אווירה טובה. שירות מעולה. הרבה נישנושים בבריכה, שתייה טעימה.. כיף גדול. אין הרגשה של צפיפות, יש מרחבים פתוחים.

מתקני המלון - מגלשות המים - היה כיף אם היו מתקני מים יותר לגדולים, משהו קצת מפחיד יותר חדר האוכל המרכזי של המלון - הילדים לא מצאו מה לאכול שם בשעות הערב היה נחמד אם היו הופעות גם למבוגרים ולא רק לילדים. בריכת הספא- לא ניתן להיכנס אליה בשעות מסויימות עם ילדים וחבל, כי כל שאר הבריכות חשופות לשמש וזה לא בריא

Το resort βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με τεράστια ιδιωτική παραλία. έχει πόλλα μπαρ και εστιατόρια το οποίο βοηθά στο να βλέπεις και να δοκιμάζεις πολλά διαφορετικά πράγματα. Εκεί που πρέπει να σταθώ όμως είναι πρώτον η καθαριότητα η οποία είναι εξαιρετική τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και σε όλους τους χώρους του resort. Δεύτερον τους ανθρώπους που δουλεύουν, είναι όλοι χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν, ειδικα ο Αντώνης στο poolbar και ο Αλέξανδρος στην γωνία του φούρνου στον μπουφέ είναι ο ορισμός της φιλοξενίας!!!! Θα ξαναέρθουν σίγουρα. Ευχαριστούμε για τις υπέροχες μέρες...

We liked the location right at the seaside, very comfortable, nice comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great choice of food.

One of the rooms smelled like old smokers room. Don’t know if it was because someone had smoked inside during the stay or someone smoking near and poor ventilation.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool direkt am Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal überall und kein Wunsch wurde nicht erfüllt. Selbst obwohl es ausgebucht war,verläuft es sich super im Hotel,wir hatten nie Probleme Liegen am Strand zu finden. Das Fischrestaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

מלון מושלם,מפנק, לא עצום בגודל וזה מה שכיף! חוף ים חולי ונעים עם שפע מקומות. נוף מדהים. מגוון אוכל טעים וגדול תמיד, כולל מסעדה חדשה של בשר ודגים- היה טעים מאוד! מגלשות מים לקטנים ולגדולים. יתרון עצום שפארק המים בתוך שטח המלון ובגודל כזה שרואים את הילדים גם מישיבה. צוות אדיב תמיד כולל מנהל המלון!

הדבר היחיד שהיינו ממליצים לשפר- בחדר שבו שהינו, חדר עם יציאה לבריכה המקלחת גלויה לגמרי. אין הפרדה, או לפחות וו תלייה בתוך המקלחת למגבת. כך נוצר מצב שצריך לצאת לגמרי מחוץ למקלחת להתנגב.. דבר שפחות נעים לעשות כשחולקים חלל משותף עם ילדים. זהו דבר קטן שלא השפיע על החוויה שלנו שהיתה פשוט נהדרת!

Highly recommended hotel. The staff, the rooms, the facilities and off course the food was excellent. Lots of space for the kids. very clean pool, bathroom and rooms. We 100% will recommend it to any family who wants a vacation in Heraklion

Just returned from a 5 night stay - we loved it. Hotel room spotless, food varied, good selection on all inclusive drinks, ice cream and snacks. My two are fussy eaters and always found plenty to eat even if it was just pizza chips and ice cream. Pools clean and kids constantly in them - although mine were a bit too old for the slides (11/14), beach lovely, water clear and calm for swimming. All staff friendly and helpful and always felt looked after during the evening meals. Entertainment good from what we saw. Yes it’s on the flight path but the 10 min transfer from the airport makes up for it and the kids like looking at all the different planes coming in. One thing I will say is that it’s the usual race for sunbeds in the morning especially if you want to be in the main pool. It was so frustrating especially when many were not used until late afternoon - on our 5 days this happened on at least 4. Overall a gorgeous holiday and would definitely consider returning.

Eleni was a lovely calm therapist who gave me a very relaxing massage. Would definitely recommend her.

Wonderful family orientated resort

We stayed 5 days in this amazing hotel. Kids (7,4,3) loved every sec, and didn't want to go back home. My wife and I enjoyed it as well, especially the amazing food and the facilities. Thank you

We stayed as a group of 10 (two families) with kids ranging from 5-13 yrs old. Everyone had a fantastic time. Highlights were the amazing food (especially at the Asian à la carte). Plenty of varied choice in the main buffet restaurant with no queues for food like you get in other all inclusives. Kids loved the pools, slides and beach. Drinks were great with friendly bar staff.It's a really short transfer from the airport and we weren't bothered at all by being under a flight path. Could easily find sun beds and we booked into the à la carte restaurants multiple times with no hassle. Would highly recommend!

We loved it. The food was perfect, room was comfortable; the AC and Wi-Fi worked great. I really liked that it had its own long private beach—we could always find a spot whenever we went down there. The water slides were great; my kid really enjoyed them.

