The location was great, the view was wonderful, The staff was very nice and cooperative (thank you Kaila).

There was no ac, still in the hot days the heating system was working, and the staff couldn't shut it down, so we couldn't stay in the room during day time. The whole place is outdated and worn-out, and needs renovation.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Brinda, who was incredibly helpful and kind throu The inn itself looks quite outdated from the outside and in some areas, but the inside was clean and tidy.

The parking lot is quite narrow, so guests need to be careful when parking and opening their car doors to avoid accidentally scratching the vehicles parked next to them.

Very pretty area and the room was well laid out. Very nice. The staff was amazing!

The parking was hard and right outside the room was the restaurants patio area. It got kinda loud around 9pm.

The staff was very friendly and met my requests promptly. I had all my answers. The info provided was relevant and helpful. The location was excellent. Tim Hortons across the street made it easy to have an early breakfast.

Not really the hotel fault, but the noise from the patio till 2am was annoying. It was stuffy in the room, but we could not open the windows till the DJ entertainment was over.

Perfect location in Canmore with great views of the mountains and balcony facing the creek. We saw 2 Elks from the balcony on our first night😃. Also close to the vibrant street. Very comfortable beds and pillows and very clean!

No AC, the room was extremely hot everytime we came back from our outings and we always needed time until it cooled down to a comfortable temp. They provided 2 ventilators which did save the day! While spacious, the room was also quite dated and would benefit from a lil update on some features

Fantastic location with easy access to all that Canmore has to offer. We enjoyed the clean spacious room with two double beds and a balcony overlooking the picturesque creek.

The toilet was too low. Good for children but not for the elderly!

c est un motel. C était propre mais vieillot la salle de bain a clairement besoin d un update. Lu building est vieux et tu peux entendre la chambre au dessus. La porte patio se barrait avec un bâton de hockey. Et on a payé plus de 400$ pour ça puisque c est la flambée des prix ds les Rocheuses. Habituellement un logement du genre devrait être à 100$ la nuit pas 400$

Vi fik en opgradering til deres værelse med creekside view. Det lå godt og personalet var søde. Hvis man bor væk fra kroen eller i hverdagene er det perfekt!

Paid way too much for just being a basic motel. Never told us we’d get a room outside where everyone is shouting outside. Staff failed to mention additional information and rushed to pay. Bathroom was way too “minimalist”. Checkout was is too early, how are you going to expect a hungover couple to checkout at 11 am?

The staff at the reception (all three ladies we met) are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. They readily agreed to a couple of our minor requests which made our stay more enjoyable.

While we did not have any issues, there will definitely be need for airconditioning/heating in extreme weather. The hotel should consider installing it.

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect as we were right in the center of Canmore. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our dogs were welcome too. We definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

C’était très cher et c’est une auberge qui a besoin d’un coup de frais majeur. Par exemple, la céramique de la douche est rapiécée et les murs sont très usés. Il fallait donner un coup d’épaule dans la porte pour qu’elle s’ouvre. Je comprends qu’on est en haute saison mais tout de même.

Gut gepflegtes einfaches Hotel in guter Lage in Canmore. Man kann das kleine Ortszentrum zu Fuß erreichen. Nette Lage an einem kleinen Nebenarm de Bow River. Toller Bergblick. Guter Service. Canmore ist sehr entspannt im Vergleich zu Banff.

The room was in a very bad state of disrepair. Clearly any attempt at previous repair was very poorly done. The fans from the kitchen ran all night and kept me from sleeping.

The housekeeper seems not professional. It was supposed to have a sheet between the Duvet and the bed. While after the first day, the housekeeper forgot to place the sheet, and while we check the Duvet to see if it is clean, we have noticed an obvious orange stain… Our room is unit 18 and the bed is near the window. Please kindly check if you can.

We loved the location and the restaurant. The place is old, it needs to up its maintance, it is very pricey for what it offers. Breakfast was not included and the rooms would benefit from at least including a microwave.

The price did not match the facilities, except for its location.

We specifically booked this hotel because it had a pub with pool tables and Wright after the limit for being able to cancel our booking we were notified that the pub was closed and the pool tables would be unavailable due to flooding. Certainly not the fault of the hotel, but it was a disappointment since that is a large part of why we booked that particular hotel. We also found the price to be quite high for a basic room in a motel.

The location is excellent, with beautiful mountain and creek views. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the upgrade made our stay even more special. The hotel staff and management were wonderful — they handled a small issue professionally and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Location location - excellent mountain views. Parking included - great beds - great restaurant. The manager David was sooo accommodating and the staff was excellent!

There was some confusion contacting the hotel for prepayment on the advice of Booking.com however we did get in touch in time and the matter was explained. The carpets had not been vacuumed but everything else was very clean .

The view of the room is awesome with the mountain view and the small lake. The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to the downtown. The room is clean and the bed is comfy!Will definitely book back this hotel when we back next time!

The location was just perfect, close to everything and the balcony next to the river was the cherry on top The room was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful, honestly very happy with our stay, I’d love to come back!

The windows don’t lock and they face a very busy street which is a little disconcerting especially with kids. The beds are really high, normally not an issue but a crib wasn’t even offered so it was extremely not kid friendly. The room is small and even though the price was low, not low enough to justify the space. Would rather have either spent more for the same space but nicer or driven home instead of staying here.

Fantastic location, great vibes, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Walk a few meters behind the property for a great sunrise spot.

Stayed here multiple times. Recently renovated, great location, great staff.

No elevator so need to carry things up stairs - can be tedious. No air conditioning but that’s made clear prior to booking and they provide a fan which works well. Parking can be a competition and the spaces are small.

The lady at the front desk (She was born in Canmore. I think she said she was about 30 yrs old) - was very welcoming. She was friendly. And she told us we had been upgraded to a little bit bigger room! Great view! Staff (from Australia.. a young girl) our waitress at the restaurant was very good and nice too!

It's a little bit dated, but thats expected for the price and type of hotel. ;)
