Kent Hotel Gwangalli by Kensington

Colazione internazionale, ma niente cappuccino o dolci. Era più salata .

Appena arrovati è stato complicato trovare la reception , perché non c'era nessuna indicazione e quindi vagavamo con tutte le valigie tra ascendori e anditi. Poi abbiamo risolto grazie all'aiuto di una persona che alloggiava nello stesso hotel. Dopo la prima notte abbiamo notato che la camera non era stata pulita. Solo riordinato il letto. Poi per fortuna, il giorno seguente hanno passato l'aspirapolvere e hanno cambiato asciugamani. Così fino alla partenza.

La posizione stupenda in riva al mare e il quartiere circostante pieno di ristoranti con ampia scelta di piatti da provare. Il collegamento con i mezzi di trasporto non manca con i bus di linea o la stazione della metro a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

The location is perfect, right in front of Gwangalli Beach, one of the most famous spots in Busan. There are lots of cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and shops nearby, including places open until very late. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. The area felt safe, and the staff were friendly and approachable. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Would happily stay here again! 😊

The elevator was a bit slow since there’s only one. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned properly everyday, especially the trash can, which was sometimes left with trash inside.

Ogólnie hotel pozytywnie oceniam. Łóżko wygodne. Przestronny pokój z dobrym widokiem na plażę. Na dachu hotelu bardzo dobry punkt widokowy i do odpoczynku. Śniadania dobre kontynentalne w stylu azjatyckim. Blisko do plaży i traktu spacerowego. Ogólnie pozytywnie i nie wpłynęło na całokształt podróży.

Słaba kawa. Minusy też są: -recepcja na 15 piętrze, - łazienka, fugi, silikony do poprawy i profesjonalnego wykonania, - klimatyzacja ustawiona bezpośrednio na łóżko co powoduje iż klient po pobycie wyjeżdża z katarem kiedy wcześniej nie miał. Klimatyzacja wydawała dziwne odgłosy, stukoty co nie pozwalało odpoczywać w ciszy.

Fantastische locatie op een paar stappen van het strand en zicht op de iconische Diamond Bridge. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd met spectaculair uitzicht op Gwangalli. Boek een kamer met uitzicht op het strand om heerlijk wakker te worden! De badkamer os groot en luxueus afgewerkt.!

Het enige minpuntje (hoe minimaal ook) er is geen stekker om de waterkoker aan te sluiten aan de minibar waardoor je deze op de grond moet zetten.

Mon hôtel favori des vacances ! Lieu magnifique très bien situé

Hotel w porządku, jednak troche poniżej oczekiwań, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o czystość. Raz pokój nie został posprzątany, a raz tylko łóżka pościelone i nic więcej. Śniadania przepyszne, zwłaszcza omlet robiony na zamówienie.

Brak okna w pokoju.Brak możliwości kupienia piwa w restauracji hotelu.musiałem prosić sie o uzupelnienie płynu do kąpieli nie miałem czym się umyć.

地段很棒，可以直接看到廣安大橋跟海灘 在頂樓可以看到無人機表演

沒有飲水機，需要跟櫃檯索取瓶裝水 早餐的咖啡只有美式咖啡，如果要喝拿鐵或是卡布奇諾，要另外付錢購買

Purtroppo c'è un solo ascensore che serve tutta la struttura per cui fisso si fanno lunghe attese.

God og central beliggende lige ved stranden. God seng og god størrelse på værelset.

Der var mug på badeværelset, både på gulvet og på badeforhænget og hele hotellet virkede slidt. Dårlig lydisolering imellem værelserne.

El aire acondicionado del todo el piso 14 estaba dañado, las habitaciones un horno! Nos cambiaron de habitación al otro día. El personal habla muy mal inglés y nos llamó la atención que las mismas personas del lobby atendían las mesas en el desayuno. La ducha estaba floja y mal remendada.

It is right across from the beach and all the shops and cafes. The main lounge and breakfast room is on the 15th floor with amazing views of the beach and bridge. Rooms are big.

The housekeeping was not great. They did not restock toilet paper (like there was none) and the garbage wasn’t taken out.

The room is spacious and super clean, the area was super nice too, specially at night time. If you take a taxi to get there, it's better if you get off a couple blocks before, the area is super busy.

The staff at the front desk wasn't very welcoming, the first experience it's very confused, the front elevators were under maintenance, only one elevator for the entire hotel and not many signs about it.