Територія пляжу велика, шезлонгів багато, у будь-який час можна було прийти і знайти вільний. Сам готель просто шикарний. Номери сучасні з красивим видом на море і з виходом на просторий балкон. Територія готелю велика, є водні горки для дорослих дітей і окремо для більш маленьких. Також був великий басейн з баром і ще один менший поруч. Всі коктейлі в барі входять до пакету all inclusive і вони були дуже смачні. Кожного дня з самого ранку і до вечора працювали дуже цікаві розважальні програми для дітей і дорослих, різноманітні ігри і розваги, вечірні програми. Окремої уваги заслуговує ресторан готелю. Вибір їжі був величезним і все було неймовірно смачно. Будьте готові набрати кілька кілограмів за відпустку тут. Не хотілось звідси їхати і хочеться сюди приїхати знову.

Не було нічого, що не сподобалось. В деяких відгуках було зазначено, що заважає шум від літаків, які ідуть на посадку (аеропорт Іракліону знаходиться за 10 кілометрів). Але особисто нам це не заважало. І шум цей не був гучним.

The hotel was very pleasant, and the location was good. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the water park was a lot of fun. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was okay, but nothing special. Finding a sunbed by the pool was horrible- every morning was a struggle even when we woke up early. We booked a garden-view room, but the view was actually toward the reception area, which was disappointing. Also, while most of the staff were nice, a few were not very friendly. There was also a constant dripping sound in the shower. The hotel staff tried to fix it but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue.

This was our second stay at Arina Beach. We first visited two years ago and kept very warm memories of that holiday. When we started thinking about where to go this summer, we noticed in recent reviews that Michelle was back at Arina Beach again this season. That was actually one of the main reasons we chose to return to this hotel. We remembered her so well from our first stay, and knowing that she was here again made the decision very easy for us. We came back, and we did not regret it. It was also genuinely lovely to see familiar faces again after two years. There is something very special about returning to a hotel and recognising people who were already part of your previous holiday. It makes the place feel familiar in a way that is difficult to create with facilities alone. A lot has changed in two years, and in a good way. You can see how much work has been done, not just to keep the hotel at the same level, but to make the whole experience more comfortable and fun for the guests. The new kids' room and playground were a particularly nice surprise for our daughter and she really enjoyed them. For us, one of the best things about Arina Beach is still the staff. So many people here genuinely try their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. After a few days you start recognising familiar faces, people remember you, smile, joke with you, and this makes a big difference. And Michelle is still an absolute star. She has so much positive energy and somehow manages to make people want to join in without being pushy. We remembered her after our holiday two years ago for a reason, and the fact that we chose to come back partly because we knew she was here again probably says more than any compliment could. A big thank you also to Mona and Kieren for entertaining our daughter and making her holiday more fun. When your child is happy on holiday, the parents are happy too :) And of course we have to mention the bars. Dimitri was definitely our favourite bartender. If you like iced coffee, go to him – his was the best we had in the hotel. His Piña Colada was also our favourite. Irini makes great cocktails too and always serves them with a friendly smile. The food in general was very good. There is a huge choice and enough variety for different tastes, which is especially important when you stay for two weeks. We never had a problem finding something we liked. Our only disappointing restaurant experience was Meat & Fish. It was probably the only place in the whole hotel where we didn't really feel welcome. This stood out because our experience with the staff everywhere else was so different. Luckily there are other places in the resort where you can have a very good dinner and spend a much more pleasant evening. I also want to mention the rooms because I think this can be useful for other guests. If you are offered room 1220 in the main building, I would honestly ask for another room. In our opinion, this room simply does not correspond to what you would expect from a five-star hotel. We didn't feel comfortable there and its condition was disappointing. We had a few room-related problems at the beginning of our stay and for a while it was quite frustrating. Eventually, though, the hotel took our concerns seriously and found a good solution for us. We were moved to an upgraded room and after that we could finally relax and enjoy our holiday properly. We really appreciated that they found a solution, and this is also why I don't think it would be fair to judge our whole stay by the problems we had at the beginning. No hotel is perfect, and there are definitely a few things Arina Beach could still improve. But after visiting twice, what stays with us most is how hard the people working here try to make their guests happy. We came back after two years, and Michelle was a big part of the reason why. We’re very glad we did. And yes, we would come back again.

It was really nice. I have to thank the bartender Dimitre who looked after us at the adult pool. She was great, always helped, gave us advice and even explained more about Crete. We always looked forward to talking to her. She does her job honestly and with her heart, you can see that she cares about every customer. Thank you

Had an amazing full body massage with Dina perfect pressure and felt very relaxed after.

