It was a very pleasant stay. Food was too good. Ajit ji , Rohit ji and resturant manager Anand ji, Anjan ji and all the staffs are very cooperative and humble. The stay was amazing and specially the food. This is my second time visit and planning to visit again shortly. Thanks to Acron team.

This is my 7 th time i visited goa with my family usually we used to stay at acron which was across baga but when we arrived goa this year we get to know that acron was on the renovation process so they send us here at 'Acron candoline regina' I spend my five days here at this hotel and it was a great experience here the small restaurant, the big pool and some playing areas and a gym, so this hotel is the best! 👍👍👍👍

I booked a 3-day stay in a Suite room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel is an older property, it is extremely well maintained. The food is top-notch—delicious and consistently high quality. ​The staff are exceptionally polite and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to the General Manager, Mr. Ambrish, whose dedication truly stands out—he was always available to help, even beyond his regular hours. I’d also like to thank Jeevan Jyoti from the restaurant staff for the excellent service. ​In fact, the warm hospitality from the entire team made such a great impression that I ended up extending my stay by an extra day. Keep up the amazing work! 👏

I first stayed at Acron Waterfront as a guest from Delhi, and to be honest, my experience did not start well. My room had a strong smell after pest control, and I was very upset. Since the hotel was fully booked, changing my room was not possible. I complained in anger, expecting excuses, but instead I met Mr. Ankush, the Housekeeping Supervisor. He listened to every concern with patience and never argued with me. He answered every question I asked confidently and professionally. Rather than making promises he couldn't keep, he found the best possible solution by refreshing my room and ensuring it became comfortable. What impressed me the most was that his duty had already ended, yet he stayed at the hotel for several extra hours just to wait for my return. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied before he went home. I had never seen such dedication from any hotel employee before. That night, I apologized to him for my behavior because I realized how sincerely he cared about his guests. The following morning, he greeted me warmly, remembered every small request I had made, arranged everything on time, explained all the hotel facilities, and even taught me how to leave an online review. I happily wrote a positive review because he truly earned it. Some time later, I returned to Goa hoping to stay at Acron Waterfront again. I found that the hotel was under renovation, so I asked about the staff. I was told that many employees had moved to another hotel, so I went there hoping to meet Ankush again. Sadly, I was informed that he was no longer working there. I don't know where he is today, but hearing that genuinely made me emotional. Hotels can renovate buildings, replace furniture, and upgrade facilities, but employees like Ankush are incredibly rare. Exceptional hospitality is created by people, not just beautiful rooms. If the management ever reads this, I simply want to say this: guests may forget the room number, but they never forget the person who made them feel respected and cared for. Thank you, Ankush. Wherever life has taken you, I wish you success and happiness. You are one of the finest hospitality professionals I have ever met, and I will always remember the kindness and dedication you showed me.

The stay was really great, we were there in May. The stay was really made great by Mr. Ambarish Gad, The resort manager, thought we got to know the resort was going for some maintenance and as we all know in May we had the Lpg crises, but believe me this man Mr. Gad insured that not only us but the other guest also. All the staff always kept checking in every time if any issues. Believe my kids just asked if we can get Biryani for dinner and next day Mr. Gad ensured that we get it. As said the hotel was due to go for a maintenance there was minor glitch but that all fine as we get some in most brand hotel also. But that was wel covered by the people of Acron. Special thanks to Habibur, Jagannath, Ajit, Rohit, Prince and Priyanka. And top of all Mr. Ambarish Gad. Wil definitely come back for the service te offered.

I enjoyed my stay at the Regina Candolim. Staff were polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble to help with my requests. Rooms are bright and spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel offers delicious food cooked to a high standard .

