MAMA Guesthouse Haeundae

位置離海雲台很近，隔壁街就是傳統市場，附近很多餐廳，很方便，飯店人員很親切。

Sicuramente la struttura è in un’ottima posizione, proprio sulla haundae traditional market street e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ci è stato fornito il servizio lavanderia (anche se con alcune limitazioni legate ai tessuti) che si è rivelato impeccabile.

La struttura non era sufficientemente pulita (parliamo di muffa in bagno e sulle ciabatte fornite per la doccia). L’area comune era caotica e sempre molto calda (visto che il raffreddamento veniva acceso solo quando il personale era presente), inoltre la spazzatura non era stoccata in modo decoroso essendoci i bidoni così aperti messi a caso in mezzo alla hall. C’era solo il dispenser dell’acqua e niente caffè e tè. Capisco che la colazione non fosse inclusa ma quantomeno le bevande potevano essere messe a disposizione come in tutte le altre strutture, visto che tra l’altro è anche una di quelle che abbiamo pagato di più in proporzione alle altre. Tra le regole c’era quella (giustamente) di pulirsi dalla sabbia prima di accedere alla struttura, ma la pistola ad aria messa a disposizione al piano terra non ha mai funzionato.

Особенность корейских душевых . Они совместно с туалетом. Было бы хорошо в ванной иметь прорезиненный скребок или швабру для быстрого удаления воды.

GH tres bien situee, a quelques mètres de la plage de Hundae, pas loin de la sky blue line.

Certes la nuitee n'est pas chère mais la chambre petite et peu agréable, sans vue. si on veut se poser un moment en journée c'est pas top. Idem pour les parties communes. Je regrette ce choix d'autant plus que c'etait pour 3 nuits. Par contre la localisation est bien.

Il padrone è una persona meravigliosa, sempre disponibile e simpatico! Il posto è in una posizione top, 7 minuti dalla metro, fermata del bus sotto l’appartamento. Spiaggia a 2 minuti. Si trova proprio sotto la via del “mercato”. Stanza insonorizzata. Clima presente, i letti un pochino duri! Se dovessi ritornare sicuramente qui mi sentirei a casa! The owner is a wonderful person, always helpful and nice! The place is in a top location, 7 minutes from the metro, bus stop under the apartment. Beach 2 minutes away. It is located just below the "market" street. Soundproofed room. Climate present, the beds a little hard! If I were to go back to Busan I would definitely feel at home here!

La centralità della posizione, è vicinissima alla spiaggia (4 minuti a piedi) e alla torre X in the sky. Distributore d'acqua e cucinino nella sala comune. Gli asciugamani sono piccoli e manca quello da doccia, ma possono essere cambiati ogni volta che c'è necessità.

Stanza piuttosto piccola, come il bagno che si allaga ogni volta che si fa la doccia, bagnando il cestino i sanitari e gli asciugamani. Come in molti posti in Corea la carta igienica va messa nel cestino.

Steven, the hoast , and his family were very nice and helpful! The room was quiet, comfortable and had everything. I also enjoyed the Guesthouse faculities and atmosphere and the location is great. I would definately come back!

Eu adorei a localização, bem ao lado do street market com muitas comidas locais. Além disso, é muito bem servido de transportes, metrô e diversos ônibus bem próximos. Tem uma mesa que podemos fazer as refeições, utensílios e microondas disponíveis, num espaço agradável. Nossa estadia foi bastante tranquila, o local era silencioso e muito agradável, eu fiquei hospedada com a minha filha de 8 anos. Steve é um excelente anfitrião, gentil e prestativo.

Não tenho nada a pontuar.

Rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere molto piccole e insonorizzazione assente. Riesci a sentire tutto quello che succede in strada e nelle stanze affianco. Mi dispiace ma non posso lasciare buone recensioni avendo pagato 60€ a persona per una notte

You cannot beat this location. Very close to all the action in Haeundae, but a block over so you're not disturbed by noise. Staff are friendly and helpful and provided facilities were good, including the laundry service (nothing beats having your clothes nicely folded for you when travelling!). I would stay here again if I visit Busan in the future.

The bed wasn't quite to my comfort but that might be personal preference. My only suggestion for the guesthouse would be to get lids for the bins in the bathroom so there isn't as much concern about getting shower water in the toilet paper bin...