Property a little dated

Het hotel ligt direct aan het strand. Veel restaurants en café’s in de omgeving. Goed ontbijtbuffet met veel keuzemogelijkheden.

Bedden waren niet comfortabel en ook maar 1 kussen, dat te dik was. We hebben er 4 nachten verbleven. De schoonmaak was niet iedere dag goed, zoals geen badmat, te weinig toiletpapier, bed niet opgemaakt en gebruikte koffie kopjes niet opgeruimd en geen schone kopjes. Lastig om te douchen in een badkuip. Vensterbank met jaloezieën zijn daardoor helemaal nat geworden. De sporen daarvan, beschimmelde kitnaden, zijn daarom te zien. We hadden 2 2-persoonskamers geboekt. Om 15.30 uur ingecheckt, maar 1 kamer was nog niet klaar. Om 16.30 uur gevraagd of de andere kamer klaar is. Dat was zo, waren ze vergeten door te geven. Jammer ☹️

had multiple problems with the toilet but they were quick to respond to our satisfaction. Breakfast was a bit bland for our tastes but handy to have a meal available before starting the day.

Location was about the best they had to offer

At the time.of our stay only 1 elevator, shared amongest all guests and cleaning staff, long waits for elevator, room we were offered a upgrade but feel short, because we had booked two rooms, one of the rooms had a better upgrade more spacious side view of the beach which was fine, on the other hand because of the other room upgraded it was bases in the corner of the hotel which meant less space so the upgraded rooms were not the same

Lovely hotel. Definitely worth paying for the ocean view as that's the best bit about it. We were able to check in early (which doesn't seem common in Korea). The view from the room is amazing, and the location was our favourite I'm the whole of Busan. Easy walk to the metro and many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We used the rooftop but seemed to be the only people to do so! You can buy a drink from the GS25 on the ground floor and bring it up, would really recommend!

I was nervous after seeing other reviews, but this hotel was great and great location. Could be slightly cleaner (dust bunny's under bed and our mugs in the room were only changed when we put them back by the coffee machine). Aircon defo on the older wider but kept us cool!

The view and location was excellent. I also really appreciated the breakfast included. That made a huge positive impact on my vacation.

The front elevator was not functioning during my stay.

La situation près de la plage de gwandalli, métro et bus à proximité. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Un loin de la gare KTX mais facile en taxi.

Hotelul este chiar pe plajă, foarte aproape de o mulțime de restaurante, cafenele și o brutărie populară de-a lungul plajei. Privelistile asupra plajei si a podului au fost fantastice. Camera curata si pat confortabil.

피크 시즌은 아니었지만 주말 친구들과 즐거운 시간 캔트호텔에 머물며 보냈습니다. 위치가 1층 편의점에, 바로 바닷가라 너무 좋습니다. 주말 벼룩시장처럼 열린 시장 구경하며 걸어서- 맛집 “광안리 미포집”에 가서 저녁- 나오며 버스킹 구경에 광안대교와 파도소리 듣다가 “해피 몽크” 가서 칵테일 한잔… 숙소 시설은 3인 가능한 싱글+더블베드 있어 3명이 사용하기에도 너무 좋았어요! 방마다 다르겠지만 제일 작은 방이엇는지 노트북 작업할만한 책상이 없어 밤12시까지 홀 운영하는 파스쿠찌 가서 업무 작업햇어요. 광안대교 야경굿 결론 : 켄트호텔 광안리 넘 좋앗어요! 추천^^

Spacious rooms and great location

Cleaning could be a little better

Excellent location right across from Gwangalli Beach. The ocean-view room offered a beautiful view of Gwangan Bridge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was also satisfying and well worth the price. Highly recommended!

Great location, so many awesome restaurants and cafes to choose from, pretty beach strip and close to buses to take you all over Busan!

The property itself is quite old & dated, there was only one lift in service and always took so long waiting to go up and down as the lifts was shared with staff cleaning rooms, also very basic services/amenities offered.

古い建物なのか、水周りに古さを感じる。 清掃は行き届いていると感じた。 部屋の棚の中に板で囲まれたところがあり、覗くと靴があって少し気味が悪かった。

Truly perfect location, right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants, cafes shops and a popular bakery along the beach. Drone show Saturday evening on the beach with the beautiful bridge as the backdrop. Reception on 15th floor with the restaurant.

Rooms your standard size. Not too small. Breakfast not a lot of food options. Just your standard bacon, eggs, sausages and omelettes made to order. A few salads, couple of soups.
