using a sunbed at the beach!!! (This is outrageous, in a supposedly all inclusive hotel). The lobby bar stops serving all inclusive drinks at 23.00, which is way too early. Also, it is just ridiculous how many things are NOT included - for example, there are only 4 kinds of cocktails included. And, you cannot get a cappuccino for free. You can only get “filtered coffee” (another button on the same coffee machine) and then pour milk into it. They just try a bit too hard to rip you off.

Waooo, I was really waooed about this hotel, the beautiful stuff, happy and always ready to help, from the reception, the bar the beach bar the restaurant, everyone was happy and accommodating, the weather was not perfect, but I really enjoyed the beach and the pool, I travelled alone and it was safe .. I recommend

Uitzicht vanaf ons balkon in de junior suite. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

De junior suite, hadden ons hier erg op verheugd maar viel tegen. Bed klein en niet comfortabel. Airco werkte niet dit is opgelost met een ventilator. We kregen ook all inclusive aangeboden voor het ongemak. Erg aardig maar niet veel gebruik van gemaakt. Eten was niet top. Ook de locatie viel ons tegen. Wel wat restaurants en barretjes maar niet voor 2 weken.

Stor balkong, fiin utsikt til havet, komfortabelt rom, god mat i testauranten, flott basseng.....

Avreise så tidlig at vi bestemte oss for å få med "frokostpakke" i stedet for å spise i restauranten. Stor skuffelse!!! Pakken inneholdt ikke andre bakevarer enn søte kjeks, og det er i alle fall ikke sunt. Grovbrød anbefales av ernæringsfysiologer i stedet for slikkerier til frokost!

Hotelul direct pe plaja, cu o priveliște superba. Micul dejun foarte variat cu multe opțiuni. Camera spațioasă, cu balcon.

Apa a fost calaie, în niciun caz fierbinte. Te spalai rapid sa nu îngheți. Parcarea nu era cea mai spațioasă, oaspeții care nu știu sa parcheze ocupau câte 2 locuri8 dar nu li se spunea nimic de la recepție.

Das Hotel war für unseren 1 Nacht Aufenthalt genau das richtige. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel ist leider hellhörig und man hört jeden Gast auf dem Flur. Die meisten Gästen hatten sich leider spät abends oder früh morgens nicht ruhig verhalten und dadurch wurden wir öfters geweckt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, nur die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Die Poolanlage und Nähe zum Stand sind sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgiebig und bot viele warme und kalte Speisen an. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man es empfehlen. Man sollte wissen, dass es auch ein All-inclusive Hotel ist und Animation am Pool vormittags angeboten wird.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit schönem Pool. Gutes Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer. Einige Restaurants im Ort.

Ort Kokkini Hani selber hat wenig zu bieten. Keine Strandpromenade

Unfortunately, this property desperately needs updating. The rooms feel very dated and worn, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bedsheets were ripped and felt very poor quality, which immediately gave a bad impression. One of the biggest issues was the overwhelming smell of bleach and cleaning chemicals throughout the room. The smell was so strong and pungent that it made the room unpleasant to stay in. The breakfast was also very disappointing. Many of the items appeared overcooked or burned, and the vegetables were dry and unappetising. Overall, the food quality did not meet expectations at all. Sadly, this was not an enjoyable stay and there are many areas that need significant improvement.

Dla nas istotne byly : spokojny sen i sniadanie przed dalsza droga. Jesli chodzi o sen -"okno na ogrod" okazalo sie oknem na parking i rodzaj budowy.. Dodatkowo podczas deszczu woda z rynny lala sie wprost na balkon i metalowe balustrady, huk i mini basen na balkonie-doslownie.. Co do sniadania- pozornie wybor , niefortunnie zaczelam od nieswiezej jajecznicy, z wyraznym posmakiem zepsutych jaj. W efekcie zrezygnowałam ze śniadania i pozostałam jedynie przy kawie. Dodatkowo bardzo źle oceniam obsługę recepcji — dawno nie spotkałam się z tak nieprzyjemnym i lekceważącym traktowaniem gości.

Very disappointing experience. On April 28, both of us became seriously ill after eating at the hotel (vomiting, fever, severe weakness). This was a serious situation that affected the rest of our stay. After that, we no longer felt safe eating at the hotel and were unable to use the all-inclusive service we paid for. Instead, we had to spend additional money on restaurants outside for the remaining days. For an all-inclusive hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the takeaway breakfast provided on our early departure day was extremely poor (just apples, water, and cookies), which again does not match the expected standard. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations considering the price paid.

Ładne pokoje , z widokiem na morze , duży taras , blisko piękna plaża ,

Bardzo słabe i monotematyczne jedzenie , gdy na kuchni była Pani jedzenie było idealne , nie przypalone oraz po każdym daniu ewidentnie zmieniony olej itd. Niestety Pan Kucharz niestety rzucał wszystko na jedną patelnie , mięso , później warzywa itd.

Ωραία η τοποθεσία και ήταν πεντακάθαρο... Άνετα τα στρώματα και πλούσιο το πρωινό

Δεν δούλευε η θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο ούτε η τηλεόραση τους... Όταν το ανέφερα μου είπαν ότι θα το πουν στον τεχνικό την επόμενη μέρα. Θέλω να σημειώσω ότι έμεινα μόνο ένα βράδυ και έφυγα στις 10 το πρωί

La vue sur la mer est incroyable, le coucher de soleil quand on est au bar de l'hôtel est incroyable (nous sommes partis fin avril). Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont variés.

La gentillesse du personnel de restauration. Les animations pour les enfants/ados/adultes

Perfekt für eine Nacht nach oder vor dem Abflug aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen.

Ist alles auf Massen, bzw. All Inclusive Touristen ausgerichtet, Frühstück war eher billiger Standard, die Getränke an der Bar äußert mäßig, halt All Inclusive geschuldet. Könnte überall auf der West sein, man merkt außer dem äußerst freundlichen Personal nichts vom doch so schönen und netten Gastland. Sichere Parkplätze vorhanden.