The Sales guys are fake, Tasha was only after my money but after that sales is missing and said speak to General Manager only to give u bad service and have no answers when there is a issue . They made us wait 1 hour for checking that too at 5 Pm cause the people at the front desk were looking at each other's faces and said yes sir there is water leakage problem we know and a sorry. Then why you took my money... There is no General manager to talk too only one guy I don't know who he is only he apologied to me later he also went missing. Driving down from Bangalore to face this I will never recommend to anyone this hotel

Continuing on from our review in January 2026. What can I say! Nothing about this hotel will disappoint you. We completed our 12 week stay at the end of March and the high levels of service and assistance were a constant throughout our stay. One or two of the waiting staff changed during our stay but the smiles and service did not. The hotel is situated about a 300 metre walk from the main road down a lit and tarmaced lane. There you will find loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Cross over the main road when you get there and its about another 10 min walk down another lane to the sandy beach. Which has loads of shacks on it. The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment, but is always very clean and tidy. The rooms are quite large. The beds are large and very comfortable with the rooms cleaned and restocked every day. Thank you to Braja and his team. To Sanjay, who helped to keep the public areas spotless. There is a major refurbishment of the entire hotel taking place starting this summer, we understand, so its going to become an even better hotel to stay at. We have already re booked for 12 weeks next year, I think that speaks volumes! In the restaurant we would like to give special mentions to Diwaker, Sujan, Manas, Gopal, Habibul, Chiteranjan, Pryanka, Richard and Arnab. Who were always attentive. We would also like to give special mention to some of the front of house team Deepesh, Andrez, Adi and Sunil who were always ready with a smile and a wave. To Prasenjit Som and his excellent kitchen team for the very tasty breakfasts and meals. And the ever smiling Jay and his security team And last but not least "The Boss" Ambarish. Who continued to be available, attentive and very helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Please forgive me if I have missed off anyone who helped to make our stay so enjoyable or have mis spelt a name. We look forward to our next stay there in 2027.

We had our corporate event at Acron Regina Candolim, where we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located pretty close to the beach and has a resort-like feel to it. It's easy to find, and the internal roads are quiet. The rooms are good on a twin-sharing basis. The suites were very spacious. The food is decent. Breakfast was always good. We were a big group of around 70 people. Some had come with family, some had special dietary needs. What really stood out for us was the service. The staff was attentive and accommodating of our needs. They were prompt and always ready to help. Some names I would like to mention are Surajit, Anjan, Gopal, Manas, Arnav, Adit Kumar. And Deepesh, Nawaz, and Sanket from the front desk. We were a bit apprehensive reading reviews online about the service. But we were glad that our experience was excellent and the place is highly recommended. Their service made up for certain expected arrangements/amenities that were missing during our conference. I would also like to mention Scarlet from the Sales team, who was prompt in resolving any issues regarding arrangements. We got good value for the money we spent on the hotel. Thank you all, for making our event a super memorable one!

This our second long stay visit to our "Goan home", we came for 8 weeks last year and ended up staying for 11 weeks. We are now 2 weeks into our 12 week stay this time and we can only continue to sing the praises of both the hotel and it's amazing and attentive staff led by the extremely helpful and it seems ,indefatigable manager, Ambarish, who is always accessible and willing to offer any help he can. Everything was as we rembered it apart from a few of the staff have moved on but the levels of service and helpfulness remain at the same high standard. The rooms are a really good size, well maintained and ours is thoroughly cleaned each day by Jabindra. We have a room overlooking the pool. The food in the restaurant continues to be of the same high standard expertly prepared by Prasenjit Som and his talented team. To compliment the food the waiting on staff are very proficient, helpful and polite. Always greeting you with a smile on their faces, I think a mention so far to the restaurant manager Suranjit and especially to Surjan, Diwakar, Chitteranjan and Gopal in the restaurant. And of course the reception team who are again very helpful and always give us a wave and a smile whenever we leave or re enter the hotel. We can honestly not praise this hotel high enough.

It was truly an outstanding experience for all of us at Acron Candolim Regina. We were there for our official offsite tour with a group of 34 colleagues, and we are delighted to say that the property exceeded our expectations on every front. The check-in process was smooth and well managed. We arrived a little early, and the front desk team did their best to accommodate us seamlessly, without any chaos. The rooms were immaculate—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Mr. Surjit ensured that all our guests were well taken care of at the restaurant, which serves genuinely delicious food. We had also planned an event at the banquet hall, and it was managed beautifully by the entire team. Mr. Anjan Kumar was present throughout the event and made sure all our requirements were promptly met. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were extremely courteous and attentive. I would especially like to appreciate Gopal, Habibul, Jafet, and the entire F&B team for their exceptional service. Thank you once again to the whole team for everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and created many unforgettable memories.