We’ve just returned from another fantastic stay at Arina Beach and had an absolutely brilliant family holiday. The resort itself is excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pools and water slides were a huge hit with the kids, and having the beach right on the doorstep was perfect. Our room was lovely and all of the staff we met were friendly, welcoming and incredibly hard-working. The food also deserves a mention. It was varied, fresh and dangerously tasty. I went away with every intention of showing at least a little restraint, but the buffet had other ideas. By about day three I’d accepted that breakfast, lunch, dinner and the occasional “I’ll just have a look” snack were all going to be full meals, and probably with dessert. Absolutely worth it. The biggest highlight for us, though, was the entertainment team...particularly Michelle and Kieran. They were absolutely fantastic and our girls, Ayla and Mali, loved them. They seemed to have a completely unreasonable amount of energy from morning until night. As a rapidly ageing dad of two who still likes to believe he’s much younger than he actually is, watching them bouncing around all day and then somehow still having energy for the evening entertainment was both impressive and slightly depressing. More importantly, they were just brilliant with the children. They remembered them, chatted to them, involved them in everything and made them feel genuinely special. It never felt forced or over the top – they just seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. Michelle and Kieran added a huge amount to our holiday and are a real credit to the hotel. A special mention too for Sugar, who did a henna tattoo for Ayla. She was lovely with her and incredibly talented. Ayla absolutely loved it and was very proud of it for the rest of the holiday. Overall, Arina Beach is a superb family resort. Great facilities, great food, a brilliant location and, most importantly, some genuinely lovely people working there. We had a fantastic week and would happily come back – although next time I may need to train for both the buffet and the entertainment schedule in advance.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool, am Pool hatten wir unsere eigenen Liegen und somit auch keine Probleme um Liegen zu bekommen. Ich habe schon andere Rezzisionen gelesen, dass der Poll zu kalt sei, das Wasser im Pool ist Meerwasser und nicht beheizt! Andere Hotelgäste haben ab ca 8Uhr schon die ersten Liegen reserviert. Der Strand ist Sauber und für Kinder mit dem feien Sand auch sehr schön zu spielen. Beim Essen haben wir auch alles bekommen, da eine große Auswahl vorhanden ist. Im Hauptrestaurant ist es etwas lauter, soblad man draußen sitzt oder einem Al a' cart sitz ist es wieder sehr ruhig. An den verschieden Bars hat es tagsüber immer Snaks und leichte Gerichte gegeben, so musste nie jemand hungrig bleiben. Nach unserem Standard würde ich dem Hotel 4Sterne geben, aber landestypisch schon oben angesiedelt. Der Service und das gesammte Personal war zu jederzeit super nett!

Das Zimmer (Doppelbett mit Schlafcouch) war im Grunde genug, leider zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Sachen und Koffer zu verstauen. Am zweiten Tag hat sich mein Kind am Zeh einen tieferen Schnitt zugefügt, da die Fließe am Poolrand gebrochen war. Wir und unsere Nachbarn haben die uns ersichtlichen Gefahrenstellen gemeldet, sie wurden auch Zeitnah "behoben". Mehr negative Sachen gibts aus meiner Sicht nicht.

Das nebengebäude liegt außer der resort und nicht nicht genau wie im fotoa aus, hätte ich das gewusst, hätte bestimmt nicht dieses Zimmer ausgewählt!!man muss die die hauptstraße zufuß laufen und das gefall uns nicht!!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic cannot fault anything. Had a few treatments at the Spa - special shout out to Eleni who was 5* and beyond.

I Had a back, shoulders and neck massage and I can’t fault any of it, very friendly staff. Giannis was excellent though out the treatment. I would easily come back and have many more.

A wonderful resort. We came as a couple with 4 children aged 11-16. The pools, beach, activities and restaurants suited all of us. We arranged an excursion with pick up and drop off right outside the hotel. And for time out from the kids - I can highly recommend a massage from Eleni at the spa.

Absolutely perfect experience! I had a Cretan massage with Dina and it was truly exceptional — her technique, attention, and care made it the highlight of my stay. I would genuinely come back just to have her as my therapist again. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in our stay but in my idea the hotel is 4 star. Food was very salty and repeative. The dessert not a best you can get and almost the same every day.Bedding was not comfortable.Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely 5 days spent here although not quite 5*. Hotel and rooms were perfectly clean. Staff fantastic, especially George for being so attentive to us in the main restaurant and the lady in the annex bar. All the ladies at the spa did a fantastic job. It was a bit pricey but well worth going twice! Food nice and varied but nothing exceptional. Al La Carte was a waste of time and needs to offer the full service experience, not a partial buffet service. Some sun loungers at the beach desperately needs replacing. A drinks service at the beach would also help elevate this to a 5* holiday.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can truly say it was one of our best family vacations ever! ​From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and fantastic hospitality. Check-in was fast and smooth, which we deeply appreciated after a long journey with the kids. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every single day, fresh towels were provided regularly, and everything was kept in top shape.

Amazing resort, outstanding food and options, and great kids entertainment. Everyone in the resort is so welcoming. We also did a massage at the spa which was excellent. The friendly so reception lady Eleni was very helpful while the masseuse also named Eleni was incredible. Definitely our favorite resort from others we’ve visited in Canary Islands and Portugal. The overall quality is higher and value for your money feel appropriate in all aspects of the resort.

This hotel presumably ticks all the boxes to achieve a 5-star rating, but clearly needs further investment if it is to avoid being downgraded to 4 stars. Cosmetic touches are being used in an attempt to mask the hotel’s outdated condition. Examples include the sagging sun loungers on the beach and by the pool, which have mattress toppers placed on top to compensate. The same applies to the beds in the bedrooms. The rooms are spacious, but a lot of light and noise seeps in through the gaps under the (old)entrance door. There is no soundproofing material in the corridors, meaning that even the slightest noise in the corridor echoes as if in a swimming pool. Many of the lifts are old and small. It’s impossible to fit three people and their luggage into a single lift. The meals are varied but tend to be rather repetitive. The evening entertainment is on a small scale but OK. Of course, there are also positives, such as the hospitality of all the staff, the short transfer times from Heraklion Airport (though you do have to put up with aeroplanes flying at 300 metres above the hotel at daytime) and there are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. Drinks and snacks available at all time. The staff also make an effort to keep everything clean. The room was cleaned daily. Our conclusion; our holiday was fine but, compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed in, this hotel struggles to maintain its 5-star status. The value for money is therefore only narrowly justified.

