There was not a good management of the sun beds. There were 7 pools, and all had full sun beds with towels, but only 20% of them with people. Which was frustrating for us, because we could never find a comfy sun bed.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, la nourriture et le personnel tout était parfait. Un grand bravo à l’équipe d’animation qui nous a fait le spectacle tout les soirs avec de super représentation.

Newly renovated so most of the buildings are nice and clean and new. Food overall was good quality. The beach is very private and beautiful but not easily accessible. Lots of activities for everyone in the family to do. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Even though you pay for the all inclusive you have to pay again just to reserve a paddle or tennis court. The paddle court is also unusable because the top net is too low. It was Impossible to get a lounge chair by the main pool because People put down towels (even though they aren't they and don't come back for hours) and no one from the hotel helps to make sure this could be avoided. The gym is small and outdated and closes at 9pm. There are only 3 other 'restaurants' which were always booked up so you have to get used to the buffet.

Le stanze non venivano pulite bene, abbiamo avuto tanti problemi a partire dal fatto che abbiamo perso degli occhiali di valore e non ci hanno voluto far vedere le telecamere questo vuol dire che se anche io lascio la borsa con i documenti qualcuno se la prende e tutto regolare se ne lavano le mani poi puoi mangiare solo una volta nei tre ristoranti che ci sono il resto è a buffet tante cose non sono state specificate non c’è il ferro da stiro in camera quindi sei costretto a spendere soldi in lavanderia le capsule del caffè non sono gratis come in ogni hotel ma costano 3 euro all’una in una settimana non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e c’è vedevano un asciugamano sporco non a terra ma appeso non te lo cambiavano la sera quando mangi al buffet tutta la settimana abbiamo bevuto senza mai dover dare il numero della stanza per pagare le bevande l’ultimo giorno dal nulla hanno voluto il numero della stanza per dover pagare le bevande per quanto riguarda il personale Georgia e Katerina olga e galatio sono stati super gentili e disponibili l’ultimo giorno volevamo pagare con la banconota da 500 non l’hanno accettata meno male che avevamo altri soldi con noi altrimenti non potevamo pagare e anche qui punto a sfavore comunque sia non è per niente come viene descritto non è niente chiaro non è così bello e buono come dicono non ci ritornerei onestamente le conche del mare sono belle anche il personale che intrattiene in piscina sono molto bravi ma per il resto niente di così tanto incredibile

Le site est fabuleux, les jardins paysagers, les piscines, la plage aménagée au bord de la falaise, les activités possibles et faciles d’accès. L’hôtel est bien entretenu, très propre. La cuisine et les plats proposés sont nombreux et bons. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et très sympa. La vue de notre chambre donnait sur la mer.

Les offres préposées initialement par l’hôtel ne sont pas claires et devrait être détaillées explicitement dans les annonces, notamment sur booking.com : ce qu’inclut le allinclusive et le demi-pension, une réservation de 7 jours ou moins, en fonction l’accès aux différents restaurants et certaines activités est payante ou gratuite. Trop de variantes que nous avons découvert sur place. Mais l’hôtel et son service client ont toujours trouvé une solution pour nous satisfaire. Trouver d la place sur les transats de piscine est compliqué, les clients posent leurs serviettes tôt sans même y venir et à 8h tout est complet.

Super hotel tout est fait pour vous sentir bien. La nourriture est très bonne, je trouve qu ils sont bien organisé au niveau du restaurant, il vous place assez facilement malgré le.monde. Il y a beaucoup de piscines et plages, ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons eu également un très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée. Le parc aquatique est top pour les enfants. l hotel est très propre. Et une vue magnifique tous les soirs sur le coucher du soleil.

Nous nous sommes aperçus en fin de séjour qu il n y avait pas de personnel de sécurité notamment pour les nombreux ados qui traînent le soir dans l hotel, autour de la piscine et plage. Ce qui est peut etre gênant pour le bruit ou autres ....

房间翻新以后整体感觉不错，步行到游泳池，剧场，餐厅的距离都不远。员工的态度很好，晚上剧场偶尔比较精彩。获取食物的方式灵活方便。

食品虽然种类繁多，但是感觉不够精致。味道也不是很惊叹。和马略卡的Ibecostar相差悬殊。然后喝的咖啡和鸡尾酒很多时候都有太多的糖精

Matelas très confortables pour certains mais trop moelleux pour moi en tout cas...je n'ai pas réussi à y dormir Il faut être motorisé pour accéder à l'hôtel et pour pouvoir se déplacer et visiter les alentours et l'île, sinon c'est trop compliqué, à moins de se déplacer en mini train disponible à l'hôtel, en taxi ou bus, mais quand il fait trop chaud, l'attente est insupportable Sinon tout était trop parfait!

