El único punto negativo es que justo enfrente tiene la cocina de una pizzería y por la tarde, si quieres descansar, hay que cerrar las ventanas porque se oye el ruido de los motores de la maquinaria.

This apartment is centrally located in Olhao. Fabulous restaurant's and a few bars are less than two minutes walk away. There are two large balconies and a roof terrace with sea views. Check-in was very straightforward with the assistance of Maria who was very helpful. The apartment is fully equipped to meet all your needs. By opening shutters and windows in the living room and bedroom you get a lovely cool breeze blowing through even when it's very hot outside. All the other guests were cooperative to the various policies which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

There were 2 barbecue areas, one on the living room balcony and one on the roof terrace. Both were obviously not cleaned after previous guests. As we didn't intend using them, this didn't bother us, but it could bother future guests. Also be aware you have to launder your towels and bed linen as this service is not facilitated throughout your stay. You also have to put out your trash, but the trash bins are very close to the apartment which wasn't a problem for us.

La ubicación en el centro histórico, cerca del muelle, del mercado, bares y restaurante y de las tiendas. Muy buenas terrazas. Calle peatonal. Buen aire acondicionado. Bien equipado perfecto para cenar en la terraza. Se ve algo del mar. Barbacoa en la terraza. Posibilidad de aparcar en la calle. Pingo doce muy cerca. Lo mejor el cuarto de baño. Mucho espacio para guardar ropa.

No tiene lavadora. No tiene ascensor. La pizzeria de enfrente hace ruido con el aire acondicionado y el calor que sale por él. Con las ventanas cerradas no se oye.

L'appartement était formidable, très bien équipé et très propre. Une très belle et grande terrasse était à notre disposition à toute heure. La literie est très confortable également. Notre séjour a été très agréable ! Nous avons apprécié qu'il soit situé dans une rue calme, à deux pas du marché couvert, des commerces et restaurants. Nous remercions vivement Maria Héléna la propriétaire très à l'écoute et adorable. Nous ne manquerons pas de reprendre une réservation lors de notre prochain séjour à Olhao.

Rien du tout puisque cela nous a fait énormément de peine de repartir.

Äänet kuuluivat hyvin selkeästi huoneistoon niin ulkoa, naapurista kuin käytävältäkin. Lähellä olevasta baarista kantautui ääntä yöllä. Sisäänkirjautuminen on teoriassa helppoa, mutta emme saaneet avainkoodia majoituspaikalta etukäteen ja jouduimme kyselemään sen perään.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was amazing, the location was perfect and you couldn't wish for better! Maria was lovely to deal with! It was all exceptional!

Apartamentos muy amplios, limpios, con camas cómodas. Viajamos con nuestro perro y no hubo ningun problema. Localización ideal, muy cerca del mercado, restaurantes y barco para las islas. El check es muy practico ya que es por códigos, no hay que hacerlo presencial. Muy recomendable.

Todo estupendo. Solo destacaría como sugerencia, dejar algun botella de agua de cortesia ya que nos costó bastante encontrar un sitio que vendiera botellas de agua para llevar por la noche.

Really enjoyed our stay. It's clear, comfortable, well located and the view from the sun terrace is amazing. They have beach umbrellas and everything you could need for your stay. They let us check in early which was kind.

Nicht gefallen ist eigentlich die falsche Überschrift. Man muss halt wissen, daß in der Altstadt von Olhao die Parkplätze rar sind. Aber mit etwas Geduld und keiner Angst vor engen Parklücken 😉

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal molo per le isole, dal parcheggio gratuito, dal supermercato, e dal mercato coperto (a 50 metri). La movida non si sviluppa proprio sotto casa (ottimo per il riposo notturno) ma anche questa a poche decine di metri.

Al posto del divano un divano letto sarebbe il top per consentire un utilizzo separato del soggiorno e della camera da letto.

It was a very large apartment, bit too big. Great location. We were able to check in early which was good. Bed clean.

The bathroom sink had poor water pressure and the cover on a power point kept falling off. There were rugs on the floor that needed a good clean or replacing.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, hell, freundlich mit zwei Terrassen.

Leider ist die Lüftung der Pizzeria Pedra gegenüber sehr laut, sodass es keinen Spass macht, sich tagsüber oder abends auf der schönen Terrasse aufzuhalten

Perfect location, situated just one street back from the main road where you will find lots of great restaurants, a fab pastelaria, couple of bars, access to the ferry’s and of course the market. As it is self catering, the local supermarket is just 5 minutes away on foot for everything you need. We had one of the 2 penthouse apartments which have 2 terraces, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing and eating al fresco. Had everything you need including excellent wifi, big shower and spacious living area

Pin was missing from the big umbrella so could not get it to stay up properly - a very minor issue!

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt mit ihren engen Gässchen, vielen Restaurants und Geschäften und vor allem in unmittelbarer Nähe der Markthallen ist ideal. Das Haus ist ruhig und sehr sauber und ordentlich, genau wie das Appartement. Im Grunde fehlt es an nichts. Das Appartement war mit kleinen Dekoartikeln liebevoll eingerichtet. Wunderschön auch der Ausblick von der möblierten Dachterrasse.

