Loppy isn't very big, so the seating is a bit cramped.

Loved the location of the property and the roof top pool was very nice. The hotel had an overall very relaxing, chill vibe and breakfast was very nice.

Het personeel en de manier waarop het hotel denkt te moeten verdienen. We hebben een potje handzeep perongeluk kapot laten vallen. Bij uitchecken kregen we die als verrassing nog toegeschreven. Voor een hotel wat al een dergelijke nachtprijs vraagt verwacht je iets meer service. Medewerker was ook niet meedenkend.

Stadshotel met een plonsbadje op het dakterras. Prima personeel, gevarieerd ontbijt, locatie is top in district 1.

Les plats du petit déjeuner étaient les mêmes durant les 4 jours. Un peu de changement aurait été bien , mais dans l’ensemble c’était très bien

This hotel is centrally located near the Ben Thanh market with Japantown in one direction and the Bui Vien walking street the other.

Can be a little rowdy in this area so probably not the best spot for families or young kids.

Veldig sentralt! Gang avstand til cho benh thanh. Har også et lite basseng og boblebad på toppen av bygningen som var veldig digg til nedkjøling.

Dobbeltrommet var veldig liten. Det så større ut på bildene. Frokosten var også helt ok.

We ended up booking this place only a couple of days before we arrived in Saigon and it was a great decision. Everything about this place is great - the staff are really welcoming and friendly, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the rooftop pool is a great spot to relax. The buffet breakfast was excellent too, there's an fresh egg station alongside a great variety of cooked foods and fruit/tea/coffee.

Nothing at all, our trip was 10/10.

God beliggenhet, sentralt gåavstand til alle plasser. Ligger i nærhet av cho Ben Thanh , mange spiseplasser og shopping i nærhet . Veldig hyggelig personell , spesielt pikkolo . Alle var veldig hjelpsomme, hyggelig og høflig .

Basseng kan ikke svømme ,var så lite og ikke dypt , vannet rekker til mage. Lite utvalg av drikkevarer på bassengbar. Frokostbuffet var veldig lite utvalg og kjedelig . Hotellsengen var veldig harde , ser ut det er slik på alle hotell jeg har vært på i Vietnam .

Grandes chambres confortables, personnel serviable et efficace, les lits sont fait tout les jours et les serviettes changées. Petit déjeuner agréable avec horaires favorables. Hotel très bien placé avec un accés à énormément d’offres : touristiques (musées, patrimoine du Vietnam, visite en bus, etc.), culinaires (retaurants, street food) , commerciales (marchés, marts, centres commerciaux, boutiques de couturiers) etc. Une jolie vue en rooftop avec une petite piscine avec vue sur Ho Chi Minh. Un 7 eleven qui a fraichement ouvert en face de l’hotel en cas de courses urgentes ou pratiques. Sinon un deuxième qui s'y trouve à 2 minutes à pieds.

La douche n’était pas très bien installée. Même en faisant attention l’eau s’est mise à couler sur tout le sol de la salle de bain, et il faut donc faire attention a ne pas glisser. Quelques difficultés concernant le fonctionnement de la télévision et du Wi-Fi. Le téléphone était aussi en panne, ce qui nous a valu un soucis de dernière minute quelque peu coûteux. En effet, bien que nous ayons quitté la chambre avec les bagages prêts à l’avance et mangé dans le restaurant de l’hotel avant de partir avant de faire le check out. Un employé de l’accueil vient nous voir lors du repas en nous disans avoir appelé au téléphone plusieurs fois pour le check out. Un temps supplémentaire a été pris en compte dans la note totale que nous avions a payé, soit 30% (environ 20€ de taxe de "retard") alors que nous étions prêt à l’heure et même en avance !

A disappointing small and dark room. It’s all tired and needs a revamp. The room was dark even with a window and not enough lighting, same for the bathroom lighting. The room was big enough for one of us to get in the middle between 2 beds or round one side and open the wardrobe, the pictures we saw made the room look bigger than it was. Same with the rooftop pool, small in reality. The shower is a climb into half size bathtub that’s higher than normal to get in and out, the floor gets wet due to position and size of the shower screen. No ventilation or extractor fan on the bathroom. Towels were tatty and frayed and more like a large hand towel size wise. Bedding- top duvet cover not changed in 5 days and bottom sheet changed day 3- bottom sheets didn’t fit the bed so mattress exposed….beds were comfortable thankfully. Had to ask to have shower gel topped up even having left the top off in the hope they noticed but no. 2 very small bottles of water allowed per day, no milk for tea or coffee. Towelling slippers left to wear had previously been worn- obviously worn so no mistaking that! The staff were polite, breakfast was ok. Great location but this hotel is most definitely NOT 4* . The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kenny on the door who speaks great English and always chatted to you when you left or returned to the hotel. We asked the staff if there was anything they could do to make our arrival special as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary- not acknowledged in any way! Would we stay here again…..No …..would I recommend this hotel…….No.

