Gostámos bastante do apartamento e da sua localização e, no geral, tivemos uma boa estadia. Um dos pontos mais positivos foi, sem dúvida, a piscina. A água estava sempre limpa e muito bem tratada, o que valorizámos bastante, principalmente por viajarmos com crianças. O facto de ter ar condicionado que funcionava lindamente e a mesa na varanda para as refeições foi muito positivo. O apartamento, no geral, é agradável e proporcionou-nos uma boa estadia em família.

O principal ponto negativo foi a limpeza. Quando chegámos, o chão do apartamento estava bastante sujo, ao ponto de termos de o limpar nós próprios, e nas casas de banho encontrámos cabelos, principalmente nos ralos. Também a limpeza das zonas comuns poderia ser mais cuidada: os vidros da piscina necessitavam de limpeza e, no WC da piscina, havia papel no chão que permaneceu no mesmo local durante os 10 dias da nossa estadia. Achei também o apartamento pouco equipado para uma família que pretenda fazer as refeições em casa. Na cozinha sentimos falta de alguns utensílios básicos, como uma varinha mágica e uma panela mais pequena, e também sentimos falta de uma máquina de lavar roupa e molas para estender a roupa. Fiquei com a sensação de que está mais preparado para o turista que faz poucas refeições no apartamento do que para uma família que procura a autonomia de fazer as suas refeições durante as férias. Outro aspeto foi o facto de a limpeza ser realizada apenas uma vez durante toda a estadia e de a troca de toalhas só poder ser feita nesse momento. Considero que esta informação deveria estar explícita na reserva, pois, se soubesse antecipadamente, teria levado toalhas extra, sobretudo viajando com crianças. Por último, no momento da reserva através do Booking aparecia a indicação “pequeno-almoço”, dando a entender que estaria incluído. Só no primeiro dia, quando tentámos tomar o pequeno-almoço, percebemos que afinal não estava. Este tipo de informação deveria ser apresentado de forma mais clara, uma vez que pode influenciar a escolha do alojamento.

Calm The personal was warm and very kind.

The emplacement in the pictures was in front of the marina. The cleaning was bad we struggled to have more clean toallas. The extra beds for the children’s very uncomfortable.

Apartment size was perfect. Staff and housekeeping came very quickly to help with cockroach issue I had twice in the bathroom. Couch and dining seats could be more clean but that's about it.

Beds were a bit hard and a nespresso machine could be useful.

Tal e qual como nas fotos, tudo ótimo. A piscina é pequena e baixa (1,20m no máximo) mas como tínhamos crianças pequenas era perfeita.

O facto de haver uma taxa diária (25€) para animais de estimação que não está bem visível no anúncio.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geräumig. Es gab sehr viel Platz und die Ausstattung hatte alles was man so brauchte. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool oben auf dem Dach, den wir fast immer für uns allein hatten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist nahezu perfekt, es ist wirklich alles fußläufig zu erreichen, zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes gibt es. Flughafen ist auch nur 15min entfernt. Der Rezeptionist war überaus freundlich und hat uns noch eine Karte vom Ort mitgegeben und uns noch einige Sachen erzählt über den Ort. Sehr zuvorkommend.

Leider gab es keine Waschmaschine im Apartment.

Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig. Auch eine fünfköpfige Familie käme darin gut unter. Die Nähe zur Avenid avorne an der Lagune ist ebenfalls positiv.

Der Innenausbau ist billig. Nach nur vier Jahren Betriebszeit ist es deswegen bereits renovationsbedürftig. Die Schranktüren lassen sich kaum mehr bewegen. bei einem Raumteiler fehlt eine Hälfte komplett. Wir haben drei tote und eine lebendige Kakerlake in der Wohnung gefunden und es hat Ameisen. Ebenfalls als sehr negativ empfinde ich den Umstand, dass die Gäste in der Recidence sich ausschliesslich via Telefon an die Rezeption wenden dürfen und nicht persönlich wie die Hotelgäste. Dies kommt einer Diskriminierung von Familien gegenüber kinderlosen Paaren gleich, welche das Hotel bewohnen. Dass man als Gast der Residence nicht zum inbegriffenen Frühstück gehen und den Hotelpool nicht kostenlos benutzen darf, komplettiert diesen Kritikpunkt.

Towels only get changed if you stay 7 nights or more. However there is a laundromat nearby.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The apartments are big very clean comfortable modern. Have everything you could possibly need.

It was a spaceous apartment. Good that had a seperate toilet to the other two shower areas. Loved the balcony view.

