Lastarria Aparts

Nos quedamos 3 personas en uno de los apartamentos de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño por 9 noches ahora en septiembre 2026. Las atenciones por parte del staff desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos fueron excelentes y la comunicación por whatsapp con el front desk siempre inmediata. Francesc nos coordinó un taxi desde el aeropuerto a nuestra llegada, nos recibió y nos dio la orientación de los tours y de cosas para hacer por el área del hotel. Nos encantó el barrio Lastarria y lo céntrico que fue para muchas de las actividades que hicimos en Santiago. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. Bastante silenciosa en las noches a pesar de estar en una calle concurrida y con múltiples restaurantes y bares. (Estábamos en el 3er piso). Lo único que nos hizo falta fue un espejo afuera además del que está en el baño. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y me volvería a quedar. Eso sí, con la observación de que no cuenta con ascensor y toca subir y bajar las maletas por la escalera si tu habitación no es de primer piso (cosa que ya sabíamos por la descripción). Y de todos modos nos ayudaron a hacerlo en ambas ocasiones. Muchas gracias por haber sido nuestro hogar nuestra primera vez en Santiago.

Localização muito boa, apartamento espaçoso, completo e confortável.

Possui muitas escadas (sem elevador), nos andares altos fica complicado com bagagens. Deu problema no gás e demoraram bastante para resolver, chegamos do passeio cansadas querendo tomar banho e a moça não apresentava uma solução. Eu tive que ficar pedindo para que ela arrumasse um local para pelo menos tomarmos banho até o dia seguinte.

Gostaria de poder controlar a temperatura nos quartos. Alugamos um apartamento de 2 quartos com uma sala grande separados em 2 níveis, no nível dos quartos não é possível controlar a temperatura, apenas no ambiente da sala.

Que hay solo un espejo en el baño. Ningún cuarto tiene un espejo extra, es fundamental a la hora de arrglarse para salir y si el baño está ocupado, no podes maquillarte, ni secarte el pelo; ni mirar tu atuendo. También deberían proveer rollo de cocina, agua mineral de cortesía para el día en que una llega,

Location and the staff that are polite.

I have told the staff that the bathroom smells like sewer. They did not do anything about it. The cleaners just opened the windows when we were away so that we don't smell it when we come back. We could not sleep properly because of this. My wife wore mask to sleep..I. The fourth night I got sick. The smell is so strong that I think it needs to be reported to the city inspector if there is such. They should close that unit.

Soundproofing is not great- especially between floors. If other guests are not respectful it’s quite disturbing (only one group). Bed was a little soft for my taste.

Location is exceptional for exploring the Lastarria quarter full of great restaurants, museums and walking distance to the Metropolitan Park and Cable Car up to Santa Cristobal.

Bathrooms are little rundown but it was super clean. The living area was very small for 5 of us.

La ubicación

Nuestra experiencia fue MUY negativa debido al trato recibido por parte la persona que nos atendió en la recepción. Durante la gestión de una incidencia relacionada con las condiciones de la reserva, su actitud fue en todo momento poco respetuosa, incluso nos habló de forma discriminatoria hacia nuestra nacionalidad, atribuyendo el malentendido a que fuéramos españoles. Fue racista y absolutamente maleducada. La situación llegó hasta el punto en que nos dijo que debíamos abandonar el alojamiento y perder la reserva. Afortunadamente, el encargado intervino, revisó la situación y corrigió a esta empleada, reconociendo que no procedía el trato que nos dió y pidiendo disculpas por el comportamiento inaceptable de esta persona. Si llega a ser por la recepcionista, nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle. Afortunadamente, su falta de profesionalidad fue aplacada por su jefe. Consideramos que este tipo de trato no es aceptable en ningún caso y no podemos recomendar este alojamiento. Por otro lado, hemos visto respuestas a comentarios malos sin ningún tipo de autocrítica, así que esperamos que la respuesta incluya cualquier argumento falso que trate de justificar lo injustificable. Nuestro consejo: EVITA ESTE LUGAR, no merece la pena.

I always like how clean and tidy everything is. The other aspect is that the apartment is very well equipped.

Unfortunately, the bed wasn't fully made. It only had bed sheets and no quilt. No hair dryer in the bathroom.

We were lucky to have stayed here whilst on a recent visit to Santiago. The hotel is in a student area and each evening you will see students displaying their merchandise to sell out on the streets. Reception staff at the hotel are super friendly and always very happy to help with any issues. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious with a large variety of food to choose from. There is a lovely roof top pool which is a great place to relax after a busy day of sight seeing. There are lots of fab restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We had a great stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we were lucky enough to return to Santiago again.

