No sink no tub in bathroom

Toilets are very old and very LOW hard for seniors No hand rails outside of the tub

The most beautiful thing is that the sun rises and enters through the back window... And you set and enter through the front window.

The pool water is not warm.... Just nothing else

Though not the most inviting/attractive from the outside, I was pleasantly surprised with the room itself. Very roomie, felt very clean, lots of space to put suitcases and tan clothes and even a little coffee maker.

Could use an upgrade but generally speaking not bad

Much more extensive than it appears from the road. Quieter at the back. Clean and well maintained. Lots of warnings and instructions posted. Beautiful gardens improved the motel-like atmosphere. Lobby and check in were sparse and short staffed. Coffee machine and tv in our room #76 weren’t working.

Zum Frühstück gab es Kaffee aus dem Automaten und Muffins, ein kl. Orangensaft und einen Müsliriegel in einer Papiertüte zum MItnehmen. Wir hatten nur den Kaffee, der sehr ordentlich war.

Ansonsten war alles ok.

Quiet, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the garden and all of the landscaping behind the hotel, absolutely beautiful. Very welcoming environment with picnic tables, a fish pond and a couple of garden paths and benches. Really liked the grab-and-go breakfast - it’s a great idea.

The only thing I would have liked to have that wasn’t there is an extra lock on the door. There is a lock to turn once you close your door, but I would have liked an additional chain type lock for an extra feeling of security.

Bed was a little hard.

I admit, I found it a wonderful surprise. From the exterior it looked a little dated and it was packed with vehicles, so I had some immediate concerns. Check in was friendly and easy. The room was nice and cool, clean and well laid out. My night was quiet and comfortable. No complaints. Priced very well.

Parking was a bit tight, but in the end, it was never a problem.

It has a pool but needed to be accessed from outside the building which is fine in the warm weather season...not great in the winter Also,when we went to use the pool,it had been rented for a local swimming group for lessons.This was not shared on their site NOR when we checked in and asked for towels for the pool.

I was quoted higher on the direct Inn phone line. "That was the cheapest room. Period." I remembered that good ol commercial for Trivago and found that INDEED the room was less $. Booked thru them - only to be charged a NON refundable fee of $20 for having a 5lb pupper! The rooms are incredibly dated and altho they have the appearance of clean, dont look to close! There was also makeup on one of my pillow cases!

I liked our kitchen facilities. The gardens and the pool.

The continental breakfast could have a little more selection. Would like to have picked out my own breakfast selection.

Good size unit. Nice big TV. Clean. Staff recognized my physical needs therefore a main floor unit was provided rather than a second floor unit.

No sidewalk to second building. (I had arrived in a taxi. ) No snack machine.

A very nice inn with spacious rooms and friendly staff. They were always helpful and greeted us with a smile. There is a large field next to the property where kids can run around and play.

The large property, beautiful landscaping, large pool house, on site facilities, tennis courts, etc.

Minimal towels, asked for more at the front desk only to receive pool towels. Tiny room garbage cans and no taking the garbage away after the first night, etc. if this is a service offered it wasn’t offered to my group. Front desk staff could benefit from a lesson in hotel etiquette and proper procedures within the industry.

I had a great stay at this place. the service was excellent. A special thanks to the female reception staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their friendly attitude made a real difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

TV reception/TV guide

The grounds were beautiful. The room was clean and beds comfortable and it was quiet.

There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the room. It lessened with the AC on. I couldn't keep the AC on while sleeping as it got very loud.

Beautiful gardens- has full size stove and fridge freezer with some pots and pans .

Tv reception is a little shaky

It was a good place to stay, nothing fancy, but comfortable. We didn’t need to cook there but were surprised to see a full size fridge and stove in the room as well as dishes, etc.

The bathroom was a little crowded but it was ok. Also, floor in the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could be.

Needed a place close to the hospital at a good rate, it was a perfect fit, thanks!

The bathtub is very slippery.. you need to put the anti slip which the property prepared in the tub. The building looks old but it’s well kept.

Newmarket Inn is an old-fashioned inn. Rooms are big and comfortable, but a little outdated. They are located in a quiet area with scenic views of the rural area beyond. Beautifully maintained landscaping is plentiful.

Unfortunately, at the time of our stay, the pool was unavailable for use.

The front end staff are amazing, and very friendly as always. Whenever we have medical appointments, we stay here, and we are never disappointed.

Great value and large comfortable rooms. The room had three large chairs and a table whereas most hotels have only one chair.

The rooms are a good size, comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect.

The floors had a sandy grit to it, need a good mopping?? Our room was at the front of the Inn. The pool is in the back. It was really chilly out, making the walk back from the pool really cold!

The jacuzzi was under maintenance and the pool deck was slippery and full of water. One good thing was that parents were supervising their own children and there was no rough housing in pool area of motel halls. It would be nice if a restaurant was close by or at least within a safe walking distance.

La piscine et le petit jardin.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment basique et surtout, seulement deux sacs par chambre, sachant qu'on était 5, n'était vraiment pas assez. Les lits étaient très inconfortables (trop fermes) et la climatisation faisait beaucoup trop de bruit. Très décevant.

As this is a "motel" style inn, the rooms are accessed from the outside. This is not an issue unless you don't do stairs and your room is on the second story. I'm sure the staff would accommodate you if you mentioned this and they could put you on the ground floor.

Upgraded by surprise to a kitchen suite. Came in extremely handy. Would consider this option again. Water was nice and hot. Strawberry jam was delicious!

Grab and go breakfast bags were handy. Only choice was very hard bagels. Muffins and/or toast would have been nice.

Very clean, housekeeping should get a raise as the room was spotless. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and good tv in the room. Also, a saltwater pool.

Older woman at the Front Desk was very unpleasant, but fortunately I dealt with a very nice young man.

De kamer was verouderd, geen normale dekbedden maar van die oude dekens en het is een niet roken kamer, maar de badkamer stonk ongelooflijk naar rook… we hadden voor twee nachten gereserveerd, maar zijn na een nacht weer vertrokken, geen fijne locatie!!

Affirdable and all I need

The smell when you open the doir. A lot if people stand near my door and smoke. When i entered I literally waljed through smoke.

Completely toxic combination of cigarette smoke embedded in everything plus a huge amount of air freshener not covering it up. Staff rudely said they have no other rooms.

We liked the size of the room, the pool and the staff.

The inn is older so it is worn but clean

Staff was friendly. Full size fridge. We had the pool to ourselves. We were able to check in early.

The beds are way too short. I'm 6 feet and my son is just over 6 feet. My feet were hanging off the end of the bed. The pillows were terrible too. The desk chair needs to be replaced as it was past well worn and gives the impression that they don't care about their guests. Towels for the pool aren't readily available, you need to contact the front desk and have them delivered to you. The worst part of the stay was we couldn't get a single food delivery. Every place I called said they would not deliver as it's not in their delivery zone. My son and I had to survive on a bag of chips due to this.

Absolutely nothing!

Easy check in and out. Kitchenette in suite. Everything technically worked.

No secure lock on the door, had to wedge a chair in the handle. Room was dingy, dim and old. Bathroom was very small and dirty. Advertised breakfast was a grab and go bag with nothing good in it and no options. Warer was way to soft and slimy. More motel than Inn.

The take-away breakfast bag was sufficient given that we wanted an early departure. While close to a busy road the place was not noisy. Thank You for a nice stay.

A truck started-up at 4:00 AM just outside our door, not really the fault of them inn.
