الفندق بعيد جدا عن شاطي بوتانغ حوالي ساعة وتكلفة الانتقال من الفندق إلى شاطئ بوتانغ حوالي 1000 THB وكذلك لا يمكن السباحة في شاطئ البحر لقوة الأمواج وعمق المياه ..

We loved loved our stay at Le meridien. The resort gives upmarket vibes, with lovely rooms and facilities, but not too pristine for you to feel off being there with kids. We found the pool setup very comfortable with the children, they had slides but we could still enjoy the beach view and serene gardens. The bar was great with quality cocktails. Service was great, extra special thanks to Summer and Birdy, who were just lovely and went above and beyond to help us out with an issue attaining a car seat for our toddler. Breakfasts were fresh, quality and smoke options for any palate. We also loved the access to the beach front local restaurants just next door. The hotel is on a lovely quiet little remote spot, lush surroundings and beautiful beachfront, you would need a car to get around or taxis, nothing except the 2 local restaurants next door with walking distance. But that was all we needed! We did have a car and went to the local “busy” are about 6 minute drive for more eateries and massages. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! But for those looking for hustle bustle and night life I suggest doing a little research on the location first….

The poolside food is pretty pricey especially considering portions but that’s the norm at this caliber of resort I guess.

Very disappointing check-in experience. We waited almost two hours at reception just to check in, which is completely unacceptable, especially after a long journey. We were also not offered any welcome drinks upon arrival and only received them after we specifically asked. The reception staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming, and there seemed to be very little effort to make the long wait more comfortable or to keep us properly updated. Unfortunately, this gave us a very poor first impression of the hotel. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a much smoother check-in process, better hospitality, and more attentive service from the reception team.

This property is fabulous if you have a family. The breakfast buffet options are the most varied and high quality I have seen in many years. The kids club is run amazingly by their staff and is well stocked for various ages, I struggled to get my son out of the kids club he liked it so much. The variety of pools is wonderful.

The food was overpriced for the quality for both lunch and dinner. Many hotel guests end up stopping over to the restaurant next door instead.

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beach/ swimming pool , and excellent facilities.

The only downside was the location, as the property is a bit far from most attractions, restaurants, and other activities.

We had a very relaxing and chill stay at this resort. Tucked away from the main road what makes it special and gives u the feeling of total relaxation. The spa was on our daily schedule and the breakfast was amazing with different types of dishes daily. The staff were all amazing and willing to provide the most beautiful experience to their guests

Our stay at Le Méridien Mai Khao Resort was wonderful. The rooms are incredibly spacious and very comfortable, especially if you’re traveling with family or a group. The twin beds are surprisingly large, making them perfect even for adults. The resort has a beautiful, long stretch of beach, although unfortunately we weren’t lucky with the weather during our stay. Thankfully, the pool area was excellent, providing the perfect place to relax. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Yah, the stretching trainer, for the fantastic sessions, Khun Cream, the lovely hostess, and Top at the reception. They were all incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with excellent service.

Our stay at Le Méridien Phuket was truly unforgettable. We've been on many family holidays, but this one holds a special place in our hearts—we genuinely didn't want to leave. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful resort to the outstanding hospitality. Our kids adored the Kids Club, and a heartfelt thank you to Mook, Pai, and Duean for caring for them with such kindness and love. Mook was especially wonderful and made our children feel right at home. It was also a pleasure meeting Director Matthew (Matt), whose warm welcome and genuine friendliness perfectly reflected the incredible service throughout the resort.

I rarely post reviews, but we had such a wonderful time here that I feel I should. We spent 10 days at the resort. From the very beginning, the hotel made a good impression on us, and that remained the case until the end. In addition to the well-equipped rooms (from beach towels to toothbrushes, flashlights, umbrellas, etc.), we were surprised by the incredibly friendly staff. Special thanks go to the restaurant manager, Matt, for helping us meet our child's special dietary needs. We also can't forget to thank the entire Ocean restaurant staff: Aui, Ju, AF, Fong A, Sandy, and all the bartenders. Thanks also go to the kids' club staff, who made our daughter's time so much fun. Multiple pools, a one-minute walk to the beach – fantastic! We highly recommend this resort (especially for a family vacation). :)

This resort is pure luxury. The fittings in the room were in good condition. The food was amazing. The gym was a good size and the cold towels are a great touch.

