The spa bath was a boon. The location was perfect for access to town, without being too close. Food options were great, right on the doorstep. Very comfortable, warm and sound proofed. The host was friendly, helpful and informative. Will definitely return when visiting Hamner.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful accommodation. Our deluxe room had such a beautiful view of the mountains and the twinkling town lights at night. The room was beautiful, huge and so nicely laid out, lush furnishings and very comfortable and warm. The amenities like tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries were lovely. Also spotlessly clean and the staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming and very kindly gave us an early check-in which was much appreciated. Also a big thanks to the lovely cleaning person who greeted us so beautifully each morning with a lovely smile. A perfect stay thank you highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

The apartment was exceptional - I booked a spa bath unit which was fabulous after a long drive. The location was sensational, as it was literally a minute or two to walk to everything but was so quiet considering its central location. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations. My accommodation choice made the stay in beautiful Hanmer Springs absolutely perfect. 👌

The bed in the unit I stayed in is probably in need of a new mattress as it seemed to be indented and sloping from previous occupation. Nonetheless I still slept well, but it was the only disappointing aspect of my stay.

The host was very welcoming and polite, the room had been cleaned to a high standard. Location of apartment complex is very handy to all the shops etc, parked at apartment then did not use vehicle again until we left the next day.

Jill gave us the warmest of welcome upon arrival. The St James is perfectly located, in a quiet setting but less than a minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!!

The lovely staff allowed me to have a late check out as we arrived late the night before and too late to visit the pools so i could go to the thermal pools the next day and have a shower prior to check out

Tolle Location in gehobenerem Ambiente, mitten im Herzen der kleinen Stadt. Diese strahlt, wie auch der Ort selbst, eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre aus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Parkplätze kostenlos und das Zimmer großzügig inkl. Balkon.

The random noises at night , there was a door outside unit 202 that constantly made banging noises due to the wind

Great location, very warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean and heating was on for a cosy arrival and a super comfy large bed. The black our curtains in bedroom were great for a good nights sleep.
