Exceptional stay! The resort is in a super accessible yet incredibly calm location, just a short walk from the beach. The entire staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to Rishabh at the lobby for the smooth experience, and to Aditi, Khan, and Krishna at the restaurant for taking such great care of us. The food menu had an amazing variety, and everything was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended.

The only area for improvement is the rooms and washrooms, which could use a modern revamp, but the incredible hospitality and location more than made up for it.

the location is great, its very close to the beach and also great connectivity with other parts of Goa. Overall the look and feel of the resort is satisfactory. The dining area's ambience is very well done.

the breakfast needs a lot of improvement. its is not worth the money paid. in general the food standards, quality and hygiene need many changes. Apart from very few items that were served, the overall food and beverages require serious attention.

Dirty rooms in the name of ITC. It’s a third class property which has name of ITC in it. Atheism’s taps are rusty & can give disease to you. Waste your money & book this hotel.

Hospitality and customer service, cleanliness. All were excellent.

They could have kept 4 bath towels for a family of 4 instead of keeping only 2.

Front desk is very slow and inefficient

The location was very peaceful. Close to the beach and many restaurants on the south side of Goa. The breakfast buffet was great too. The rooms were clean and well kept.

The rental bike service was very expensive and we got unserviced and unsafe vehicles. It was not a good experience since there is no option like Ola or Uber and even the rental bikes were so bad.

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at Azaya Beach Resort, booked through Booking.com from 28th March to 31st March. I have lived in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand for many years, and recently moved to Dubai. Based on my past travel experiences, I chose your property expecting a high standard of hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On the evening of 28th March, shortly after check-in, the entire property faced a complete outage — there was no water supply, no electricity, and no air conditioning. Despite waiting and even stepping out for several hours hoping the issue would be resolved, the situation remained unchanged even late at night. Due to these unacceptable conditions, especially considering I was traveling with my wife and young children, we were left with no option but to check out the same night and arrange alternative accommodation at our own cost. This situation caused significant inconvenience, distress, and additional financial burden. It is unacceptable for a premium resort to operate without basic utilities, and even more concerning that there was no proper communication or resolution provided. As of today, I have still not received any confirmation or timeline regarding my refund. I therefore request the following: 1. Full refund for the unused booking period 2. Compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused 3. Immediate clarification on the refund timeline I hope you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and resolve it at the earliest.

On this visit I found that the standard Deluxe room was past my expectations. The staff were very polite and helpful, I would like to give a special mention to the restaurant manager and congratulate him on his staff he has trained them to the highest standards of service, well done all.

The front desk was awesome every day they would greet and ask for help as if u needed one.

Very old property with rude staffs manager it self don't know how to treat their guest only one person was helpfull their Krishna..No good breakfast no hygiene in buffet area and restaurant

On the first day we were in a different room which was not up to the mark. I presume it was the old wing. Buy, we were there to attend a wedding & day 2 onwards we had a wonderful room with a better bathroom & room type.

The bathroom on Day 1. Please do something about the rooms in the old wing.

Checkin staff could be more welcoming, we didn’t feel a sense of welcome. The dealing was like a business hotel. Also the buffet menu and preperation for dinner needs to be improved, it was not upto the mark, though the staff in the restaurant was quite good and welcoming.

Yout team lead by Mr Khan were great. You need to add more non veg items

It was very nice. A bit heavy on veg items. Also clean and polish up the chrome fittings in the bath rooms.

The property is well maintained and clean. The staff are attentive, hospitable and polite. Breakfast spread is wide and fit for all tastes.

When we checked in the room my room AC penal was hanging. My washroom exaust fan was not working, floor was wet as water was leaking from refrigerator,It was very average stay.

Really loved the entire property. The staff was very courteous. The food was extremely good as well.

Nothing much. I'd say this was extremely value for money.

The property is spacious until other properties and have enough amenities for one to explore. However, there are issues with the parking space specially when it’s a long weekend.

Their dining area for breakfast is very unhygienic where you find lack of space and number of staffs to cater such crowd. People are least bothered to use serving spoons and use their hands and lick the spoons and put it back to the dish which was very gross, staffs are fighting to each other over dish to be prepared at the live counter, no one checks whether the dish is over and refill it back until someone goes to them and ask them to refill it.