The sofa bed did not work. It opened and would not close. A porter brought us one camp bed for my daughters. They tried to sleep together in it for one night but it didn't work. Reception were to send someone to fix the sofa but no one came. My husband figured out how to put it back to sofa status. It wasn't possible to make it into a bed. We had to use the sofa seat as a bed. I mentioned the issue at reception the man we dealt with wasn't very appologetic. I have stayed before and did not have any issues.

Apartments were spotless clean, excellent AC, great location, spacious.

The pool area looks a little tired and could do with a little TLC! Pool was clean, but the area around it is not so appealing… sun beds, parasols, general upkeep.

Massive inside and close to everything and shutters on the window s to keep the light out but excellent place and area will be back plus the beaches off island brilliant 4.40e return by boat . Loads off restaurants and supermarket not lidl one pingo doce one has Everything you need .

El apartamento fantástico, todo muy nuevo y limpio, las habitaciones muy amplias, con dos baños y la terraza muy grande y con mesas y sillas para poder disfrutar de ella. La cocina bien equipada. Aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio, aunque sólo ha sido necesario en dias puntuales de mucho calor, porque simplemente abriendo las ventanas se crea corriente. Sitio en la calle para aparcar, al menos en el mes de julio. La piscina es pequeña, pero sólo compartida entre 8 apartamentos, por lo que nunca la encontramos muy concurrida.

Nada, todo muy bien. Por poner un pero, está un poco alejado del centro, pero son 10 minutos andando junto a la ria, así que se hacen sin esfuerzo.

Líbilo se nám nejvíce umístění ubytování. Kousek od přístavu, vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi. Klid a kousek všude, obchod atp. Super byl i bazén otevřeny od 8-9, pro děti bez omezení. Hloubka byla super i pro 4 leté dítě, nic pro plavce, ale pro rodiny s dětmi super. Taky bylo moc fajn, ze nám posunuli check out z 10 na 12…což u pozdějšího letu oceníte.

Trosku zaostává úklid a čistota, evropský standard třeba koupelen už za me nesplňuje, vanu byste si tam určitě nenapustili. Chápeme ze do apartmánu si člověk musí všechno koupit, ale na týden musíte pořídit úplně všechno i tablety do myčky. Což třeba standardně dostáváte přiřazeno 1 na den, nebo sáčky do koše, ale jar a houbička tam byli. Takže vyřešeno. A bazén super, ale opět by to chtělo údržbu a trošku očistit bazén. Byl tam opravdu nános špíny. Také by to chtělo zkontrolovat klimatizace, jejich výkon byl dle nálady :) Byli jsme v jedno pokojovém apartmánu, myšleno, veliká ložnice, obývák, kuchyně, 2 záchody, 1 koupelna a terasa a rozkládací gauč v obýváku byl tedy pro děti na spaní tristní! Déle než pár dní bych je na něm spát nenechala a rodina napr. s dvěma puberťáky by to za nás nedala. Na druhou stranu postel v ložnici velice pohodlná.

Spacious comfortable apartment with plenty of storage and two bathrooms. Good location approximately 15 minute walk to the ferry with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Easy check in via the hotel reception even out of hours. Cleaning service mid way through was good. Free easy to use safe. Pool on the roof has lovely views and is ideal for a quick dip rather than swimming.

Only minor points. Cooking equipment is huge. Everything was far too big for anything less than large scale catering! A welcome pack with a few basics would be well received as well as useful information about the resort. Needs an ice cube tray, a dust pan and brush and table mats. Balcony was very sunny pm so an umbrella would have been very useful.

La localización, la terraza y amplitud. Sitio suficiente para aparcar donde el apartamento. A 5 minutos del puerto, mercado y núcleo urbano. Al lado de las Salinas donde se pueden ver flamencos.

De tudo, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e eficientes, no meu caso concreto tiveram a gentileza e conseguiram que pudesse entrar mais cedo no novo apartamento, muito obrigado

The apartment was even nicer than we expected. It was modern, spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there. We had breakfast one morning which, although a little pricey, was very good, and the breakfast staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and peaceful, with a bar, restaurant, café, and dessert shop right underneath the apartments, making everything really convenient.

The rooftop pool was lovely, although it was quite shallow and felt more suited to children. The sun loungers could also do with being updated. We had lunch at the hotel one day, but the service wasn’t great. We had to get our own menus and go up to order because no one came to our table, and we ended up waiting about an hour for our food. The food itself was also a bit disappointing. For a 5 star hotel you think it would be better service. The reception was also meant to be 24 hours, but when we went to check out at 3:30am for our flight, the doors were locked. We rang the next day, and the woman who answered wasn’t very friendly and insisted it was 24 hours even though it had been locked. However, the man who came on after was very friendly and helpful. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The apartment, hotel, location, and most of the staff made it a great experience.

