It is a meat free Hotel so not hot breakfast available even though it says English/Irish full breakfast available on Booking.com.com website. As we were backpacking, a hearty cooked breakfast is what we yearned for!

Nice basic and comfortable room ( a little too much street lighting through the bedroom curtains). Nice, fresh food and seemed very good value.

Lovely staff. Very nice breakfast but no meat, so it may not suit everyone. It was clean and comfortable and good value for money. It was within a short walking distance of the town centre and a small beach nearby.

I could hear other guests talking in their room and snoring. Our room was quite dated, but my family had rooms at the front, which seemed more modern and updated, so perhaps their in the process of updating the rest of the hotel.

Nothing. The breakfast was really good. It's a 25min walk to the city center in case you don't wanna take your car. The way is easy (straight line).

Rooms were spotless and large. had a great time there with a the town centre a 20 minute walk away.

Breakfast - cant really put this as something i didnt like as it was my fault for not reading the description properly but the waffles were amazing.

Łazienka tragiczna, wewnątrz wanna z hydromasażem - z cieknącym prysznicem (bardzo mocno) z odstającymi silikonami, niektóre elementy hydromasaż zaklejone taśmą izolacyjną, kran kilka razy już chyba wypadł a dysze wyglądały jakby dawno nie widziały czegokolwiek myjącego.

The hotel was ideally placed for accessing the area we were walking. Our twin room was a quite a good size, as was the bathroom. The shower was hot and powerful. Some of the breakfast options were really good, with plenty of berry fruits on top. We only had one evening meal at the hotel during our four night stay, but the vegetarian pizza we had was really tasty and had a nice crispy base, which I liked.

I didn't know until after I'd booked that the hotel was vegetarian and didn't serve alcohol, but we kept the booking because it was a good price. On the one night we ate at the hotel my friend and I ordered a pizza each. However, I think our waitress had limited understanding of our language and only one pizza was served, which we shared. For the remainder of our stay we were out and about visiting different towns and villages, and had our evening meal before returning to the hotel later.

Room was nice and clean and the Tea / coffee facilities in the room came in useful as we arrived at 8pm. Allowed to store our bikes is a lockable secure area at the rear of the hotel.

Good location for stopping on the way to Oban

Lights on corridors and staircases not on initially in the morning which made it difficult for my elderly parents when we were going down for breakfast. Someone else mentioned this at breakfast and the staff sorted it out. Toilet in room 1 made a loud noise after each flush.

Room was clean and comfortable.

No bar. Vegetarian only options for breakfast, this had to be chosen night before and a time booked. I had a cheese and mushroom toastie and it was made with the lowest quality white bread and cheap orange cheese. The coffee was the weakest I have ever been served. If it was clear on your site that there was no bar and vegetarian only breakfast we would never have booked this hotel.

Location, clean, met our requirements

The bedroom we stayed in was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. For breakfast I recommend the pancakes with the fruit and cream. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Das Ambiente im Hotel ist wie in einem Rosamunde Pilcher Film, einfach „Wow“. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und herzlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind grossartig und supersauber. Frühstück und Abendessen top. Absolute Empfehlung.

Dobře dostupný hotel, pokoje dostatečně vybavené, čisté, večer bylo možno si přitopit na pokoji.

Ubytování bylo dostatečné, ale snídaně byla velmi omezená, což jsme nečekali a plně vegetariánská, což jsme taky nečekali, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme tam byli na 5nocí, tak byl problém si na snídani něco vybrat.

The hotel was clean and functional.

Lack of facilities, when we booked it was not made clear to us that us that it was vegan abd did not serve alcohol had we known we wouldn't have booked.

We stayed as we attended a wedding nearby. The hotel was nice and clean, comfy rooms and beds. Good shower! Breakfast was also nice. Friendly staff! No complaints :)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. My reservation was made for 2 adults and 2 children, and the booking was accepted without any issue. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I could not check in unless I booked an additional room because of the hotel’s occupancy policy. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had previously stayed at similar properties booked through Booking.com with the exact same occupancy (2 adults and 2 children). Even at check-in, I showed the staff that Booking.com was allowing this hotel to be booked for the same combination of guests. Despite this, no effort was made to honor the confirmed reservation or provide a reasonable solution. Being turned away at check-in with two young children was both embarrassing and highly stressful. Finding alternative accommodation in the Highlands at the last minute was nearly impossible, and we were ultimately forced to book accommodation back in Glasgow, significantly disrupting our travel plans and adding unnecessary expense. If the hotel’s policy does not permit 2 adults and 2 children in one room, the reservation should never have been accepted in the first place. The responsibility for this error should not have fallen on the guest at check-in. I hope the hotel and Booking.com address this issue to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience.

The location was good the hotel was good but there is room for improvement

Could have been a lot cleaner house keeping was not up to standard bathroom needed some repairs shower pipe leaking no shower curtain they did not have any to give theres to many things to mention. Breakfast was not what I expected it was all vegetarian service was ok but felt uncomfortable asking for extra toast etc as it was not self service

Staff were accommodating, room was comfortable and clean.

The restaurant is vegan, and the bar only serves 0% alcohol - both are fine; I would have preferred to know beforehand to make a choice when booking a hotel. If you're looking for a traditional Scottish experience, this isn't it.

Location was as expected. Comfy bed. Clean bedroom and bathroom. We arrived early and after phoning the hotel from the doorstep our room was ready so we could check in.

Had to select our breakfast choices when we checked in. Wasn't aware it was a vegetarian hotel, had breakfast elsewhere. More like an air bnb, reception not 24hr. Walls very thin, heard guest next door very clearly. Bedroom door very hard to open.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was basic but very clean. Not a place we would normally stay in but they are doing a good job for their clientele.

Stairway smelled fusty. Staff were mostly not around and everything just seemed more complicated than it should have been. No communication with staff you just were left to your own devices. I had more conversation and customer service from the man in the Keystore next door.

I liked the fact it was a vegetarian hotel and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. I arrived late and the key was left at reception for me. Breakfast options were good.

Viel zu weiche Betten. Verkehrslärm. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man kaum den Koffer hinlegen konnte. Aber für eine Nacht war es okay.

De ligging en prijs-kwaliteit verhouding waren voor mij het belangrijkste om hier te boeken. En het hotel voldeed prima hieraan. Het personeel was aardig zoals je kunt verwachten. De kamer was goed en het bed ook. Parkeren kan rondom het hotel op eigen terrein. En het was er veilig genoeg om mijn motor te parkeren.

Het is niet een hotel in een hoge prijscategorie en dat zie je een beetje. Bijvoorbeeld, wanneer je de algemene trap oploopt, dan is de vloerbedekking visueel nog wel goed, maar er hing een vreemd luchtje. In de kamer had je daar verder geen last van, die was gewoon schoon en goed. Het ontbijt is anders dan je gewend bent in de UK en Schotland. Dit vond ik iets minder geslaagd.

A nice hotel on the edge of town with good off road parking. Only vegetarian breakfast is served which makes a pleasant and healthy change from the usual meat feast!

Viss bija ok. Neskatoties uz to ,ka brokastis bija veģetārās, tās bija garšīgas.

Par veģetērajām brokastīm , varētu informēt pirms rezervācijas apstiprināšanas. Arī to zinot , mēs nebūtu atteikušies no šīs naktsmītnes.

The hotel was quite a walk into town not to long around 15mns to 20mns so had to get a taxi back. They only sell soft drinks at bar so need to head into town if you wish an alcoholic drink 😠
