La salle de bain était moisie sur les murs, la douche abîmée.

Prima hotel, wij verbleven hier 1 nacht voor onze treinreis naar Yogjakarta.

Kamers zijn wat ouder, maar verder prima.

نظافة الغرفه، من دورة المياة وتنسيق الغرفه وغيرهااا، حيث ان الاطلاله لم تكن جيده والزجاج كان مغطى بالكامل

Unfortunately, the hotel staff are not very good. For example, although the hotel had a nice name, it was definitely not of the same quality as other similar hotels I've stayed in before, which upset me and I was disappointed. Some items that weren't available in the room only arrived when I asked for them. Whereas in other İbiş hotels, everything was ready. For example, there was no soap or toothbrush. My room wasn't cleaned even once during my stay; when I asked why, they didn't answer, just said they would clean it the next day. This is not good.

I liked the room configuration itself, room size is generous. Soundproofing from outside road and construction noises was actually pretty good. Staff are exceptional.

The property is dated; sheets, pillows and towels are old, and give a sense of not being clean (even if they are.) I don’t like this curved plastic configuration of the Ibis and Ibis Budget bathrooms, the plastic interiors do not ventilate well and there is mildew build up. Mini bar fridge needed a quick repair because it was givng out warm air, so was water dispenser in corridor, not keeping water cool.

Hôtel vieillot des années 80, chambres couleur orange, murs sales, linges gris et tachés, salle de bain en pvc (en plastique), cheveux, et moisissures, On a frappé 3 fois à ma porte poir faire ma chambre alors que je dormais ensuite on m'a appelé sur le téléphone de la chambre L'emplacement, trop de bruit routes sur 3 niveaux, difficile de sortir marcher, trop de circulation, peu de lumière, peu d'options de restauration..Room service cash only Je ne recommande absolument pas.

We got asked to change rooms halfway through our stay due to maintenance work - which was an inconvenience, and we weren’t compensated for that. The TV would stop working often. Also the refrigerator was warm.

Book in advance for quite non smoking room. Arrived 2 hours latter than the requested check in. Given noisy room facing the strret and elevated street. Wait for 20 min for a better room Given middle top most room not facing the street. The room is so noisy with the appliances on the roof, may be central AC. What is the point of waiting? There are other room on the 6th floor, not facing the street. It is week days hotel is not full. The hose keeper confirm other room availabilty. The lobby is more like a playground where you have your kids registered while you do shopping. It is so noisy with kids playng miniaturized pool table. While waiting, I order food and have a late lunch. The food come with half of the items misssing, no vegy soup. The shower is leaking, the sprinkler is loose. The bathroom is smelly, something unpleasant, not a sewage smell.

The hotel was close to Paris Van Java, an outdoor shopping mall perfect for families. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The beds were very comfy and the view from the rooms, seeing Bandung light up at night, was the highlight. As well as the staff speak English so it definitely made the check in experience easier

The hotel is located on a very busy main road so getting in and out of the hotel with a vehicle can be quite difficult, especially during peak traffic hours

Breakfast was as expected from IBIS. What can I say about the Indonesian hospitality - the staff are ever helpful and accommodating. They all should be given a healthy bonus. Will stay here again not doubt about that.

Had to walk outside the corridor to get water and the dispenser produced water like a young child peeing - that slow. Only 1 lift operational during my 3 nights stay there.

cleanliness is an issue for us. Beddings and towels are about to turn grey. For the price we pay, we would have expected more but the hotel condition was just not great.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Das Zimmer war etwas eng. Das Frühstück war OK. Dar Kaffee war nicht so gut.

The staff were really friendly. We took the breakfast upon arrival and they could facilitate vegetarian meals for me. They were sweet to prepare something every morning and one of the staff will walk me around to show which items I can eat in the buffet.

Just that the main road access. Always requires the grab drivers to make a big u turn to reach here. But it’s not really an issue just that the drivers were not so happy about it.