Fantastic hotel,great experience,highly recommended to families. Great food,family friendly everywhere you go,the animation team were top class and lovely people. The food and drinks available were great. We found it being so close to the sea was also fantastic as we could snorkel in the sea (lots to see) and swim in the pool. We took a day trip to Heraklion to break up the week,which was a busy hustling city on a Saturday but got a feel of the local vibe with great views across the harbour.It was also my daughter’s birthday while we were there which they made a big fuss of on the evening meal. Thanks guys

We've just returned from the Arina beach resort and we had a fabulous week. There were 8 in our party, with 5 adults and 3 children, aged 10, 6 and 6. The location is great for an all inclusive experience and for the almost private beach, although the hotel location is a little out of it in terms of a local village or town, but that didn't bother us. From being greeted at reception by Natia, we then hit the rooms which were absolutely fine, with plenty of space etc, clean and tidy. The pool area could get very busy so an early start ( 7.20am ) to secure sunbeds for 8 people was required. However, throughout the hottest days, sunbeds did become available later in the day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially lovely Marina and her colleagues Olga and George at the pool bar, Albi in the main bar, Natalie at breakfast and Keiran, one of the entertainers and would be water polo professional! The days were busy if that's what you wanted, with aquasize, yoga, darts, football, water polo and more. The food and drinks were very good with plenty of choice, complimented by 3 restaurants where pre-booking was required. We experienced very little issues in terms of noise, and the hotel was always clean and tidy, with plenty of bins scattered about and lots of tidying up going on. The evening entertainment was ok, with the kids disco at 8.30am, followed by an act including traditional dancers, sax player, singing group, magician and DJ. The kids also enjoyed a mini-water park with slides etc, and a games room. The hotel also had a spa with an internal pool, a mini-market and an internet area. It was well spaced out across quite a big area. All in all, a fab trip if you have a family with small children/grandchildren.

We had a great stay at Arina Beach Resort. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute taxi ride from Heraklion. The staff were outstanding,friendly, polite, and always happy to help. The room and the entire hotel were kept very clean with daily housekeeping, which we really appreciated. The noise level was about what you'd expect from a family-friendly resort with lots of children, so it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, the service was excellent. The only downside was that the rice at meals most-often seemed undercooked, which was a little disappointing for us. Apart from that, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the resort.

Our third visit to Aruba Beach and yet again exceeded our expectations. It’s obvious that a lot of thought goes into to the customer experience as this has improved each time we visit, this time the table service for drinks in the main restaurant, a nice touch. The staff work tirelessly to ensure guests maximum comfort - they are so friendly and go above and beyond, everyday. The beds are comfortable, we were lucky to stay in the Grand Suite this time which was incredibly spacious, with wonderful views. The entertainment team were great, not in your face, the right offering for all ages - adults too (aqua gym and water polo). The food - never were we bored of eating the same food, as we experienced in other all inclusive hotels - Arina Beach offer a wide variety of foods, very tasty and delicious! Thank you to the chefs and kitchen/serving staff who clearly work hard To provide this quality of food! Arina Beach is our favourite family hotel, we have stayed in quite a few around the world but the location (beach and views) combined with the excellent facilities, topped off with the wonderful staff, is what makes this a great holiday experience. We will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Arina Beach. The hotel is clean, modern and located right on the beach. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of choices every day. The staff were always friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the sea views were beautiful. There were lots of activities for children, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and would happily come back again. First of all, we notified the hotel on the very night we checked in that we had a family emergency and needed to shorten our stay. Instead of handling this with empathy or efficiency, we were kept in limbo for three days, shuffled back and forth between the front desk, the reservation manager, and the sales manager. When they finally got back to us on Day 3, the response was cold, inflexible, and completely lacking any customer centric tone. They offered us a paltry 35 percent refund on the remaining nights if we chose to leave. The sales manager in particular showed zero concern for customer experience. This set the tone for our entire visit. That said, here is our full review of the hotel itself: STRONGLY AVOID IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A REAL 5 STAR EXPERIENCE We booked this hotel based on its high across platforms. As frequent guests at all inclusive resorts (both 4 star and 5 star), this is unequivocally the worst experience we have ever had. Every single 4 star resort we have stayed at far exceeds this property in basic infrastructure, service standards, and cleanliness. - Basic maintenance at this property is virtually nonexistent. Elevator wall units are literally ripped open, leaving raw, exposed wires bound together with rubber bands. Public spaces are severely neglected: hallways feature dirty, curling floor mats that create tripping hazards, and elevator ceilings are covered in stains and grime. Furthermore, the common restrooms are not cleaned regularly. Because guests use them coming straight from the pool and beach, they quickly become dirty, wet, and unpleasant to use. - Additionally, the outdoor recreation areas are a constant mess. The sunbeds are never organized or arranged at the end of the day, leaving a chaotic, unkempt view to wake up to every morning. It shows a complete lack of basic upkeep. - When it comes to food and dining, the food is just okay, nothing special or exceptional, and certainly not 5 star dining. To top it off, calling yourself a luxury resort while serving meals with cheap paper napkins instead of real cloth napkins shows a complete lack of standard. - The waiters were truly the only highlight of our stay, as they were very nice and worked hard. However, it is clear they are severely understaffed and routinely overwhelmed by the volume of guests the hotel takes in. This is the first time we have seen such a massive gap between online ratings and reality. Despite the hard work of the restaurant staff, the hotel desperately needs proper management, basic maintenance, and a serious reality check on what a 5 star label actually requires.