La atención al cliente, fuimos una familia, tres habitaciones. A la llegada nos cambiaron de hotel , Mare Creta , dos habitaciones. La tercera q venía un día después, tuvimos q perder un día de trámite para conseguir una solución. Queríamos estar la familia junta y al final, después de mucho hablar con la recepción de los dos hoteles, una persona (la madre) tuvo q estar separada.

Иногда персонал отеля, в особенности на ресепшн, кажется безразличным к гостям и их вопросам. На пляже бывает грязно, в море много микропластика. Нет ощущения клиентоориентированости, приватности и персонализации подхожа к гостям. Все массово «отель строит тебя под свои стандарты». Не забывайте личные вещи на пляжи, потом их не найти.

Понравилось практически все,комфортный номер с видом на море,веселая анимация,вкусная еда,чистота на территории отеля и в номере👍

Не понравилось только то,что люди приходят кладут полотенца на лежаки и уходят по своим делам,завтракать или еще куда-то.. поэтому занять место на главном бассейне было просто нереально

Our stay at Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare was truly delightful. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views and beautifully maintained grounds that make it a wonderful place to relax. The buffet was divine, offering a fantastic variety of delicious food every day. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the water park—it was an absolute blast for both the kids and the kids at heart! Our children also experienced their very first evening theater show here, and they absolutely loved it. It became one of the most memorable parts of our vacation. The only downside was that our room felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom could definitely use some renovation and improvement. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing holiday in Crete.

Не сподобалось те, що якщо ви маєте полупансіон, то к вам в любий момент підійдуть і скажуть що ви не маєте можливості випити склянку пепси-коли!!! Це якийсь треш. Прямо в час прийому їжї! Вперше взагалі таке бачу!

A notre arrivée le responsable (JOSÉ ) nous a manqué de respect a était très agressif et a claquait la porte de son bureau sur nous mes enfant étais très mal a sa c’est vraiment décevant de sa part car nous sommes client et on ce comporte pas comme sa j’ai garder mon calme car j’étais avec ma famille… Accueil vraiment pas aimable.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Wasserpark war ein echtes Highlight – vor allem für Kinder. Er ist gut organisiert und wird von sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Bademeistern betreut, sodass man sich jederzeit sicher fühlt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Bademeister Andrew. Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihm die Gäste am Herzen liegen. Aber auch das gesamte Team im Wasserpark war sehr nett und hat einen großartigen Job gemacht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Hier ist eine höflich formulierte Rezension: Was mir weniger gefallen hat, war, dass bei der Halbpension die Getränke zum Abendessen – außer Wasser – nicht inbegriffen sind. Das war uns leider nicht bewusst und wurde uns beim Check-in auch nicht erklärt. Deshalb waren wir überrascht, als wir für zwei Sprite 7 € bezahlen mussten. Es wäre schön, wenn Gäste bei der Anreise darüber informiert würden, damit es später keine Missverständnisse oder unerwarteten Zusatzkosten gibt.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is excellent with plenty of variety. There are spectacular views from almost everywhere, beautiful bays for swimming, and a network of walking paths to stroll and enjoy the amazing scenery.

Everything esp my birthday surprise! A whole bottle of prosseco and a lovely fake with a candle!!! i was so surprised! also i liked so much the waitress lady Niki! She is so lovely! You should make her a manager!

i have seen better entretainment shows in the evening in the amohiteatre.. but that doesn't mean people didn't try hard enough and i appreciate it and am thankful for all the programs İ didn't like that guests who are all inclusive are somehow privileged compare to the guests who are half board also if you stay less then 7 nights you cant book in the a la cart restaurant because people with 7 nights and all inclusive only can like we are not paying them 2 month salaries for that 5 nights it didn't feel right somehow although i can understand as a manager in hospitality.. but they could say it somehow otherwise not to make us feel third class