It would have been handy to have a little street within walking distance that maybe had a few shops however this didn’t dampen our stay, we understand that this resort has everything we need and had we had better weather we may have hired the bikes for a ride around.

​Our experience at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort was defined by the outstanding hospitality and the warmth of the entire team. The staff members were incredibly attentive and welcoming, quickly resolving any request—from room service and technical issues to providing golf cart rides around the premises—with efficiency and a genuine smile. It is an expansive, family-friendly property with seamless beach access and a fantastic kids' pool area complete with fun waterslides and a convenient Italian restaurant right next to it, making daily logistics completely stress-free for parents. Staying in a suite with a private pool was a huge plus, giving the kids a wonderful place to play and letting us unwind in private comfort without needing to visit the main pool area every day. We were also pleased to find that our room remained entirely free of mosquitoes and lizards. Additionally, the resort offers very fair and reasonable pricing on-site, and the staff's willingness to deliver our outside laundry directly to our room was a highly appreciated touch. The spectacular service is undoubtedly the top reason we would consider a return visit.

The primary drawback of the resort is its isolated location. Although we anticipated a secluded stay, the distance becomes a hassle whenever you want to explore. Traveling to the main local hubs takes at least 15 minutes and carries a steep round-trip taxi fare of about 800 Baht, which is aggravated by the fact that standard ride-hailing apps are unavailable in the area. This remote setting limits your dining flexibility, as the resort grounds and immediate surroundings feature very few food options outside of one indoor venue with a concise menu and the outdoor Italian eatery. While the prices are not inflated, the lack of variety makes dining feel restrictive, and the expensive weekend buffet features a rather narrow selection. The breakfast, while decent, lacked daily variation and quickly felt repetitive after a couple of mornings; it is also predominantly non-kosher, with meat and dairy often combined or pork included in the salad options. Lastly, the outdoor grounds could desperately use more thorough pest control spraying, as standing still outside for just two minutes is enough to leave you covered in ant and mosquito bites.

Our tour operator changed the hotel two weeks before our trip, we didn’t get our sea view but we didn't stay indoors long enough to appreciate one. We also arrive 2 hours before the official check in, the hotel moved heaven and earth to get us a room. The food was fantastic, we ate at the Thai restaurant and the pool was awesome. The gym was excellent but again did not have enough time to appreciate it. Totally recommend. Any issues we have are with our tour operator. Thanks 👍🏾

We stayed here with our young twins and had an excellent time from start to finish. What stood out most is something I don't say lightly: everything in this hotel works. The air conditioning and thermostat are perfect, and every fixture and finish is properly maintained. That reliability alone made the stay. The rooms are well judged in size — neither cramped nor cavernous — with tasteful colour tones and a genuinely thoughtful touch: automated Toto toilets, the kind you find in the best hotels. Room service is a highlight. The phone is answered within two rings, food arrives on time, and the quality, presentation and warmth of the service are top-notch. The breakfast spread is generous, and the kitchen will happily go out of its way to prepare something special on request. For families, the resort is a real find. The Kids' Club is lovely, the staff attentive, the activities well thought out, and the children's pool area excellent. The one area for improvement is water pressure in the bath and faucets, which was a little low. Address that and the experience would be close to flawless. A special word for the front desk team — Aoff, Belinda and Mo — who could not have been kinder or more accommodating, right through to a gracious checkout. The whole stay reflected a property that is run with care and pride. For any parents looking for a great family holiday in Phuket, I recommend Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao without hesitation. We will certainly return.

Konaklamamız boyunca bizim dışımızda neredeyse hiç misafir göremedik. Koridorlarda böcekler dolaşıyordu, havuzun temizliği de beklentimizin çok altındaydı. Yaşadığımız hayal kırıklığı nedeniyle 9 gecelik rezervasyonumuzu ikinci gün sonlandırmak zorunda kaldık. Buna rağmen kalan geceler için herhangi bir ücret iadesi yapılmadı. Müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda da ne yazık ki hiçbir çözüm odaklı yaklaşım göremedik. Daha önce Le Meridien Bangkok’ta defalarca konakladım ve son derece memnun kalmıştım. Bu nedenle aynı markaya güvenerek bu oteli tercih ettim. Ancak Le Meridien Mai Khao’da yaşadığım deneyim, markaya olan güvenimi ciddi şekilde sarstı.