We had a very enjoyable family stay overall. Stayed with a family of 4 with two children ages 4 and 7. The resort was exceptionally clean, never felt overcrowded despite the school holidays, and we could usually find sunbeds and tables without any trouble. The Family Sea View Room was spacious with a large balcony, blackout curtains, Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks. Storage was limited for a family of four, the beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the sheets weren’t changed during our stay. The pools, waterpark and beach were the highlights. The beach has beautiful golden sand and clear water, while the waterpark was excellent for the kids. Food was generally good with plenty of choice. The fish at the Fish & Meat restaurant was outstanding, while the meat was more average. The Asian restaurant was very good and has an amazing outdoor view—book for sunset if you can. Drinks were inconsistent, with iced coffees and cocktails varying depending on who made them, and the beer choice was limited to one local option. Ice cream options were also quite limited. Service was the biggest disappointment. Staff were pleasant enough but restaurant service often felt understaffed, and we regularly ended up serving ourselves drinks. Kids’ entertainment was also below expectations, with few activities planned, no mascot, and the entertainment team didn’t seem particularly engaged with the children. We’ve been to 4* resorts that were significantly better for the kids. Adult evening entertainment, however, was very good. The hotel is in a quieter location with only a few shops within walking distance, so you’ll need transport if you want to explore. Being close to the airport does mean frequent low-flying aircraft, including late into the evening, but that’s something you know when booking. Overall, this is a clean, relaxing resort with fantastic pools and beach. With improvements to service, children’s entertainment and drink consistency, it would be excellent.

L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles... Le ménage est bâclé, nous avons eue 2 cafards géants ( sans vouloir exagérer ...) La réception nous propose de changer contre des chambres inférieures... et nous dis qu'en Crête c'est normal d'avoir cet insecte dans la chambre... Spa illimité faux , piscine intérieure uniquement...

We’ve just come home from an amazing stay at Arina Beach Resort and honestly couldn't fault it. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and every member of staff we met worked incredibly hard. The resort itself was spotless. Everywhere was kept so clean, and it really made a difference. The food was also really good, with plenty of choice at every meal, so there was always something for everyone. We stayed in one of the private bungalows, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're thinking about booking. Having the extra space and privacy made the holiday even more relaxing and was well worth paying a bit extra for. We had such a lovely family holiday and will be returning!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. We really appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request to change rooms, making sure we were comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. One gesture that really stood out was that they noticed we had placed pillows along the side of the bed for our child and thoughtfully added a bedside safety guard to help prevent her from falling. It showed great attention to detail and genuine care. A special thank you to Adriadne restaurant manager, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and fun. He personally led our daughter to a beautifully arranged table for her birthday celebration, complete with a cake, making her feel truly special. We also want to give a huge thank you to Nicoleta and the restaurant staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and careful to ask if we needed anything. The kids’ pool was fantastic, the cold drinks were always refreshing, and the evening entertainment was excellent. The night shows were enjoyable, and the mini disco was a highlight for our daughter.

A hotel tisztasága kiemelkedő. Minden nap alaposan takarítanak. A személyzet több, mint kedves. Előzékenyek, segítőkészek. Az étteremben pörögnek, gyorsan reagálnak és mindezt teszik mosolygósan. A fiunk anafilaxiás allergiás, de kérdés esetén azonnal kaptunk segítséget a séfektől. Az ételek lenyűgözőek, kulináris élvezetekben volt részünk. A csúszdapark mesés, még nekünk, felnőtteknek is. A medencék tiszták, nagyok, kényelmesek. A hotel saját strandja karbantartott, az esti naplementék pazarok. A tematikus estek jól átgondoltak, a Dj Night ('90-es évekbeli zenét játszott) fergeteges volt. A recepción lévő szőke hajú hölgy mindig a segítségünkre volt, egy igazi tündér! A hotel alapvetően hatalmas területen helyezkedik el. Minden megtalálható, még játékterem is. Minden korosztály, mindenféle beállítottságú ember meg fogja találni a hotelben a számára legideálisabb helyet, ahol jól fogja magát érezni. Rég volt ilyen ellátásban részünk és most először érezzük azt, hogy az Arina Beachbe rendszeresen vissza szeretnénk térni. Mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom. Hálásan köszönünk mindent Arina Beach Hotel! Avand sezlongurile ce apartineau de camera , a fost foarte confortabil ai a oferit o intimitate sporita fata de restul turistilor. Personalul de la receptie extrem de amabil si rabdator, au solutionat mereu cererile noaatre cu calm si cu zambetul pe buze. Am ajuns la 1 a. m la hotel si eram vreo 4 familii la rand la check in, iar receptionerul s-a miscat foarte repede si totul a decurs foarte bine. Curatenia in complex