É um hotel perfeito para quem procura tranquilidade, conforto e instalações de grande qualidade. Ficámos alojados num quarto totalmente renovado, ideal para uma família de dois adultos e uma criança. A configuração, com um quarto para os pais e outro para as crianças, proporcionou bastante conforto e privacidade. Todo o hotel está impecavelmente cuidado. A limpeza é irrepreensível, os jardins encontram-se sempre muito bem tratados e toda a envolvência transmite uma sensação constante de organização, qualidade e atenção ao detalhe. As infraestruturas são excelentes, com sete piscinas, incluindo uma com parque aquático, duas enseadas de mar muito calmas e de águas cristalinas, além de acesso direto à praia. Um destaque especial para a equipa de animação, sempre muito simpática e envolvente, em particular a Stay-Cy e a Anastacia, que contribuíram para tornar a estadia ainda mais agradável. Todos os colaboradores do hotel demonstraram grande profissionalismo, simpatia e disponibilidade. Um agradecimento especial ao Theodoros, que nos recebeu à chegada, apresentou o hotel, acompanhou as malas até ao quarto e, no final da estadia, voltou a ajudar-nos com a maior amabilidade. Sem dúvida, um hotel que recomendamos e ao qual teremos todo o gosto em regressar.

Pontos a melhorar Apesar da excelente experiência, deixo apenas duas sugestões que poderiam tornar a estadia ainda melhor: Seria uma mais-valia que o regime Tudo Incluído disponibilizasse um pack de almoço/lanche para os hóspedes que passam o dia fora do hotel em visitas ou excursões. É um serviço que existe em muitos hotéis deste nível e que seria bastante útil. A política de late check-out poderia ser mais flexível. No nosso caso, não foi possível obter qualquer extensão da hora de saída, nem sequer por uma hora. Com voos ao final do dia, esta flexibilidade faria uma grande diferença na experiência dos hóspedes,

The only minor nuisance is that tourists “reserve” the chairs around the pools by adding towels or personal belongings long before they actually use it. Other places have rules against this and they enforce it regularly.

Die Anlage war absolut klasse mit den tollen Buchten am Meer Das Essen in den Restaurants war auch sehr gut Sehr viele Pools und Möglichkeiten auf Beschäftigung Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt auf der Anlage

Es handelt sich um eine teilrenovierte Anlage, wovon einige Zimmer modern sind und einige sehr alt noch von der Ausstattung Schade war es außerdem dass man keine guten alkoholfreien Cocktails bekommen konnte (nur gemischte total süße Säfte) Abwicklung beim Check in am späten Abend dauerte sehr lange

לקחת בחשבון שהמלון לא נמצא באיזור מבודד ואין כלום מסבביב , בערך חצי שעה ממרכז העיר רתימנו , אבל יש במלון הכל , מסעדות , ברים , מופעים , כך שלא הרגשנו שום חוסר משמעותי .

We booked Iberostar Creta Panorama & Mare because we had previously enjoyed an excellent stay at another Iberostar hotel and therefore had high expectations of the brand. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The main restaurant was extremely crowded during almost every meal, making it feel more like a busy canteen than a relaxing four-star resort. The food quality and variety were below our expectations and did not match what we had experienced at the other Iberostar property. Another major issue was our room in the main building. Because of the evening entertainment, guests walking through the corridors and constantly slamming doors, it was almost impossible for our family to get to sleep before 12 p.m. We asked whether it would be possible to move to a quieter room in another part of the resort, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative could be offered. We were disappointed that no further solution could be found. Overall, the resort felt overcrowded and impersonal. At times, it seemed that accommodating large numbers of guests took priority over providing a relaxing holiday experience. After four nights, we decided to end our stay early and continue our holiday elsewhere at our own expense. This was not a decision we took lightly, and it was the first time we have ever left a hotel before the end of a booked holiday. We are aware that many guests may enjoy this type of large all-inclusive resort. However, based on our experience, we would not choose this hotel again and were disappointed that it did not meet the expectations we had associated with the Iberostar brand.

The entertainment staff were amazing-friendly, energetic, and always made every activity fun. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Vrhunski hotel sa puno sadržaja. Čisto, lepo uređeno i održavano, odlična hrana i usluga. Nekoliko plaža, dosta bazena sa slanom i običnom vodom, mini aqua park, za porodice sa decom sve preporuke.

Baš ništa ne mogu da izdvojim.

Die Badebuchten dürften noch etwas schöner sein, es war teilweise etwas umständlich mit der Reservation für die Restaurants.

Este o destinatie in special pentru familii. Sunt tot felul de activitati pentru copii. Curatenie impecabila, intra camerista in fiecare zi.

Plaja proprietătii nu este cea mai bine ingrijita. Apa din piscina este sarata.

We liked the hotel so much that we came back from another town) but on top of all the pleasantries, a huge surprise awaited us: an upgrade to the best room in this hotel!))) The staff was great, the girls at reception were happy with us 😍 The waiters in the main restaurant were top) On this visit we discovered another gorgeous beach right next to the hotel. Food delicious))

Мы второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле в конце июня. Все прекрасно. Очень гостеприимный персонал. Большая зелёная территория, очень вкусная и качественная еда, свежие после ремонта номера, удобная постель. Море волшебное. Пляж сделан как бухта, море прогревается и нет сильных волн. Отель family friendly. Отель высокого уровня сети Iberostar. В основном европейцы. Так что отдых прошёл прекрасно.

