Énorme araignée au plafond, chambre minuscule pour le prix, et surtout la moquette été rempli de poussière, surtout au niveau de la tête de lit j’ai finis en énorme crise d’allergie.

rapporto qualita' prezzo perfetta. pulitissimo e vicino al centro della citta' . certo caen non e' parigi e i prezzi sono diversi ma e' veramente un buon hotel. staff meraviglioso , colazione ricca , letti comodi , pulitissimo , dispenser per riempire le borracce di acqua . ottimo per un famiglia e come base per gite nei luoghi dello sbarco.

Bagno, chi lo ha pensato e concepito in questa maniera ( disposizione) probabilmente non supera un altezza di 1,50in pratica non puoi infilare le gambe da nessuna parte devi fare le tue cose di traverso…demenziale. Il locale colazione con dei colori viola alle pareti e soffitto nero da paura…forse tinteggiarlo con altri colori sarebbe opportuno inoltre il mattino dopo ci siamo ritrovati il vassoio della colazione con tazze e tazzine come le avevamo lasciate il giorno prima. Insegna dell’hotel fatta con un telo pubblicitario. Ascensore dove entra una persona e un bagaglio a malapena.

Very good welcoming personell.Location is good. Within walking distance to city center, with restaurants and cafes. We had a huge terrace. Building overall is a bit dated. But everything was clean and safe.

Nagyon rendes, klasszikus szállodás személyzet. Meglepően jó reggeli. Három napból kettőn ugyan azon a helyen parkoltunk. Habár a dohányzással vannak anomáliák, a recepcióssal meg lehetett egyezni az erkélyen való dohányzással, sőt megnézte, hogy erkélyes, vagy erkély nélküli szobánk van, és adott volna erkélyest, ha nem olyan van.

Meleg volt. Klima nincs, a függöny nagyon fogta a meleget. Csak teljesen elhúzott függönynél, és teljes fokozaton járó ventillátornál lehetett aludni.

Sur le site le Kyriad n’est pas celui qui était à l’origine à l’emplacement place de la république à Caen, mais dans un autre secteur qui nous a beaucoup perturbé, car nous avions l’habitude d’aller au Kyriad centre-ville, le préciser sur le site pour deux prochaines réservations

Lo staff ci ha aiutato molto nelle problematiche che abbiamo avuto, il buon voto è principalmente riferito alla gestione da parte del ragazzo della reception

Appena entrati, in una delle due stanze si sentiva una forte puzza che abbiamo capito venire dalle lenzuola. Erano pulite ma non erano state fatte asciugare bene, quindi abbiamo chiesto alla reception. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno dato un set completo nuovo. Abbiamo cambiato le lenzuola e aperto le finestre e per almeno un’ora la stanza non era accessibile

La ubicación y el desayuno.

Que el ascensor es muy pequeño y no llega a la planta. El pasillo muy lúgubre. Le hace falta una buena reforma. Para los que estéis por Normandía, Caen totalmente prescindible.

hotel bien placé au centre Caen, proche du chateau et restaurants. Personnel trés sympathique, à l'écoute et nous avons été bien conseillé sur les restaurants du coin.

Nous étions un groupe de 7, seule une personne n'a pas trouvé le lit confortable, chambre au 4e. Dans ma chambre au rdc la poubelle de la salle de bain n'avait été pas vidée à mon arrivée.

L'emplacement juste a côté du centre de la ville. Le château est à 2min a pied. Les parkings dans la rue sont abordable mais faut être un peux patient pour trouver une place selon l'heure d'arrivée. Mais gratuit après 19h.

La qualité du petit déjeuner mais pour le prix de la chambre sela reste correct.

Direkte Lage an der Fussgängerzone und dem Chateau. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Betten superbequem und es gab sogar eine Nespressomaschine.

Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Wir haben im Parkhaus im Chateau reserviert.

Loved the location. Excellent for exploring the city, bars and restaurants. Staff excellent and very helpful.

The bathroom was incredibly small with the toilet pan unusually close to the facing wall. I struggled at 5’10” but a friend had to sit side on as he’s over 6’.

Hôtel très agréable ainsi que le personnel. La chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner varié et bon.

Nous y sommes restés de la nuit du samedi au dimanche et c’était très bruyant dehors car apparemment il y a une discothèque pas loin et les gens criaient dans la rue de 00h00 à 03h00 du matin.

- pas de climatisation, jamais vu ça dans un hôtel, du coup on mourrait de chaud alors qu’il n’y avait pas de canicule, il faisait 23 degrés dehors mais ça tapait tellement fort dans la chambre qu’on mourrait de chaud, le ventilateur proposé était totalement inefficace - petit déjeuner bof - chambre toute petite - un peu glauque

Ascenseur trop petit, une personne une valise et l Ascenseur est plein.pas de parking hôtel, obliger de payer le parking toutes les 3 heures. La télé fait des coupures signals ts le temps. Salle de bain est petite. Pas idéal pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. La citronnade offerte n est pas changer tous les jours.