Choice of food, activities, location, friendly stuff - especially Jorgos at the main Restaurant and his whole team are doing an amazing and extraordinary job. Cleanliness- we had our wonderful Zusa (hope I wrote her name correctly) who did our room with the little extra mile. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa all’Arina Beach e non possiamo che consigliarlo. Ci siamo rilassati fin dal primo giorno grazie a un ambiente curato, accogliente e a uno staff sempre presente ma mai invadente. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, con una grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un ringraziamento particolare va al caposala del ristorante, davvero impeccabile: sempre attento che tutto fosse in ordine e che non mancasse mai nulla. Un grazie speciale anche al receptionist che parlava italiano: per noi è stata davvero una benedizione. Ci ha accolti con il sorriso, ci ha aiutati ogni volta che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno e ha reso tutto molto più semplice, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Il cibo è stato uno dei punti di forza della struttura: vario, abbondante e di ottima qualità, con proposte diverse ogni giorno. Anche le attività organizzate durante la giornata sono numerose e ben pensate, senza mai risultare eccessive. La nostra camera era bellissima, accogliente e perfettamente pulita. Abbiamo scelto quella con piscina privata ed è stata la decisione migliore: ci ha regalato momenti di relax e privacy, ed è stata apprezzatissima anche dai nostri ragazzi. L’unico piccolo appunto riguarda la spa. Ce l’aspettavamo più grande e soprattutto con accesso libero. Invece è piuttosto piccola e utilizzabile solo su prenotazione. A nostro parere il bello di una spa è proprio poter entrare liberamente quando si ha voglia di concedersi un momento di relax. Per il resto è stata un’esperienza davvero splendida. Torneremmo senza esitazione e la consigliamo vivamente a chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax, del buon cibo e dell’ospitalità.

La spa e la palestra sono ben curate, ma gli spazi sono piuttosto contenuti. Questo le rende un po’ meno accoglienti e dà una sensazione di ambiente chiuso, per cui non viene spontaneo trascorrervi del tempo.

The grounds are clean, modern and constantly maintained, with staff cleaning quickly everywhere. Nearly every pool has its own bar, the sun loungers are very comfortable, and the cocktails are good (e.g. Havana Club rum in cocktails). A nice touch is the compressed-air hose for inflating water toys. The rooms let it down. Ours had broken LED lighting and trim hanging from the ceiling, not what you expect at this level. Our "upgraded" family room was narrow and small. Comparing it to the superior room photos, I'm not convinced it was an upgrade at all. A few service gaps: the poolside bars use quite small cups, no table service and the main bar in the evening has long queues. The indoor spa pool only allows children until around midday. One windy day we wanted to take our 8-year-old there in the early afternoon and were refused even though the pool was completely empty and we'd have bothered no one. Clean, comfortable and well run, but the room quality, missing table-service and a few rigid rules keep it short of five stars.

I stayed seven days at this hotel with a two-year-old toddler. The food was excellent, very diverse, catering to all tastes. The rooms were very clean, the pools were plentiful, and the children's area was very entertaining. Plenty of play areas, both outdoor and indoor. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. All I can say about this hotel is that I’d return anytime. I recommend it to anyone with kids who wants a pleasant vacation. Five-star hotel and at a very good price.

Отличный отель, не сильно большой и уютный. Очень приятные сотрудники на ресепшене и в ресторанах. Хороший выбор еды на любой вкус и хорошего качества. Комнаты просторные и чистые. Свой пляж и хорошие бассейны, в том числе с морской водой. Каждый вечер шоу - программа и мини диско для детей. Очень удобное расположение - всего 10 минут от аэропорта, многие пишут,что им мешает шум самолётов, нам вообще не мешал, шумоизоляция в номерах хорошая. В целом впечатление осталось хорошее, хочется вернуться в будущем.

Нам все понравилось, но чисто для рекомендации напишу чего лично мне не хватало и что можно улучшить: - Хотелось бы побольше развлечений, особенно для детей школьного возраста, моей 9-ти летней дочери было скучно, детский клуб очень маленький и там в основном совсем маленькие детишки. Тоже самое касается дискотеки, она большое для маленьких, можно было бы придумать что-то для детей постарше. - Я приехал в отель с расстройствами пищеварения и первые пару дней не мог есть большинство блюд,лично мне не хватало блюд приготовленных на пару и варёных, почти все мясные блюда делаются на гриле. - Очень маленький выбор безглютеновых продуктов, а ведь сейчас много людей соблюдают диету БГ. Но это всё просто рекомендации,в целом претензий никаких нет

We had the room with direct access to shared pool - it was an amazing choice. the kids could go out to the pool whenever they wanted, there was a bar for drinks close by, and all the facilities of the hotel were close and convenient. The food in all meals and restaurants had excellent choices and vast selection for all tastes. The hotel staff was super friendly and was always there to help, whenever needed there was always a staff member to help.

The pools were good but simple, no water jets for example or in-pool relaxation seats for grown-ups. Not really big deal.

