Welcoming, friendly staff who sorted out any issue we had swiftly. Nice and quiet at night, excellent black out curtains in the bedroom and we LOVED the spa bath Very clean compared to other similar places we've stayed

only thing was we didn't realise rubbish wouldn't be cleared on the weekend. Wasn't much of an issue though :)

Size of room

The communication from staff, ringing and texting me that they won't be here on arrival, giving me clear instructions for my arrival. Texting straight back when I came across some issues in the place

Spa bath not working Lounge seat not very comfortable Dinner table had to stay lent up against the wall, cause legs are loose No sky to watch the warriors but that's my fault not ready the details, a chrome cast would of done the trick. Toilet bottom needs to be push a couple of times for the water to stop running after flashing Power point above kitchen sink not working I think it fuse has blown, for spa and power socket as i taken i photo of the fuse boxs and notice one fuse is down or tripped. But im no sparky so don't touch hahahaha

Great location, friendly staff and spacious unit that suited us well.

Not all of the lights (especially smaller lights) were working. Since the bathroom is located in the center with no external ventilation it would benefit from some mid raid freshener being provided. Spa bath is old and cracked. Some improvement overdue - BUT worked well and the kids loved it.

Warm clean unit. Very nice Motel Managers who are more than happy to help ensure stay is good. Fresh milk too. Quiet unit with comfy bed and strong shower.

Wonderful hosts, went above and beyond to help me with extras ,eg transport to and from classes at no extra charge. Ex tremely friendly and helpful.

Water heater of bathroom doesn’t work.

Room was spacious, sofa was a bit uncomfortable, kitchen was excellent. Bed comfortable, lounge clean and tidy .

Was a good shower , with good pressure, unfortunately the shower had mould around the corners.

Nice room. Had plenty of heating to keep warm. Everyone enjoyed the spa bath. Beds were comfortable. Just a really good affordable accomodation

- the door is difficult to open from the outside, particularly if you do not inform the occupants about how to open it - THIS WAS NOT DONE - the door is also difficult to lock from the inside at night. We found we had to bodily push it, then turn the lock, otherwise it did not lock - there was food left in the freezer box of the fridge which was not ours. Clearly whoever cleaned the room prior to our arrival had not checked the fridge/freezer - the cold tap in the bathroom. If you use the cold tap in the bathroom sink, you cannot turn it off fully as it keeps running. It needed to be turned off most of the way only. I would suggest this is why the toilet roll was sodden to the core and there was a large amount of water inside the bathroom cabinet (the lady who came to the unit saw it). I could have called you at 5am when I found it to come and sort it out, but I didn't - the window in the downstairs bedroom only has one latch and does not close. This was not ideal on the cold nights. The heater had to be left on all night to compensate When I returned to the unit yesterday afternoon, I called on the guest phone and got the recorded message "leave a message and we will contact you". At no time did you attempt to contact me. I had no missed calls. It was not until I finished my walk that I noted the office door open. You made NO effort to address my concerns, instead you (the man), "I have more important things to do".

The set of the room it was nice and big and a lot of space. It was relaxing and roomy. Everything was good and I like how there was an extra bed and a place you could go rest and close the door for quiet time

Bed was terrible and I had a sore back for 3 nights. Fridge froze food and milk, carpets dirty, white tail and ants we had to kill on entering and then a big cockroach that evening as well. Mold around the shower, towels getting older and during our 3 day stay no offer of fresh towels or milk, tea etc. Dining table was very wobbly, only one extra blanket. Heater was old and smelled when it was turned on. Couch which was a pull out bed had lived its lifespan and squeaked as we sat on it and sunk and was incredibly uncomfortable. There was a note on the wall saying dont pull out the couch/bed and wood put under to support it. I wish I had viewed before committing and we would not have stayed. I left feeling dirty and with a sore back. Was happy to leave. Upon reading other reviews these are issues many others have felt which have not been fixed.

It was clean, warm and had good breakfast making facilities

We are aged 75-80 and one bedroom was up some steps. They did have a good handrail so we’re safe.

Only thing I didnt like about the loft room was the access to the shower. You had to climb in the spa bath which was a bit of a mission.

we were in the back unit so very quiet. bed good with plenty of blankets and an electric blanket so nice and warm.

Ants running around the rooms, holes in the wall, very stained furniture, window latch broken, door knob into lower room was not attached, water pressure was shocking could not shower with it.

a happier welcome by staff, more attention taken by the groundsman ie washed the front of unit just before i arrived, the entrance door had swollen & was hard to open & close & there was a large pool of water inside the door. in the morning the milk suppled had frozen, had to melt with hot water. reported fridge needed fixing.

The main bed had a skylight directly above our heads with no way to block out the early morning sun. Main bedroom was an open mezzanine with no noise privacy. The shower/bath was terrible, slippery & water went literally everywhere.

Bed was not made dayly, towel set only supplied for one person whilst we were a couple and the Wi-Fi connection was atrocious.

Reception never manned. Difficult to get hold of staff. Laundry dirty. Bathroom needed a deep clean and repairs. No towel rail. Bathroom needs complete renovation.. TV in wrong place and didn't work all the time - needs replacing. The whole unit could do with refurbishing. Toilet leaks and is cracked.

The most beautiful couple you could meet with the warmest welcoming, nothing was ever an issue, they went above and beyond for my family and I, made us all feel comfortable and at home. The rooms itself are spacious and always clean, with fresh towels everyday, the beds are very comfortable, they cater to all of your needs with the biggest smiles. Not only do they provide a lovely temporary home, but they are also very knowledgeable about the town, culture and recommendations of places to see and where to get the best meals. They also do alot for the people in the community, you definately dont want to miss out on staying here, you wont regret it i promise! To karinga (apologies if i spelt it wrong) and your beautiful wife, from the bottom of our hearts, from my family and I, we thank you and appreciate everything you have done, if i could give more than 5 stars 🌟 i would exceed the limit 10 times over. Thank you.

Bathroom had mouldy tiles and water went everywhere. bathroom in one bedroom apartment was inside bedroom and was awkward to use without disturbing friend. 2 bedroom apartment at least had a door to close.

Tired and rundown. The door lock was broken, the couch was so sunken you could not sit on it. The pipes in the bathroom emitted a horrible smell.