We stayed for four nights at Acron Candolim Regina and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is very professional and offers excellent hospitality. This is our second stay at the Acron and would definitely come back... The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants.. our room was cleaned daily and all the staff are attentive, friendly and helpful.. nothing was too much trouble.. the restaurant has a good variety of food.. the pool is very clean and inviting.. we plan to come here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel..

I would not recommend Acron Regina to anyone due to the extremely rude and insensitive behaviour of their reception staff. This was supposed to be our second stay at the hotel. Our first experience was wonderful — the room, location, and especially the buffet breakfast (both South Indian and North Indian dishes) were excellent. Because of that, we chose to book a suite room again for 3 nights (5th to 8th Dec). However, on 4th Dec, my 11-year-old son fell sick. I called the hotel to request if they could reschedule our stay by a day. Before calling, I had checked the hotel’s own website and noticed that rooms were available for the same dates — and at a lower price than what I had paid. But the staff, specifically Mr. Shiva at the reception, not only denied the request but spoke to us in an extremely rude manner. The first thing he asked me was, “Did you check the hotel policy?” — which is not the way to start a conversation when a guest is calling with a medical concern. When I explained the situation and requested support due to a genuine emergency, he responded, “People cancel due to emergencies only,” and offered no alternatives or help. When I pointed out that we expect at least basic courtesy from someone in the hospitality industry, he continued speaking rudely and seemed in a hurry to end the call. Because my son is unwell, we could not travel today despite having a confirmed booking. This experience has left us deeply disappointed. We have decided that this will be our last stay at Acron Regina (even if we proceed tomorrow depending on my son’s health). It’s sad because the hotel’s rooms, food, and location are genuinely good — but the inhuman and unprofessional behaviour of Mr. Shiva has completely overshadowed everything. We cannot choose or recommend this hotel to anyone under such service conditions.

This was our 2nd Stay at Acron. Stayed for 15 nights in luxury room which was clean, spacious and with great balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel had great breakfast every morning with a good variety of different items. The live egg and Dosa station was amazing. Acron is situated about 8-10 minutes walk from Candolim beach. There are also lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away. The HIGHLIGHT of our stay was the friendly staff throughout the hotel, who made sure that everything was perfect and service with a smile. Thank you to all, too many to mention. Thank you Mr Ambarish and the team for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Hope to see you soon.

The resort is apt for family stay and with all amenities in-house offering cleanliness ,hygiene and smiling staff.The restaurant and it's food is great. Service sometimes delays owing to the rush hours but that's something faced by me..so it may not necessarily be true for everyone but still i Trust the Management shall endeavour to fill the gaps. Trust me if you are visiting North Goa with family and Hotel rates fits your pocket then do stay at Candolim in general and Acron's Candolim Regina.All famous food Joints and Beverages outlets are at walking distance and Traffic is smooth and light throughout the day. The scenic route is just 4 kms on either side of Aguada Fort Road and Calangute Road. Awesome Trip with Family ,Great stay,Superb Hospitality and what else one could ask for. We stayed at Accron Regina from 27th to 30th ( 3 days) and our rooms were upgraded by Ambarish( Senior Person in charge ) . The Rooms allocated for us was beautiful. This is the second time I am staying in Regina and he is so nice every time when we are there . Restaurant Quality of food for breakfast to Dinner was tasty and lot of choice was there . The Restaurant staff were so polite & helpful to help us to get any dish we wanted extra. I would love to stay again & recommend any one who is interested in staying at Regina .

