Boutique Hotel Herbergh Amsterdam Airport FREE PARKING

Parcheggio gratuito

Letto scomodo

Vrlo ljubazan gospodin na recepciji.

The location is perfectly situated nearby the airport and you can easily use the Shuttle to get to the hotel. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the rooms were very clean, shower worked really well and the room just has all you need. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay close to the airport.

All was great

It was convenient and comfortable with a lovely terrace overlooking the water. The staff were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay.

Perfect location if you need to be close to the airport. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and free parking was a huge plus!

We were three people and paid for a room with three beds, but the third bed was just a basic fold-out bed. It was very hard, uncomfortable, and almost at floor level, which was disappointing considering we paid for three proper beds.

Sehr nettes Perosnal, super sauber, top Einrichtung und richzig gutes Essen

Super

Kiedy przyjechaliśmy do hotelu lał deszcz a drzwi byly zamknięte. Dzwoniliśmy i machaliśmy do pana z recepcji, zeby nas wpuścił.

Location was good. Room was also good but I could hear people's voices or noise from hall quite well. That said, once all the noise is gone, it was really quiet, as the area itself is quiet even though it is closed to the airport.

I don't have much to say, but there was a tiny gap between the shower glass door and the floor, so the water came out from the shower room easily which made the bathroom floor wet.

Convenient and quiet

Quiet, lovely staff, great suburb

Beds a bit soft, several light globes not working, no hand rail in shower ( over bath)

Friendly guy at the reception. Good shower. Good (yet short) bed.

Sadly the extremely loud banging doors (they have to be fixed!!!!) didn't let us sleep. The toilet seat had stains.

Room was clean, remodeled. Nice patio area. 10 minutes from the airport.

Needed adaptors to use the electricity. Bathroom floor was very wet after showering. Mirror in bathroom was not bright enough to put on make up. Room was too warm for sleeping.

The room was cozy and clean, nice interior and decor details. Really nice bathroom. Also, free parking is a big plus. We were really pleased with our stay.

No complains at all.

Friendly welcome. Apartment was perfect for our family group. We didn’t attempt the bus but the hotel shuttle worked extremely well.

If you want to be in the centre of Amsterdam - this won’t be for you but if you happy to have a little bit of inconvenience, you won’t regret it.

X

Prima hotel voor een nette prijs.

Alles was prima.

We had a well-appointed and comfortable family room.

Would benefit from mosquito nets.

Excellent experience usable hotel great location. I really enjoy your friendly environment.

Personeel is top 👍

Alles was top, mooie kamer, fijne bar, snelle service!

What can I say! We found a little gem here. We wish we’d stayed two nights instead of the first night in Amsterdam! The staff were fantastic- very friendly and chatty, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was great and lovely and clean. The hotel has a car park too. The restaurant and bar was lovely and we had a really lovely meal with a few drinks. It was a very relaxing evening before our flight home. We’d definitely stay again.

Nothing not to like.

Comfortable. Wifi good. Staff were good.. Shower good.

5 min walk from bus drop off point, with suit case. Not so easy.

Unkompliziert, freundlich, sauber

Es war alles i.O.

Apartment was wonderfully setup. Roller blinds made the bedrooms pitch black dark which was great for bright summer evenings and mornings.

It is important to realise the apartment is upstairs and is not air conditioned. It was really hot during the heat wave.

The room was comfortable and cool on a hot day.

Construction on the road outside made things noisier than usual. I thought it was strange that the shuttle from the airport was free but the shuttle back to the airport was 6 euros.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it advertised a free airport shuttle. When I asked about the shuttle, the front desk told me the driver was on a break from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. As a result, I had no choice but to spend €20 on an Uber to get to the airport. Ironically, just as my Uber arrived, the hotel shuttle pulled up. Had I been given accurate information, I could have used the shuttle and avoided this unnecessary expense. To make matters worse, I was also given incorrect information about the shuttle itself. I was told it was a red bus, so I stood outside for approximately 30 minutes looking for the wrong vehicle. This poor communication caused unnecessary confusion, wasted my time, and ultimately cost me money. Even after I explained what had happened, there was little effort to resolve the situation or make up for the inconvenience. Better customer service would have included some gesture of goodwill or an offer to help in another way. Overall, the communication was extremely poor, and it turned what should have been a simple airport transfer into a frustrating and expensive experience.

Parkeren

‘s nachts dicht slaande kamer deuren van gasten !

De kamer was top en personeel super aardig! Ontbijt ook top!

N.v.t.

Nice clean rooms been 3 times good every time Close to city

De super mooie (bad)kamer en locatie

Clean, well maintained, great bathroom, parking is a big plus.

Beperkte menukaart restaurant.

Very clean, beautiful and cozy

There is no such thing

Hotel sehr nett, Zimmer toll eingerichtet.

Klantvriendelijk en mooie kamers met goede bedden

Almost everything - close to Schiphol, has shuttle service to/from the airport almost 24/7, excellent staff, great restaurant with late opening hours. Highly recommended, I saw families staying together as well, so broad range of rooms.

Really small things - the room could use a proper rubbish bin (rather than just the one in the bathroom) and the shuttle (shared with the Ramada Hotel) does not stop outside, so one needs to be able to walk around 100m.

Modern and clean room and free parking

Konumu şehir merkezine uzak olmasına rağmen araç olduğu için sorun yaşamadık,Odada buzdolabı olması güzeldi,Sessiz, temiz ve çalışanlar ilgili tam bir fiyat performans oteli dersek yeridir tavsiye ederim

Olumsuz bir görüşüm yok

It’s close to a shuffle for the airport. The rooms are nice. It’s a small hotel so it has charm.

Some of the staff was lost in translation and didn’t understand what I was communicating. They could work on the diplomatic approach.

It has charm, the manager is helpful.

The room was perfect for three adults and very functional for one night.

Offered breakfast was not acceptable and minimum things offered in the room

Personal amabil. Camera si baie frumoasa, pat foarte confortabil.

In baie mirosea foarte tare a produse de curatenie

I liked that there was a refrigerator and that water was provided.

I heard quite a bit of noise from outside in the hallway.

Incredible atmosphere

Newly renovated, mostly clean, small hotel with a nice breakfast

One of the 2 rooms that we booked had a very damp smell that made the stay slightly uncomfortable. There was a used qtip on the bathroom floor .

Zeer netjes en prima gelegen

Nvt

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Badkamer was nieuw, fijne douche, heel netjes.

Proximity to the airport and staff.

We stayed in the apartment and really loved the layout and overall setup. While it wasn’t necessarily dirty, there were spider webs in several areas, which made it feel like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. The air conditioning worked well enough during our stay, but if the weather had been any hotter, the units likely would not have been sufficient to keep the apartment comfortably cool.

La camera accogliente e bella.

Good restaurant

No complaints

A small hotel with big personality, it has been my favorite for years. Located on the edge of a lovely, walkable town. Family atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean, with a nice restaurant (outdoor seating, too!), bar, and a good buffet breakfast.

The airport shuttle only hoes to the Ramada across the road, a short walk but can be a problem in bad weather and/or with lots of baggage. Also for anyone who has difficulty walt.

Inchecken en uitchecken

Gehorig. Klappen van deuren.