No tiene ascensor

Great location and as I had an interior room it was very quiet, despite being in a vibrant happening neighbourhood.

Bed was extremely soft. Luckily it was just me and I don't weigh much. Also not enough room in the studio for 2 medium or large suitcases. Toilet blocked up and I had to use a bucket of water to flush it. Hotel could not provide me with an adaptor and I had to purchase one, despite being there for only 3 days and with no intention to return. No salt pepper oil in apartment, no coffee or tea. Very limited kitchenette facilities. Nothing opens until 8.30 or 9am so if you need a coffee prior to that you need to have your own. Also the internet wasn't working and they had to reboot the system, so was without it for a couple of hours.

No hay ascensor si vienes con alguna dificultad de movilidad

Modern eingerichtet und alles funktioniert bestens. Jeden Tag wird Raumservice geboten. Schönes Bad mit super Dusche. Bequemes Bett und leise Klimaanlage. Das Beste am ganzen ist aber die Lage inmitten des spannenden Ausgehviertel Lastarria. Absolut sicher mit vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Front Desk is gleichzeitig ein Reisebüro (Lucerno), die coole und preiswerte Reisen nach Valparaiso oder auch Maipo anbietet. Der Staff ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It’s a nice property, right in the heart of the Lastarria quarter.

I really didn’t like that they basically force you to pay with a credit card, while debit cards don’t get the same price. On top of that, you end up paying about 19% more, which feels unfair and frustrating. They even ask you for documents to prove you’re a tourist, but it’s pointless since you still end up paying VAT anyway of 19%.

O check-in nāo fica no mesmo prédio onde me hospedei. Nāo tem porteiro no edifício onde me hospedei. Nāo há elevador no edifício onde fui hospedado. O colchão poderia ser melhor considerando que estamos falando de hotelaria.

100% recomendado, los chic@s de recepción un 7. Habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, posee todo lo necesaria para una buena instancia. Buena ubicación con muchos locales cerca (bar, heladería, Minimarket, cafetería, estación de metro…..)

Ótima localização. Apesar da recepção ser em outro prédio, é menos de um minuto de caminhada e o recepcionista foi comigo até o quarto. Era de noite, então me senti muito mais segura.

Cobran una garantía por el apartamento. Eso no me había pasado en ninguna parte del Mundo. Por supuesto se demoraron en devolverme la garantía. Esto me parece pésimo. El lugar bien pero por esto de la garantía no lo recomiendo

Era muy limpio y lindas habitaciones. Todo muy limpio y hermoso edificio. Excelente ubicación donde encuentras de todo para comer y comprar, además de muy buena locomoción cerca del metro.

Muy pequeña la habitación y oscura, considerando que debía trabajar, el espacio era muy pequeño.

Ottimo appartamento in posizione strategica. Personale accogliente e a disposizione per risolvere ogni questione.

Good location/neighbourhood for tourists. Place was surprisingly nice. Big balcony with nice views, two floors, clean, en suite bathroom for one room. Had a pretty good kitchen but did not use. Front desk was nice, took us up to room, let us store baggage, and gave a card for discount breakfast at nearby restaurant. Good value for money.

Not hotels fault but nearby areas can get a bit unsafe at night, not right on this street which is pretty good but things rapidly decline a short walk away. Would recommend uber or similar.

It would be good to have a prominent sign at the restaurant as the reception is inside. Although the informaion supplied is detailed, as a first time visitor I spent a little too long finding reception.

Sometimes, the noise of the street downstairs, but that is all part of the atmosphere of Chile. Alwsys felt safe.

Wonderful location. Great part of town. Very helpful with messages ahead of our stay

Disappointing in reality. Check- in was laboured , key cards didn’t work / expired several times. Balcony wasn’t from the living room as the pictures showed - it was off one bedroom. Front desk wasn’t particularly helpful and made our stay much harder than they needed to. Check out was military and quite unpleasant. All in all , you can do better in this neighbourhood.

A localização é maravilhosa.

Podia ter uma garrafa d’água. Quem está chegando, com frequência não conhece a região e não ter água para beber é muito ruim. O secador de toalha não aqueceu. Retirar a chave em outro local também é ruim. Ainda por cima numa rua de pedestre então não dá nem pra parar na porta. Foi tudo muito fácil mais se tivesse chovendo ia ser péssimo. Podia ser um self check-in.