We stayed at the adults-only private pool area of Arina Beach Resort as a couple, expecting a more exclusive and vibrant experience tailored for adults. While the privacy and calm atmosphere can be appreciated by some, we found this section of the resort surprisingly quiet—almost too quiet at times, to the point of feeling a bit boring. Considering this is an adults-only area, we expected a more attractive and engaging setup. The beach bar in this section was open for very limited hours, and we felt this space had much more potential. It would be wonderful if the bar stayed open longer, offered a wider variety of drinks, had livelier music, and even a TV for sports or entertainment during the day. Small changes like these could significantly improve the overall adult experience and create a more enjoyable atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was Dimitra, the lady serving drinks at the bar. She was by far the highlight of our experience. Despite working alone—handling drinks, service, and cleaning—she remained incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. Her strongest quality is her communication with guests. She creates a genuine connection with people and makes everyone feel welcome and valued. Her kindness and positive energy added something truly meaningful to our stay. If we ever return to this part of the resort, it would honestly be largely because of Dimitra. She is a real asset to Arina Beach Resort and deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

Excellent! Spent 1 week in this hotel with a group of 11 family members and it would be hard to find fault. Excellent buffet choice, top marks to the main restaurant manager and his helpful staff. Themed restaurants were also a hit; the Asian and Seafood coming out on top. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily to a good standard. Entertainment programme good, our family enjoyed the waterpolo and darts. I could go on but would only be listing the positive points … One negative; we brought tennis equipment to play in the evenings but can only play until 6pm which is unfortunate as cooler in the evenings, too hot for us during the day so we didn’t play. Agree with other reviews that this is probably not the best option for young people/ couples. Hotel a little remote, with not much in the immediate vicinity. We would return to this hotel. Thanks to the hard working Arina Team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Arina Beach. What a fantastic place! We went as a family of 3 with my 7 year old daughter. The hotel is incredible, so clean everywhere, the staff are constantly clearing away empties. We had a family room on the 2nd floor overlooking the heart shaped pool and the sea, it was cleaned daily and fridge re stocked with water and soft drinks. The hotel is literally on the beach! My daughter absolutely loved the animation team - Michel, Mona, Kieron and Leo were all so lovely! She loved the kids club and the mini disco each night along with family darts and aqua gym at the main pool. The evening entertainment each night is brilliant but the best was the African Acrobatic Show - incredible! The waterpark at the hotel was so much fun for all of us! We ate mainly in the buffet restaurant and found the food to be great with lots of choice for everyone. We did also eat in the Asian restaurant which was fantastic - definitely recommend. Marina at the main pool bar was amazing and always so friendly and also Albi on the bar inside. The drinks and cocktails were all lovely and my daughter loved ordering her mocktails! Myself and my partner had a massage in the spa which was so nice. We have been to some lovely hotels but this one tops them all. We cannot fault it and although it was almost full it didn't feel like it as its very spread out and no fighting for loungers but I imagine that may be harder in peak season as it was starting to get busier when we left. Honestly we were so sad to leave and already talking about coming back next year!

Pyszne jedzenie, bardzo komfortowy pokój rodzinny z prywatnym basenem. Ładna plaża, na której jest dużo leżaków - nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem sobie miejsca. Fajny aquapark, bufet dla dzieci z dziecięcymi talerzami i sztućcami. Wewnętrzny plac zabaw super sprawdza się w czasie upałów.

Napoje na gorszym poziomie niż jedzenie i okolica hotelu nie jest zbyt urocza ale miałam tego świadomość i nie nastawiałam się na spacery.

We stayed at Arina Beach with our 3-year-old daughter and overall had a really enjoyable holiday. The setting is genuinely impressive — the resort sits right on a long, beautiful beach, and there are plenty of pools to choose from. The dedicated kids’ splash pool was an absolute hit with our daughter and is well set up for young children. The resort is kept very clean throughout, which is always reassuring with a little one. The buffet is generally very good — a solid spread with plenty of variety. However, some items gave the impression of being recycled day to day rather than freshly replenished. The bread could taste stale, and the donuts and cakes occasionally seemed like they’d been sitting out too long. The dessert selection leaned heavily on a mousse-like, Angel Delight-style base — fine occasionally, but repetitive. I also noticed jars of dried candied fruit that I’m fairly confident were not being regularly refreshed. Small things, but worth addressing. The cocktails were below par — even accounting for the all-inclusive format. I’ve stayed at comparable resorts and the bar offering here fell noticeably short. The mocktails were worse still. My biggest frustration was the sun bed situation. Despite supposedly enforced reservation rules, by 8:00am a significant number of prime-location beds were already towelled off. If the policy exists, it needs to be enforced — otherwise it’s meaningless. We were also approached three times during our stay by the same spa staff member attempting to sell massage treatments. On one occasion we were clearly occupied and mid-way through a video call with family — this didn’t deter her. It’s an uncomfortable dynamic that doesn’t sit well in what should be a relaxing environment. On a similar note, there was a palpable sense throughout the stay that tips were expected for standard services — including having bags carried to the room. I appreciate tipping culture varies, but when you’ve paid a significant amount for all-inclusive accommodation — plus an additional tourist tax on arrival — being made to feel guilty for not tipping routine services leaves a sour taste. One final suggestion for families: the kids’ disco at 8:30pm is simply too late for most young children. Moving it earlier would make a real difference. Overall, a very good resort in a fantastic location with genuinely lovely facilities for young families — and one we’d likely consider returning to. But several easily fixable issues stop it from being excellent.

