Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die wunderschöne Bettdekoration zu unserem Hochzeitstag und die tolle Geburtstagstorte! Wir haben uns über diese liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten riesig gefreut. Das Essen war ebenfalls solide und in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Ein großes Lob an die Belegschaft: Hier wird Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft großgeschrieben!

Der Poolbereich, der leider nicht sehr einladend wirkte. Zudem sollten die Angaben auf Booking.com dringend aktualisiert werden: Kostenlose Wäscheservice und Massagen werden dort fälschlicherweise aufgeführt, existieren vor Ort jedoch gar nicht. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt!

朝食がおいしい。すぐ近くに大きなスーパーマーケットがあり、お土産物含め必要なものが手に入る。家族や仕事仲間と泊まったが、みな満足していました。

The staff were lovely and pool was a decent size. Location is easy to walk to many places.

It’s very run down in the rooms and shared spaces. It would have been a lovely hotel at some point but sadly no renovations or improvements have taken place. The bathrooms are water damaged (see picture), the bedroom itself is tired, needs painting and the bed is really uncomfortable- it’s a small bit of foam over a mattress that should have been thrown out years ago as it is hard and the springs are solid and uncomfortable. The swing in the room was dirty on the cover and there is no light in the room on a sunny day even if both windows are open due to the massive building next door. Deck chairs are damaged, the wood by the pool is lifting in places and there is nothing in the hotel to discourage mosquitoes like in many others. The pool is also used as a thoroughfare for staff at the restaurant and hotel (a lot of staff) so is not a peaceful relaxing place. I know the price is reasonable but we actually switched to this hotel from another because of the excellent reviews- but I really cannot understand why the reviews are so good, I can only assume the bad ones were asked to take down.

Good hotel not so far from pub street . Easy to reach everywhere.

The location is perfect, almost right in the city center and with lots of good restaurants and cafes around. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is good with a little buffet and also some options to choose from the menu. They also got a nice and spacious swimming pool area, with a big pool. The service exceeded our expectations thanks above all to the staff.

Tutto perfetto, camera grande ed accogliente, bagno con doccia, personale sempre gentile e sorridente, colazione varia sia dolce che salato. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi o in tuk tuk dalla zona della movida ma in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo usufruito sia della piscina che del servizio massaggio, molto apprezzato dopo una giornata a visitare la bellissima Angkor Wat.

Solo come miglioramento metterei dei porta asciugamani e della luci/lampadine più potenti in bagno

I had an amazing time staying at Memoire d'Angkor Boutique Hotel while I was on a group tour with Holiday Max. Staff are very friendly, supportive and most importantly very respectful. The service is at highest level. They are very flexible in accommodating to your needs. We had to wait until 3pm until the driver comes and pick up to the airport but normally the checkout time is 12pm. But they gave us extra 2 hours to stay in the room. Food is great. The rooms are very spacious with modern facilities. You have everything you need. I highly recommend this place to stay while you are visiting amazing places in Siem Reap.

Wonderful experience. Stayed for two weeks at the hotel and had the best time of our life. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, and excellent breakfast. The pool is magnificent. Very good upholstered couches in the shade, surrounded by a lovely trimmed garden. Less than one km from downtown a perfect location for excursions. Only the machines in the gym are worn out and would need some maintenance.

Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms with nice cold aircon. The service from all receptionists (special thanks to Theary), to restaurant, housekeeping and pool/garden keepers was impeccable. The pool is clean and inviting. Very short tuk tuk ride or 900m walk to the buzzing Pub Street. Stayed here 4 nights. Definitely happy to stay here again on my next visit!!

This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. As returning guests, we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, which was a very much appreciated gesture. The room was spacious and comfortable The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly makes this hotel special is its outstanding staff – everyone is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and massage places within easy walking distance. Angkor Supermarket is also nearby, making it very convenient for shopping and daily needs. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We will certainly be back again on our next visit.

Supertidy and wonderful staff! I had some problems with my air conditioning, but in 15 minutes I was mobed to another room, and upgraded. Location was great, and i enjoyed the breakfast. Liked the pool. Staff in front desk deserves 11/10!

The hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff, large clean rooms, perfect location being in the city and a supermarket next door. And the way the hotel looks, the paintings, furniture, it took my breath away. Also the hotel restaurant has excellent food

The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also a large supermarket within walking distance, making it very convenient to grab anything you need. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay (Theary, Dy, Lisa & Monie). Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth the price we paid, and we would happily stay here again!

Strategic logic, far from hectic place. But definitely walkable, straight road to pub street. Friendly staff who helped us few times. Theary, DY , Lisa, Monie. Rooms are fully equipped, clean and spacious. I had good night sleep without any noice from outside.

I was very surprised by the ambiance of the lobby. The room was immensely spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff was attentive and friendly and the breakfast was delicious

This hotel was the perfect way to experience Siem Reap. A very special accommodation, and everything I needed was provided with thoughtful, caring, and attentive help. I arrived late on my first day and they treated me like family, exactly what one needs at the end of a long day. It is perfectly located for all local exploring, and I would recommend to everyone!

This hotel is excellent, staff are so polite and very obliging. We had a late flight out so they allowed us to check out at 3pm. It is also in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

A former resident of Siem Reap, I was looking for a quiet and comfy refuge during a recent brief return visit. I found it at Memoire d'Angkor. From the moment I was welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff I felt at home. Despite being centrally located on busy Sivatha Blvd., the hotel is remarkably quiet. My room with a king size bed was clean, very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast included with my reservation featured a nice buffet of fruit, cheese, pastries, and tea/coffee as well as a 6-item menu of ala carte egg and other dishes made to order. As an avid swimmer, I also appreciate and took advantage of the lovely pool daily. All of the above made total cost of my stay seem very reasonable for the area. Returning to the staff, I was surprised and delighted when 4 of the front desk personnel knocked on my room door to present me with a personalized and yummy tiramisu birthday cake. I look forward to return stays in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and massage services. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the stay. We highly recommend this hotel and are looking forward to come back!

The hotel is in very good shape. The double bedroom was very nice and in very good condition.The shower has a wall so the whole bathroom doesn't get wet which is really convenient. The staff are wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

There is a reason I keep going back and it is everything from checking in to checking out and beyond. The staff are amazing , the location is great, the atmosphere is fantastic. My heart I think has decidied to stay there and I go back to visit it! Love the place!

Limpieza, habia cucarachas en la habitacion, lo reporte desde el primer dia, pero no hicieron nada. Estuve tres noches y las tres noches encontre cucarchas (grandes) en mi habitacion. Cuando viajas con ninos es un tema preocupante.

The location was convenient, close to transport and within walking distance of resteraunts and markets. Rooms were adequately appointed, all amenities functioned. Staff were friendly and helpful and communicated easily. Ambience was relaxing and typically Cambodian. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Location great. Lovely tranquil atmosphere. Big rooms nice and clean. All the staff went above and beyond. Could not fault any of them. Theory on reception especially was so kind to me and made sure I was well cared for after a stomach upset caused a a few minor changes of plans. Any query was attended to very promptly. The staff are a great asset and a credit to the hotel.

Als je dan toch iets zou kunnen benoemen is het om over te gaan van verpakte zeepjes naar zeeppompjes (dat lijkt me makkelijker in gebruik en minder afval)
