Staff & facilities were exceptional, everybody is super friendly, and the restaurants had really good food.

Breakfast buffet was a bit odd, it was probably the worst part of the experience for me. The adult pool always had children in it which also wasnt great.

Staff was great especially Freeha Kazi who met us the minute we arrived with a very warm welcome and was there for our help and support throughout till the point we departed. She checked on us everyday. It was a pleasure to deal with her. I wish all hotels had staff like Freeha. Our who experience changed to the best because of her. Pls share with with her as well. I want to thank her for all she did.

Beautiful hotel, grounds and restaurants. There is a huge choice for breakfast including vegetarian options. Even though it’s a large hotel the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, the service feels very personal.

I came here for my friend’s wedding and stayed a week and it was so lovely! The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. Shout out to the pool team - R, Sek and Aod, they are genuinely friendly and so helpful. The gym is amazing and has everything you need too, they have lots of classes and the coach is great! Beach was a bit rough so couldn’t swim at this time but so many activities and tours you can do from the hotel instead! The spa was such good value too - shout out to Pinky!!

We checked into the Renaissance today, we were met with smiles from all the staff. SANDEE was very helpful and welcoming, he made note of all our special requests and helped us book another room. All of our special requests were done with a smile and special attention to detail. I will be posting and sharing more as we experience more of the hotel. Whats great to note is that there is a shuttle service to the small town area that is a mere 5 minute drive thats offered complimentary. As are some bicycles that you can use at your pleasure. Some things to note so far: There is only one large pool near the beach, it is not extremely large and can feel a bit crowded. The kids pool area was quaint but catered more to younger kids our 6 and 8 year old boys had fun but preferred the main pool. Not having a pool access room is a schlep when you need to walk in the thai heat all the way to the beach front to swim. Although you could request a buggy each time. Tonight we tried the Japanese Restaurant. The Nigiri was fresh and delicious. As well as the soft shell crab salad which I thoroughly enjoyed. The kids loved the udon soup noodles and the Hokkaido cheese cake was a hit (although the portion was tiny). We look forward to breakfast tomorrow and will share further.

Great resort with very good food options and peaceful ambiance. Special mention to R, Aod and Sek for their amazing service and hospitality. They were extremely friendly and made our trip enjoyable.

Excellent experience. Everything was superb including location, atmosphere, rooms, villas, cleanliness, and service. I would like to especially recognise and commend Mr. R for his most professional behaviour and service and extreme friendliness. His attitude was amazing and welcoming and an extremely friendly personality. I also recognise Mr. Aod, and Mr Sek for their professionalism and high service levels. This team needs a huge praise for making our experience so unforgettable.

A special thank you to the housekeeping team - Nanny and Mayah! The room was always perfectly clean, and they made sure that water and all amenities were constantly replenished. We especially loved the adorable towel animals waiting for us in the room every day — such a sweet and thoughtful touch

部屋、設備、施設全体がとても綺麗で快適でした。 プールの水も適度な温度に調整されておりとても良かったです。朝食は毎日同じメニューではなくとても美味しかったです。何より、スタッフの皆さんが終始笑顔で、困ったことがあっても丁寧に対応してくれました。 ここで一日中ゆっくりして過ごすのが最高でした！

周りに何もないのでホテル以外で食事を取るにはタクシー移動が必要です。シャトルバスでちょっとしたショッピング街に行けますが寂れており微妙でした…。

We want to thank Freeha and Tanny for their incredible service and care for our family in our recent trip to Renaissance Phuket. Freeha greeted us from checking in, every breakfast, to sending newborn care items that we didn’t ask for but she noticed that we might need, and checkout etc. The room is massive and newly renovated and the all three restaurants plus the breakfast area are great in taste/ ambience/ service. They also have great SPA for moms and couples and swimming/ playing areas for kids. We cannot have had a better vacay with a newborn and will for sure be back!

Very very attentive staff at the pool side, especially R and Sun :) never had to wait for towels or ask for water refillsc. They made our day very enjoyable at the poolside.

We had so many wonderful experiences at Kids World. With a wide variety of activities—including the permanent toy area, free coloring pages, and a marshmallow BBQ—the kids never got bored and had a great time. We were especially grateful to Mrs.Sea for all her help.

Très bel établissement ! L’accueil était parfait, chaleureux et professionnel. La chambre familiale est spacieuse, confortable et très agréable, idéale pour un séjour en famille. La piscine est magnifique, avec une superbe vue sur la plage, un vrai plaisir pour se détendre et profiter du cadre. Le restaurant italien était très bon et nous avons apprécié les repas.

La qualité et la quantité des repas servis en chambre n’étaient malheureusement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et pourraient être améliorées. Un autre petit point à améliorer concerne la qualité du papier toilette, que nous avons trouvée assez moyenne. Pour un resort de ce standing, nous nous attendions à une qualité supérieure.

