Not the most convenient location, some distance from Metro / JR. Wifi disconnected everyday and needs reconnecting, a random thing that turned out a bit annoying.

The font desk staff is generally very helpful and nice. One of them was a bit difficult and repetitive with rules, not very hospitable.

Двухместный номер очень тесный, скорее он одноместный по европейским стандартам. Для двоих гостей мало очень плечиков в номере и шкафа для одежды нет. Руки ночью незаметно во сне что-то покусало, не знаю что это было.

Il Family Mart è proprio di fronte l’hotel e la zona, oltre che ben frequentata, è anche silenziosa sebbene centralissima. Pigiama disponibili e cambio sgama tutti i giorni su richiesta
È un hotel che permette di fumare nelle stanze, avendo la moquette l’odore di fumo è molto fastidioso

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Hotel con grande hall, sala colazioni e pranzo. Per la cena c'è un ristorante al 1° piano. Belle camere con vista su Tokyo, io ero al 20° piano. Posizione ottima rispetto alle zone più quotate di Tokyo, qui siamo accanto al palazzo imperiale. La zona è molto tranquilla, se non si cercano locali notturni dove andare io la preferisco rispetto ad andare a Shibuya o simili per l'assoluta tranquillità. Per Shibuya ci sono pochi minuti in metro e si fa anche a piedi in circa 40 minuti. La caratteristica principale (anche del Giappone in senso assoluto) è la cortesia del personale, la disponibilità e tutto ciò che si può immaginare e anche non immaginare se non si è mai venuti in questo Paese stupendo. Proprio accanto ci sono ristoranti e supermercati h24.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Cet hotel Toshi center est super bien situé dans le centre de Tokyo. Le tarif est vraiment abordable comparé aux autres hotels situés à côté. Hyper bien placé: on est proche de tout grace aux stations de metro de Nagatacho ainsi que Akasaka Mitsuke tres proche également. Beaucoup de restaurants du cote d' Akasaka Mitsuke (moins du cote droit de l'hotel). Le personnel est accueillant et charmant. Le petit dejeuner est super complet et tres varié (japonais et continental). Vraiment ravie de cet hotel que je recommande à 100%. D'ailleurs il est souvent complet, victime de son succes.
Pas grand chose à part peut etre proposer une salle de sport.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026L' hotel etant pratiquement complet aux dates ou je souhaitais reserver, j'ai du scinder ma reservation en 2 : une reservation en chambre double au 20 eme étage (super chambre de 26 m², super vue) . La chambre manquait un peu d'etagere de rangement pour nous qui sommes restés à 2 personnes du 30 aout au 5 septembre. Seconde reservation en chambre double superieure du 5 au 9 septembre (chambre de 31 m²) . La il y avait assez d'étagere mais la vue etait moins bien et donc nous avons préféré la premiere chambre. Sinon super hotel, extremement bien placé, tous les spots de Tokyo à voir sont tres facilement accessibles graces aux stations de metro de Nagatacho et Akasaka Mitsuke. Hotel calme et d'un super rapport qualité prix. Personnel charmant et petit dejeuner copieux.
Il manquait un peu d'étageres de rangement pour nos vetement dans la première chambre. Mais franchement ce n'etait pas non plus redhibitoire.

A atitude dos funcionários e a falta de empatia. Inexistência de um bar ou de uma qualquer zona de estar junto à entrada do hotel. Dificuldade extrema na comunicação numa língua que não o japonês. Serviço ao Cliente muito fraco( pedi duas almofadas extra às 18h00 e às 22h00 ainda não estavam no quarto. Tive que as recolher na receção) Pequeno almoço razoável mas fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas e para os padrões ocidentais. De todos os hotéis no Japão foi, de longe, o mais fraco.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The hotel is in a very nice, calm and quiet area. It felt so good to go back to the hotel after a chaotic day in the center areas of Tokyo. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms were cleaned in detail every day, with new towels, sheets and a made up bed and trash taken out. This was very important for us. The hotel in general is very clean.
The breakfast was a bit weak for us unfortunately. This has a bit to do with our taste as well, we are not used to certain flavors. The omelet was very undercooked for me for example and I couldn’t eat it and the hard boiled egg was too cold and served next to the fish. The other options were a bit limited, no cheese and those sorts of things. The internet was not good, kept getting disconnected and we constantly had to reconnect and sign back in which was a pain. And the biggest issue, the room was way too small for 2 people and so were the beds. We flew in from a far distance so we had 2 big luggage’s and a carry on so space was important and this was an issue in the room. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were not good at all, gave us a lot of neck pain to deal with unfortunately.