O estúdio é muito bom! limpo bem organizado! Bem melhor que ficar num hotel, pois aqui tem algo pra fazer uma refeição rápida… embora tenha tudo para fazer uma boa refeição, a localização é excelente!! Um quarteirão do Castelo de Caen! Recomendo, até quem vem a passeio e com o casal!! Custo-benefício muito alto! Se voltar com a minha esposa da proxima vez..já sei aonde ficar!

Visited Jun 26 as a group of 5 friends. Situated in the centre of Caen, very close to the castle walls etc. so location is great. Rooms were clean, well maintained and everything worked. Check in was very Efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very good, timings are to be considered if big groups are staying but the food was very good. Underground parking is about a 4-5 min walk away. One slight negative is the room did not have AC. It was warm and being situated in a busy area, it’s not ideal to have the window open if it’s hot as it was on our stay. But overall we had a good stay. Many thanks.

La baie vitrée qui donne sur la rue et qui laisse passer trop les bruits extérieurs : un samedi soir agité sur caen : jeunes qui discutent, klaxons, voitures qui démarrent en trombe.... J'ai dormi une heure avec l'impression que la fenêtre était ouverte

La disponibilité du personnel qui a eu l amabilité d avancer l heure du petit déjeuner pour tous les coureurs du marathon. Ils sont de très bons conseils et avenants. La chambre était prête en avance mais ils s étaient proposés de nous garder nos valises dans le cas contraire.

De devoir y rester qu une seule nuit.

Très bien placé dans le centre. Attention pas de parking privé. Nous y sommes allés sur un weekend. Nous avons trouvé facilement une place et c’était gratuit. En semaine il aurait fallu payer sa place! Personnel sympa , à l’écoute et professionnel. Hôtel propre, petit déjeuner complet. Weekend avec fortes températures, le ventilateur nous a bien servi! Chambre au calme.

Il manque peut être un petit frigo.

Ma chambre donnait sur la rue et le bruit des jeunes m’a empêché de dormir jusqu’à trois heures du matin. De plus, la lampe de chevet à côté du lit était défectueuse et ne pouvait pas être réglée.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and suprisingly good.

The person on the reception desk the evening we arrived was unhelpful, possibly lacking competent English. He could not help us with a map, although there were plenty of broshures available on a stand, nor an umbrella. Staff on the next day were more friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Close to everything and especially restaurants like Monsieur Louis on Pl. Saint-Sauveur. Only small complaint would be how tight the bathroom was. A tall person would have trouble sitting on the toilet in the room I had on the 4th floor. But nice view from the balcony.

Overall property needs some TLC (paint, hallways, no wifi, bathroom amenities)

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Easily walkable to train station, restaurants, interesting areas of Caen. We stayed there to visit Juno beach on the Normandy coast. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was the lady behind the front desk barely glanced up at us when we came and went, couldn’t be less interested in us. When we checked out early, she couldn’t store our luggage because she was full, so we had to drag our bags around for 4 hours waiting for the train. It was very disappointing.

Nice room in a perfect location for exploring Caen. Visited the Museum of Beaux Arts and other attractions. Restaurant and bar were very pleasant and staff helpful as our French language skills are slow.

Routes into the town difficult to navigate in and out. Poor town signage especially as one route was barred and very poor diversion signs. The SAT nav could not cope with turning us around and not finding alternatives.

Sound insulaton is poor, all the door hinges are squeaky, and the bedding cover stunk like rags. I have asked the duvet comforter to be changed because the stinky bedding cover was touching the comforter and the smell got passed on, but they denied to change for me because they said they could only change every 3 days. Absolutely poor service and unfriendly receptionists.

Excellent hôtel in a really lovely part of Caen near the Chateau. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were really comfy. I would definitely come back again. Things to improve would be water available in the room and a shaver socket - neither of which were provided.

Large group at breakfast which we tried to avoid but coming down later meant thing that ran out weren't replenished. No smoking room.... very strong smell of cigarettes :( Couldn't be moved as hotel was full. Had to leave windows open.

Excellent location to al the historic areas of the town. The castle is just around the corner, St Peter's Church also. The older town not far from these tow mentioned. The Abbay des Dames is about 12 mins walk from hotel and Abbay des Hommes is about 15 in the other direction. All these are worth a visit. Breakfast was good but as soon as a large party had left nothing was replaced. The breakfast area was not really big enough to cope - a bit a staggered approach was necessary. The food was good, but the scrambled eggs were only warm. Our room was at the rear but good size and comfy. Our friends room was at the front opposite us and it stank of cigarettes even though it is supposed to be a no smoking hotel.

Not knowing about the emission zone that started in January 2025, I believe. No mention was made of this and you have to appley for it in advance and have it sent to you! We bought it on the day and the hotel printed it off - hopefully that will suffice and no ticket will be issued! the fine for not having this is about 350 Euros. The cost of the permit is about 5 Euros.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent breakfast - close to historical sites.