Für 2 Personen gibt es nur 1 bequemen Sessel, der aber in einer Ecke steht, wo man ihn kaum benutzt. - Die Barhocker am Tisch quietschen bei jeder Bewegung und sind nicht sonderlich bequem. - Das Spannbetttuch auf dem sehr bequemen Doppelbett war leider viel zu klein und rutschte immer weg sobald man es benutzte. - Der Fernseher hat keine deutschen Programme. - Der Abfluss in der Dusche müsste mal wieder gereinigt werden.

Die fehlende Parkmöglichkeit.

Location was brilliant, considering it was set back a block the view was good. There were vents from a restaurant in front but below our balcony as others have mentioned but you didn’t see them unless you stood at the wall and looked down, sat or lay down they were not in view, the location is convenient and central and not set on a beach so vents etc can be expected and are not an issue. The penthouse was large and modern, a large comfy bed with good facilities , we really enjoyed our stay and will return.

One small suggestion, either they didn’t have a chopping board or we couldn’t find one. It would be handy to have one I wouldn’t dream of cutting or chopping on the work tops. We had no issues with anything else

Location was terrific...in a quiet lane near the market. Saturday was abuzz with produce from local farmers. Charming The marina is also there a went boating in the Rio Formosa barrier islands.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which had 2 private terraces, one with a sea view, with table, chairs and sun loungers . Modern, clean spacious and well equipped apartment in brilliant location, with lots of great restaurants nearby. When we messaged Maria she responded straight away and was very helpful. Olhao is lovely, not touristy with amazing restaurants at good prices.

O apartamento é espaçoso, limpo, cheiroso e bastante confortável. A localização é maravilhosa, a 3 minutos do Mercado Municipal.

A TV é completamente desatualizada, quase sem canais por cabo e péssima imagem, a Internet só funciona na sala e muito mal.

Really noisy. Heard everybody come and go, the restaurants behind were stocking up their kitchens at about 745 every morning with hand trucks on the cobblestones which was very triggering for our dogs traveling with us. We felt bad about their barking

Difficulty unlocking door to apartment, key would not function well. Room very dark and gloomy, window facing narrow street. Room layout not well-designed, sofa not well-placed at far end of room facing door. Kitchen equipment very basic but manageable.

What a lovely apartment in a lovely location. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views from my patio were fantastic. My host, Maria, was amazing. On my first night there, there was a blackout across the town - not the apartments, the town. (It lasted about half an hour, not an issue). It was after 9pm. Maria still appeared in minutes to check on the guests in every apartment and provide candles and reassure. On my day of departure it was raining. Maria had no hesitation in agreeing for me to not depart until 1pm - the time I need to go to the train station. Thank you Maria. It was a lovely stay in a lovely little town.

Schneller, unkomplizierter u. freundlicher Kontakt zur Gastgeberin und Personal. Die Unterkunft hat Meerblick, liegt direkt an der Markthalle und dem Fähranleger. Saubere gepflegte Unterkunft, alles vorhanden. Zwei tolle Terassen.

Zeer ruim appartement. Meer dan voldoende binnenruimte voor 2 personen.

Douche viel heel erg tegen. Zeer flauwe waterstraal, bijna geen water uit de douchekop. Moest bovendien zeer lang blijven lopen vooraleer het water een beetje warm of lauw werd. Zeer donker appartement doordat het gelegen is op het gelijkvloers in nauwe steegjes. Daardoor geen directe lichtinval. Gelegen aan de achterzijde van een afhaalrestaurant waardoor dag en avond veel brommertjes van afhaalservice en luide stemmen net aan slaapkamerraam.

Die Makrolage ist sehr gut, zweite Reihe zum Markt.

Die Mikrolage unseres Apartments im Erdgeschoss ist schlecht. Die Fenster gehen Richtung Süden zur Straße zur Rückseite der Restaurants der Hauptstraße. Dort ist es sehr laut, da die Lüftungen der Restaurants tagsüber sehr laut laufen und Abends die Pizzafahrer vor dem Fenster warten, sich unterhalten und Rauchen. D.h. ein Lüften des Apartments war nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.

Light, airy, spacious apartment. well equipped and comfortable, wonderful location. Splendid roof terrace though it was a bit too cool for sunbathing.

No serious shortcomings. A bit more literature on local amenities/sights/things to do would have been welcome.

L’appartement tres propre,très agréable et chaleureux. Le toit terrasse très belle vue sur la mer. Appartement spacieux qui donne sur une petite rue sur l arrière d’un restaurant qui livre des repas. Marché tout proche bien appréciable.

Un four aurait été bien car avec la tempête pas possible d utiliser le grill de la terrasse.

Dachterrasse ist ein Traum.

Unser Apartment war mit französischen Balkon, davor war die Lüftung einer Pizzeria. Etwas laut!