Pequeñísimo. No tiene salón en el hall donde poder sentarse ni TV. Solo unas banquetas sin respaldo q te destrozan la espalda.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Mooi uitzicht over Tokyo door de hoogte van het gebouw. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Op loopafstand van verschillende metrolijnen.
Personeel kon wat vriendelijker. Het is meer een hotel voor zakenmensen. Het is dan ook midden in een business district, waar in de directe omgeving niet veel te doen is.

Habitaciones muy muy pequeñas. Éramos tres personas , dos adultos y un. Niño y literalmente no cabíamos en la habitación. Ni siquiera hay sitio para colgar la ropa o colocarla en algún sitio. Solicitamos un cambio y nos dijeron que no había. Volvimos por segunda vez en nuestro viaje, y ya nos dieron una un poco mayor. El desayuno es bastante escaso. El último día pedimos quedarnos en la habitación hasta las 20.00 pagando, claro, pero el chico de recepción nos dijo que estaba incluido y era gratis. Nos extraño, insistimos, pero no había que pagar. Al día siguiente nos dijeron que debíamos pagar, y tuvimos que hablar con la gerente, que al final cedió en que no pagáramos pero nos dio una hora para salir de la habitación. Tuvimos que esperar el Transfer al aeropuerto en recepción donde no hay zona de estar, más que alguna banqueta pegada en la pared. Siento decir que es un hotel muy incomodo.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026El hotel perfecto para alojarte en Tokio. Está situado en un barrio tranquilo, sin ruido por la noche y en unos 20 minutos de metro puedes llegar a los barrios principales de la ciudad ya que esta muy bien conectado. Las habitaciones son algo más grandes que la media en Japón, lo cual se agradece bastante. Además, tienes la opción de que te limpien la habitación al completo todos los días, ya que en Japón suele ser habitual que solo cambien las toallas. Por otro lado, el personal del hotel es un increíble. Tuvimos un problema, ya que la empresa de transportes nos perdió la maleta. Cuando se lo notificamos al hotel ellos mismos se pusieron en contacto con la empresa, ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos y en dos días apareció. Si volviéramos a Tokio nos volveríamos a alojar sin duda en este hotel.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026El restaurant es bueno, está un poco caro, es mas para gusto asiatico si hay cosas estilo americano pero es muy poco. Sin emabrco el hotel es muy espacioso para Japón la ubicación es muy buena porque hay 2 estaciones de metro en las equinas del hotel. Adicional hay lavanderia de autolavado lo cual me ayudó ya que fuimos varios días y solo llevamos pocos cambios.

Reviewed Aug 20, 20263명이서 지낼거라 트윈룸에 엑스트라베드 있는 방으로 했는데 좋았어요!(추가금 있는 거 아니고 원래부터 베드가 3개인 방이에요) 조용한 방으로 달라고 요청사항에 적었는데, 요청사항도 잘 들어주시고 끝방으로 주셔서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈어요^^ 주차장도, 프론트 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 방도 조용하고 청결해서 좋았어요! 호텔 입구 바로 앞에 편의점도 있고 주변에 밥집도 꽤 있어요
타올 냄새가 조금 쿰쿰해요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 주차장 사용 안내가 정확하지 않아서 헷갈려요 주차 요금은 1박에 1000엔, 체크인 때 주차하면 '주차장'에서 노란티켓과 안내종이를 주시는데, 체크아웃 할 때는 '프론트'에 노란 티켓을 내야해요. 그럼 핑크색 티켓을 주시는데 그걸 주차장에다가 내고 나가면 되더라고요!(티켓이 없으면 주차 할인이 안돼요 근데 한 번 잃어버렸는데 프론트에서 다시 주셨다는... 프론트 친절하셨어요)

