The services provided by the restaurant, and Ayushi on particular, are very good. Although the ambience is a bit old but the hospitality is pretty good. The food quality is excellent. The music was a bit subtle. Overall it was a very good experience.

Very Heartwellming experience

Stayed at this hotel from 1st April to 9th April, expecting true 5-star standards, but had a shocking & unacceptable experience. One morning during my stay, I woke up with painful rashes spread across my face and eyelid—likely due to insect bites in the room. I had to rush to a doctor for treatment & even after 4 days, the condition remained painful and irritating. What’s more disappointing is the hotel’s response. Apart from a basic apology & offering a room change, there was no real concern shown. No manager reached out, no proper investigation was communicated & no effort was made to ensure guest safety or accountability. This is far below what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Extremely frustrating & disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before staying here.

The atmosphere, food and service was the best I've experienced in Nagpur. Thanks to the staff : Shakil Ji, Soniya Ji and Jyoti Ji at the Meeting Point Restaurant for their exceptional service and hospitality, they truly made this a memorable and an amazing experience. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety and quality options to start the day. The overall service reflects professionalism and good management. From the front desk to the restaurant the staff are courteous and attentive making guests feel valued and well cared for. I would especially like to appreciate Aachal from the Food & Beverage team. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Even during busy hours she manages everything with calmness, confidence and a genuine smile. Her positive attitude and the warmth and respect she shows to guests reflect the true spirit of hospitality. During a time when I needed extra care and positivity her kindness and attentive service made a meaningful difference in my stay. Thank you to the entire team at Centre Point Hotel for making my stay comfortable and memorable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Worst experience, rooms full of mosquitoes, location is ok, ambience is very normal just like 3star hotel, sounds hit u in ur rooms like anything, terrible to stay, finding lift and than room is a big task, service is worst, not worth, sleepless night, pillows are so thick got pain in neck, normal 2star hotel provide better breakfast, overall worst experience, wastage of money. Not deserving 2 to 3 star, nothing of 4 to 5 star, atmosphere is just words..

If u want an early check in and there is waitg don't got to counter to ask for a room. The more number of times u ask the counter staff gets upset n delays giving u a room. Sit patiently if u get place to as very few chair n sofas in the lobby. Even if it takes 2- 3 hrs dint ask, we tend to politely I experienced it and felt very bad being treat so for the first time No system to allocate rooms it's as the person like a guest

The Manager in morning when he learnt my daughter not well gave us Fruits I think his name was Anirudh. When i checked in one nite prior at 12.30 am at nite as we came back from Kashi I didn't like the room smell I asked the night manager to get it cleaned as there were 2 small cockroaches I saw on floor.. morning breakfast was good and morning manager was very comforting.

Unique and fullfilled. The room was grand and comfortable and clean and everything you expect was satisfactory. The staff were utmost cooperative and their hospitality was above the mark. Safe parking for my vehicle was provided. Dinner and breakfast was excellent.

I recently stayed at Hotel Centre Point Nagpur with my family for four days and the experience was truly wonderful. The reason I chose this hotel is because of their rich tradition of hospitality, excellent food, and impeccable service and once again, they exceeded expectations. The staff is extremely humble and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My family felt very comfortable and happy throughout our stay. A special highlight was our dinner at their rooftop restaurant, HIGH STEAKS. Although I have visited many times before, this was the first time I dined there with my family and it turned out to be a memorable evening. The staff was attentive, and even the manager personally interacted with us making us feel at home. From check in to check out everything was smooth and pleasant. The warmth of the team and their dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay truly remarkable. Thank you, Team Centre Point for making our family trip so special. I have never experienced such world class experience in terms of taste! My whole belief system has been changed in Nagpur that 3-5 star hotels, don’t taste good with food, only ambience plays its role. Mr. Rajendar R. and Miss Palak ne Jo Hume service di! They kept us engaged, even served kids with politeness! Thank you so much! Chicken Saoji at such star hotels… not at all expected! Delicious!