Amazing resort, very helpful staff special mention to R, AOD & Sun at the main pool area were really mindful of our kids and ensured we were hydrated, constantly refilling our water. Kid friendly one of our best experiences in a while.

The staff and service was amazing, they made the entire experience lovely. The amenities were great and it was a perfect holiday. R, Aod and Sun were absolutely delightful and we had a wonderful time here because of them

لم يلتزمو بمتطلباتي رغم اني حاجز قبل شهر ، البوفية هندي لوجود جالية هندية حسيت كني في الهند ، رغم اننا عائلة حاجز غرف جنب بعض و رقضو يعطوني جنب بعض و اضطروني اخذ فلتين بمسبحين يوم جيت انتقل للفلتين قالو انتضر لين يطلع الي قبلك عجيبة ادفع للي قبلي وتضطر تضيع وقت في النقاش تقنعم بحقك ، الفندق بعيد جدا عن اي شي لازم تاخذ سيار بحدود ساعة او اكثر للمشاوير الي بتروحها ، البحيرات في الفندق متسخة ، يعني من الاخير ندمت على الحجز في هذا الفندق و لا انصح به ابد ولن اعود له بل اني فرحت يوم خرجت منه بالمناسبة قبل انسي انكسرت غلاية قزاز جايبينها معنا وطلبنا التنضيف و جو ينضفون و تنضيف مش حالك وزوجتي تمشي في الغرفة انجرحت لانهم ما نضفو زين و الوزغ حدث ولا حرج داخل الفلة والكثير الكثير من الملاحظات

The feeling you are in the middle of nature with all the vegetation and trees inside the resort as well as a variety of animals living there made it feel unique. The immediate access to the a very long beach was something unforgettable. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The close by pond or mini lake gave us the chance to cycle the almost 4 km perimeter twice and walk it once; effectively allowing us to exercise outdoors and enjoy the local wildlife. Turtle Village is also a short cycle or a fun shuttle ride away.

This would be a testament of how little was wrong with our stay. The only thing we did not like was how fragile the toilet paper was. This is a small detail, but remains an opportunity for improvement.

The pool is so relaxing 25 steps from a 5 mile long beautiful beach resort is away from everything very private the pool staff is the face of the resort they attend to your every need quickly with a smile

The whole resort is very beautiful, and being higher up on the map meant it was super peaceful and the beach was gorgeous and untouched. Being able to relax in a hammock, with the wonderful staff coming over with towel, making sure you have enough water and other refreshments was perfect. The staff could not do more for you. The spa was gorgeous and highly recommend both the Thai massage and facial service. The food and drinks were very nice, and our villa with our own little pool was perfect if you want more privacy. The bed was super comfy, the bath tub huge. It was wonderful and my only regret is not staying longer!

There wasn't much to dislike, but it would be nice to have more than 2 restaurant options for All-inclusive. That is my only note, everything else was great!

מלון מושלם מכל הבחינות. לקחנו את החדר עם הבריכה, שווה כל שקל! אומנם לא היה כל כך שימוש בבריכה כי היא לא מחוממת וקצת קרה אבל החדר מושלם ומרווח. האוכל מדהים, המתקנים נהדרים, מלון מטופח מאוד ונקי. הבריכה מושלמת. יש גם איזור לילדים עם בריכה וקידס קלאב סך הכל נחמד מאוד. על החוף יש מסאז׳ והחוף מדהים. השירות והצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל. במיוחד R שהיה סופר נחמד ואדיב ופראיה מהקבלה.

יש לא מעט מעופפים. לי אישית זה מאוד הפריע. זבובים, ברחשים, יתושים... בעיקר באיזור הבריכה והמסעדה שליד החוף. צריך לקחת בחשבון שהמלון לא באיזור מרכזי. מלון למי שמחפש שקט.

הכל מושלם!!! הצוות הכי טוב שיש, המתקנים הכי טובים שיש, הסוויטת משפחה וואו!! אוכל ברמה מדהימה. לקחת הכל כלול ואין מה לצאת מהמלון. רוצה לציין במיוחד את צוות הקידס קלאב ואת האחראית בארוחת בוקר שעזרה לנו המון כי היינו עם תינוקות.

Freeha has been incredibly helpful and went out of her way to resolve my room night stay issues. She even reached out to hear my concerns and did a great service recovery. Freeha - you made my stay end on an amazing note. I will start using Marriot Bonvoy more because of you!

Excellent vacation. The resort had a everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Freeha, the manager, who made sure we got checked in early after a long day of travel and helped us plan our itinerary. She checked in with us everyday to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We would definitely return to the resort and would recommend it to all our friends.

