L’emplacement idéal, le cadre calme et la proximité avec la plage. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité.

Stunning location across the road from the beach. We were in a second building which seemed to be more adult. We had our own Bali ese lounger.

The rooms seemed a bit damp. The spa was good but the sauna and steam were not on and you needed to inform them before you wanted to use it which meant a delay before you could use. I think set times when it is up to temperature would work better.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einer Top Lage. Am Anfang des Ortes und deshalb sehr entspannt. Nach wenigen Gehminuten ist man schon im belebten Bereich. Schöne Gegend. Das Frühstück ist toll, sehr vielfältig. Immer frisch und nachgefüllt, egal zu welcher Zeit wir da waren. Wir waren auch abends mal essen und begeistert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Lage ist super sowie das Frühstück auch

Das Zimmer war direkt neben der Treppe und es war sehr laut, man hört jeden Schritt der anderen Gäste

Skvělý hotel na velmi hezkém místě, hned u poloprázdné pláže. Velmi pohodlná lehátka u hotelu, volná v kteroukoliv hodinu. Fantastická snídaně, večeře také skvělá, menší výběr, ale vše moc dobré. Restaurace nebyla přeplněná, snídaně a večeře možné venku, s výhledem na moře. Velmi milý personál a hezký večerní program.

Que se prioriza el idioma inglés al español. Había notas que ni siquiera lo ponían en español. Entiendo que hay muchos clientes ingleses y tienen que usar su idioma, pero estamos en España y el idioma del país debe ser el principal. El español la segunda lengua materna del planeta por número de hablantes nativos.

Tout, hormis peut être un effort à apporter à la restauration midi/soir.

Love how friendly and welcoming this hotel is. We stay every year and just love it every time.

Lovely facilities and staff. Also like the location as it preferred it being away from the main stretch.

Dommage que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parasol et transat réservé sur la plage en face, j aurais aimé du lait sans lactose, avoine ou amande au petit déjeuner. La chambre individuelle, un peu petite et pas très lumineuse.

If you took the key card out of the slot all the electricity goes off so not possible for example to charge your phone if you leave the room

Breakfast was buffet and you can either sit inside or out on the terrace facing the beach and sea The staff were excellent, friendly and at the same time professional

The single room only had one small window which was high up so there was no view. Plus to enter the bathroom, you had to stand in the shower in order to close the door.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and genuinely relaxing. The location is outstanding—right on the beachfront with beautiful views and a lovely promenade perfect for morning and evening walks. The hotel itself has a charming Mediterranean atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. Breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations: a great variety of fresh, high-quality food, delicious fruit, and everything was beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were always friendly and attentive. What we appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Even though the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded or noisy. This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, especially couples and families who enjoy a quieter side of Mallorca. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Thank you to the entire Hoposa Uyal team for making our holiday so special!

Amazing location right by a lovely beach with stunning views over the bay and just 15 mins walk into the main town with bars, shops and restaurants en route. Rooms simply and tastefully decorated, excellent gym, very nice sunbed area and the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Cool rooftop area as well.

Pool was smaller than expected and rooftop pool is really just a plunge pool. However, they were both fine and with the beach so close we didn’t mind.

Bel hôtel idéalement situé à Port de Pollença, avec des chambres spacieuses et propres, une jolie vue sur la mer, un personnel très accueillant et des installations parfaitement entretenues. Petit-déjeuner agréable en terrasse face à la mer. Seul bémol : un tarif un peu élevé au regard du standing proposé.

Konumu, kahvaltısı ve personelin ilgisi bizi memnun etti. Bizimle en çok ilgilenen ve güzel tavsiyeler veren Javier sayesinde güzel günler gecirdik , güzel restoranlar a gittik. Ayrıca kahvaltıda omlet yapan Personelde son derece yardımseverdi. Oda manzarası çok güzeldi. Kendi otoparkının olması da kolaylık sağladı. Check out saati erken olduğu için esyalarimizi emanet e biraktik ama spa kisminda temiz havlular ve duş imkanı vardı.

Ek binada kaldık. 3. Kat koridorunda ve odamizda rutubet kokusuna benzer az rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. Kahvaltidaki kahve makinelerinin kahvesi bu otelin kalitesine göre geride kalmıştı. Taze kahve olmasını dilerdik. Fiyata göre oda büyüklüğü küçüktü.

Loved the size of bed and shower

There was not a lot of hanging space for clothes. The selection of tea was sparse.

The location, staff and buffet breakfast were fantastic. Have the beach directly in front was also a bonus.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Mould through shower.

Everything was good. The room,although maybe a little TLC needed! All of the staff,service,breakfast,entertainment was exellent.

We were booked in for Bed and Breakfast,lovely!! Decided to have evening meal there one night,very disappointing! Cold and a strange choice of food.

The room and the next door room my friend was staying in both smelled of sewer. We did notify the front desk and they came and had a look but didn't improve much. The bed in the room was two singles pushed together, made up separately with two duvets - might as well have been a twin room. The fridge and area around it was much too small

Personnel très sympa, et serviable. Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Chambre super confortable! Services spa, petit dejeuner, piscine etc.

