Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Le camere sono piccole ma molto confortevoli, l'arredamento è moderno ed il bagno nuovo con tutti i servizi del caso. La colazione e la sua sala sono apprezzabili. Ma quello che fa la vera differenza è il terrazzo su due livelli con vista sulle montagne verdi, sulle vicine casette tipiche si Santana e sul mare in fondo.
Lo staff ha un atteggiamento fin troppo imprenditoriale per il tipo di struttura che gestisce e per il luogo in cui si trova, che ispira pace e vita lenta. Ci è stata respinta la richiesta di poter anticipare di 15 minuti la colazione senza averci fornito, seppur millantando, una possibile alternativa.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Value for money, breakfast is quite small but easy to choose from as you are limited to few items, there was always parking space available around the house on the blue lines and its free of charge. The beds are really hard which made really good sleep.
There was quite strange smell inside the bathroom, like mould or sewer smell, so we had to close the door when sleeping.

It was a bit humid in the room, especially in the bathroom after showering (no fan). We slept with the windows open but still found it a bit sticky, when it wasn't so sticky outside.

Nonostante avessi avvisato dell'orario di arrivo, ho dovuto attendere per accedere al mio alloggio: la cassetta delle chiavi era infatti malfunzionante. Stanza molto piccola e con finestra su una terrazza di passaggio. Bagno antiquato, con tenda della doccia da sostituire

Light breakfast (Breads, Cereal, Cheese/Ham) Location is in centre of Santana, walking distance from supermarket etc. Although no AC, rooms weren't hot anyway and no noise pollution. Free parking outside but be mindful limited throughout the day (shouldn't be an issue as most people will be exploring in the day time)

Estaba al lado de las casas típicas de Santana y bien ubicado. El personal fue muy agradable y atento. El desayuno estaba muy rico y nos gusto mucho. Llegamos más tarde de la hora del checking porque nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y no nos pusieron ningún problema, nos indicaron todas las instrucciones necesarias para poder entrar al alojamiento.

O quarto não tinha cortinas ou estores blackout, entrava bastante luz no quarto, as portadas mesmo fechadas tinham picotados. A insonorização era fraca os outros hópedes a entrar e a sair ouvia-se bastante, os hospedes no hall ouviam-se nos quartos. O quarto bem podia ter mais 1 cadeira e uma mesa de apoio.

De sigarettengeur op onze kamer (van de zoon?) die een verdiep lager de één sigaret na de ander was aan 't roken. Ook een comfortabele (lig)stoel hebben we gemist als we terug kwamen van een stevige wandeling.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Perfect location - very convenient to start your Madeira adventures from. We always had a parking spot near the house, great views from the terrace. I have seen other guests complaining about the humidity - it is true - it is humid in the north, but you can always take your clothes out, or use the heaters which turn on in the evening. Big supermarket and eating places in a short walking distance. Wonderful breakfast and breakfast hosts!! The furniture etc is not new (and we didn't expect that, as the price for accommodation is very reasonable), but everything is very clean. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Breakfast was lovely , even though it wasn't abundant, you could see nice quality of products used in respect with other hotels. We could handwash our clothes outside ,which was essential after the hikes. Great location for trails. A cute bar down the road to enjoy some ponchas.
The bed was a bit small ,my man is quite tall and it was a bit hard to sleep. I didn't see that i booked a room without a fridge or microwave, but at least a mini fridge would come out handy.

Немає місця для валіз, прийшлось покласти на табурети. Сніданок включено, але ми ним не скористались за причини наявності багатьох мух біля їжі.

Das Zimmer oder resp. meine Wohneinheit war sehr kalt und es wurde erst ca. ab 1900 Uhr etwas geheizt. Die Wolldecke war viel zu schwer, deshalb nicht besonders gut geschlafen.

Si il faut trouver un défaut je noterai simplement l’humidité qui est ressenti mais avec le chauffage on arrive à gérer

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Dobra lokalizacja która stanowi dobrą bazę wypadową. Śniadania były bardzo dobre. Blisko duży sklep, blisko restauracje.
Duża wilgoć w pokoju ale to raczej wina klimatu. Brak parkingu, można zaparkować przed obiektem ale są tam tylko 3 miejsca parkingowe. Pokój mały, w zasadzie są tam tylko łóżka, które są krótkie.

There was no ventilation in the room, everything was pretty damp.