Location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. Ambience is great and rooms are also specious and well maintained. Cleanliness is also good throughout property. Food quality is also good. They have amenities like swimming pool, gym, salon and spa although I didn’t got time to explore these amenities . Staff is very courteous, polite and helpful. Overall its value for money and would recommend to fellow travellers.

I was a wandering soul in this hotel during my stay where I was shifted from room to room because everywhere there was a problem. The problems faced has put me in doubt about your take towards hospitality industry. Incident 1: Without being able to sleep, I called up the reception at approximately 11:40 pm. There were continuous vibrations in the room, and the it was like a echoe chamber with music coming from within the hotel premises. After the call, the music was reduced/switched off. But, by that time sleep was already destroyed for the night When I asked about the guidelines about playing loud music beyond 10 pm, I was told by the person on the other side of the call that for indoors it's 11 pm. Even with that, in which universe 11:40 pm = 11:00 pm. Even for 11 pm deadline, your rooms don't have proper acoustics to respect the presence of the other guests in the hotel. Solution Given By The Hotel Management : I was asked to re-pack everything and moved to a different room. Incident 2: After the room shifting the things were OK for may be couple of days. Then one day when I returned back to room from outside, I saw that the entire floor was a mess. An "Uncivilized Mess" created by a marriage guests. The entire lobby was full of footwears kept outside. Completely blocking my path, even blocking my room door. Not only that, few guests were even playing cricket in the lobby. Shouting, loud talking continued in the lobby including ringing of my door bell. This happened during afternoon time, when some guests would have preferred to get some good sleep. Later in the evening, the "Uncivilized" shouting and talking in the lobby turned into a loud singing and celebration. Other Guests, "Who Cares" Bigger point is, is that why you offer in your hotel? Group of guests hijack the floor and others are put to inconvenience. There was no know keep track the activities in the floors by seeing the CCTV and setting guidelines to any "Uncivilized" Behaviour in the lobby. Solution Given By The Hotel Management : I was asked to re-pack everything again and moved to a different room. If you cannot set some standards with respect to use of residing space in the hotel, it is better to convert that into a function hall than a hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur on 26 November during a business trip. My stay, food, and laundry bills were to be paid by my company, but due to a delay by company's Travel Desk in clearing the dues at checkout, the Front Desk Manager asked me to use my credit card, assuring the amount would only be blocked and later released. Since I was rushing for my flight, I agreed. Later, he informed me that the company had cleared the dues, but the amount had already been debited from my account. I requested a refund, after which he stopped answering calls, and the account department simply ignored the request. Even after the company cleared the dues, the amount was debited and my refund requests are now being ignored. This unprofessional behavior, especially by Mr. Nikhil Borkar, is unacceptable. and account department also become unresponsive. This unprofessional behavior, especially from Mr. Nikhil Borkar, is completely unacceptable.

Special thanks to Mr Rahul, Executive Booking and Mr Yash Tiwari, executive Front Office who were very cooperative and understanding in adjusting to my postponement of dates of Booking twice due to my health issues. Their support in meeting specific requirement of a particular Room on a particular floor is highly appreciated. Mr Rahul, Executive Booking has been indeed very kind and understanding and accomodating in my room requirement due to age and personal choice since my last couple of visits. I have been staying in Center Point Ramdas Peth Nagpur since 2016 and needless to say it has never been disappointing and that speaks volumes of everybody on staff from Front Office to House Keeping to Other Services. Mr Sanjeev , Supervisor House Keeping 3rd floor has been very active in supervising and ensuring his staff boys on third floor do up the rooms daily with caring for sensitivities of the Guests. Overall atmosphere of the Hotel is very pleasant and vibrant with positivity.

We have always stayed here for the last fourteen years on numerous occasions. Special mention to all staff, particularly Shri Mayur in the front desk and especially staff from Meeting point Restaurant Shri Ashutosh, Palak,Rathod Ji, Irfan, Ajay and Rajkumar.
