We were there to send our family member to the higher learning institution. We arrived a day earlier. There were bedroom for 4. We liked the room and its structure. The breakfast spread was great too.

Hotel moderno, ben curato e probabilmente una delle strutture più contemporanee di Ipoh. Lo staff è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzato il servizio navetta gratuito da e per aeroporto e stazione ferroviaria, oltre alla possibilità di raggiungere il centro. Una menzione speciale al driver, una persona squisita, che durante gli spostamenti ci ha dato anche tantissime informazioni e consigli sulla città, quasi fosse una guida turistica. La posizione è centrale e comoda, la colazione buona e in linea con lo standard dell’hotel. Per chi viaggia con bambini, molto utile anche la piccola area giochi: non è grande, ma è uno spazio comodo che fa sicuramente la differenza.

AC's not really cooling, the water hose is a bit hit-and-miss, they only gave us one laundry bag for four people, and no prayer mats.

Overall were very clean especially the all areas in the room, the public toilet at M level, the buffet itself, the housekeeping and how the flow for check in and check out works.

Overall nothing much to comment just maybe improve with more welcoming during approaching customer during check in and guidance for lifts and overall brief of the hotel. Second, during morning buffet, I really satisfied and happy with the Malay staffs with black t-shirt serve and approach us (Malay girl with hijab and a guy), HOWEVER, I would request to monitor the "Egg Section" staff the Chinese girl and the Chinese guy that serving fresh cook eggs. They were not friendly at all, especially the guy its feels like we owe him something when ordering an egg.

Breakfast was reasonable not great. I booked a two room unit. I expected two rooms with a living area. However, the living room was also the first room, actually it was more like a one bedroom unit. Cleanliness is acceptable.

Space could have been a little bigger. No coffee house, no room service and basement parking was limited.

Het is een modern hotel, met een strakke inrichting. Onze kamer was licht, schoon en heel ruim, met prima bedden. Je kan er gratis parkeren (als er plek is in de ondergrondse parking).

Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen, er was niet zoveel keuze.

Posizione non centrale e la sera non risulta comodo, dal centro sono più di 15 minuti a piedi.

El hotel es moderno, sin demasiados lujos, pero está muy bien. Nos alojamos 4 en una habitación familiar. Buen desayuno. La ubicación no es especialmente buena, pero puedes caminar hasta el centro, y si no tienes la alternativa de los Grab.

El gimnasio es mejorable, pero son flexibles con el horario, y eso está muy bien.

Booked two room but one was dusty we started to sneezed a lot as we occupy the room and we started a flu. Room 517 need to be sanitize.

The rooms were bright clean and spacious. The location was good with restaurants, bars and Conquebine Lane within walking distance.

This is my second stay. The round carpet in the Hotel Lobby beds to be professionally cleaned as it had a bad stain which when that's your first impression isn't good. Also an air freshener ( defuser ) with a pleasant fragrance would help your first experience as you enter.

The breakfast varieties were not a lot but enough for breakfast and is tasty. Overall the rooms meet our expectations but it could be better we are offer twin beds as requested, anyway we slept well. When leaving MU hotel , then we realised that they are free shuttles to places of interest or as requested and available, as we were told by the shuttle driver and we felt that it will quite a waste as is our first visit to Ipoh and it will be nice to have somebody to introduce us to places worthy to visit. It would be good if the receptionist that check us in and informed us of this service. Anyway we will still come back to MU hotel for our next visit to Ipoh.

Check in and check out process is fast and efficient. The front desk personnel are very friendly making us feel very welcome. Room are small but comfortable. I had a great sleep.

The breakfast selection was ok, but most of the food was cold. I did speak to the manager at the restaurant, and he got someone to warm up the food for me, but I think it can be improved. I think the cereals they used were some generic brands because they tasted different from the normal KoKo Crunch and Honey Stars.. looks almost same, but tasted off.

The hotel room design is modern and simple, very nice. Room is very clean, bed is comfy. The best thing, it comes with a bolster.

This hotel tried to consider the needs of people staying there. They had thought of most things, smart TV, good internet, compact room but it provided all necessities.

The service way beyond our expectation. Its a hotel we will STRONGLY recommend. The counter staff are super friendly and helpful. We are repeated customers. Especially the hotel driver, Mr Addy, no words can describe his helpfulness and friendliness. He goes beyond his call of duty. 5 thumbs up for him. 酒店出去要找吃的满容易的，员工满亲切的，整个办理入住手续过程都很顺利。房间设施完善舒适明亮，因为我是很怕出外酒店卫生设施不干净的人，可是MU hotel卫生间让我很满意😄😄😄

早餐个人觉得可以加多一点食物，洗澡的冷水水压有点小，热水就很大😅，觉得应该要留意一下😄

the rooms were big and nice. we loved the laid back simple breakfast. the breakfast manager Edwin is a star. the rooms were really nice and having netflix was a bonus.

the breakfast spread can be improvised since Ipoh is a food haven too.

Wifi needed attention before it would work but reception was very helpful.

The accommodation was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection. A courtesy vehicle and driver were available for a drive through the city.

No milk for coffee/ tea in the room, but seems to be standard across Malaysia. Same for hand towels.

Location was great. Walkable to eateries or restaurants. Room size is acceptable and clean too. Driver Addy is fantastic n friendly, offers good tips on how to walk short cut to attractions.

Morning hot water for shower only starts at 6am onwards. If u need to bathe earlier, it will be a problem.

We stayed at MU Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Our group booked 2 family rooms — one for the couple and another for the 3 of us. I personally liked the family room concept because it allowed everyone to mingle and spend time together instead of staying separately in different rooms. Even though there was only one bathroom per room, it was still manageable and comfortable for us. The hotel location was convenient and was one of the reasons why it was recommended to us. The service was also good throughout our stay. The staff responded quite fast whenever we had enquiries online. Another thing we appreciated was the airport shuttle service and scheduled shuttle services to local attractions. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and even contacted us once our flight arrived. He made us feel welcomed immediately and recommended some popular local cuisines in Ipoh during the ride. The stay overall felt warm and comfortable, and the service left a good impression on us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Ipoh.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was acceptable, but I would suggest not putting very high expectations on it. Since Ipoh has so much good local food, I would personally recommend exploring outside for breakfast instead. Also, the dim sum restaurant opposite the hotel was not really to our liking as foreigners, although this is purely based on personal preference.

Breakfast was simple but nice and tasty. Hotel is easily accessible to many places and foods as well. Hotel provide trasport to city and places of interest and airport transfer. Requested extension and allow maximum two hours.
