localisation

The rooms, bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and kind and the breakfast is very extensive.

The hotel is a little dated, compared to modern hotels. The service of the staff however is remarkable.

Everything.

Location & Staff

Very old & extremely small rooms NOT A HOLIDAY INN STANDARD.

No writing paper or pen is provided in the room

The staff was accomodating, funny and tried the best to accomodate every request. It felt really good staying at the hotel, the resturant staff was the best and the food was delicious

Pool too coold for me, but it was nice staying by the area and rest there

Cukup Baik

Staff wkt check in sangat ramah dan menyenangkan Tp wkt check out mestinya menanyakan dahulu permasalahanya bukan lgs menjawab tidak

The breakfast was good with many varieties

Chennai Roti and Black pepper chicken

Room is clean and comfy, staffs are kind and helpfull, breakfast is tasty and lots of choices

There were a period of black out and they need about 30-45 minutes to fix

The hotel is very clean, the location is central, and all of the staff are very friendly. Varia, in particular, was very polite and helpful. I would definitely come back again in the future.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast spread featured a nice selection of local Indonesian dishes alongside international options.

The bed comfort may vary depending on individual preference.

Pulizia molto buona, staff molto attento e premuroso.

Non ho giudizi negativi.

Sy dipimpong utk mendapatkan invoice

Fitness facility, room with terrace, location.

Room with terrace is in smoking floor, and it is too smelly. There are chargers for EV but we cannot use it.

It was clean and comfortable Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and professional.A special mention of Arini and Dani who was very helpful.

Bathroom was clean but needs a little update

Location

Traffic jam

The staff was very helpful and attentive.

The gym, swimming pool and room

The men sauna doesn't appear to work properly.

Fadilitasnya ok, kamarnya nyaman, makananya enak, stafnya ramah

Bandung pasteur hlliday inn best ever for family , the ambience , the staff, the facility always holidday vibe.. also the room very2 comfy clean nice..

We stayed with our family and checked in on December 26, booking two rooms. The check-in process was quick, and the front office staff were friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were next to each other, just as we requested. The rooms were spacious and quite clean, although the floor was still a little dusty. The bed was comfortable, and our room had a nice view of Mount Tangkuban Perahu. There was also a mini pool right in front of our room. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy and the room wasn't very soundproof. Breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted really good.We loved the Indomie station 😁 What we liked most about this hotel were the friendly staffs, the very convenient location (easy access to the toll road and the Whoosh train station), and the shower, which was great. Overall, whenever we visit Bandung, we would definitely stay at this hotel again ❤️

Such a amazing hotel. But I think you should give some information about how to open the room door Cuz its to difficult when people dont know it.

The hotel venue for wedding is such a wonderful place, got a great experience with the company of Leysha. Easy to access to the hotel.

Its me and my family very first time to visit Bandung, Indonesia for a short family vacation. We decided to choose this Holiday Inn By IHG hotel as they have bigger room under premium especially family room which suit us. The staffs here are all very friendly and helpful. Its perfect hotel for big family especially with kids as well. Staff Mr Yanz took extra initiative to even hand written surprise positive vibe messages for us on the table while we were busy choosing food during breakfast. We were spoilt with so many varieties of local interesting and delicious foods. The breakfast food option is a must if you stay in this hotel. Mr Steve another staff even greet us with full of morning energy and every friendly as he willing to try to get to know us a little bit. Overall stay was amazing. Good Job to all the staff. Keep up the positive working vibe to make visitors feel welcome and happy stay.

First time in Bandung and staying in this hotel. It is really a wonderful experience. The family room is clean and spacious facing moutain view. The services here are great too from front desk to housekeeping to eating breakfast at their hotel restaurant basically every staffs in Holiday Inn. Just naming a few staffs like Bunga, Yana and Stevie in the food/restaurant sector. Starting our morning breakfast with positive vibes. Keep up the positive working energy. Overall awesome. Will surely to recommend.

The staff were super nice and attentive. The waiter served our dinner with perfect English. The manager offered us fresh cooked soto Ayam for breakfast. Price for restaurant was very good!

my to go hotel when have business trip in Bandung. good location and good service.. and as IHG member i can enjoy the benefit of room upgrade and late check out

The second time we stay in Holiday inn Bandung. Nice location, warm and pleasant personality we got from all the staffs . Clean room and good pool. Will be back again on next holiday, in syaa Allah. All the best & Success for all.

Stayed again in this lovely hotel for 10 days was an unforgettable moment. First I booked via web and Ms Gilang from reservation helped me getting family room with fair prices. She was so kind and explain everything in details. Big thanks to Ms Gilang. Front liner Ms Ratu helped me getting early check in, and we really didnt have to wait to get our room, thank you. Last but not least Mr Jeremia at the resto always gave his best service. thank u to all. I will surely come back and highly recommend this hotel.
