Zest Sukajadi Bandung by Swiss-Belhotel International

Best for sleeping only

The traffic noise at night with insane motorbike noises through the thin wall.

Lovely roof top restaurant

It’s a centralized area, so that was great. Grateful to the reservation team for accommodating to our early check in upon arrival.

Might need to fix their AC in the room we were in, it was slightly warm and need to clean the room thoroughly as we still see areas that has dust.

Tempat Strategis, ada parkir gratis

Breakfast sangat sederhana untuk hotel seharga 700 rb-an, kunci kamar hanya ada 1 agak menyusahkan bagi 2 tamu dengan aktivitas berbeda

Great location, service , friendly staff.

The Family room is large and breakfast is good

Clean and quiet

Need to have separate dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Near to the Paris Van Java mall.

The bed seems dirty. There is a stain on my bed

Spacious. Great service

早餐米粉好吃

沒有提供吹風機，房間淋浴設備是固定的不太方便。

Lokasi bagus

Kartu akses masuk kamar kurang kalau 1

Lokasi dan pelayanan/keramahan stafnya

Tidak ada kolam renangnya 😬

Friendliness of staff

The AC in the room was broken and towels are old

The rooms were nice and clean. The stuff was also really kind and helpful. There is also a nice shopping mall only 10 minutes walk!

When you have a room on the side of the road, you will hear the traffic very good because its a crowded street.

Environment

The family room was big, comfortable bed & pillows. AC working good. All basic necessities provided. Hairdryer & fridge available for this type of room. The hallway to the bedrooms smell nice. Breakfast was quite good although not that much choices but can still make us full. Loved the coffee though. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Near to PVJ but advisable to get a Grab or any car to go up there especially if you don’t like walking along the busy roads. It is raining season in Bandung this month so don’t forget to bring your umbrella or raincoat if you wish to go out for visiting.

Not sure if there is any.

Large and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location near PVJ mall, lovely rooftop terrace

AC a little weak in room, rooms slightly tired in places

Location is perfect. Room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Staff very friendly. 100% recommended.

Traffic in front of the hotel

The room is nice. Bed is comfy. Clean, nice breakfast.

Nothing.

Breakfast spread was okay. Had variety of choices. Our rooms and bed were made everyday during our stay. Staffs are friendly as well. I requested for connecting rooms and to have the rooms in one level-they fulfilled it which was great.

I wish there was a fridge in the rooms.

Good air conditioning, friendly staff, free and available parking at the hotel, clean.

Wifi is quite slow, soap dispenser need to be improved because it’s to slow to dispense the soap. Traffic to the hotel is vey congested expecially at 4-6pm

Lovely and variety of breakfast buffet. Welcoming and soft spoken staff. All are quite good for a 3⭐️ hotel could offer.

Is not a sound proof room/building as a lot of noises could be heard all day and night either from the street or across the street no matter which floor you were staying. Difficult to doze off 😣.

Lokasi ok, kmr n bed sheet bersih, kmr mandi bersih, heater ok, Very good service, parkiran ok,

Bilik bersih..staff sgt peramah & membantu Location hotel yg dekat dgn PVJ

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful given our situation where we had to take care of sick family member at RSHS. The staff ensured that we can have rooms to stay in daily basis. PVJ is also in walkable distance of you need some refreshing.

A variety of good food served for breakfast but the egg station could be improved

We requested for a non smoking room but we can smell ciggarette smoke from the room

Het personeel is vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van de kamer is uitstekend. Ik kom er graag terug.

Niets.

excellent food, giant room, very stylish and clean. perfect service.

Excellent service, staff very helpful, nice hotel, one of the best all together; will definitely come back again

I did not have breakfast, but I had lunch and food is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is clean, wifi has strong connection, and Location is strategies.

Close to PVJ Mall, cafes and restaurants. Price is ok. Hospitality of reception staff is great. Security is very helpful to reach online taxi.

Leakage of bidet in the toilet is uncomfortable.

No sign of Indonesia

breakfast was okay..staff were super nice including security..kudos!love the concept of massage at the room..really helps alot

could improve on storage of the dessert area..some flies were around

Staffs really warm and helpful..

the bed need to repair

I was ill and hotel staff helped me to buy medicine from the pharmacy. The hotel is value for money looking at its price. The bed was only queen size bed, but it is comfortable and I was being provided 2 extra pillows due to low peak season.

The food choices for breakfast are limited with mostly local food.

More facilities in toilet for disable/wheelchair bound customer.

The staff were more than amazing. All of them are great and helpful. Thanks alot for everything.

The rooms needs renovations.