Service was excellent throughout the hotel. However special mention for R for the poolside who went out of his way to treat us like VIPs. Guest experience manager Katarina also deserves special credit because nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a beautiful peaceful location right on the beach.

Service across the hotel was impeccable. Hats off to Katirina who created with the staff a VIP guest experience overall! Pool service was particularly amazing. R’s service made it really special. He remembered my gluten allergy every day. They catered beautifully and made it easy to enjoy like an “normal” person even with Celiacs.

Thank you for making the effort to check on our breakfast. We appreciate the warmth and care you put into the food and level of service. The food is delicious! We will be back for our next holiday.

The great service we experienced in the peak season, has carried over to the shoulder season… with much less occupancy. R serving at the pool beach bar in particular has always made our stay special across multiple visits with prompt attention to our needs, as well as a quick wit and kind heart. The front desk ladies as well are efficient with check in, and always patient and pleasant when we have special requests. A great property and a great stay!

Stayed here for 4 nights and had the most enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel property is located right by the beach with lovely tropical landscaping. We were greeted & checked in by Khun Bam and Khun Nuch. Both were friendly and made us feel right at home. We booked an ocean front view villa which was clean, modern and spacious. During our stay Khun Tanny and Khun Aon at reception gave us some excellent dinner recommendations as we were after some local Thai flavours rather than the touristy fare which you tend to get from the eateries situated close to the resort. Our favourites were Baan Ar Jor and Khin Dee. Daily buffet breakfast spread was ample with some changes to the selection each day. Kate from guest services was a delight to chat to as were our servers Khun Nenejung and Khun Koy who also kept us topped up with coffees and teas. We thoroughly loved our time here in Phuket and the friendliness & smiles we received along the way. Nothing was too much or impossible for the team.

Stayed here many times over the years. The location is far enough away from the congestion and relative madness of many other parts of Phuket that it’s quiet, relaxing, and laid-back. While the resort provides top-class accommodation and amenities. Still one of the best equipped gyms in any hotel in SE Asia, for those who need more than a treadmill or elliptical step machine! The food served in Takieng restaurant within the resort is always exceptional. Finally, the thing that really makes a positive difference here is the attentiveness, friendliness, and service quality delivered by the teams of people working there.

A beautifully designed hotel complex with direct access to the beach, a fantastic breakfast buffet, and comfortable rooms. The hotel and staff are very child-friendly. The entire Renaissance team—and Magga in particular—made our stay unforgettable.

This was our second time to have holiday in Renaissance Phuket Resort And Spa, very nice as usual. As long as we came out from the taxi we got a warm welcome from the very nice staff Mr. Bao helped us to carry our heavy luggages, and we met Ms. Nuch, Mr. Sandee, Ms. Summer and Ms. Fah at the reception. My husband loved the welcome complimentary so much, it was the coconut ice cream. Thank you the housekeeper Ms. June for tidying up our room I would love to say thank you everyone for making our holiday so amazing, we will definitely come back here for our holiday in next year

Завтрак оч хороший. Супы местные - великолепны. Вопросы к морю (медузы крупные и мелкие) но это вопрос сезона и океана. Уютная территория. Отзывчивый персонал. На травму ребенка - ударился о ступеньку - пришли оч быстро медбрат и парамедик. На след день только небольшой синяк напоминал вместо страшного отека в начале. Массаж на пляже пользовался популярностью)

Не надо иметь запредельные ожидания и все будет в норме

Хорошие номера. Было все необходимое. Хорошие рестораны на территории. Завтраки были вкусные и разнообразные. Территория ухоженная и зеленая. Море приятное , но с внутренними течением, с детьми было волнительно плавать. Детский бассейн и игровая очень хорошие.

Уборка номер не качественная и уборка приходила всегда поздно , когда уже ложились отдыхать. Шатлбас в центр бывал переполнен и приходилось сидеть еще час и ждать следующий. Бассейн не большой и наполненный людьми. Не очень комфортно.

I had so much fun - The staff were nice, the food was great and there were so many kids’ activities.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. The resorts has an amazing atmosphere and it is very peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend it. It is very easy to reach it from the airport. The people are so friendly and helpful. We felt like home. All the services are great.

It was one of the best hotel in Phuket we ever stayed. And we have 14 years experience with it just in case. Clean room, nice beach and very welcome staff. Especially we wanna say thank you to Dang. She made towel animals for my daughter and it was so excited for her she always took it for the bed with her. We will come back just because of Dang next time! Really:)

The resort is beautiful- we stayed in an Oceanfront Villa with private pool…it was stunning! The staff have been so kind and gracious during our stay. We went to breakfast every morning, the Thai Buffet Dinner, and ate at Taeking as well as the Sandbox- all lovely meals! The cocktail menu could be reviewed and expanded. The spa was beautiful and had wonderful treatments to offer. The atmosphere cleanliness, style, and attentiveness was incredible. Dang from housekeeping was delightful and always took care of us during our stay doing a wonderful job. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would stay again. Just an FYI for those who may want to frequent the city of Phuket- it is roughly an hour drive to Phuket. However we stayed mostly on the beach, in our pool, or around the resort the entire time.

