We had a very pleasant stay and were really satisfied with our experience at the hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay, always kind, helpful, and doing their best to accommodate our requests. We particularly appreciated their help with arranging taxis whenever needed and providing umbrellas when the weather was rainy. One of the things we appreciated the most was the luggage storage service. The hotel kindly kept our luggage for us not only during our stay, but also for several days when we were travelling to other cities in Japan. When we returned to the hotel, our luggage was already waiting for us, which made our trip much easier and more convenient. The room was clean, the facilities were great, and everything was well maintained. Another very convenient feature is the direct access to a 7-Eleven from the hotel, meaning you can easily grab something without even having to go outside. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality, kindness, and help throughout our trip. We truly appreciated it!

Very close to Akasaka train station, amazing konbini in the basement reachable with the elevator. Room very comfortable and quiet.

Pas d'eau à disposition. Une seule petite bouteille de 330 ml par personne pour tout le séjour !!! Les pyjamas mis à disposition ne sont pas utilisables. Ils sont plus petits qu'une taille XS pour le pantalon. Après réclamation, on nous dit qu'il n'y a qu'une seule taille. (?). Pas d'aide de la part de la réception en général.

El hotel es muy cómodo y agradable. Está en una zona tranquila de Tokio pero tienes varias entradas de metro muy cerca, restaurantes y ambiente. El 7 eleven está conectado al hotel y se hace muy práctico. Un 10!!

I was able to leave my baggage there a week in advance while I travelled elsewhere and when I returned it was waiting for me in my room. Excellent service and one of the only hotels in Tokyo that I found allowed me to do this!

Pokoje w hotelu Mystays są bardzo małe. Ledwo daliśmy radę otworzyć walizki. Śniadania bardzo monotonne. Dużo smażonych i tłustych rzeczy a mało pieczywa i wędlin i serów.

衛浴設備蠻乾淨，一些備品也很齊全，拖鞋也有另外提供一次性的供住客選擇。飯店位置有點小坡度，所以會先看到位於B1的7-11便利店，往裡直走就有2台電梯可以通1樓，或使用房卡直接到住宿樓層，這蠻方便的！

Modern, clean and well appointed. This is a great place to stay, it has the feel of a high-end property without all the extra amenities that are not needed and you don't need to pay for. Location was just right, plenty of restaurants around, 7-11 directly within the building. Positioned between two different metro lines, it wasn't a 2 minute walk but the 7-8 minutes was still completely fine. The rooms are small of course but completely manageable with the use of closets and space. Quiet at night both in the neighbourhood but also in the rooms, easy to get a solid sleep.

A very posh hotel without being over-the-top or stuffy. We were surprised at how new and premium everything was. The location was excellent, and the train station was only 10 mins away. The room was clean, new, and very quiet. I noticed the room chair was broken and they replaced it straight away. Every time I asked them something at the front desk, they were quick, very helpful and professional. Having the 7-Eleven downstairs was also super convenient. I went for runs most mornings around the neighbourhood and the Imperial Palace and Akasaka Gardens.

Il quartiere è molto carino, le camere sono belle ma non particolarmente spaziose. Il bagno è molto grande e spazioso.

Camere un po' piccole, un po' distante dai mezzi pubblici.

Das Frühstück und das Personal waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer + Ausstattung war an sich auch solide.

In den Zimmern war die Klimaanlage nicht anständig gereinigt und es war schwarzer Schimmel der sich gebildet hat dadurch hat es modrig gerochen. Die Aussicht war verbesserungswürdig weil direkt gegenüber ein anderes Hotel mit Fenstern war, die bei uns reinsehen könnten wenn der Vorhang offen ist.

J'ai écourté mon séjour dès le premier jour car une odeur de tapis mouillé mélanger à une odeur de moisissures prenais le nez à un point de ne plus pouvoir rester plus. Le personnel de l'hôtel m'ont proposé une autre chambre mais c'était pire. J'ai du prendre 4 jours dans un autre hôtel et payer de ma poche

Beetje afstandelijk hotel vergeleken met de andere accomodaties waar we verbleven. Gym stelt niets voor als je serieus traint. Ontbijt kan voor deze prijs ook wel beter.

