From the moment I checked in until check out it was a very pleasant experience. I asked for early check in and I was able to check in a couple of hours before normal check in times. I was instantly greeted by a warm smile from the front desk associate (this lady is fantastic). I got to my room and was very clean and tidy. I headed out for lunch and was greeted by another friendly staff member (she was awesome) that gave me some suggestions for lunch. The bar attendant was very polite and friendly like pretty much everyone I got in contact to. Breakfast is included and is served between 6:30 to 10am. With multiple bread options, lots of beverages and assorted pastries. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and polite. I had a great experience staying at this hotel and it's like 30 minutes walk to the downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any solo travel or family vacation. Thanks to everyone that helped me had a great time here. This staff really loves providing great service in hospitality.

After flying down from Buenos Aries I stayed at this Hotel in El. Calafate. Very nice place!! Breakfast was nothing special which came with the room accommodations. The open property and the grounds were very nice! Was nice to be out in the country compared to the big cities!! Nice and quiet!!

Beautiful views and a comfortable bed. A little outside of town so it was quiet.

Lovely breakfast, lovely room; friendly staff and stylish decor. Plenty of parking and a 5 minute drive to downtown Calafate. They were able to accomodate plenty of gluten-free bread for the breakfast.

There were no complains, had a lovely stay.

EL TAMAÑO Y EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO

La habitación era grande y luminosa (grandes ventanas). Dormimos genial y la cama era comodísima. El desayuna era variado con huevos, yogurt y bollería. Un detalle curioso es que cuando sale al jardín de atrás te da la bienvenida un perro muy majo con ganas de jugar.

Por decir algo, el baño estaba un poco viejito.

La habitación tiene un muy buen tamaño y buena vista al lago Argentino (no plena pero bien). El desayuno también estaba muy bien. El restaurante muy bien y práctico tenerlo ahí ya que el hotel no está en el centro lo cual podría ser algo negativo pero para mí no ya que se accede fácilmente y además hay servicio de traslado sin cargo durante la tarde al centro ida y vuelta. Y el personal excelente, siempre muy atentos y con excelente predisposición.

Limpeza e atendimento. Áreas comuns boas, arejadas e amplas.

Quarto pouco ventilado, banheiro sem exaustor/ventilação, estrutura do prédio permite muita propagação de barulho. Chegamos em um dia bem quente para os padrões da Patagônia (quase 30º C) e o quarto estava MUITO quente. Tivemos que deichar a janelinha e porta do quarto abertas para tentar melhorar um pouco o "abafamento".

Un poco alejado del centro y, aunque esto lo sabíamos, no pensamos que nos iba a costar tanto conseguir taxi.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The common area and breakfast room was clean and tidy. The views are also really great! The breakfast was very good with lots of options. You can also purchase a packed lunch for your activities.

Our room was a decent size but we had a gigantic bed (2 double beds put together) that took up all the space. We barely had any space to open suitcases or move around.

This is a lovely hotel an easy walk from the lakeside. Staff were helpful and the room was very nice. However it is quite distant from the the town and the shuttle bus is not very helpful - only starting in the afternoon and finishing early - so unless you have transport or hire a taxi you may be stuck in the hotel on an evening. Since the food was good this was not a problem for me. It is well worth visiting the Lago Nimez nature reserve the other side of town to see many birds. It is 90 minutes walk along the lakeside which would have been pleasant but for the very high winds which made it uncomfortable. I was told autumn is less windy .

Hotel moderno e ben posizionato. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato presso l’hotel, ottimo servizio e piatti deliziosi. Colazione abbondante e varia. Che dire ci tornerei subito!

The hotel is beautiful and clean , the breakfast is very good they have multiple selections of food, the shuttle bus service it’s a plus . We use it several times and they are always on time , receptionist we’re all very attentive, I love the fact that they use WhatsApp for any questions or concerns , staff for the restaurant are very nice and kind, we recommend this hotel .

Como de costume em reserva na Argentina não foi descontado o IVA Reclamei mas fica o dito pelo não dito. Mas o hotel é bom e nos deram um quarto de frente pro lago que adoramos. Longe do centro mas estávamos de carro e não foi problema. Como os pontos turísticos são longe, vale a pena alugar um carro.

Funcionários educados, prestativos, atendimento nota 10. Quarto amplo, cama confortável. Chuveiro excelente, ducha quente. Café da manhã ótimo, com variedade de opções. Tudo muito bem feito. Jantar de qualidade. Hotel que voltaremos.

Estacionamento de frente para a pista, sem segurança, o que nos deixa um pouco apreensivos especialmente porque viajamos de automóvel.

Estadia foi ótima , hotel tem restaurante e bar disponível. Pessoal do hotel muito atencioso.

The hotel is very beautiful, but the service is questionable. Nothing is included. If you want a wine glass, it costs 4,500 pesos. If you want them to open your bottle, that’s another 4,500 pesos. Even eating in your room costs 5,000 pesos — and that’s just for the option to eat there, not including the food or service. Basically, everything you want to do comes with an extra charge. The only things included are the overnight stay and breakfast.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff courteous. The only thing that needs to be improved on is the coffee for breakfast.

