El desayuno bien, la ubicacion tambien, pero el ñersonal de seevicio pésimo y la conexion de wifi terroblemebte malo. En las habitaciones casi no se podía y había que bajar para ello en la recepcion del hotel

L'unico disappunto è che se non hai la macchina si fa fatica ad spostarsi. Ovviamente questo non ha a che fare con l'hotel.... Ma bisogna essere pronti 😉

The staff were very helpful and friendly, it was very clean, the location was perfect (for connections to other villages but also to climb Pico Ruivo) and it was very comfortable.

I thought it was a shame that the cut fruit on the breakfast buffet was not all fresh and I would have appreciated maybe one vegan option. However, I really appreciated that there was a breakfast buffet to start with and that you had oat milk.

Gute Lage und Restaurant mit leckerem Essen

Es war nachts sehr laut, da im Hotel bis um 1.00 Uhr nachts eine Geburtstagsfeier stattgefunden hat mit lauter Musik. Als wir das Hotelpersonal am nächsten Tag darauf ansprachen wurden wir unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass Feiern normal sind und nicht vorher planbar.

Localisation parfaite, en plein cœur de la « ville » et des maisons typiques.

Si tratta di un hotel con una posizione super centrale rispetto alla cittadina di Santana, vicino alle case tipiche e al parco tematico per i bambini. Non è una struttura moderna, direi più anni '90, ma è tutto funzionale. In particolare ci ha colpito la camera grande e soprattutto il letto enorme e comodo. Avevamo anche un terrazzino con vista sul verde e l'oceano in lontanza. Anche il bagno è grande (con vasca) e soprattutto un grande plus è la presenza del bidet!

Purtroppo il signore moro alla reception non è stato molto cordiale, in particolare la seconda sera abbiamo avuto problemi con il parcheggio dell'hotel di ritorno dalla cena, ossia l'hotel ha anche delle sale per eventi i cui ospiti avevano occupato tutto il parcheggio. Quando siamo andati a domandare come potevamo fare con la nostra macchina e se andava bene lasciarla in strada (disponibili posti per soste da solo due ore), il signore ci ha risposto sgarbatamente che non poteva farci niente e che c'erano questi eventi. capisco ma bastava una cortesia in più, abbiamo prenotato un hotel con parcheggio quindi ci aspettavamo più comprensione e aiuto per risolvere il problema. La colazione non era il massimo ma c'era abbastanza scelta.

Très bon accueil avec un monsieur qui parlait français. Chambre triple spacieuse et propre. Piscine agréable (serviette de piscine disponible, à demander gratuitement à la réception). Ne vous fiez pas aux mauvais commentaires car c’est un très bon hôtel, sauf si vous êtes difficile.

Peu de prise de courant dans la chambre.

Colazione completa sia di dolce che di salato,, staff gentile, bella camera. Comodo anche il ristorante dove poter cenare quando si è stanchi la sera dopo una giornata di trekking.

Santana è una bella località Montana, ma bisogna essere muniti di auto o di moto per muoversi....

A piscina precisa de uma limpeza

Tout était au rendez-vous excepté le premier serveur désagréable du restaurant, à qui nous avons eu le malheur de nous adresser qui nous a dit qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation sans même nous écouter et comprendre...Heureusement la suite fut parfaite ! Nous avons regretté de ne pas y rester plus longtemps. Allez y !!

Chambre tres propre et spacieuse. Vue dégagée sur le jardin. Petit déjeuner convenable. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Un grand parking ce qui est bien pratique. Les personnels sont souriants et font l'effort de parler en français. A 10 min à pied se trouve le beau village avec ses maisons typiques et un tres bon resto (à vous de chercher, 2 notés pas top et 1 bien noté lol). Attention pas de clim dans la chambre mais la nuit, les températures ont baissé donc pas un probleme. Une piscine est là pour se detendre

La déco des communs un peu anarchique et vieillotte mais ça fait son charme.

A unidade está muito bem localizada. O quarto é bastante amplo. A varanda e a vista para a natureza são factores muito agradáveis. Parque de estacionamento grande, sem dificuldade para deixar o carro, mesmo na altura com maior afluência como aquela em que fomos.

O quarto está um pouco envelhecido, a necessitar de algumas melhorias (pintura, novo mobiliário). Apresentava um cheio a mofo - que em parte pode ser justificado pela humidade da zona. O restaurante ficou abaixo das expectativas: escolhemos pregos cuja carne era perfeitamente impossível de mastigar.

spijtig genoeg is het hotel zeker geen 4sterren waard geen kluis op de kamer, gevaarlijk tapijt, personeel aan 't ontbijt niet echt vriendelijk, geen smile op hun gezicht, verouderde en versleten meubels op de kamers.... Gelukkig een goed bed en zeer aangenaam personeel in het restaurant

Nous nous sommes arrêtés quelques jours dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est vraiment agréable et souriant, présent en cas de besoin. La literie est très confortable. La piscine et le jacuzzi fort appréciable après une randonnée!

Une petite table sur la terasse serait la bienvenue. Ainsi qu'un petit frigo dans la chambre, au moins pour pouvoir mettre de l'eau au frai.

L’emplacement était bien. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et diversifié. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est sympa.

La literie est un peu vieille. La pièce était très humide et sentait le renfermé.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichböden sind schmutzig, die Dusche schimmelig, das Waschbecken undicht. Das Frühstück war bis auf das angebotene Brot nicht wirklich ansprechend. Man hat wirklich das Gefühl, dass die Unterkunft am Gast spart.