My Google Review # 000453 The resort earlier owned by Fortune is now operated by Acron group. Stayed here for a couple of days and did enjoy the silence and beautiful amenities it offers. The view is not much as it is inside the town roads. But the ambience is super quite and amidst the peak-night hours you can even listen to the ocean waves. The Candolim beach is a 5-min walk from the hotel. The rooms were big and just like any other beach property, you need to keep the gates/ windows closed, else the humidity places spoil sport and all the furniture, floor and bedsheets gets moist and wetly. The housekeeping was good and the buffet breakfast had a delightful variety to look forward to, besides the regular live counters. One special mention to the Master Chef – Mr Som – who specially curated Sabudana Khichidi for my evening dinner during fasting of Ekadashi. Just loved the taste and the portion size that was offered. Small pool to enjoy and a game zone too, however, it was closed due to some maintenance works that were on going. The interiors were very old at many places and this surely calls out for a renovation exercise in the hotel. All type of payments accepted – cards, UPI, cash etc. Date of Experience # Sep 2025.

It was a really great experience staying here. The place was wonderful, and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent. This Acron hotel is the best choice when traveling with family it has a nice ambiance, and the staff are very friendly. Whenever you have any issues, you can reach out to them anytime for immediate assistance, and they respond with great courtesy. Moreover, smoking is not permitted here, which is very impressive and important, especially when you are traveling with kids and women.

We stayed with family, and had a very pleasant and memorable stay. Special mention must be made for Mr Ambrish Gad, GM of the Property, who took personal care and made sure we had more than a pleasant stay. Mr. Prasanjit Som, the Executive Chef, fantastic person and professional who went out of his way to make sure the food and service were at par with the best. Also special mention must be made for the service staff, Jibanjyoti, Arnab and Saurabh who were meticulous and quite prompt in their service.

Fantastic experience at Acorn Regina, Goa. From the genuinely warm welcome at check-in to the consistently friendly and attentive staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was excellent with delicious food, great variety, and very reasonably priced options that allowed us to fully enjoy our meals throughout the stay. A special thanks to the Executive Chef for preparing a perfect English breakfast for our son, and what was truly one of the best omelettes we have ever had. It was better than many five-star hotels. Our room was kept spotless thanks to the housekeeping team, and the overall cleanliness and service were exceptional. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly generous and welcoming, and the hospitality truly stood out—especially thanks to Mr. Ambarish, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food was delicious, and the room was top-notch: clean, comfortable, and very hygienic. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I booked a 3-day stay in a Suite room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel is an older property, it is extremely well maintained. The food is top-notch—delicious and consistently high quality. The staff are exceptionally polite and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to the General Manager, Mr. Ambrish, whose dedication truly stands out—he was always available to help, even beyond his regular hours. I’d also like to thank Jeevan Jyoti from the restaurant staff for the excellent service. In fact, the warm hospitality from the entire team made such a great impression that I ended up extending my stay by an extra day. Hotel is superb and spacious rooms, breakfast is awesome with wide range of varieties, f&b manager surojit is very helpfull and kind in nature chef bharat is too good in his job, everything is amazing made our holidays memorable.

Well I was back again at the Acron Candolim Regina with another Corporate Group for 2 nights. It was a wonderful experience staying there. Everything was done and arranged for as told. The check ins were smooth.....rooms were nice n clean...the set up inside the Conference room was done just the way our client wanted it to be, the menu spread during the buffet meals was amazing and delicious....the service was fantastic....overall our client was very happy having their Annual Meet at the Acron Candolim Regina Resort. They have promised to come back again soon with a bigger group the next time. A special thanks to the Resort Manager Mr Ambarish and his excellent team of Chef Prosenjit, Mr Surajit, Mr Deepesh and their team for the best hospitality extended towards us during our stay. We had an amazing experience during our stay at Acron Candolim Regina. The entire staff was courteous, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The breakfast spread was very good.

The AC in one of the rooms allotted was not working properly and there was leakage.

