Net curtains were mucky. Bathroom wall paper was peeling and it was poorly designed causing lots of water on the floor and condensation after a shower.

Very old & cold but the receptionist did supply us a spare heater as our room was freezing. Very dated felt like we were in a second hand shop with that old smell. Waiting to go home for a shower as the shower was not appealing.

The shower screen did not seal meaning the floor got soaked, also the toilet roll holder is mounted on the wrong position on the door meaning too long a stretch when the door is closed. Breakfast while handy being on-site, was expensive.

We walked into the room and it looked like the previous person had just left - beds poorly made, door to bathroom squeezed sooo loud ( you could hear it outside), chipping of enamel on the bath, water stains around smoke detector in the ceiling, Incredibly terrible. Previous reviews say the same with promises from the hotel that they are upgrading the rooms but this hasn’t occurred in 6 months. They must know how terrible the rooms are but keep renting them out.

The bed was 10/10 the worst bed I have slept in and ruined my whole experience. The bed seemed really really old and hard done by. I was squashed by my Husband rolling into the middle. Upgrades the bed asap

We went to check in at 2pm, at check in time, we were told that our room would be another 15mins. Our room ended up being ready at 3.15pm. This was a major inconvenience, and something o had never experienced before. I request a late check out, which they obliged, but this seem a standard occurrence to them

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and possibly mold around the tub. Breakfast buffet was average didn't have items stoked up. No pancakes hashbrowns and the coffee dispenser was cold with no milk at the time unfortunately. Bit of a bummer.