He tried his best to arrange my stay. The SPA experience was so good. The Muey Thai and Pilates class is so great. The staffs of Nook and the breakfast are so professional. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Prim, who went above and beyond by helping us create and set up our Marriott Bonvoy account. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options that catered to different tastes. The Kids Club was fantastic. It offers many fun activities and kept the children entertained throughout our stay, making this resort an excellent choice for families. We stayed in a room with a private pool. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. However, I would not recommend the private pool because the water was extremely cold. It felt as though there was no heating or water circulation system, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, we had a great experience, and the exceptional staff, delicious breakfast, and family-friendly facilities made our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel is made 5 stars by the staff, service and overall standard. Cream and her team in the morning are excellent and can't do enough for you. The pool staff are so helpful and care about you having what you need. The staff in both the ocean and nook restaurants were excellent. The only negative if you see it that way is you need to get transport to go anywhere else as no town is walkable from there. But that was no concern and didn't impact us. We thoroughly relaxed and had a fantastic stay!!

We recently spent 5 nights at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort in the Two Bedroom Larger Suite with Private Pool, travelling as a family with our two children (aged 9 and 2). Overall, it was a fantastic holiday, and I would happily recommend this resort to families looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway away from the crowds. From the moment we made the booking directly through Marriott, the experience was seamless. The pre-arrival communication was excellent, with the team proactively reaching out for our travel details and responding promptly to every query. Our special requests—including a baby cot and bed rails—were already set up before we arrived, and the room was spotless and ready for us. Check-in was smooth, efficient and genuinely warm. The front desk staff made us feel welcome from the very beginning with their professionalism and hospitality. Although we did not receive an upgrade, that was perfectly understandable since we had already booked the resort's top suite, complete with what is arguably the largest private pool we have ever experienced at any resort. The 2 room suite itself exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed and felt fresh and newly renovated with virtually no signs of wear. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, storage space was plentiful, Wi-Fi worked flawlessly across multiple devices, and the air conditioning kept the suite perfectly cool throughout our stay. The bathroom was enormous and very well equipped with premium amenities, and the automatic toilet seat was a nice touch. My only minor observation would be that the shower pressure could be slightly stronger. Housekeeping deserves special recognition—they consistently reset the room perfectly every day with great attention to detail. Service throughout the resort was another major highlight. The reception team was always cheerful, courteous and efficient. Housekeeping was outstanding, while the kids' club staff were absolutely wonderful with our children. The concierge service, however, could be more proactive, as we felt there was room for improvement in terms of helpfulness. The resort facilities are particularly impressive for families. The main swimming pool is large, beautifully maintained and offers stunning ocean views. The kids' pool was equally enjoyable, with plenty of activities to keep children entertained. One unexpected highlight was the underwater scooter experience—it was incredibly fun for both adults and children. The Kids Club deserves a special mention for offering a wide variety of engaging activities in a safe environment. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and although we visited during the rainy season and couldn't fully enjoy the beach, it is wide, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. If there is one area where the resort has significant room for improvement, it is the food. Breakfast, in particular, was disappointing considering the overall standard of the property. The menu lacked variety, many items were repeated daily, vegetarian choices were quite limited, and the overall selection felt below expectations for a luxury Marriott resort. Lunch and dinner were satisfactory, but service could be faster, and the pricing did not always match the quality of the food. That said, one individual completely transformed our dining experience—Chef Partho. He consistently went above and beyond to prepare freshly made, customised meals for our two-year-old, perfectly suited to our Indian palate. He was always approachable, punctual and genuinely eager to help. His dedication made a remarkable difference to our stay, and I sincerely believe he is a tremendous asset to the resort. Indian families, in particular, will greatly appreciate having someone like him who understands their dietary preferences and requirements. The resort is located away from Phuket's busy tourist areas, which is actually one of its biggest strengths. If you're looking for nightlife and shopping within walking distance, this may not be the ideal location. However, if your goal is relaxation, peace and spending quality time with family, the setting is perfect. The airport is conveniently close, taxis are easily available outside the resort, and the uncrowded beach creates a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. Overall, the resort delivers excellent value through its spacious accommodations, beautiful design, outstanding family facilities, exceptional staff and peaceful beachfront location. The private pool, newly renovated interiors, children's activities and overall hospitality made this a memorable holiday for our family. My suggestions for management would be: Completely revamp the breakfast experience by expanding the menu and significantly improving vegetarian options. Increase the frequency of pool cleaning. Add more children's cartoon channels to the in-room television selection. Despite the food-related shortcomings, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Every day offered something enjoyable for our family, and our children were never short of activities. With improvements to the dining experience, this property has the potential to be one of the very best family resorts in Phuket. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort—and especially to Chef Partho—for making our family vacation so memorable.