7/11 im Untergeschoss, nettes Personal bei Reinigung und im Frühstückssaal und die eine Dame an der Rezeption, täglich frische Handtücher

Meine erste Bewertung jemals, die nicht positiv ausfällt, hier musste ich leider so viel beanstanden, dass ich nicht drumherum komme.. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht und erhielten eins mit Blick direkt gegen eine Häuserwand, Umbuchung/Upgrade war laut Personal nicht möglich. Das Zimmer roch dauerhaft sehr unangenehm, feucht muffig, die Klimaanlage hat den Geruch nicht vertrieben, eher noch verstärkt. Der Kühlschrank war alle 30 Minuten sehr laut, abstellen konnten wir ihn nicht, weil wir ihn für Snacks genutzt haben. Leichter Schimmel an Badezimmerdecke. Und es klebte die ganzen Tage etwas ekeliges schleimiges weißes im Bad zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette, was ich weder genauer angucken noch wegmachen wollte, also lebten wir die 12 Tage damit. Badluftfilter ist sehr träge, es dauert lange bis das Bad entfeuchtet ist. Wäscheservice sollte besser kontrolliert werden. Andere Gäste reißen einfach Wäsche der anderen Menschen kurz vor Ablauf aus den Maschinen, obwohl man sich den Wecker stellt, um pünltlich zum Fertigwaschen vor Ort zu sein. Nur 3 Maschinen und 3 Trockner, die teilweise außer Betrieb waren. Haartrockner zu heiß und nur entweder ohne Spiegel nutzbar oder mit Spiegel im Flur, aber dann musste man sich wegen des kurzen Kabels auf den Boden hocken. Die 4 Sterne für dieses Hotel kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen. In Aomori waren wir in einem 3 Sterne Hotel, dessen Zimmer Welten besser und auch größer war. Den recht hohen Preis hier zahlten wir, weil wir dachten, wir gönnen uns 4Sterne-Luxus, aber wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis enttäuschen.

A great hotel for a few nights at a good price. Very friendly staff and location was good, very near train station if you want to stay slightly outside Shinjuku or Shibuya. Room was clean and compact and breakfasts were good. Also good laundry facitlites.

Quite 'westernised' (food options at breakfast less japanese than other places we stayed and restaurant is italian) although great if that is what you are looking for

Sauber mit einer guten Einrichtung. Das Raumkobzept ist allgemein recht durchdacht. Auch war die Zimmergrösse recht angenehm. Ein 7-Eleven ist auch direkt an das Hotel angebunden und über das Untergeschoss erreichbar

Das Hotel ist leider etwas abgelegen von den U-Bahn stationen. Es braucht ca 7min von der U-Bahn zu dem Hotel. Der Weg ist durchaus okay. Aber kann wärend heissen Sommertagen etwas anstrengender werden

L hotel è molto bello e lo staff è gentile. La posizione abbastanza buona, a 12 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni di ASAKUSA. 7/11 al piano B1 collegato direttamente all hotel.

La stanza molto piccola, come tutte quelle di Tokyo d'altronde.

Chambre fonctionnelle, proche de tout (7 Eleven dans l'hôtel, proche station de métro Harry Potter !) Large choix au petit déjeuner (sucré, salé, asiatique, occidental...)

The best thing about this hotel was the fact that I could take a lift from my room to enter 7 11 shop which was open 24/7.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Rolls were not crispy fresh, even when I warm them up there were not nice. Scramble eggs were runny. In general food was warm not very hot. Tv in the room could be upgraded to smart tv as there were no English channels at all. A/c unit when left on made the room to cold and as soon as it was switched off it was hot.

Le camere erano piccole, umidissime e mal condizionate. L'umidità era anche sulla carta da parati. Le coperte erano sporche e usurate. Il bagno era un'unica stanza con tutti i sanitari all'interno (invece negli altri alberghi giapponesi il lavabo, e spesso anche la doccia, sono separati, cosa che ho scoperto essere estremamente utile). La metropolitana non era particolarmente comoda. Vivevamo il rientro in albergo come la parte peggiore della giornata.

The room had a particular smell to it, I dont know what detergent is used but I turned on the AC for a bit to get rid of it.

Location was excellent. Staff friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. 7 Eleven on B1 was very useful. Judging from the feedback we didn't experience any of the complaints such as mold etc.

Bed against the wall made it difficult to access, lack of meal option, 7 Eleven in B1 proved to be excellent. Small room but adaquate.

Neanche una macchinetta per caffè e simili, le bevande calde erano tutte in caraffa All arrivo, check in previsto alle 15.00 ma le camere non erano pronte Chiesto check out posticipato (a voce ci è stata concessa mezz'ora fino alle 11.30) ma alle 10.30 le tessere della stanza e necessaria per l'uso dell'ascensore erano già disabilitate e dalle 11.00 hanno iniziato a telefonare in camera per ricordare di lasciare la stanza

Smell in the room, or it was coming from another room where somebody was smoking or it's room itself, electeic facilities outdated and bathroom is plastic box expected in2 stars horels not 4. Also ventilation seemed tonhave 2 modes: cold and no air at all.

Io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanze accoglienti dotate di ogni comfort, pigiami e altri servizi. Menzione importante per la gentilezza di ogni singola persona della reception, rara al giorno d’oggi.

Breakfast is not so nice so we tried once and then shifted to other things. There are enough options in the area. Smoking room is available but rather small and only one ashtray which is getrting dirty rather quickly.