We stayed here from 21st to 27th December 2025, and it was our second stay here. It was a great stay; I really enjoyed the Christmas Eve dinner on the beach, and we booked Christmas dinner at the restaurant. It was an amazing and pleasant stay. The food was amazing, with many varieties of options, and the service was great and excellent.

We stayed at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa for five nights with our two daughters, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, set on a stunning beach that feels peaceful and unspoiled. Although it’s in a quieter area, there was plenty to keep us entertained within the resort. When we did venture out, it was easy to explore—whether visiting Turtle Village nearby or taking Bolt taxis to Phuket Town, the Elephant Sanctuary, and Naka Market. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. We also really enjoyed dining at the Sandbox beach bar and the Thai restaurant. A highlight of our stay was the fire show on our last night—such a memorable experience. The kids club and kids’ pool were real standouts for us. There were so many activities (kids boxing, t-shirt making, foam party, bracelet making, treasure hunt), and our daughters were constantly having fun. A special thank you to Sea, Kirnan, Sun, Ning, Nina, Yo, Aree, and Job for making our trip extra special, and to Fab at reception for being so helpful throughout our stay.

It’s been almost a month since our stay at Renaissance Phuket at the end of the Chinese New Year holiday, and I’ve finally found time to write this review. I was quite busy before and after the holiday, so I truly appreciated the warm service that allowed us to fully relax and recharge. The location remains our favorite. Renaissance Phuket is very close to Phuket Airport (HKT), about a 20-minute taxi ride. This time, we tried the paid shuttle service and were picked up right after the exit gate. I highly recommend it if you want to avoid waiting for a Grab. You can book it via email. The atmosphere is purely relaxed and holiday-like. Even though the resort was fully booked this time (so we couldn’t upgrade to a villa), it never felt crowded. The resort doesn’t host too many guests at once, so even during peak season, we found our own peaceful corner to enjoy the beach, sea, and cocktails. As for the restaurants, we have a lot to say. Breakfast is served by the lagoon, where we enjoyed iced coffee, daily specials, and a variety of delicious pastries surrounded by birds, greenery, and sunshine. One pleasant surprise was the QR code ordering system at the table for drinks like coffee, tea, and juice. The drinks arrived within 15 minutes. It’s a smart initiative that enhances the guest experience while giving staff time to handle more urgent requests. Another great spot is Sandbox, right by the main pool and facing the sea. The margarita is a must-try—both the cocktail and the pizza are excellent. Trust me, you won’t regret it. For the spa, we visited QUAN Spa again. When we came in June 2025, it was under renovation, so treatments were held in a temporary room. This time, we enjoyed the full QUAN facility. It’s a truly soothing place, filled with the sounds of birds and water, along with sunlight and greenery. We forgot to reserve the signature hot stone treatment, but we’ll definitely try it next time. One more thing—if you visit, please take time to walk around the resort. Enjoy the paths, trees, lagoon, and gardens. Everything here reminds me to embrace nature, step away from crowds, and take care of my inner self. Lastly, thank you to Tanny, Boy, Summer, and the lady who previously worked on Boy’s team and hosted us at the Marriott Elite drinking event. Your kindness meant a lot to us. I truly look forward to coming back in late April and seeing you again soon!

This was absolutely the best hotel I've been to in Thailand. The pool guys was so kind, servicemided and absolutely amazing. R and Aod gave us 10 star service. They served us and joked with us as soon we arrived. We will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel very soon. Once again R and Aod made our stay amazing ❤️

The hotel is set in a stunning location by the Andaman Sea, amongst tropical gardens and has all the amenities you’d expect (even a gym apparently!). Our room was spacious and well appointed, and meticulously maintained by the housekeeping staff (cleaned every day). Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. They even located and returned a pair of sunglasses I had managed to lose in the first couple of days. Breakfast was a highlight. Huge choice and lovely team who quickly made us feel at home. There is little in the way of evening entertainment at the hotel but they do run a shuttle into Mai Khao plaza which gives other dining options. We enjoyed the buffet options in the main restaurant but felt some of them to be over priced compared to what is available elsewhere. There was virtually no evening entertainment at the hotel and little more in Mai Khao Plaza just down the road. However, it is a quiet area so don’t expect a vibrant nightlife. We came to chill and weren’t disappointed. By far THE BEST part of our stay were the endless hours spent by the pool. We cannot commend R, Aod and Sun who looked after us so well. They made us laugh so much and kept us supplied with refreshments until the sun went down. A real credit to the Renaissance team !!