We chose to stay at two hotels during our trip. The positives: - Staff were helpful and pleasant - Rooms were wonderful. We booked two connecting rooms - Pool area was lively Where there can be improvements: - Food can be better. It was not bad but compare to the Marriott, could take a look into. Greater choice and during our stay, there were two places open (maybe off season) - For the breakfast area, they need to turn on the AC or close the front door. I can see how it was becoming hot for the staff who were doing the cooking Overall, it was a nice stay.

We had yoga together with Yah that works in the gym, he was so lovely and nice, and the yoga session was so good and relaxing, recommend!!!

Beautiful grounds with lovely and friendly staff. The kids enjoyed the kids club a lot, and the variety of pools available was awesome for families. View of the sea from the pool area + restaurant was nice. Rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The spa was really great with very skilled therapists. We also topped up for pizza cooking class for the kids, was a beautiful backdrop by the ocean! Love that it’s so close to the airport (~20mins car ride)

Food options are quite limited if not leaving the hotel for more than 3 days. The flooring at the pool area is quite slippery when wet. It’s a little cumbersome to order food from the pool side loungers as you have to walk to the bar, unless the staff happens to pass you by while delivering other people’s food. A QR code to order would be easier!

Good place for a vacation. About 10-15 mins from the Phuket International Airport.

. The vibe of the resort is luxe. All amenities are fabulous. One of the best indoor kids play area ever. Infinity pool alongside the beach is mesmerizing. Hospitality is top notch. Aoy and Top helped me with the late check out. The team at J's restaurant for breakfast and at the Nook are awesome. The food is very reasonable for the stupendous quality it offers. All in all, a delightful stay.

We had a wonderful evening at Le Méridien, and I have to highlight the exceptional service from Af, Peri, and Maprang. They gave us an amazing dinner experience right by the beach. Even though we arrived close to their closing time, they still welcomed us with genuine warmth and made sure we enjoyed our meal without ever rushing us. Ocean Kitchen dining experience was exceptional. With the wonderful crews of Aui, Hong, Sandy, Rick and Maprang, our dinner couldn't be any better. Whoever reading this post must definitely stop by to maximize the Phuket experience.

The room with the bunk beds was amazing for the kids. The kids each got a thoughtfully curated goodie bag during their stay. The pool area was also a lot of fun for the kids! The Thai food was very good. The staff and hospitality was also great!

The food in the beach restaurant was very average. The spa is very average, the massages were good, but they don’t have steam or hot water in the spa.

Overall, pretty darn amazing! Bunch of facilities and programs, plus a picturesque beach view. Staff are genuine and always ready to help. My favourite part of the trip was the Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) class taught by coach K. Yah and K. Moon. They were patient, friendly and taught very well! 1000/10 recommend trying it out.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Méridien Mai Khao Beach Resort (2304). Our 3yo daughter loved the Kids Club, which had engaging daily programs that kept her entertained. There’s movie night and disco night. The hotel is wonderful, with 2 pools and the beach right at the hotel doorstep. We also opted for the 10,000 baht credit package, it’s value for money. The entire check-in/check-out process was seamless. A special and heartfelt thank you to the staff on 29 May, specifically Belinder at the front desk, the management, and the poolside medic, for their incredible support when our daughter had a fall and bled profusely. They handled the medical emergency with calm, professional, and well-trained expertise, ensuring she got the care she needed immediately. We are truly grateful for their support during a stressful moment. Quick tip: As this is a beach resort, do expect some sand, fallen leaves, and the occasional insect. So just come prepared! Highly recommended for families.

Rain water all over the floor on corridors due to heavy rain, making it slippery to walk on. We were woken up at 7am due to housekeepers cleaning room next door, slamming door, vacuuming and moving furniture. Had to get out of bed and walk to next door room to ask them stop but still couldn’t get back to sleep.

It was a great experience attending the kickboxing class with my kid under Mr. Yah session for 45 mins. Recommended and you should try it.