The place is beautiful, the personel is very friendly and helpful, a litlle far of the city but the transportation is conveniente so you do not miss anything. The view is amazing

Booked here by our travel company but wouldn’t have chosen it as it’s on the edge of town well away from shops restaurants and other services. Shuttle bus service is not frequent.Nice location with a partial view of the lake. We arrived after a medical emergency and the receptionist was outstanding, responding to our needs quickly and efficiently. The rooms are comfortable if a little small. Some noise from conversations and tv in neighbouring rooms. The restaurant was fine for dinner with an interesting adequate choice of options and wine- very good helpful staff. Breakfast was also good but dominated by cakes and pastries. The lobby area was spacious, comfortable and very warm.

I loved the free transportation from the city center to the hotel. The food was actually quite good! Very comfortable breakfast and the staff was lovely.

The room could do some work. Some of the knobs of the closet continuously fell off.

Quite disappointed and would have given 2 on 5 if not for the nice lobby and good service from the bar. No assistance with luggage to the room. Check-in and check-out very slow as only one staff at reception. Restaurant has a very limited menu. Hotel is far and shuttle buses are too few, only every hour. Finally the room is very basic and too hot. (Not possible to regulate the heating). We slept with an open window and it was still too hot.

Lovely hotel. Check in was efficient and friendly. Staff service was excellent throughout the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. I was especially pleased to have a bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was very good as was the meal choice at dinner. The hotel offers a bus shuttle in and out of town. We reserved places but nobody checked our reservation. Luckily we did get seats on the bus but it would be frustrating to book and then find that you didn’t get a seat. The bar closes at 8. Maybe we were there in low season. We would have loved to retire to the bar for a nightcap after dinner but that wasn’t possible.

Excelente servicio y amabilidad

Checking out on 25th August . We were shocked to see twin beds in our room. There are no doubles or queen duo available, is what they told us. The beds are so small that you keep thinking you are going to fall off of it! The restaurant and breakfast was nice. The check out girl was less than friendly. She kept charging us bills for another room and acted as if I’m lying to say I didn’t go to the bar. It would be nice if everyone at the desk spoke English for their international tourists! She turned kind of mean when I said I’m not fluent in Spanish 🤷🏻‍♀️ The view is amazing, but I assume that’s with most hotels in this area. Cash in pesos only, or credit cards. Your dollars will not go far in Calafate!

Great service and helpful staff! With all the pickups and excursions, the front desk was so helpful at making sure everyone got going in the morning! The bar area was great for lunch or an early dinner and had gluten free options. The breakfast was great with a variety of delicacies. Clean and spacious rooms with beautiful views. It’s out of town a ways but the hotel provides shuttle service.

Nice stay, out of the way of the Main Street and about a 35-40 minute walk along the main road.

The property is ok, but I prefer wood floor instead of a rug.

Las sàbanas parecían lijas, las almohadas muy incómodas y el inidoro viejo y desgastada la tapa, lo que le daba un aspecto descuidado.

Quite place as its based a bit far from the main center. Reception kind and nice. Nice to have a suttle to drive the guests to the center.

Room and facilities are very old (doesnt look at all as a 4 star hotel), also sofas, courtains and room Carpet with stains. Room was smelling really bad from the bathroom when we entered. Shuttle could have more hours at Night and short breaks as the hotel its only 5 min from the center and suttles Goes only hour by hour.

This property is barely a three-star property and is very much overpriced for what it provides. It is in desperate need of modernization and updates to compete for even half the $220 that I paid.

Hotel is nice. The lobby is really nice but the conditions of the room should and could be updated.

Foi uma estadia razoável mas não voltaria ao hotel. Colchões e almofadas não são muito confortáveis, fiquei preso dias vezes no elevador e a qualidade da comida do restaurante e bar é mediana. Café da manhã razoável.

The workers are really kind and helpful, they helped me find a last minute tour. The room was clean and the food in the restaurant is good. The only thing I didn’t love was the condition of the place, it might need some maintenance and renovation. But overall I would recommend a stay here.

This is no way this property is 4 stars 4 stars the room was terrible unsafe. Very dirty. For the money we spent to stay there was a waste. I don’t mind paying for a great place to stay but this facility is outdated terrible service the shower was in a tub with no steps Carpet in the bathroom disgusting and old

En general el hotel es muy bonito y cuenta con una vista hermosa a las montañas y el rio. En mi experiencia tuve un inconveniente al momento de mi llegada ya que no tenian registrada mi reservación. Ahora me vuelven a contactar para pedirme liquidar mi estancia, siendo que el pago se realizó a traves de Hoteles.com Los alimentos son buenos

The staff was friendly and helpful but the lack of air conditioning made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. Also, the location outside of town made it more difficult to enjoy the town of El Calafate.

O hotel para El calafate é muito bom, mas não é um 4*. Daria 3*. Nada é muito novo mas o hotel entrega exatamente o que ele promete. Café da manhã bom.

Views are fantastic. The staff is outstanding and very friendly, always willing to help. The rooms could be better, as well as breakfast. Overall really enjoyed staying here and would recommend.

Location was a bit out of the way. Town is very small and we were about 2 km away. It would be nice if they had a shuttle. Also, no room service. I should have read the fine print. Staff was ok.
