I book a apartment for 3 adults but the 3 person did not have bedding. We asked 3 time for it but never received any

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff from check-in to check-out.

The price could perhaps be lowered for the room I stayed in.

everything except sweeting of the sealing water fall house became slippery.

Wall sweating water fall on the floor becomes slippery. that created cold blankets were smelling bad sweat of someone else .

I enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe, the view was beautiful.

Some of the dishes were dirty in the apartment and the couch was a little rundown. The building is a bit of a maze with all the different elevators, but once you're in, the view from the apartment is beautiful!

The staff especially Patrick were super helpful and friendly. The gents working at the security desks were also such a pleasure to encounter everyday. The suit we stayed in was just the most special place. The view and layout felt like it was built for exactly what we needed. Stunning.

That we couldn’t live here for ever. No complaints from us.

The elevator was not working so we had to carry our own luggage to the 4th floor. The stairs /stairwell was dark, the steps were broken and we nearly fell once or twice. The geyser burst on the second day, so all our stuff was moved to another apartment without our knowledge. The new apartment did not have a key card for us so the security had to let us in and out, overall the accommodation was a shambles.

The staff were helpful and friendly. You are close enough to walk to the beach.

The bed was awful. The shower can use a very good cleaning. The pictures show that you have a glorious sea view, but being placed on the ground floor, I would say you are more sea-facing.

No aircon, no hairdryer and tge view is obscured by the gym in front of the room. Otherwise everything was good.

The view was amazing Breathtaking, and the calm that comes with it, was absolutely stunning.

Lovely view of table mountain, the sea as well as Robin Island. Experienced an excellent sunset every evening of our stay. Room was cleaned to a very high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful always greeting with a smile.

The property is beautiful and have pools, gym,fire place security is tight so its safe place,the place is clean we enjoyed our stay there ❤️

From the main entrance gate i fell because the stairs doesn’t have enough lite and stairs is dark I will advise to have lift from the gate, I had to go to doctors, it could have been worse if I didn’t manage to balance

They were able to let us in for early check in due to our prior booking elsewhere being cockroach infested. Good size apartment with everything you need inside it

They are busy with construction right on top of us and next to our room. VERY VERY NOISY, we couldn't stay during the day through that noise so we left. Very pricy for such a huge inconvenience. A lot of rules were strict like fines for literally anything and everything. 1000 cash deposit that is needed but is not mentioned when booking

The location was ideal—just moments from the beach, with breathtaking views of Table Mountain and stunning sunsets.

Both the sink and the bathtub were severely clogged, making them unusable and turning our first night into a very unpleasant experience, with water backing up until the issue was reported the following morning. In addition, the unit was clearly not thoroughly cleaned or properly inspected prior to our arrival.

The views was stunning from beach view to the back view from main bedroom.

The fridge was was broken, inside missing trays, and the 1 inside was hard to open.

The accommodation was exactly as shown online, the reception was very friendly during arrival and check out. one of the suitcases was left behind and was safely kept until collected, that's excellent service.

Amount of space was great for the penthouse. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. I appreciated having a washer and dryer as well as pots, pans, and a wonderful patio.

Jaccuzzi was not clean and we had to ask for it to be drained. There were several minor issues with wear and tear (broken frig drawers, burn hole on dining chair, shelf in shower was needing repair) and general maintenance needed on windows / sliding doors from being weathered. One day we had no water which was an inconvenience but to be expected in a residential area.

Parking was full in front of gate entrance. Then there was no clear signage to reception area. The unit had a bad smell when we entered. Unit was smaller than the photo. It was fully equipped and neat. Fan was minimal in offering cold air. No one came on 2nd day to refresh (not sure if this is a service). I work in hotel industry, I don’t think the money we paid equaled the value.

It was advertised with bunk beds and a bath. There were no bink beds en the bathroom had a shower. Also the unit had a smell, perhaps someone smoked there before we arived. Maintenance needed in the unit and plugs did not worked from time to time and shorted out which tripped the power in the unit.

Please fix the fans in the rooms.

Great location and very good staff. Appreciated the starter items provided.

The gym could have been better maintained and didn’t seem to be regularly cleaned, and our shower did have a drainage issue that led to multiple days of fish and mold smell.

The miss around tag to access the property! Security made it my issue until I asked for a number to escalate the issue! Maintenance needed on flushing panel it was broken making flushing a mission!

There were workers busy on the outside of the building most of Saturday. The scaffolding on the outside of the building obscures the view of Table Mountain.

Z’n slechte ervaring aan dit verblijf. Bij aankomst konden ze onze boeking niet vinden, hierdoor kosten het veel tijd om in te checken. Vervolgens kregen we een grotere kamer wat beter zou zijn.

De kamer was vies, in de badkamer was er veel schimmel. In de woonkamer bezeerde ik mijn vier aan scherven in een kleed. Na heel veel contact kwamen ze kijken, en noemde het vervelend voor ons te vinden. We konden een andere kamer krijgen. Deze echter stonk ontzettend naar rook. Toen hebben ze onze kamer schoongemaakt, maar de schimmel was zichtbaar nog steeds”.

Loved everything about the apartment literally everything we needed was provided! Place was so clean!! Staff so friendly and with any request they did with a smile!☺️

No fire exit, only lift available. In case of an emergency, I didn't see any staircase to exit without using lift.

Workmen were power washing balconies above us which meant we couldn't sit out as the paint had landed on our furniture and it was wet. The manager quickly came and told them to stop but it was too late for the furniture.

1.The toilet in the bedroom, no door, no privacy. 2. People passing on the terrace, looking into our apartment...dealbraker. 3.The showerdoor leaking unto a very cold, slippery tile-floor. Very dangerous.

It was a bit tricky figuring out the lift situation.