תמורה מצוינת למחיר. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. המלון עצמו לא מרכזי ומתאים למי שמחפש קצת ״שקט״ אבל עדיין נמצא על חוף מדהים ובקרבת המלון, על החוף, יש כמה מסעדות אותנטיות, מאסז׳ ומכבסה. גולת הכותרת במלון זה הקידס קלאב המדהים והבריכה. סך הכל המלון נוח עם מחירים סבירים ובמרחק נסיעה קצרה משדה התעופה (כ-15 דקות נסיעה).

מחירי האוכל במלון בהשוואה לתאילנד לא נמוכים אבל גם לא יקרים... יש חלופות מצוינות למי שרוצה לחסוך, לאורך חוף המלון כך שזה לא בעיה.

Had an amazing stay at Le Meridian. Staff are very friendly and accomodating to our requests. My kids enjoyed the facility and the activities. As for me, i loved the morning activities for adults like Thai Boxing and Morning Yoga (special mention to Yah for teaching us)

We had a pleasant four-night stay at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort, and once again, what stood out most was the people. This was our second time staying at the resort, and it was lovely to see many familiar faces still there. The staff genuinely made a huge difference to the overall experience and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. We travelled as a family with two young children, aged five and two, so the kids’ experience was very important to us. The kids club was easily the main highlight of the stay. The team — Mook, Pai, Duean, Nim and May — were excellent. They were attentive, patient and very caring with the children, and the activities were fun, engaging and well thought out. Our kids looked forward to spending time there every day, which gave us as parents a lot of comfort and confidence. What made it even more special was that during our departure, the team thoughtfully prepared gifts for our kids as an appreciation for joining their activities. It was such a sweet and personal gesture, and our children absolutely loved them. The team’s warmth and thoughtfulness really left a lasting impression on our family. The resort activities were also enjoyable. We particularly liked the Muay Thai session conducted by Dew, as well as the origami session led by Dew and Kee. These activities added a nice touch to the stay and made the resort feel more lively and family-friendly beyond just the beach and pool. The arrival experience was smooth and welcoming, and check-out was equally easy and efficient. Housekeeping was also well done during our stay, with the room kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast team deserves a mention too, as the staff were helpful, responsive and attentive. The cooked food at breakfast was great, and there was a good sense of hospitality from the team. That said, there are some areas where the resort could improve. At breakfast, some food items were not covered properly, and there were flies around them, so it would be good if the hotel could look into better food covering or protection. The dining area also felt like it needed some maintenance, as the air-conditioning was dripping water and some of the seat cushions looked like they could use better cleaning or replacement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kindness and service from the team. The staff remain the resort’s biggest strength, especially for families with young children. While some parts of the property could benefit from repair works, renovation and a deeper refresh, the warmth of the people and the quality of the kids club made the stay memorable.

I had dinner at the beachfront restaurant. The chef prepared a meal that I absolutely loved. I especially loved the lamb steak; it was beyond words. The flavor was amazing. I've had this dish at many other hotels, but none have impressed me this much. The asparagus stir-fry was also excellent; I ordered two plates because it was so delicious.I know Chef Am cooked for me. I want to express my sincere appreciation to him. I also admire Chef Jay, Chef Liw, and Chef Mek.I want everyone to try it, and you'll be hooked like I am. I don't want to eat lamb steak anywhere else ever again.I love having dinner here because the atmosphere is great, the view is amazing, there's live music playing great music, and the food is the best.

The hotel overall was lovely and very good with young children, ours were 3 and 5yrs old on the trip. The entrance was appealing and the staff very friendly, rushing over to help with bags every time we arrived back. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choice for fussy eaters and even catered for my gluten free husband which is often hard to find in this part of the world. The pool was also very good and suited our children well, my 5yo particularly liked the slides and 3YO liked the park next to it. Only a few down sides, some of which outside of the hotels control but be aware of; • We were asked if we wanted to sacrifice a made up room every day in exchange for drinks vouchers which we accepted but later regretted. Instead we had a room made every 2 days and when we came to cash the drinks vouchers in it was very confusing and the staff didn’t have a clue what the vouchers were and we were told the drinks were included anyway so felt like a waste. Plus the service in the cafe where they were apparently eligible was very slow. If i had the choice again, I’d rather the tidy room. • Prices for food in the restaurant for lunch / dinner are way above the local prices and actually similar to UK prices. Due to this we chose to eat outside of the resort at a fraction of the price (less than £5pp for a good meal). Laundry also insanely expensively vs the local competition which there is plenty of options nearby. • The beach next to the hotel is not owned by the hotel and therefore not managed by them. It had quite a lot of litter that was washed up from the shore that wasn’t collected as part of a national park (typical we found on west side of Phuket). However due to being the rainy season (mid May) the rough seas also made the sea dangerous with a young family so we managed to find a safer beach a short drive away which was shallow and tide protected by a reef (Naiyang). • finally location - a bit cut off from main attractions in Phuket unless you hire a car. Taxis are cheap and cost me about £10 to get into Phuket which is 30 mins away. Good if a couple of trips but as we were there for a week we found better value hiring so we could explore around the island.