Ubicación excelente, a pocos pasos del paseo mafitimo y el Ria Mavina Center. Apartamento muy amplio, cocina bien equipada, terraza con vista lateral al mar. La habitación principal amplia, con vestier y cama muy comoda. Facil para aparcar el coche.

Es war mal wieder ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.

Auf dem Dach gibt es einen Pool, auf den wir uns gefreut haben. Der war jedoch gesperrt und wir wussten es vorher nicht. Das war schade.

2bed apartment was very spacious, perfect location, lovely sea view. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook (we didn’t).

No washing machine, there was a launderette in the shops below the apartment, but I think a family apartment should have a washing machine. The pool on the roof is small but ok to cool off in. No hand rails to help you get in, I’m 70 with arthritis in my foot, hand rails would have been nice.

Clean and close to everything!

Location is very good, short walk to lovely restaurants and marina. This is our 5th stay, 3rd time staying in apartments been going to apartments since 2018, decor, furniture not changed, needs an upgrade, bathrooms needs a freshen up, clean enough just tired. Beds comfortable, apartments are spacious, kitchen well equipped.

Quality of towels & bath mats are poor/old, need to be replaced. Not enough of them in the apartment. Shower door in en-suite leaked. Kitchen could do with extra mugs, glasses and tea towels. We had a three bedroom apartment for 6 adults, in the lounge there was only a large two seater sofa. There was a dining table with 6 chairs not comfortable to sit at for any length of time.

Já frequento estes apartamentos há muitos anos e continuam como novos Divisões com excelentes dimensões, com muita exposição solar de este e oeste Uma varanda com mesa e cadeiras onde podemos fazer as refeições ou somente tomar um drink. E o melhor de tudo é a piscina no ultimo andar com cadeiras de sol, onde podemos tomar um belo banho sem ir à praia

este apartamento não tinha máquina de lavar roupa, provavelmente avariou e ainda não repuseram (só fez falta porque a bebe fez xixi na cama e tivemos de lavar os lençois na banheira)

Há muitos anos que passo férias nestes apartamentos. A última vez já tinha assinalado a degradação de alguns equipamentos e a diminuição do conforto. Desta vez foi a confirmação da vetustes: persiana não fechava e após intervenção do técnico (que não tem culpa absolutamente nenhuma) ficou apenas fechada mas não totalmente! Só havia um candeeiro de mesinha de cabeceira num dos quartos.O micro-ondas não funcionava. Os móveis da cozinha parecem recuperados do lixo! Uma tábua de um móvel da cozinha desmoronou-se e caiu num pé! E para colmatar as baratas que sobem pelas paredes e entram nos quartos... um asco! Espero que a gerência tenha em consideração com seriedade este comentário. Gostaríamos de continuar a frequentar este estabelecimento com a qualidade de outrora.

Apartments are very spacious and comfortable

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Huge balcony with nice outdoor furniture. 2 large bathrooms, which was a bonus. Very comfortable bed and sofa, compared to other places I've stayed. The rooftop swimming pool has excellent views over the Ria Formosa. The staff were all super helpful , especially when checking out, when we needed to use the hotel facilities the rest of the day. Great location opposite new marina centre and a 5/10 minute walk to the markets, and old town. 15 minutes to ferry terminal where you can go to the island and beaches. Loved it , thank you very much, will definitely repeat 🙂

Nothing. To improve, I would suggest a few more coat hangers for the wardrobes (only 5 per person). And more sun umbrellas for the pools, as there are not enough for everyone and 'reserved by towels' early on.

Excellent location overlooking the marina. Very clean and extremely functional 1 bedroom apartment. Big balcony. Everything you would need in a kitchen should you want to cook, very large fridge/freezer! Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance, but we had the facilities to use in the neighbouring Real Marina Hotel instead, which were excellent with a lovely pool bar and waiter service. 2 minute walk to marina bars and restaurants and just 5 to the main Strip where the markets and shops are. We had driven down from the north of Spain and upon arrival had an issue with our car which the staff were so very accommodating about; we were tired and frazzled, but they found a solution immediately no question, so i cant thank them enough!

Car parking is open to public and it is extremely busy and hard to find a space sometimes, especially of an evening. Also the parking spaces are small; i even saw a mini having problems keeping between the lines. Quite a way from the ferry to the beach, i was just there to relax (& being lazy!) so stayed by the pool/(bar) instead! Next time i will make the effort as it is stunning!!

I think staying in an apartment for 10 days a washing machine should be installed. Why have a dishwasher but no washing machine 🤷‍♀️
