No elevator. The hotel itself is uphill from the mall road but the worst part was no elevators.

On mall road , staff is really good , breakfast and dinner served according to our choices.

Location and staff support

Need pest control periodically as insects come due to rainy season

we enjoyed chit chatting with the office manager (from andra pradesh) as well as the support staff and the staff at the restaurant.

Honeymoon In is the Best choice to stay in Mussoorie when staying with Family. It is in Mid of the Mall Road and access to all the prominent locations nearby. All rooms are Valley View. Best Part is Room service, Food Served & Parking. Manager Mr. Gopinath is Very helpful and Polite. We loved to stay in Honeymoon-inn and will comeback for sure. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

La camera rispetta quella riportata nelle foto. Anche la posizione in zona Mall road facile per spostarsi a piedi, ma se arrivi con driver personale da un altra metà dell’India l’accesso ai taxi non è garantito eccetto dalle 10:30p.m fino alle 6:00a.m. pagando una fee di 200rupie

Nella descrizione viene riportato presenza di parcheggio ma da turista con driver privato non è accessibile poiché la Mall road è chiusa eccetto per auto personale presumo residenti. Il personale sembra gentile ma quando abbiamo chiesto la stampa dei biglietti aerei ciò non è stato possibile. Inoltre, abbiamo centrato presso il ristorante dell’hotel e pagando in contanti non ci é stato dato il resto completo ma si sono trattenuti una sorta di mancia in autonomia.

Great location with a lovely view from the room window. Check in was efficient and the staff friendly. The room was well presented with a big, comfortable bed. It was really clean, felt very safe and so is a really good place to stay. Breakfast was really delicious!

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. You could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Well served and nicely located. The size of the room was very large and the view from the room (floor to ceiling window) was great. The food was very reasonably priced and was very tasteful. Would love to stay again.

I give them bonus points for location and hospitality. The property needs minor repairs and pest control for cockroaches.

The location of hotel is excellent... middle of the Mall Road..and all rooms are on valley view facing..so nice valley view.. Staff is very cordial and co-operative.. Also Veg. restaurants are easily accessible particularly for pure vegetarian people. Good Stay.. Unfortunately the mall road is under repair and renovation..else everything was okay..

The location of course is excellent. The staff is humble and cooperating. The food was good too.

The property is getting old with rooms requiring repairs and maintenance. The primary need in a hotel is the room. However, in our room, couple of lights were non-ops, TV initially wasn't working, the locker was non-operational and door rubbing with the floor. Even the mirror needed replacement.

Location was great but tourist cars are not allowed inside so you need to hire cycle rickshaw to take your luggage till the hotel from the library chowk. The hotel is located little uphill so you need to walk for like 50m. Luggage will be carried by the hotel guys so no worry.

The bathroom shower was not working properly. Also the light outside the bathroom near the wardrobe was not working. After informing the staff then also the light was not repaired.

The rooms were super spacious with best views of mall road and doon valley I requested specific room and staff fulfilled my requirement without any hesitation Staff members were very polite and very welcoming They even offered welcome drink. The food was super good considering price of food it was great value for money. Breakfast had a wide spread The crowd staying in hotel was also decent most of them family members and couples I would definitely want to visit it again.

Everything was good but hot water was not available 24 hrs (available only in morning however then you can request for it) and lift was not available which can be problem to some people

Room was not sound proof. You can easily hear the sound of other room which was very annoying

Hotel stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Food was great. Overall great hotel in that vicinity.

The hotel stay was excellent, the food in the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was cordial. The bed was a tad uncomfortable since I had booked the room for me, my wife and a 7 year old child but no extra bed was provided. The hotel parking was a disaster since they had place for only 3 cars and that too small cars. No place for a C-sedan or a MUV/SUV

Great tasting food, excellent customer service, all the staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean, no complaints at all. Price was great, will stay here again. I stayed here for three days, family of three. Pictures are from my room view.

it was a great stay in this hotel. The staff was so very courteous and always eager to help. The food in the hotel was very delicious and was very economical too. I really loved the lamb curry. The hotel is right on the mall road and is not very far from Gandhi Chauk. If you have booked the taxi to travel to Mussoorie then you will either have take a rickshaw or can walk too for the hotel from Gandhi Chauk as the commercial vehicle are not allowed there. This hotel is not too big, only have 21 rooms. The hotel does not have a bar too. For me, It was a good stay.

Check-in was smooth. Rooms were clean. Location is superb. Good/Tasty Food. Good service. Even though the food was served in the buffet, waiters offer to serve in room if you are too tired or not in mood go in dining room. Cons: No Lift/Elevators in the building. Dining room is so small; you would feel that you are sitting your home's dining room with lot of people. Overall good for a short stay of 3-5 days.

Great location in the middle of Mall road. Rooms are well equipped. The service and housekeeping are below average. Avoid the restaurant and eat at many of the excellent places on The Mall road. The best part of the hotel are the great views of Dehra Dun lights in the night. The windows are however small.