We stayed here during the first week of May 2026. As a young married couple (late 20s/early 30s) we enjoyed our stay but would suggest this hotel is definitely more catered to families with young children rather than couples or groups of adults. It’s close to Heraklion airport but there isn’t much to explore near the hotel itself. We made good use of the bus service to Heraklion to explore the various tourist attractions. We had an annex room at the complex across the road. Upon arrival we were escorted to our room on a golf cart by a very friendly porter. He made polite chit chat and gave us some useful information about the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was always fully stocked with bottled water and soft drinks which was appreciated. On the 3rd floor of the annex, we had a lovely view of the beach - however I’d definitely like to book one of the beachside bungalows on our next visit as that looks like a spectacular view from the room! We did feel like we were away from the main atmosphere of the hotel because of the distance across the road. It was quite a walk to where all the amenities were. The annex pool and bar was very quiet compared to the other pools in the main complex, which was perfect for us as a couple looking to relax. Dimitria at the annex bar was incredibly attentive and constantly bringing drinks and snacks over. She is an asset to the hotel - fantastic service. The pool was VERY cold the day we arrived as the weather wasn’t great (overcast/cloudy in the high teens low twenties), but it was warm enough to sit out on the sun loungers. The pool itself was in the shadow of the annex building for most of the morning, hence why it didn’t warm up until later in the day when the sun got to it - which seems a bit of a design flaw. The pool got more comfortable through the week as the weather improved. We spent some time at the main pool earlier in the day as we found that to be warmer (as it got sun on it all day), then we would go back to the annex pool later in the afternoon for some peace and quiet. We used the gym once during our stay, but found it to be quite small. We’d have liked to have used it more but there wasn’t much room to stretch or use the free weights. The restaurants were good! The food at the themed restaurants is good but I wouldn’t say it’s all that special compared to the main buffet - all the food is of a good standard so the individual restaurants didn’t particularly stand out. The food was very fresh. We’ve found at other AI hotels the food can sometimes be left under lights for too long but this food was constantly refreshed and topped up. I was a bit disappointed with the service in the Dia restaurant. The restaurant is advertised as a meat and fish restaurant for evening dining. Upon telling the waiter I didn’t want any fish (the fish was cooked to order and the meat was on a buffet) he gave me an incredibly judgemental look and tone as if I shouldn’t have booked the table if I didn’t want fish. However that was the only negative interaction with a member of staff we had for our entire stay. All the restaurants are essentially buffets, there is an element of self service in each restaurant. It would have been nice to have a true al a carte experience at least for one restaurant to be fully served/waited on at the table. There was an excellent variety of food in the restaurants and everyone was well catered for. I’d say even the fussiest of eaters would find something to eat everyday. The cocktails on the AI menu are great! They’re all made to order and not premixed which we have found at other AI hotels. Dimitri in the main bar provided great service and was a great laugh; making jokes with all the guests at the bar. Though we enjoyed our evenings in the main bar (my husband particularly enjoyed the football on the big screen), the entertainment was definitely more suited to families. The kids disco started at 8:30 and went on until about 9pm. Personally, I think that’s quite late for a kids disco and the main acts should start around 8:30 to cater more for the adult guests. However I do understand this hotel is specifically marketed as a family hotel. We spent most of our time after dinner (during the kids disco) playing cards, as there wasn’t anything else to do whilst waiting for the main acts to perform and we often left before the main act was over because we were tired around 10pm. We also found that there wasn’t much buzz about the daytime entertainment. There was a schedule but we never actually saw any of the daytime activities taking place. I feel this could have been highlighted better. Especially at the annex - no one ever came over to ask us if we wanted to join in with any activities. At other AI hotels we’ve visited there were constantly people telling you when things were happening and encouraging participation. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we won’t return until we have children as we feel the hotel is better suited to families than childless couples. When we do return, we’ll definitely be booking a beachside room!

I chose this hotel because of its "Best of the Best" award, and I arrived with high expectations... AND IT EXCEEDED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! On the flight back home, I kept thinking: I absolutely have to leave a review. I don't do this very often, but Arina Beach Hotel truly deserves it. Value for Money: Unbeatable Cleanliness: Exceptional Food: Exceptional (both in the main restaurant and in the themed restaurants) Hotel Staff: Exceptional Special Features: The resort is very thoughtfully designed and planned. Families with children are accommodated close to the playgrounds and water slides, while couples and solo travelers can enjoy quieter areas without being disturbed. For Families with Children: Absolutely perfect! There are plenty of playgrounds and water slides, all maintained in excellent condition. If Arina Beach Resort is already on your list, book it without hesitation! If it isn't... add it! I will gladly return, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

absolutely amazing hotel, already planning to come back next year!! the cleanliness of this hotel is amazing, the food has plenty of options for all, the staff are super friendly. Special mention to the animation team Kieran, Leo. they have been very welcoming and had us joining in all of the daily activities, but also just coming over to see how we are, making our holiday very special. Big mention to Albie behind the bar for being the greatest barman you will ever meet, he is always welcoming us with a smile and friendliness throughout our holiday💛

We (2 adults and 2 children, age 6 and 8) stayed in June 2026 and had a fantastic time. The resort is a good size, great selection of pools, slides and splash area plus a beach. There was entertainment all day, suitable for kids and adults that you could join in as you wish. Our children were never bored! A special thank you to Michele, Kieran and the whole entertainment team. They made us feel so welcome and made the kids feel really special. The food was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Die Auswahl beim Essen war sehr groß. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal freundlich.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool gebucht, mussten diesen dann aber mit einem zweiten Zimmer teilen. Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich ein Mann mit schreiendem Kleinkind direkt vor unserer Terrasse in unserem "privaten Pool". Alle anderen Zimmer derselben Kategorie hatten ihre Pools für sich alleine!
