Reviewed Aug 14, 2026It was quiet. There was a nearby convenience store. The location was good for our needs, in the outskirts of the city. Breakfast was ok. Nice garden by the swimming pool with trees and birds.
The room was very humid. There was mold in the shower and a wall was cracked. The room facilities were old and with poor maintenance.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Very friendly staff on arrival despite email to say reservation could not be guaranteed if late arrival despite hotel already being paid for.
Very tired looking hotel with lots of repairs needed and update to rooms needed. Rooms was clean but in need of repair. Socket off wall wires out, internal wooden doors didnt close, and wood had splintered/rotted. I feel for owner as you can tell there is still a lot of pride but it is definitely not 4 stars. Maybe 3 at a push. Most rooms were empty and I think it is largely now a rest stop for truck drivers.

No sea amplio el estacionamiento esta segunda vez que utilice sus servicios ya había vigilante y pudo mejorar este punto. Gracias

Cuando reservé el anuncio decía que la habitación contaba con "Desayuno Incluido" sin embargo solo te ofrecen Café y un pan. Sinceramente no me parece que te enganchen con ese tipo de anuncios y que lo que en realidad de ofrecen sea otra cosas. Debieran de ser mas honestos con lo que ofrecen.

Terrible el tiempo perdido por querer pagar con american Express. Una hora perdida a la llegada. Una hora perdida para pagar el desayuno que según incluyen. Y a parte del tiempo valioso perdido, pues solo pasamos a dormir 4hrs, me cobraron el 10% de comisión extra por american Express. Cuando en la plataforma no dice eso. Deberían poner esas observaciones

que cada vez que te quieres bañar con agua caliente tienes que hablar a recepción para que prendan la caldera y esperar media hora en el baño y la verdad la limpieza es muy mala me toco buscar un zapato debajo de la cama y la tuve que mover y sorpresa debajo de la cama estaba un buen de suciedad

Mala atención en recepción. Las escaleras son peligrosas, mala ejecución de rampa. La atención en el restaurante es muy tardada. El estacionamiento está afuera y no hay seguridad. Pregunte por la clave del wifi y me dijeron que estaba en la habitación, cuando llegué a la habitación no había nada.
