Prairie Crest Medicine Hat by IHG

Room was cute and exactly what we needed

Bathroom was not very clean. Breakfast was horrible.

Very good food , good quantity and quality.nice facilities.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed and room. Hot Breakfast was lovely.

Convenient and reasonably priced with a free breakfast and cookies all day and cold water.

Older and not sound proof.

Close to amenitirs

Rooms were unclean

Приставка это топ!

Staff was very nice. Breakfast area and food was well organized.

Very clean, excellent staff made to feel welcome with coffee or tea with cookies at reception. Overall we had a good visit

Confused by the ground floor being called the first floor confusing for us overseas visitors

I’m not a breakfast eater but my daughter enjoyed the waffles

Honestly nothing. Location, staff, convenience, clean.. all wonderful

Basic hotel breakfast but was adequate

cleanliness of hallway

Breakfast a little bit cramped at times, but sufficient in variety

Location and clean friendly staff

Breakfast room was tiny room had an odd layout

Clean modern easy in and out

Exterior neglected. First impression was I have made a mistake. Apparently renovation has been done on inside and it was pleasant surprise as I walked into the lobby.

Quiet, clean, room layout & the breakfast.

Beds felt a little lumpy

Staff went out of there way in every expectation, very friendly. Nothing like cookies and coffee/tea all day long and breakfast was great. But the biggest thing was they are so dog/pet friendly.

Nothing

Clean ground floor room that accommodated our dog. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing we did not like.

Great breakfast. Good little gym

Location

Waiting until 5 30 to check into our room.

I like pretty much everything. Quiet, clean rooms. Everything worked

Liked the property

Clean, modern, quiet

Nothing to complain about at all. The price was a bit higher than some other local hotels but you get what you pay for!

Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Hotel was easy to find and access from the highway.

one of the bedside lights was out and the bathroom door did not close properly.

Very good breakfast! Comfortable bed and clean room!

Great visit with our son/dil and the kids - we had a kitchenette and they had a full kitchen. Both were very clean and wonderful !

Nice staff and clean room

Everything was good

Breakfast was ok but coffee was terrible

Coffee at breakfast

Nice clean rooms , customer service was amazing. The breakfast was really good 👍

Calme, propre, près de tout, buanderie et petit gym

Pas de congélateur

The Booking description didn't inform me that I could have had a Queen or King bed for a few dollars more.

AC, clean, location, firm bed, good pillows, friendly staff, and breakfast.

Poor quality toilet paper, small bed, sometimes noisy with dogs barking.

Friendly staff, priced right for just travelling through

Convenient location

TV. Remote didn’t work. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced.

I did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location is very good.

The TV remote did not work properly, probably needs a new battery. Carpet in the room need replacing.

Everything about the hotel was great. Comfortable bed and good breakfast.

You do get noise from the highway at times.

Clean

None

Comfortable stay with good breakfast.

None

We stayed in the king room.. it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice.

Gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer.

Clean. Rates were good

Check in process was slow. Minimum standard toiletries and coffee in room. Breakfast area is very small

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and a great price.

Single rooms were comfortable, clean and Goldilocks size (not too big or too small). Breakfast was also good.

We are celiac. Staff was very careful in preventing cross contamination. And she was very knowledgeable about gluten allergy.

We were confirmed via email that we can check in at 3 pm. However although we showed the email confirmation, one of staff members was very defensive saying that they do not get this confirmation. And our room is not ready because check in time is 4 pm. We had to go somewhere to wait for 4 pm. Shortly we received a message that our room is ready. I think staff could have better handled this situation. If there is a miscommunication between hotel and Booking.com site, it should be acknowledged rather than rudely denying any knowledge. If we knew that we cannot checkin before 4 pm, we would add other activities in our plans, but after waiting for 15 minutes for other two coustomers to be checked in (why they had their room ready?) because the hotel computer was glitching, we ended up with the news that our room is not ready in quite rude and strict manner. While we were very polite and just showed the confirmation email. Other staff member was apologizing and we totally understand that some things are out of control of the hotel. But the way how one of staff handled this and treated us was quite frustrating.

Very friendly staff and very clean. Great location and love that the hotel allows pets at no extra cost so will bring my dog next time for sure. Decent hot breakfast and quite comfortable bed.

The only thing I wish is the windows had light curtains under the blackout drapes on the main level so I can open the curtains for some natural light without people from the parking looking in.

The breakfast was terrible. Terrible selection and what was there was dried out. The selection could have been better like having cheese slices for the egg and English muffins

Friendly and welcoming staffs Room super clean

Staff, cleanliness, location

clean, fair price.

Room was very small for two people...no room to really put out the second suitcase.

Very clean, modern and fantastic facilities!

Breakfast could have been better.

Everything

The breakfast was simple but adequate. I liked that they had coffee and a cookie at the entrance. Was nice that they allow dogs to stay for free, might consider bringing our dog on our next visit. Friendly staff all around.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was decent. Beds comfortable. Low toilets.a little awkward to get to.

See above

No hot tub, both times I stayed at location

Breakfast ok. Location is good.

Very noisy heater.

Good breakfast

Furnace was a little noisier than I’d like

Great

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Thermostat worked well to adjust the temperature of the room.

Would have been helpful to have a 2nd night table on the other side of the King bed. A mirror in the room (besides in the bathroom) would have been nice. Air conditioner was noisy. The room was more basic than what we expected.

The breakfast room was too small for the number of people using it. We ended up going out to a restaurant since there were line-ups and no available tables.

I appreciate the coffee and cookies that they provide 24 hrs. The breakfast was delicious 😋. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Location is perfect having many amenities within walking or short drive. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Very pleasant stay!

I can't think of anything I didn't like. No complaints.

Fair Price. Clean. Good location.

More firm of a pillow, but that's just my preference.

la cama

Clean, cute and reasonably priced.

No concerns

Breakfast was hot and nourishing, cafe was bright and clean. We loved the fruit

the pillow was overly stuffed, it looked beautiful but to actually use it as a pillow, my head was arched upward. I ended up sleeping without a pillow. Administration reached out to me after we left and said there were smaller pillows, i just had to ask. It would be nice if there was one standard pillow in a cupboard and a note to find its location.

Cosy

Great location, friendly staff and clean!!

Great value accommodations ideally located for the highway - we travelled with our dog and there was no pet fee

Room was quite small Long black hair in bathroom sink when we arrived -