Un peu cher je trouve aux standards de Mallorque mais la destination est prisée donc je peux comprendre.

Äusserst zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und auch das Hotel im Allgemeinen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Das Abendessen bietet für Vegetarier etwas weniger Auswahl, man findet jedoch immer etwas. Preis Leistung des Abendessens ist sehr gut. Besonders schön fand ich die Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick und Pool. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch der Hafen ist zu fuss gut erreichbar.

The air conditioning was not working (not operator error as we have stayed before) we therefore had to sleep with patio door open. Big mistake being ground floor we soon found ourselves subject to a ant and mosquite infestation. As you can imagine we had a very poor nights sleep.

Not a dislike at all but a couple of suggestions. Maybe a sign or a note in your room with the reception phone number, as well as some information on the workings of the air con. We can’t complain as when we spoke to reception about us not being able to regulate the air con somebody was in our room within minutes to help.

Noise from the room above. The pool was difficult yo fet in snd out as a person with restricted mobility. The steps could have been more mindfully designed for ease if getting in and out.

The hotel is very active from 7am, if you are looking for a lie in this hotel is not for you, people are up and about from 7am and noise from the floors above is plausible. Heavy footsteps, talking, hair dryers etc

We had a fantastic stay at Hoposa Uyal. The service was outstanding, with personal attention to every guest and a very welcoming atmosphere. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, including on the rooftop terrace, which made relaxing easy at any time of day. The location is perfect, right by the sea, and the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. After long hikes around Mallorca, this was the calmest and best place to come back to and rest. The food was delicious, and overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would happily return!

The only small downside was that water was not included for free during dinner.

Beautiful calm ambience

Breakfast and the pool were fantastic. The beach is right in front of you and the staff help you however they can, especially at the reception.

The hotel was a bit noisy. Especially early in the morning when the cyclists left for an early morning ride/when the kitchen was preparing the breakfast. No noise at night.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like

The Hoposa Uyal without doubt is one of the most attractive hotels I have stayed in. All the rooms are airy and spacious, decorated with understated style and sophistication, seamlessly blending the traditional with the modern. The terraces and pool areas around the hotel are likewise elegant and beautifully thought out. The staff were perfect, friendly, polite and always helpful......they all gave the impression of pride in their job and in their place of work. The buffet breakfasts were superb, and the relaxed spacious dining room encourage one to linger longer and longer each morning! All this and a beautiful beach across the road with sun loungers and a bar, and just a 5 minute stroll to shops and restaurants on the front. (and parking too.)

my wife and I discussed what we could write here on the flight back...neither of us could think of anything!

Statt einem 10m2 Einzelzimmer habe ich ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick bekommen. Im Himmelbett habe ich wie eine Königin geschlafen. Das Gym ist auch mit Hanteln und Maschinen ausgestattet. Das Spa steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Wunderschöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Anlage, von denen aus man direkt den Strand sieht. Alles Top!

Wenn man an der Rezeption anruft, blockierte eine KI, die nichts versteht und dann einfach auflegt. Aber das Personal an der Rezeption und überhaupt in der ganzen Anlage war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Das Zimmer ist etwas hellhörig. Ich habe ständig Geräusche und Stimmen gehört. Eventuell vom Gym, das 24 Stunden geöffnet ist? Denn von den Nachbarn bzw. im Flur habe ich nichts gehört. Ruhezeit in der Nacht im Gym könnte hier auch für Nachtruhe in den Zimmern sorgen.

Breakfast was great, the room was wonderful and the staff were really welcoming and accommodating. My only gripe is that the bathroom lighting isn't very good, so makes it difficult when shaving as hard to see. Otherwise, the location is perfect - about a 25 minute walk to the end of the port where the restaurants are - and the hotel is really rather wonderful. We will be back for sure!

Das Hotel ist sehr elegant und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Gym hat die Neusten Geräte und vieles zu bieten. Rooftop super Aussicht. Pool eher klein aber dafür hat es ja einen anderen. Fussnah zu vielen Restaurant.

Wir waren mit 2 Jugendlichen in der Juniorsuite die eher zu klein war. Es empfiehlt sich hier 2 Doppelzimmer.

Alles war einfach total toll! Es gibt keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Wir konnten unsere Buchung von 2 auf 3 Personen kurzfristig noch ändern und hatten nicht nur ein tolles Zimmer mit traumhaften Ausblick sondern auch Entspannung am Pool, auf der Dachterasse und ein ausgiebiges Frühstück bei dem es an nix gefehlt hat. Das Personal ist super freundlich und wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Non e' avvisano che hanno un altra struttura con camere, adiacente e divisa dal corpo centrale dell hotel.Nessun ombrellone in spiaggia sulla sabbia.

Veel te duur voor wat het maar is. Totaal het geld niet waard. De kamers zijn ook absoluut niet stil. Dus geen goeie isolatie. Het ontbijt was ok maar niet top en het avondeten echt niet lekker.