Нам понравилось все и в итоге мы хорошо отдохнули и накупались в море. Если уж совсем говорить о деталях, которые в целом не испортили отдых, это то что на фоне такой ухоженной территории, пляж каменистый и я бы сказала, что можно было бы обустроить его лучше. И второй момент, из всех номеров есть боковой вид на море. Но есть сторона с видом на бассейн, а есть номера над центральным входом. У нас был прямо на центральным входом и с 5 утра подьезжали автобусы выгружая и загружая отдыхающих. При этом двигатель они не глушили.

Galėtų būti geresnis priėjimas prie jūros, matyt toje vietoje kitaip nesigavo. Labai ilgas įsiregisitravimas, manau čia tik mums taip gavosi, kita šalia panelė įregistravo ~5 svečius tuo pačiu metu. Bet čia smulkmena. Na ir nešvarios kambario grindys.

Після шторму в бухтах багато сміття, берег не чистять (можливо ми просто не бачили)

Очень понравилось пребывание в этой гостинице! Персонал просто замечательный — дружелюбные, внимательные и всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем с самого первого дня. Номера уютные, современные и очень чистые, всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить команду аниматоров — они настоящие профессионалы! Программы интересные, разнообразные и создают атмосферу праздника каждый день. Питание на высоком уровне: блюда из качественных продуктов, всё свежее и очень вкусное. Повара действительно знают своё дело! Территория отеля большая, ухоженная и очень красивая — приятно гулять и наслаждаться окружающей обстановкой. Также порадовало наличие множества бассейнов, причём с солёной водой, что добавляет особого комфорта.

Единственный минус это то, что некоторые гости лежаки занимают и уходят на весь день.

התארחתי עם בעלי והתינוקת שלנו בת השנה וחצי, מלון שפשוט אין לי מילה אחת רעה אפילו לא אחת!! מהנקיון לאוכל לנראות ליחס לשירות למתקנים הכל פשוט הכל! יוצא מין בכלל חדר חדש חדש נקי ויפה בטירוף מלא בריכות ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש עם פארק מים גדול לילדים. יחס שלא קיבלתי בשום מלון בעולם! חגגו לי יום הולדת במסעדה האיטלקית שהזמינו אותנו אליה שרו לי והביאו לי ורדים אדומים. הכל כלול מהרמות הגבוהות שראיתי במלונות הכל מהכל בכל זמן נתון. באמת מעל כל הציפיות שלנו! תודה רבה למלון המטורף שבוודאות אחזור אליו עוד הזנה בעזרת ה׳❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a great stay! The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. The animation team were amazing with the kids and really made our holiday more enjoyable. The food was great, the resort is spacious with excellent facilities, and we always felt well looked after. Overall, a wonderful experience. 10/10!

Das Hotel und das Gelände sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes Halbpension gebucht. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren reichlich, vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal im Hauptrestaurant war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Der Strand war gut erreichbar und es gab jederzeit genug Liegen mit Schattenmöglichkeiten. Wir waren im Mai dort. Es war also noch keine Hauptsaison. Die Handtücher konnten jederzeit zu den Öffnungszeiten getauscht werden. Wir haben einen Bungalow mit Meerblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet.

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Personal der Rezeption ein wenig überfordert. Wir hatten unser Zimmer bezahlt und warteten nur noch auf den Zimmerschlüssel. Erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhielten wir die Karte für das Zimmer. Mit uns warteten noch ungefähr zwanzig andere Personen, welche ebenfalls noch auf ihre Zimmer warteten. Nach einem langen Tag mit Anreise und Autofahrt zum Hotel mit einem dreijährigen Kind war das ziemlich anstrengend. Während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir zweimal in einem der anderen Restaurant des Hotels essen. Das Essen war lecker. Das Personal des Hauptrestaurants war unserer Erfahrung nach engagierter als die der anderen Restaurant.

