**Absolutely wonderful stay – 10/10 is not enough!** I have had an absolutely wonderful stay here and honestly could not be more satisfied. If I could give more than 10 points, I definitely would! A special thank you to **Lisa, Lucy, Nary and Meas**. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They truly make you feel at home, and their smiles and positive attitude make such a big difference. In fact, one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay for much longer was because of the amazing staff and the atmosphere they create. The location is perfect, making it very easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The breakfast is very good, and the food in general is excellent. Everything has been exactly what I was hoping for. What really stands out, though, is the hospitality. You can have a beautiful hotel, a great location and good food, but it is the people who make a stay special — and the people here are truly exceptional. I have felt very comfortable and very well taken care of throughout my stay. I genuinely don't want to leave! **Highly recommended. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with wonderful people. The hotel was very good and very clean! The location was perfectly centralised, the staff was very helpful, always friendly respectful and trustworthy. The food in the hotel was really top class. We felt very comfortable during our stay and Maes was simply top class! If someone should go to Siam Reap then I would recommend this hotel!

Some hotel fittings are dated and need attention ex: fridge in our room is not working & have to be changed 2x, carpets along the corridor are not fixed in some areas & might cause tripping

The tub was half broke and no hot water wasn’t even warm. I checked out not even 24 hours after check in mostly for this reason when I did I got empty platitudes and charged 75 cents for a mini bar soda.

Had to move rooms as the room booked not available on first night - apparently due to heavy rain? A lot of construction noise from early morning both inside and outside - view from balcony on first night approx 5 metres from adjoining construction site

The staff is very welcoming and kind. This was our second time staying at the hotel, and they surprised us with a room upgrade. They were also very kind on the day of check-out, allowing us to use the pool and the other facilities of the residence without asking for any additional payment. We found everyone to be very welcoming and friendly.

Inizialmente c’era stata assegnata una stanza un po’ vecchia (sicuramente non ristrutturata) e non era soprattutto quella che avevamo prenotato. Abbiamo dovuto insistere un pochino ma ci hanno assegnato il giorno dopo la stanza richiesta. Anche la piscina necessiterebbe una ristrutturazione anche se, comunque, carina.

Amazingly friendly staff, great room and nice breakfast

Really close to the centre, majority of staff were really friendly and room was really nice.

Beds were VERY firm and breakfast could’ve had more options. First room had electrical issues and caught fire whilst we were in the room and no smoke alarms, however staff were efficient with moving us to different rooms and compensating without prompting.

The staff were very polite, helpful and quick to fix anything (the WiFi in my first room wasn't great and they moved me when they couldn't fix it right away and upgraded my room for the inconvenience). Food and drinks were not only priced well but tasty. The room was wonderful, spacious, bed was comfy and clean! The pool was great to use, same as the dining area. They even arranged activities for myself and the transport. The location is perfect as you are near many shops, markets, attractions like Angkor Museum, Artisans D'Angkor and more.

The overall experience at the hotel was incredible. Our room was perfect. Clean, huge bed, spotless bathroom and even a bathtub. We got the room cleaned every day, the aircon worked great and the guys at the reception were really friendly and helpful. We arranged with them our laundry, a driver to visit Angkor at a fair price and the rental of to bicycles for another day. Everything was fine. The breakfast was good enough as well and the location too.

We were staying at their sister hotel for the whole week, Riverside view residence, as they were repairing something in the room that was meant for us, and we did not want to move 2 days in a row. In the sister hotel, the staff was exceptional, really amazing, super helpful, and they always tried to make us feel the most comfortable, especially Somphourss! On the first day, we had to change rooms because of the AC and there was no warm water in the room, but again, they were very flexible. The room itself was nice, not the newest furniture, but that was no problem. The pool is also really nice to have, and there is additional towel provided by the sunbeds. Breakfast was nice, some pasta, bread with butter and jam, pastry and fruits, and a chef is making omelette fresh for you. Overall, it was a great experience, and hope to be back soon!

Buona posizione, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall’Old Market. La struttura è abbastanza pulita e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Personale disponibile e posizione comoda per visitare la zona centrale.

Per essere un 4 stelle, gli standard sono inferiori a quelli europei. Durante le pulizie veniva cambiato solamente un asciugamano nonostante fossimo in due. La colazione non è molto varia, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la parte dolce, e durante il servizio venivano aggiunti pochi prodotti alla volta.

Not worth the money. The breakfast was terrible besides from the omelet station. If you arrive at 9am everything is gone and not restocked. Paid for a premium room and had a few of a brick wall. Way more expensive than any other accommodation in Cambodia that we stayed.

The location was perfect to walk to stores and restaurants. Really enjoyed the roof top pool!

En cuanto a suciedad tenía más de la esperada por lo pagado y ser un hotel. Mucho polvo detrás de las cortinas y en algunas sábanas. Me cobraron por la lavandería más de lo esperado ya que por 2 bolsas pusieron que pesaba 3-5kg sin especificar y luego por una bolsa solo 3.3kg. La ducha tampoco estaba limpia del todo

La amabilidad del personal era extraordinaria, nos dejaron hacer el checkout un rato más tarde para podernos duchar después de una excursión. Además, al irnos tuvimos que dejar las maletas ya que nos salia el bus a la noche y no nos pusieron ningún problema, de hecho nos ofrecieron dejarnos una habitación antes de irnos disponible por si queriamos darnos una ducha. Las instalaciones están muy bien y no podemos poder una pega al alojamiento. Finalmente descatar la gran labor social que hay detrás de este hotel.

Nagyszerű elhelyezkedés, boltokhoz és éttermekhez nagyon közel. Megszervezték a reptéri fuvart oda-vissza, amelyet náluk lehetett kifizetni - sokkal kényelmesebb volt, mint a söfőrnek készpénzben fizetni. Az étteremben nagyon finom volt a steak, és a reggeli is finom volt.

A reggeli ismétlődött, és bár minden nagyon finom volt - ez 4 nap után már unalmas tud lenni.

We had a lovely stay nothing to say.

The first and most important thing was the staff were just fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Every single thing that they could help with and be involved in was automatically what they wanted to do. And always done totally cheerfully. The price for four nights including breakfast was outstanding - maybe the best we have had in Siem Reap, and we have been there many times. And the internal meals were of exceptional value, given that they also take 15% off for guests - we had lunch with a beer and a Singapore Sling cocktail along with fish and chips and chicken satay and rice, and that came to $12.62. I had told them in advance that we were there for our 40th anniversary, and they presented a lovely tableau on the bed to commemorate this, which was lovely to see when we arrived and were shown into our room. I would 100% recommend this hotel as a lovely place to stay. You are a little removed from the city centre, but given that tuktuks and remorques (open large tuktuks) cost only a dollar to get into town, distance is just not a problem.

Of course we didn't see other rooms, but the lovely two-room suite they put us in was lovely because of the extra space, but there were a few things we would have liked to have seen addressed. There were no chests of drawers of any sort to unload your t-shirts, underwear etc. into, so you lived out of your bag for that, which is a bit odd. The bathroom was lovely, BUT there was no shower, only a bath (you could sit in the bath and use the hand-held spray, but that is not ideal for over 60s), and there was no light anywhere near the mirror in the bathroom (and certainly none directly above it), and so then if you opened the curtain the light from the outside bedroom window flooded in as a reflection, so shaving was, I have to say, a real nightmare. And the positioning of the electrical sockets in today's electronic world was rather unhelpful. One could manage, but a little more thought would be time well spent.