Mai, Noolek, Som, Nuch, Ae, Fang, MJ, Bass - all did a great job looking after us for our short visit at the hotel. Always helpful, attentive and a pleasure to have on the hotel team. They made out stay enjoyable and very comfortable so thanks to all of them.

I love the Meridian! Came here for my birthday and everything was perfect. Saturday they offered a Soundbath session. I was the only one attending, but they still hosted it. Kee was very friendly and professional. Very relaxing. I will definitely recommend to try out the Soundbath session, when you stay at the Meridien.

Generally brilliant. Khun Time and their colleagues provided good service. Good food. Great price promotion for breakfast. Good parking. Good size hall.

We recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Mai, Time, Noolak, Som, and Nay during our trip, and their exceptional service truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care made us feel welcome and valued. Time were particularly helpful in arranging all the details with such efficiency, while Noolak and Som ensured every interaction was warm and pleasant. Their thoughtful attention to small details made our journey even more special. The team not only provided excellent customer service but also created lasting memories for us. We are truly grateful for their efforts and highly commend them for their professionalism and warm hospitality. Our trip would not have been the same without them!

The hotel is newly renovated and staff was very nice. The lady in the kids club was great with kids and kids club itself is quite good. I liked that there is outdoor section which is very safe and protected from rain. The pool slides quite good and safe for little kids. The beds in room were very comfortable.

This was a good 4 star service but not a 5 star and not Le meridian level. 1) Check-in was fine but they forgot to give us welcome drink. The other guest who arrived after us got it served (that's how we found out about it). 2)The food quality was very average. All our family had upset stomachs after each meal. My daughter had cried because of it. Food just didn't taste good. 3)Breakfast was very limited and many dishes were just not tasty. The worse croissants I tried. 4)The pool was always dirty with leaves and brunches, I never have see anyone cleaning it. 5)No service around the pool. Hotel was quite empty and would be nice for guests and for hotel budget to have someone passing by occasionally so we could order a drink or food. Believe me, we would consume much more if we would have it available. 6)Instant coffee in the room when most of the 5 stars hotels in Phuket already have coffee machines. 7)The kids club had on display all sort of unhealthy snacks which promotes bad food habits. Overall we could feel that staff is nice and trying their best but needs more guidelines and trainings from management. As people who live in Phuket and stayed in many 5 star hotels, including Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort, this was the most disappointing experience so far.

We had an amazing stay at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful with excellent facilities and a wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you to Berry, Sol, and Belinda for their outstanding hospitality and warm attitude. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back again!

Amazing beach side property, one of the closest Mariott properties to Phuket airport and away from the hustle of the other beaches south of the airport. The Le Meridien Phuket Mai Khao beach resort has a great atmosphere with gardens, pools and beach front. Sadly being rainy monsoon season the sea was too rough to swim but surely in season would be a super beach to be at. Rooms are clean, spacious and well kept by the housekeeping team. The front office reception the bell boy team is always service with a smile. We thank them all as got upgraded being Mariott Bonvoy members. The F&B team at Nook where we are dinner each day has a nice ambience and staff very courteous. I cannot remember the names of the staff but they are very good at service and hospitality. Food was delicious. Special thanks to the J's Cafe and restaurant team with their exceptional service every morning at Beekfast. It's a tough job to always serve with a smile. Special appreciation and thank you to J's team of Mai, Noolek, Time, Song, Nay to name a few of thebstaff and not to forget Chef Partho and all the staff at the property for exceeding service standards. Will surely return to Le Meridian Mai Khao when in Phuket next.

Stayed at this beautiful property for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional, with every team member being warm, attentive, and welcoming. A special mention to Mai, Noolek, Som, Time, and Nay at the breakfast hall for their gracious service and genuine care each morning. They truly elevated the experience and made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to returning again soon.

