The notices from the staff seem passive aggressive. If they really want me to “leave the room as I found it” I’ll make sure to put the hair back on the bed sheets. You’re going to “fine” me for over dishes? Would also be helpful if they answered their after hours door bell.

The shower was very, very weak, though the water was (eventually) nice and hot.

The room was very dated, several maintance issues such as one light was cellotaped to the wall, extensive water damange in the bathroom, the bathroom door was hanging off and the hot water was extremely low pressure. Itchy woolen blankets and quite dated electric blankets.

I didn’t like that this property is no longer dog friendly. That is one of the main reasons we have stayed in the past and will now have to find another a dog friendly motel for future bookings. I.e Bella Motels said they were dog friendly when I inquired for next time.

You couldnt use the oven as the dials had nothing on them so didn't know temperature. When flushed the Toilet it spilled all fetal matter onto the seat. There was no service we stayed a week no new towels or rubbish emptied etc.

Beds were older and soft so not as comfortable to sleep on. Marketing materials indicated that there were three beds in the second bedroom. The third bed was in the lounge which was fine for one night but would have been tricky for more nights.

The configuration of the unit was poor. Needed to walk through the kitchen to the shower and toilet. The toilet is right beside the kitchen and affords little privacy. The wifi connection was poor, making TV connectivity very average. The beds were not particulrly cpmfortble. The aircon was finicky to use.
