Nothing just location was good

Very old, no renovation, bedsheets, ownedout,cutlery was from 20 years old without change using it from.past 20 years Disappointed with my stay Property was not maintained to acceptable standard Bedding was very old and worn out which made feel unhygienic and uncomfortable

Its at a good location; close to the beach. And the resort is clean n nice

Everything was too good

Food was excellent. Whatever we order was delicious and authentic. Loads of variety for all the courses. chef and staff were very warm and helpful.

Only think which can be worked on is the services a bit delayed. May be the excellent or good thinks need time.

The view from the balcony had a glimpse of the beaches nearby.

Overall the property was amazing. It's a great choice for all types of people, be it couples, friends or families. All the basic facilities needed are provided - restaurant, pool, room service, parking, wifi, 24 hours electricity, water supply, clean and big rooms, working ac, geyser, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, etc. The property looked like it was freshly painted, well tiled and extremely clean. The plants, flowers, etc. added to the beauty of the property. They have a kids play area with a staff to look after the kids, gym and apparently a spa as well. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating too.

The intercom was not working properly. We had to call the restaurant every time by dialing 407 and then ask for someone from the reception because 9 was not working. The Lid of the electric kettle was broken. The view from room number 102 was partially blocked by the house shaped roof of the ground floor lobby. The clothes rack in the balcony was rusted.

We loved the pool area, fountain, grass, room, breakfast buffet and staff and service..

Nothing was there to dislike.

Well manicured, well kept, clean grounds/ and property. Staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, well maintained. Breakfast was very good, good variety, air conditioned dining hall which made it pleasant to enjoy our meal in hot, humid days in April.

Bathroom was a bit tired, needs a little upgrade but not terrible.

The rooms were big and clean and the staff is very helpful. We had a great time and it felt like home

Супер, в 20 ый раз, и не надоедает, в этом году в новые аппартаменты повезло заселиться, шейк 4ый направо, Ано официант. Всё замечательно. Цены отлично!

Being a resort - No smart tv, WiFi is slow and goes off most of the time. The breakfast is bad, with very less options

Nice room , pool, short pleasant walk to beach.

The pool was a bit grubby around the rim, and the water didn't look that clean.

WiFi was not working

The location was nice, close to Trinity Beach and not too far from the market.

The elevators! We were given an apartment on the 4th floor, which would not have been a problem if the elevators worked. Complained multiple times at the reception. The staff was accommodating and they changed our apartment where the lift was working. The elevators worked that day but did not function in the next morning!

Добрый ден, сначала решили остаться на одну ночь но потом влюбились в этот отель и остались еще на одную ночь. чисто приятно, не брезгливо, персонал вежлив, постоянно что то протирает, шикарный чисты бассейн, территория отеля зеленая, я советую. Кстати на завтраках шведский стол , вы точно не останетесь голодными.

Painting is in progress of appartment and it was not informed to us. It was very uncomfortable when the painter was painting directly infront of your kitchen and appartment. We opened the window and feels very uncomfortable situation. It is better to inform to visitor on prior.

The property is good. Had some issues with the AC, but the immediately replaced and gave us a new room. Appreciate their promptness.

They do not serve morning tea or breakfast in the room, which is a bit disappointing. I believe people should at least get a morning tea or a coffee as well as breakfast that could be ordered on payment basis in the room that provision should be made.

The pool area is great, the location is perfect, walkable distance from the beach, the staff is really nice. Would definitely stay here.

The location was too interior and it looked bad and unsafe at night. In daylight it was good, food was decent.

It is ok, but with some improvements it would have been fine. The rooms and toilets have to be neat and it should be painted.

It has to be maintained properly, as it is not value for money.

Rooms were clean but you can find webs here and there.. location is good and accessible... food is really nice...