We recently stayed at the Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay — always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was also very nice and the resort itself was clean, relaxing and perfect for a getaway. The only downside for us was the limited halal food options and the lack of attention towards guests with halal dietary requirements. We noticed that the same gloves/hands used to handle pork products such as bacon were also being used when preparing halal food, and the same cooking pans and areas appeared to be shared as well. As Muslim travellers, this was quite disappointing and made dining a little difficult at times. With a few improvements such as a separate dedicated cooking area and utensils for halal food preparation, this hotel would be even better and much more accommodating for Muslim guests. Despite this, we still appreciated the kindness of the staff and had a pleasant stay overall.

В целом отель оставляет очень приятные впечатления. 1. Быстрое заселение 2. Довольно приятный номер, новая мебель, также понравилась идея с передвижными дверями. Так они занимают меньше места. У нас был номер с 2мя двуспальными кроватями, но нам все же дополнительно поставили еще и детскую кровать и она была очень кстати. Обслуживание в номере хорошее. Ставили достаточно воды - в день 8 бутылок по 0,5л. Мы даже не докупали, хотя пьем много. 3. Замечательная территория. Много локаций, мало народу, тихо и спокойно. Имеется 2 бассейна - детский и основной. Мы плавали и там и там. Лежаков также хватало на всех. Играет приятная музыка. 4. Очень отзывчивый и замечательный персонал. Мы брали завтраки и ужины и нам официанты в ресторане подробно рассказали, как это работает и где нам выбирать блюда. Также нам потребовалась помощь техников в номере, мы позвонили и они пришли в течение 5 минут, хотя время было уже 23.30. 5. Мы остались очень довольны едой. Завтраки просто замечательные, вкусный кофе, также отмечу ужин/обед. Во-первых, очень удобно , что нет привязки к конкретному времени, просто приходишь в ресторан с 9 до 23 и заказываешь по определенному меню. Мы были в обоих ресторанах - на пляже и в ресторане NUK. Остались довольных кухней и там и там. Во-вторых, блюда замечательно приготовлены, подача ресторанная - все красиво и вкусно, даже придраться не к чему. В-третьих, довольно большой выбор, за 6 дней пребывания мы НЕ перепробовали все. 6. Отличный спортзал, а также отличная детская комната. 7. Понравилось море. Вход довольно плавный, но в целом там не мелко. Мало людей, инфраструктуры на пляже нет (но это может и не плохо). Замечательные закаты. Я бы не рекомендовала для малышей. На Пхукете много пляжей с более мелким и пологим входом в море. 8. Близко к аэропорту. Ехать 20-25 минут. Стоимость такси 500 батт.

1. Кто-то уже писал и мы столкнулись с данной проблемой - у нас постоянно были какие-то проблемы с электричеством (номер 2207). То одна сторона номера вообще без электричества (и там не работают ни выключатели, ни розетки , ни лампы), то другая. Пару раз приходили электрики и просто поднимали рычажки автомата. Потом мы уже и не вызывали их. Если электричество пропадало, то оно часа через пол само появлялось. 2. Шумноватый кондей. Удивительно, что система управления кондеем новая, а вот сам кондей, походу, староват. Шумит и не особо регулируется температура. Ставишь +25 прям холодно, ставишь +26 и сразу баня какая-то. 3. За территорией почти ничего нет. на пляже есть 3-4 ресторана, если идти от отеля вправо. Цены чуть выше, чем на Пхукете, но не значительно. Есть один массаж под навесом. А вот магазинов, массажей в помещении и прочего нет. До них нужно ехать на такси, что мы и делали. Около входа в отель есть стойка такси. Нужно говорить, что вам в 7/11 и вас отвезут до ближайшего перекрестка, где есть аптека, массажи (салонов 6), магазины. По стоимости - такси в одну сторону 200 батт, обратно мы часто ездили на тук-туке за 150батт. Кстати, на этом перекрестке с магазинами мы не нашли магазинов в сувенирами и всякими надувными штуками для плавания. Хорошо, что почти все купили в районе Банг Тао до этого.

We recently stayed at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort is peaceful, clean, and perfect for families with young children. The beach atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was great with plenty of options, and the facilities were very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the calm environment away from the busy tourist areas, which made the trip even more comfortable with our baby. They were attentive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the trip. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we would definitely love to come back again when visiting Phuket.