This hotel offers a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. The rooftop pool and bar provided a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, with lovely views and a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a huge bonus in the heat. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay that I’d happily recommend to other travellers.

This was a gorgeous hotel very central of Ho Chi Minh. Our first time in the area and the staff were very helpful and spoke some English. Rooftop pool was lovely very high up! Lovely breakfast and a very clean stylish hotel.

We booked this as when we arrived we didn't feel comfortable in the hotel we booked and didn't really check it and our room had no windows. It was okay but that with jet lag didn't help us get out of bed till later than we would have liked. Bed and pillows were okay, not the worst we had slept on in Asia but could have been better.

Voor een 4 sterrenhotel verwacht ik net iets meer. We hadden een zeer kleine kamer zonder raam. De badkamer ook zeer klein. We hadden het gevoel dat we in een bunker zaten. Wel 1 voordeel- je hebt geen geluidsoverlast van de straat

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was safe and clean. The breakfast had a variety of food choices and an omelet station.. Annie at reception was an absolute gem!! She was courteous and professional. I had several questions about the property and she answered all of them. The biggest compliment I can give is to say I will return and that I would recommend this hotel to friends visiting HCMC..

Sadly, everyone's experience and expectations are different. I travel a lot and experienced some wonderful places and some not so good. As a traveler you should keep an open mind and remember you get what you pay for!! I would consider Cochin Zen hotel a diamond in the rough!! I loved it..

Location is sensational and very close to everything, markets, bars good eateries.

The window wasn’t sealed so let in all the heat of the 36 degree day so was really hot in the room 610 just hope you never get that room it’s a sweat box, the aircon didn’t sufficiently cool down the room to sleep as the windows aren’t sealed and are very loose and barely even lock.

We had a lovely stay at Cochin. Staff were all amazing, the daily breakfast had great variety and was great value. Location walking distance from many landmarks. Many good options for dining. Located centrally which means most tours will pick you up from the front of the hotel.

We loved it all. Like many others of our other experiences within Asia, the beds run on the firmer side which was no problem for us.

Banging central location and easy walks to all th main things like ben thanh markets, Saigon square, museum and many other places, good spot for eateries too. Staff were so helpful, my aircon didn’t work and they offered me another room to sleep in, then they got another room on a higher floor ready for us, but we decided to stay in the other room as it was close to our family. They even gave a birthday cake for our 13 year old daughter in the room as a surprise for her, so good. Highly recommended

Maybe the only thing was the buffet, but it’s fine for something to get you going. Bit limited in choice, but this is small and can pack out if there’s a lot of guests. Advised to get up and in early.

The no window rooms has musty smell

We love Cochin, stayed three nights, went to Phu Quoc and then came back to HCM to try somewhere else for a couple of nights on our way home. When our flight got cancelled/delayed we booked straight away with Cochin and were very happy to be back there. The staff are great, the location is the best, and the pool and breakfast are very very good.

Location is excellent for exploring Ho Chi Minh pool was great for cooling off - it had a good atmosphere.

Had some issues with the shower but staff dealt with them on request.

The location is excellent. We had two rooms. One was a window family room and was great. The other was a windowless double, it was small but fine for one night. This room was next to the lift and VERY noisy. The breakfast was good and had good options. The rooftop bar and pool is great.

The check-in process was very delayed but the staff were working hard.

Das Hotel war insgesamt wirklich sehr toll. Es wird seinem Zen-Thema gerecht und es riecht überall sehr angenehm. Die Lobby, die Flure und der Rooftop-Bereich waren sehr gemütlich und das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar, professionell und stark kundenorientiert. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußläufig kommt man an jede spannende Ecke von HCMC und hat um sich herum auch viele Convi-Stores, moderne Restaurants und solche wo man Einheimische findet.

Etwas enttäuschend war, das das Standardzimmer selbst leider etwas ungemütlicher war, als das Hotel selber. Dem Hotel nach hätte ich eine 9 bis 10 von 10 gegeben. Das Zimmer kriegt allerdings von mir nur eine 7/10. Aber im Gesamtpaket war alles trotzdem zufriedenstellend.
