The door closes really loud so the door closing for the next room was affecting our sleep. If the door is tailored to close slowly and not slam, it might be better for everyone.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Curatenie, aproape de mai multe statii de metrou, zona linistita. Check-in si check-out rapide, fara probleme. Ne-au ajutat sa trimitem bagajele la urmatorul hotel. Camera este extrem de mica, la fel si baia, dar ca facilitati, gasesti tot ce ai nevoie.
Internetul nu functiona cum trebuie, mergea putin si se deconecta si trebuia sa te reconectezi. Nu exista o conectare stabila, pentru cand ai nevoie. Ora de plecare este incomoda la ora 10. De obicei este la ora 11.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Room was excellent, well planned to use it for maximum. I had some view in floor 14th. Breakfast was good but very japanese so I had miso soup also every morning. Additional bonus japanese spa.
Pillows were hard for my liking and they didnt have other options. That is the only minus so 9/10

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Zimmer sind klein aber gut ausgestattet und sauber. Handtücher wurden täglich erneuert. Das Frühstück hat durchschnittlich gekostet, das Buffet war aber sehr umfangreich.
Die Zimmer sind doch sehr klein. Die Koffer muss man tatsächlich, wie vorgesehen unters Bett schieben, da man sich sonst nicht bewegen kann. Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, war das kein Problem für uns.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Excellent hotel, superb location next to the metro station. You can easily get anywhere and come back to sleep super comfortably. Great value in Tokyo.
I’m not an onsen person but it was highly advertised. In reality it was quite crowded even though I went past midnight to avoid the crowds. What would have been a relaxing experience turned into a super crowded space and I left quite quickly.

No stairs available in case of urgency which you could use for your decision. They said that they have to unlock the entrance of the stairs first. There was a big earthquake on the first date and I didn’t feel like using elevators afterwards

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026It was easy to get around and at the same time in a relatively quiet area. The staff gave us two duvets for our stay which we requested, and I appreciate that they did so without any hesitation. The onsen was nice as well, however I had to get my own tattoo stickers because I had an allergic reaction to the ones given at the hotel.
The rooms are teeny tiny. We couldn’t connect the tv to chromecast. Also APA in general: I think their design choice of wallpapers are intense and it’s not giving a calm feeling when staying in the room. All in all a decent hotel though.

Bu konaklamadan duyduğumuz hayal kırıklığını birkaç cümleyle anlatmak mümkün değil. Ödediğimiz ücret, otelin konumu ve sunduğu hizmet birlikte değerlendirildiğinde, yaşadığımız deneyimin kabul edilebilir hiçbir tarafı bulunmuyor. Öncelikle saat 15.00’ten önce check-in yapılamaması son derece rahatsız edici. Özellikle kısa süreli bir Tokyo seyahatinde, günün büyük bir bölümünü kaybetmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ancak bunun yanında yaşadığımız asıl problem çok daha ciddi. İlk gecenin sabahında hem benim hem de ablamın bacaklarında çok sayıda böcek ısırığını andıran izlerle uyandık. Benim bacağımda çok daha fazla sayıda ısırık vardı; ancak ablamın bacağında da birden fazla iz bulunuyordu. Aynı odada, aynı yatakta/uyku ortamında kaldıktan sonra ikimizin de aynı şekilde etkilenmesi kesinlikle göz ardı edilebilecek bir durum değildir. Üstelik bu durumu fark ettiğimiz anda resepsiyona bizzat giderek bildirdik. Yani otelin durumdan haberi olmadığı söylenemez. Buna rağmen aldığımız karşılık yalnızca bir özür ve oda değişikliği oldu. Açıkçası bu yaklaşımı son derece yetersiz ve ilgisiz bulduk. Böyle bir durumda misafirin yaşadığı fiziksel rahatsızlığın ciddiyetinin araştırılmasını, odanın ve özellikle yatağın kontrol edilmesini ve en azından konuyla gerçekten ilgilenildiğinin gösterilmesini beklerdik. Bunların hiçbirini yeterli şekilde göremedik. Tokyo’daki ilk günümüzü heyecanla geçirmek yerine, neredeyse bütün gün bacaklarımızı kaşımak zorunda kaldık. Kaşıntı o kadar yoğundu ki seyahatimizin keyfini ciddi şekilde etkiledi. Daha da kötüsü, bacaklarımızda oluşan izler ve sivilce benzeri oluşumlardan gelen sarı sıvılar nedeniyle fiziksel olarak da oldukça rahatsız edici bir durum yaşadık. Eczaneye gitmek, böcek ısırığı kaynaklı kaşıntı için ilaç almak ve bunları kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Aradan zaman geçmesine rağmen benim bacaklarımda hâlâ zaman zaman kaşıntı devam ediyor ve izler tamamen kaybolmuş değil.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The staff were lovely. Friendly, helpful and always available. The hotel room is small, but we knew that before booking. Under bed storage for suitcase. Bathroom has all you need. Room was clean. New towels delivered daily. Location to train station convenient (exit from gate 5 or 6 to be closest to hotel). Overall, hotel is what you expect. If the room was bigger my score would have been 10.
Room size is small. But that is normal for Japan.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Highlight war das kostenlose, öffentliche Bad, Wasserspender gab es auch, zwei Kissen zur Auswahl, sehr sauber, Platz für große Koffer unterm Bett, Gepäck konnte nach Check-Out verwahrt und später abgeholt werden. Direkt nebenan Zugang zur Metro. Dazu ein paar Säfte im Kühlschrank als Willkommensgeschenk.
Manche Mitarbeiter konnten quasi kein Englisch, Klimaanlage hat einen im Bett direkt kalt angepustet und nicht zuverlässig auf die eingestellte Temperatur geheizt, ganz ohne war es im Zimmer jedoch schnell zu warm. Bei jedem Betreten und Einstecken der Zimmerkarte ging außerdem der Fernseher an mit Werbung. Kartenzahlung leider nur mit physischer Kreditkarte, kontaktlos bzw virtuelle Karten, Apple/Google Pay etc nicht möglich. Insgesamt aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026C'était propre, personnel sympa ! Les bains publics super top à faire ! Structure hôtel qui supporte super bien les tremblements de terre au point de ne pas m'empêcher de dormir. Super emplacement, quartier calme comme indiqué. Je recommande !
Chambre petite... même si bien aménagée. Heures de nettoyage fixe un peu chiant quand on envie de faire la grasse mat. Obligé de se réveiller pour laisser le nettoyage se faire (on n'est pas matinale 😅)