Our stay at Acron Regina was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, we felt an atmosphere of warmth, comfort and heart felt hospitality that made us feel like home away from home. A special appreciation for Mr. Ambarish Gad, whose presence felt who stood out with his sincerity, kindness and exceptional hospitality. He didn’t treated us like guests he treated us like family. His presence alone added a sense of trust and care to our experience. Truly a gem of the hotel. Also grateful to the wonderful team Manas, Habibur, Gopal, Royston, Diwakar, Mohammad Gous, Adit, Jagannath, Arnab, and Omkar. Sorry if I missed any name, as could not note few names, who served us with extreme heart. One of the best hospitality received at Acron Regina Candolim. Best place to visit in every aspects starting from Mr Ambrish Gad the manager very polite, disciplined & friendly. He had taken all our feedbacks gracefully, an absolute gentlemen. Rooms absolute clean & tidy in all aspects from cleanliness to refilling whatever was available as complementary. Support Staffs very polite starting from HK, room service, staffs serving breakfast, lunch & dinner bell boy etc. Pool was absolutely clean & there was a guard all time to keep an eye on children. Food is fantastic so many variety in breakfast, lunch & dinner excellent job, good offerings for children's as well like juices, muffins, donuts, cakes & pastries. Property was also maintained beautifully very clean. Reception team was also very welcoming & polite. Kudos to the whole team we met & all thanks to Ambrish who made us feel very comfortable & homely. This was my 4th visit with family and it's like a 2nd home to all of us, the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Buffet spread as usual is incredible Sujan at the Indian oven restaurant at Seaway Acron was extremely helpful, would rate the restaurant 10/10. great staff and management neat and clean room also room service was amazing i stayed here 5 day and we enjoyed alot in pool and everyone was friendly kind hearted as well they helped you in your query related to travel as well apart from this breakfast was delicious i highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for similar to five star hotel but in your budget so you can visit here

This is part 2 of 2. Please read part 1 which we posted January 2025. We have just spent 11 weeks at this hotel which is amazing mainly because of the staff. We think it shows the level that this hotel is at when over the course of our stay standards didn't drop once. As mentioned previously some rooms and mainly the pool area requires some refurbishment, which the hotel are on with doing, this is very much a 4 star hotel with 5 star staff At the end of the lane the hotel is situated on is Fort Aguerdo Road, the main road through Candolim. At the lane end you will find loads of restaurants and shops of various wares. Also over the road from the end of the lane is a lane that will take you straight down to the beach and the beach shacks. This lane is about 300 metres long and again lined with shops and a couple of barbers If you want to go to Candolim beach road it will cost you about INR 300 in a taxi from the hotel, you need to barter sometimes. We originally booked 8 weeks here but loved it so much we cancelled our 3 weeks stay in Thailand and stayed here the 3 extra weeks. We ate in the hotel restaurant 2 or 3 times a week because the choice and quality of the food produced by Prasanjit and his talented team was always excellent. At breakfast each day the hard working Mahesh and his tireless team of waiters were always smiling and polite and seem to anticipate what we wanted. We think also a special mention should be made to the following waiters Gopal, Diwakar, Bharat, Udhaba, Royston, Muna and Ajay who all looked after us at some point throughout our stay. We never tipped any of the staff at breakfast until our last morning but we were still given the same high level of service, courtesy and smiles throughout the 11 weeks we were there. Which is a credit to the staff there. Around the pool Ram continued to diligently look after us. It seemed almost all the staff walked around with smiles on there faces, particularly Jay, who was always smiling. A special mention I think to Sanjay too, always working quietly in the background to keep the reception and public areas spotless. The front desk team led by Deepesh continued to give us the same high levels of service when we had need to contact them. Over the course of our stay, we had 4 different lads who cleaned the room and all did it to a satisfactory standard, but one in particular stood out, Rabindra, the room always had a nice clean smell to it after he'd cleaned it for some reason. This happy talented team is well lead by Ambarish, the hotel manager. He was always around and very approachable. Always checking to see if we needed anything to improve our stay and recommending places to visit. He was a brilliant help with us when we changed our flights to extend our stay too. We hope the owners of this hotel really appreciate the excellent team and leader, they have in place here. Because its our appreciation of this team that has made us book to come back here next year on 2nd Jan for 12 weeks this time. To me that speaks volumes.................