We hadden een grote kamer met balkon. Groot bed en een hele fijne harde straal uit de douche . Prima zwembadje en goede locatie in Santana.

Het interieur is gedateerd. Er is geen airco, daardoor lekker de ramen open en gordijnen dicht. Dit vinden de muggen heerlijk helaas. De koffie bij het ontbijt is niet lekker.

Huone oli siisti ja aamupala hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista.

Käytävä ja huone olivat liian "parfymoituja". Pidin parvekkeen ovea koko ajan auki, jolloin tuoksu ei häirinnyt.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil du réceptionniste, le personnel du restaurant, ce que nous avons mangé au restaurant. Nous sommes malheureusement arrivées trop tard pour utiliser le spa et la piscine.

Nous avons été gênées par l’odeur assez désagréable dès que l’on a ouvert la porte de la chambre, odeur qui s’est faite plus discrète, ensuite…

Très bonne literie Le réceptionniste parlant français était très sympathique. Les autres membres du personnel donnaient plus l’impression d’être dérangés.

La piscine était agréable mais elle manque d’entretien. Le salon de beauté n’est pas accessible, l’esthéticienne a refusé de nous prendre et n’a pas proposé de rendez-vous.

The Hotel provided us with a suite during our stay at Hotel o Colmo, the personnel were vey helpful, and the suite was very big, with 2 rooms, bathroom, and 2 balconies. There is also a restaurant in the ground floor and a pool for the guests of hotel.

Hotel un peu vétuste. Petit dejeuner sans fruits frais ni yourt. Pas de clim ni ventilateur. Pas d'ouverture de la piscine interieure (légère étuve !!!!). Jacousi trop chaud (>40°C)

A very decent hotel with a nice swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant is in the same builiding so you dont have to worry about lunch or dinner :)

The only thing I would suggest is adding air conditioning to the rooms. If you open the windows to cool the room down, insects can easily get in and keep you awake all night!

Hotel bien placé, la disponibilité de la piscine est un plus, chambre tres grande et confortable avec un lit géant, un balcon sympathique, beaucoup de qualités, mais plusieurs "mais"

Petit déjeuner disponible tardivement (8h, gênant pour les amateurs de randonnée et c'est l'endroit pour cela), personnel peu aimable ou absent (à la piscine par exemple). Equipements un peu vieillots, on ressent le manque d'entretien général et de remise à niveau. L'hotel / restaurant a organisé lors de notre séjour une réception, un mariage, bloquant tout accès au restaurant et générant un bruit de fête très fort jusque tard dans la nuit, en ne prévenant que le jour même, illustrant le manque de considération pour la clientèle

The hotel feels run down, and, in my opinion, the price does not reflect the quality or service provided. We asked whether our stay could be shortened by one day and offered to cover any commission or charges the hotel might incur. However, the manager told us there was absolutely nothing they could do because the booking was controlled by the booking platform, even though we paid directly at the hotel reception. A hotel claiming to have no flexibility at all regarding its guests’ stays does not feel right - it comes across as though they simply do not care. Another major concern was the large number of caged birds kept on the property, which appeared to be in poor condition. In this day and age, that was very upsetting to see.

Le stanze sono spaziose e i letti comodi. Il bagno confortevole. La posizione é in centro, molto comoda, e c'é un ampio parcheggio. Buona la pulizia. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, é veramente strepitosa, il mio voto deriva molto dall'abbondanza e varietà della colazione.

Gli arredi sono decisamente vintage...un po' datati.

In die Jahre gekommen, eher was für große Events, nur 2 Steckdosen davon 1 defekt, Abfluss Waschbecken verstopft, Badewanneneinstieg nicht für jeden geeignet, Pflegezustand des Pools kritisch, (Grünspan am Poolrand,...), Frühstücksraum riesig, Angebot eingeschränkt, wenig Frisches (keine Tomaten, Gurken, nur Banane, vorgebrühter, lauwarmer Filterkaffee oder Instant-Kaffee aus der Maschine.... insgesamt haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt und waren froh nach 1 Nacht zu fahren.... 4 Sterne, großes?

Personnel professionnel et sympathique. Super accueil chaleureux. Hotel très bien situé et très bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est bon et avec beaucoup de choix.

The location was perfect! Close to everything a sleepy town has to offer. I was there for the PR9 so the close proximity was perfect. The rooms are huge and have nice big balconies.

The night I was there and really needed to sleep, there was a wedding with extremely loud bass that rumbled my room. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and was able to move me to a quieter room in another wing of the hotel. :) (from a king bed to two twin beds) 😞 The rooms are huge but outdated and inefficient. The closet smelled like mold, the hair dryer didn't work and there was no outlet in the bathroom. Although there is enough room, there was no fridge. People are often on the go and need a place to store their perishables. There is also no air-conditioning so i had to sleep with the balcony door open and was therefore, terrirized by mosquitos most of the night! The breakfast offered was not good at all. Breads, cereals, and a couple cakes with a few variations of ham, basic tasteless cheeses, fruit cocktail and plain or berry yogurt. I was happy for the coffee which was passable. All im all very mediocre

V Santaně je lepší přespat než jí jen projíždět. Hotel je na dobrém místě, má i bazén. Snídaně funguje. Jako přespávací hotel perfektní

j'ai passé un bon moment dans cet hotel, le personnel est très sympas et l'homme à l'accueil parle 5 langues :)