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026While the breakfast buffet was a little different from what we're used to, it was done well, when staying for a number of days it would have been nice if the menu changed, also staff were efficient and welcoming.
Although the room was small it had everything we needed, the one thing we didn't like was the bed position, hard to make the bed, curtains were on the bed, and the worse thing was getting in and out of bed having to climbing over the other person.

Очень маленький номер. Двум людям очень и очень тесно. Добавим чемоданы и места не остаётся совсем.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, tranquilla e con la metro vicina per potersi spostare e raggiungere il centro della città. Ci sono locali nel quartiere dove mangiare piatti tipici. La camera, come del resto in quasi tutto il Giappone, non era grande ma aveva tutto ciò che necessitava, pulita e prodotti buoni. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Proche métro, chambres propres. L Onsen est un vrai plus, le fait de connaître l’affluence sur la télévision. Le personnel est sympathique. Le quartier est calme et on se sent en sécurité.
Le petit déjeuner bien mais sans plus. L attente des ascenseurs est trop longues. Il faut être patient pour faire son linge.

Rooms are extremely small with no place to put your luggage. Beds are extremely small and hardly fit two people. While we pre-checked in providing all passport information upfront online, the check-in procedure on the spot took a long time.

Spa havuz kısmında erkeklerin tamamı havuza çıplak girmek zorunda olduğunu bilmiyordum. Bunu bilseydim bu oteli tutmazdım. Bu iğrenç bir şey. Erkekler deniz şortuyla, kadınlar mayaosuyla havuza girmelidirler. Havuzu kullanamadım. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, está junto a una parada del metro y la zona es tranquila porque no es turística, es más bien una zona de trabajo.
La falta de luz natural y lo apretado. La habitación es muy pequeña para dos personas y lo malo es lo oscuro y la falta de vista hacia el exterior.

朝食があまりにもガッカリ。 品数は少ないし美味しくない。 案内された席は朝日が眩しくて 身体を前後に動かしてながら食べた。 満席で移動も出来ず腹立たしかった。 値段と品質が合っていない。 大浴場も狭くて脱衣場も狭く4人着替えれば 隣の人に当たった。窮屈。 部屋はベッドも広く快適だったが 大浴場とアパの朝食を楽しみに していただけに非常に残念。

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nastanitev je nudila lep razgled, predvsem z razgledne terase, prav tako skozi okno sobe. Osebje je bilo prijazno, sami prostori pa čisti in lično urejeni. Omembe vredna je tudi bogata opremljenosot z dodatki za osebno nego, ki so na daljšem potovanju izredno koristni.

La stanza è invivibile a causa delle sue dimensioni ridottissime. Le valigie devono stare sotto il letto e, nonostante ciò, non c’è spazio per viverci. Il bagno idem…la cabina di una nave passeggeri è molto più grande.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή με τη στάση μετρό κυριολεκτικά απέναντι. Η περιοχή πεντακάθαρη και με πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος κοντά. Το ξενοδοχείο είχε αυτόματους πωλητές για όλα τα απαραίτητα σε κάποιους ορόφους. Πεντακάθαροι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι.
Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο ήταν αφόρητα μικρά. Σηκώνεσαι και πέφτεις στη τουαλέτα κυριολεκτικά. Απαράδεκτα μικρό δωμάτιο και δεν είχε καθόλου χώρο να κινηθείς. Ήμουν μόνος και δεν άντεχα άλλο. Εννοείται πως δεν πρέπει να το κλείσει ζευγάρι το δωμάτιο. Κάτι επίσης που μου έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση είναι πως άφηναν κάθε πρωί κρεμασμένα έξω από τη πόρτα πετσέτες και πιτζάμες και μια φορά δεν μου άφησαν τίποτα.

Station de métro à 50 mètres qui dessert plutôt bien la ville, le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute, la chambre était un peu petite mais c'était quand même très agréable 🤗 le restaurant est très bon également 😋

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La ubicación del hotel es muy favorable por su acceso y distancias cortas a los punots más turísticos de Tokio. Su personal es muy agradable, el bufet de desayuno combina opciones locales con internacionales y la comida es excelente. Seguramente volveré
Las habitaciones son muy justas sobretodo cuando tienes bastante equipaje como fue mi caso. Sin embargo, están muy bien equipadas.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Muy limpio, el onsen estaba muy bien. La cama era cómoda. Te dejan amenities como cepillo de dientes, rasuradora, pasta de dientes, etc. Además de café y té.
Que no tenía un supermercado de conveniencia como en otros APA (aunque si tenía una sección para comprar algunas cosas como bebida, ramen y poco más)

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026チェックインの際、若い男性スタッフの方に笑顔で丁寧に対応して頂き、スタッフ教育がきちんとなされているんだなと思いました。大浴場が良いですね。
環境に配慮してのことと思いますが、少しの時間の外出でもクーラーが切れるので、部屋に入る時暑くてなえました。