Chickin時櫃台空間沒冷氣，民宿老闆讓我在櫃台，那無通風無冷氣的密閉空間，等了超過五分鐘多，非常惡劣。

A localização e simpatia do anfitrião.

Trata-se de um hostel bem localizado. Não há que ter grandes expectativas. A nossa janela dava para um pátio cheio de entulho. A noite de fim de semana foi cara.

Lovely place in a really convenient area. We ended up staying here after the place we originally booked cancelled on us and they were so accommodating and wonderful that we were really glad we did!

The room was very clean and the owner very nice and funny. The guesthouse is really built around its guests comfort with every needed equipment disposable in self-service. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Haeundae, just minutes from the beach.

The property location was great. The room I stayed in was on level three, and it was very quiet.

The accomodation was not what I expected, and there was never any staff available to speak to about it. The only time I saw staff for my three night stay was when I arrived. The bed didn’t have an actual blanket or duvet, and you get provided with two towels, the size of hand towels, to use after your shower. I found long hairs from the last guest in my room, and several ants which crawled across my bed. The aircon drained into the bathroom, so the floor around the toilet was constantly wet. Light switches were only located at the door, could use a lamp or something next to the bed. There was no elevator, and I was surprised when the staff member who met me on ground floor didn’t offer to assist with even one of my bags. It did the job for somewhere to sleep during my stay, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Quiet, relaxing, the location was excellent. Close to the beach as well. The staff were excellent, respectful, and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. You have a bus stop conveniently outside and a quick walk to the metro. A airport limousine bus is right around the block too.

Location is great. Close to the beach and bussy areas with loads of food/drink options. Amazing bakery around the corner (daily Bread) Room was clean and comfortable.

My bathroom was really small. You can not take a shower without making everything wet. You can not shower hands free. Bed only has some kind of polyester blanket to sleep under. You have to clean your own toilet paper-bin and change your (very small) towels. That was a first for me but it’s all well organized. Overall good for what you pay for but not my best stay.

The guesthouse is in a convenient location, walking distance from the metro and bus station and close to the market. The staff is friendly and can help with how to get around, they also have a very good laundry service. The rooms are nice and clean.

The mattress of the bunk bed was a bit hard and thin so it took some time to fall asleep. The room was on the expensive side which was probably because of the public holiday at the time, which was a bit unfortunate.

Posizione centralissima nel cuore della zona calda di Heundae. Le camere sono perfettamente insonorizzate, non siamo mai stati disturbati dal rumore degli ospiti. Struttura accogliente e proprietario gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato tanto con indicazioni sui mezzi di trasporto da prendere. Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a busan in futuro, riprenoteremo questa struttura.

Excellent overall! Literally a 2-min walk to the beach. Very clean and organized. Steven, the manager, puts a lot of effort in.

I liked everything.

The location is really good! And Steven is very polite and kind. I was cold the first night so I was able to ask for an extra blanket easily.

The blanket was SO thin that the first night I was really cold. But I did get a second blanket the second night. The bed was a little uncomfortable and to be honest I had a little backache for 2 days after. When we walked into the room on the first day there were 2 hairs on my bed, too. I thought it was a little expensive actually and you have to take out your own trash and towels, essentially cleaning half the room yourself.

The location is exceptional.

We came here second time, on our second trip to Korea. We had an amazing time again, it was so relaxing and comfortable to stay here.

La habitación olía a húmedo, el espacio común era súper pequeño y oscuro, no daban ningunas ganas de quedarse un rato ahí si quiera para comer

Great spot for restaurants, beach access and market street. Clean rooms and value for money. Nice common area and attentive host. We did have a complaint on our first night but Steven swifty fixed our problem the following afternoon. Very fair pricing for a private room with toilet and shower.

A/C unit had a foul smell that we had to request be cleaned as the room gets stuffy and keeping the window open at night is too loud (there is a 24 hour restaurant right next to the guest house and people also smoke in the alleyway, smell gets into the room) While you get a private bathroom, the shower is just ran from the tap and the whole bathroom (toilet included) becomes the shower. Everything is sealed up and gets wet. Not being able to flush toilet paper means all soiled paper and sanitary products are put in a plastic bag in your bathroom bin, to be emptied into boxes in a designated garbage area in the common area kitchen. A little bit unhygienic and may shock some westerners.