朝食のレストランが少し狭いなと感じました。お席がなく並ばれている方もいらっしゃったので、もうすこし広ければと思いました。あと朝食メニューが多ければ･･･とも思いました。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026ホテル到着が早くなってしまったが、会員登録したことにより費用なく対応頂いたり丁寧に接してくれた。また、朝食は広いスペースで美味しくゆったり食べることができた。
ホテル側の問題では無いが、フロントフロアの共同トイレの使い方が悪く清潔で無かった。利用者の国による習慣の違いかも知れない。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026朝食の種類がとても多いわけではなかったが、一つ一つは美味しく満足できました。 バスタオル、フェイスタオルだけでなく、ハンカチ大のハンドタオルまで完備されていて、びっくりしました。連泊するにはありがたいかと思います。
個人的な意見ですが、歯間ブラシか爪楊枝がほしかったです。 ダブルの部屋に泊まらせていただきましたが、一人が椅子を使用すると、ベッド脇を通れずベッドの上に乗ったりして通るのが少し不便でした。 チェックインが少し早く、ロビーで待っていたのですが、座る椅子がなく、待っている人は皆さん立って待っていたので、ソファーや椅子を置いていただいた方がありがたいと思いました。

Çalışanların anlama seviyesi biraz düşüktü. Odalarda ultra küçüktü. (Ayrı zamanlarda aldığımız için bizim odayı bir kere değiştirdiler ancak iki oda arasında hiç fark yoktu, boşuna odaları doldur boşalt yaptılar)

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026地理位置很好附近有鞠町、永田町還有遠一點的赤板見附站，去東京、上野或是池袋、涉谷都剛好在很置中的地點，去橫濱也算是很便利。清潔的部份很乾淨，而且飯店大廳還會提供牙刷、乳液化妝水等等的男女性用品，這樣都不用帶品品罐罐很方便，夜景可以看到晴空塔很漂亮！
連續入住的話，好像只能選擇limited clean（只會掃廁所補浴巾、水還有拖鞋跟收垃圾基本的），如果要full clean的話可能要加價才有，這部分有點在意

Frühstück etwas teuer für japanische Verhältnisse, dabei nicht ausreichend vegetarische warme Optionen für den Preis.

Además de poder pasear por los alrededores, hay muchisimas conexiones en tren que te dejan en 1 o 2 paradas en tu destino. El personal tanto de limpieza como de recepción muy agradable. Al hacer checkout, pueden guardar tu maleta sin coste adicional.
Es un hotel pequeño. El bufé de desayuno, en mi opinión, no merece la pena. Si es cierto que tiene variedad, no es la variedad que deberia tener un hotel de esta categoria. Lo mismo ocurre con las habitaciones, que son muy pequeñas y el baño, bastante anticuado. Las almohadas son muy rígidas. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas que cuesta lo que cuesta, se me queda corto. No tienen servicios que lleven a Narita y viceversa.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Wij hadden de Japanse kamer op de 22ste verdieping en dat was echt een aanrader. Ruim, met goed sanitair en mooi uitzicht over dit deel van Tokyo. Je moet wel op een futon kunnen en willen slapen natuurlijk. Aanrader voor gezinnen deze kamer. Ook het ontbijt is zeer goed.
Beetje muffe geur van de airco op de hele 22ste verdieping.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Close to Nagatacho and Akasaka metro stops. Breakfast was superb, rich in variety. As it happens in all Japan, staff was extremely kind. The room was big enough (floor 22) with beautiful views of the skyline, beds were really comfortable and as many toiletries as you like.