Pokój - oddany do użytku pokój nie był skończony. Wielka dziura na balkonie, która nie była w żaden sposób zabezpieczona, a przyjechaliśmy z dzieckiem. Niskiej jakości sprzątanie. W pokoju kurze nie były wycierane dokładnie nawet po zwróceniu uwagi. Toaleta nawet po teoretycznym sprzątaniu nadal była brudna. Spryskiwacze ogrodowe ustawione tak że zalewały balkon i suszarkę z praniem. Sprawa zgłoszona na recepcję 4 razy i nic się nie wydarzyło. Wnętrza szaf były zakurzone.Ubrania po włożeniu do szafy były pokryte białym pyłem. Zgłoszone na recepcję i nic się nie wydarzyło, koniec końców sami powycieralismy szafy ręcznikami. Brak uzupełniania mydła na bieżąco, gdy któregoś dnia mydło się nam skończyło chodziliśmy na recepcję 3 razy w ciągu dnia żeby ktoś przyszedł uzupełnić. Dopiero za 4 razem się udało i mydło zostało przyniesione. Zdecydowanie to nie jest standard pobytu w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu.

Położenie hotelu, piękny, zadbany ogród, czystość pokoju.

Brak przejrzystości w przydzielaniu wybranego pokoju. Duży wybór przy zakupie pokoju, ale nie wiadomo, które pokoje sklasyfikowano jako pokoje z widokiem na morze, a które jako położone w priorytetowej lokalizacji i widokiem na morze, itd. Pierwotnie przydzielono nam pokój, do którego dochodził hałas z urządzeń klimatyzacyjnych i musieliśmy prosić o zmianę. Głośno w restauracji, dużo rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

The food and resort were nice.

I was given the room 1200. The access was litteraly INSIDE the service stairs separated from the main hotel corridor by a fire door. The room was nice but its locatioin is.not normal.

!!!English!!! We are still staying at the Iberostar in Crete with our family until May 18th, but we can already say that this is the best vacation we have ever had. The entire hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the staff — extremely attentive, professional, and very well trained. You can truly feel that they do not provide excellent service just because they expect tips, but because they genuinely care about cleanliness, hospitality, and the well-being of their guests. The hotel complex offers everything you could possibly need: multiple pools, a great pool bar, entertainment, a kids club, and wonderful evening shows for the whole family. Especially for families, this hotel is absolutely perfect. The food exceeded all our expectations. Nothing is being saved here — oysters, salmon, lobster, and many other high-quality dishes are available every day. Even though we only booked half board and not all-inclusive, it is more than enough. Our only small criticism would be that water or basic drinks during dinner could be included. We travel a lot around the world and have experienced many hotels, but this one has completely convinced us. Wir sind mit unserer Familie noch bis zum 18.05. Gäste im Iberostar auf Kreta und können jetzt schon sagen: Das ist der schönste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Das gesamte Hotel ist unfassbar sauber und gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Personal – unglaublich aufmerksam, professionell und hervorragend geschult. Man merkt sofort, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht nur freundlich sind, weil sie Trinkgeld erwarten, sondern weil ihnen Sauberkeit, Service und das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen. Dieses Gefühl bekommt man hier jeden Tag vermittelt.

Bei Halbpension leider nicht mal Getränke zum Abendessen

Wyżywienie w bufecie było doskonałe. Iberostar Selection Marine jest hotelem bardzo przyjaznym dla dzieci - animatorzy i animatorki są fantastyczni. Pokój czysty i ładnie sprzątany - bungalows the best! Wycieczki organizowane przez mini train były ciekawe - urocze wioski, jaskinia, piękne widoki.

Iberostar Waves był zamknięty w dniu przyjazdu, a reklamowany aquapark nieczynny w czasie całego naszego pobytu - renowacje. Otrzymaliśmy pobyt w innym Iberostarze zlokalizowanym zaraz obok i o wyższym standardzie, ale brak informacji przed podróżą był ogromym zaskoczeniem. Na plaży przy hotelu była smoła i nasze buty są do wyrzucenia. Poza tym, dyskoteka na balkonie hotelu była słyszalna w całym obiekcie i dziecko nie mogło usnąć. Po złożeniu reklamacji brakuje odpowiedzi z hotelu. Pomieszczenie ze sceną w Iberostar Selection Marine trochę za małe jak na tak dużą ilość gości hotelowych. Jest tam duszno.

La struttura è davvero molto grande e con un panorama spettacolare ovunque ti giri. La spiaggia privata è molto attrezzata con lettini da mare e ombrelloni. Puoi fare bellissime passeggiate e goderti i tramonti sul mare. Tutto lo staff dell hotel è stato molto affettuoso e premuroso. La mia stanza era spaziosa e pulita. La colazione e la cena a buffet ogni giorno era molto varia e di ottima qualità. Insomma io tornerò sicuramente ❤️

Non ho nessuna nota negativa da fare!!! Anzi complimenti!
