Habitacion muy amplia excelente terraza y vistas al mar habitacion muy equipada y confortable. Amabilidad del personal en especial el recepcionista del Riwo Adrian Y el personal del bufet muy atentos con los niños.

.Unicamente cambiaria horario del bufet una hora mas tarde mejoraria la pizza y el autobus seria deseable que te dejara directamente en la puerta del parque acuatico

El hotel es súper bonito, el apartamento no le faltaba detalle y tenía unas vistas al mar, espectacular

Que no hubiera algún bar

Os quartos são bastante grandes e espaçosos, o que é ótimo para uma família com crianças. O facto de terem cozinha é uma grande mais-valia, principalmente quando se viaja com crianças, pois facilita bastante. Ficámos em regime de tudo incluído e gostámos muito. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Tivemos também o prazer de encontrar uma senhora portuguesa durante os almoços e jantares, que foi uma simpatia e tornou a nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. As piscinas são muito boas e a animação também foi bastante agradável, especialmente para quem vai com crianças. No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva e recomendamos, sobretudo para famílias! Sem dúvida, um hotel onde voltaríamos.

Como aspetos menos positivos, achámos que, tendo nós o regime de tudo incluído, deveria existir a possibilidade de tomar o pequeno-almoço, almoçar ou jantar também no Polynesia, uma vez que faz parte do complexo. Outro ponto que achámos menos conveniente foi o horário do autocarro “Júlia” para o Beach Club. O último horário era demasiado cedo, às 18h, o que dificultava bastante aproveitar as piscinas. Como estávamos com crianças, acabávamos por ter de regressar sempre a pé, o que nem sempre era fácil. Acreditamos que horários de transporte mais alargados e uma maior flexibilidade na utilização dos restaurantes do complexo tornariam a experiência ainda melhor, especialmente para famílias.

En la piscina de Casamaia se estaba realmente a gusto, no había mucha gente y había bastantes tumbonas para poder tumbarte y relajarte, y las instalaciones como el gimnasio de Riwo estaban bastante bien y el apartamento que teníamos la verdad que tenía de todo para pasar unos días cómodamente

Sinceramente el buffet, la verdad que había comidas que no estaban muy allá en cuanto a sabor y calidad, aunque los trabajadores de él mismo eran extramademente agradables y estabas muy cómodo

Apenas se notaba el aire acondicionado en lo que eran las instalaciones del hotel! Las habitaciones si tenían Buenos Aires pero una vez que salías de ella se notaba la bofetada de calor.

El apartamento estaba sucio desde el primer momento que entramos. Al segundo día necesitamos un cambio de 2 toallas que nos negaron porque dijeron que la limpieza y cambio de toallas era al cuarto día y al cuarto día no hubo ni limpieza ni cambio de toallas por lo que fui a quejarme y me dijeron que para estancias tan cortas (5 días) no había limpieza ni cambio de toallas ni reposición de papel higiénico. Me quejé de que no me lo avisaran el segundo día cuando solicité más toallas y entonces sí que mandaron toallas y papel higiénico, que bien lo podían haber hecho días antes cuando lo solicité. El suelo del baño estaba sucio desde que llegamos y así ha seguido durante toda la estancia, polvo por todos sitios sin limpiar y el estante que sujeta los botes de gel y champú estaba roto y cedía al peso de éstos, por lo que había que colocarlos en el suelo. Ademas, no tiene alcachofas de ducha, solamente el rociador de techo fijo por lo que complica la ducha a personas más mayores y niños. El buffet deja bastante que desear, comida muy muy repetitiva y de batalla y todos los días en cualquiera de las comidas había que hacer cola para esperar a que nos sentaran porque estaban saturados. Cuando llamé por teléfono antes de pagar pregunté de la distancia a la playa,ya que íbamos con dos personas mayores y me dijeron que aunque estaba cerca, había unas cuestas bastantes grandes pero que no me preocupara porque había mini autobuses cada 15 minutos que llevaban y recogían a gente de la playa, cosa que cuando llegué era completamente falsa. Los autobuses solamente te llevan de un hotel a otro dentro del resort pero no te llevan a la playa como me informaron incorrectamente antes de pagar. La atención fué más que correcta a excepción de la persona que nos negó las toallas. Las camas eran cómodas pero tiene un precio muy elevado en comparación con los servicios y limpieza que prestan.

El personal siempre muy atento y pendiente a todo. Muy limpio todo. La comida muy buena. El parque acuático genial. Las instalaciones increíbles, puedes acceder a todo con el todo incluido. Nos encantó y disfrutamos mucho la estancia. Tiene unas vistas al mar maravillosa y una playa muy buena al lado del complejo del hotel.

Por decir algo, que el horario de la cena era muy temprano. Solo hasta las 21:30h. Creo que para los españoles en verano es muy temprano. Y hay mucho turismo nacional. Nos gusta disfrutar de playa y piscina hasta tarde y luego cenar más tarde. El resto todo muy muy bien. Destacar al personal porque todos muy amables.

Il y avait parfois une odeur de canalisation dans la chambre. Nous aurions aimé que le ménage se fasse plus souvent tous les 3 jours au lieu de tous les 4 jours et que l’on puisse changer les serviettes tous les deux jours.

En general todo perfecto muy buena ubicación muy limpio y muy buenas vistas prácticamente frente al mar y el personal encantador y una seguridad con barreras identificaciones y demás tal vez demasiado intenso pero comprendo nunca está de más una seguridad intensa y un control de accesos muy regulado

Tal vez el sillón cama del salón era bastante antiguo y nunca suelen ser cómodos pero este concretamente se nota mucho los hierros de las articulaciones

Gracias a Bea en recepción, Cristina ayudante dirección y María del mar en restaurante.

Filthy apartment, full of ants and bugs, no cleaning at all. Bed mattress was hard as wood, the bed itself was like a hospital bed, very bad property, I don’t understand how people rate it 8+. You can’t go to the pool without apointment which is ridiculous and either way the pool was empty because they had problems with the pipes.

Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Appartment war genial. Es ist super dass die ganze Anlage gesichert ist 24h und überwacht. Grundsätzlich wäre alles gut angedacht aber halt einfach nicht gepflegt.

Die ganze Anlage sowie das Zimmer und das SPA sind grundsätzlich schön und ansprechend sind aber in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt. Das SPA war "glischig" in den Becken von Algen, Mosaiksteine fallen raus, die Türen sind verschmiert, die Installationen teilweise kaputt oder schmudellig. Sehr schade. Die Menschen und Bedienung war sehr sehr nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nichts für Geniesser. Die Front-Cooking Stationen waren verschmiert, Öl-Tropfen in den Dampfabzügen. Nicht sehr ansprechend.

Ameisenbefall; harte Betten und zu wenig Töpfe und Lappen o.Küchentücher . Leider war der Pool auf dem Balkon nicht zu benutzen- da er defekt war. 2 Tage hatten wir keine Klimaanlage und deshalb gefroren.....

Rauhallinen majoitus, huoneisto siisti ja tilava, terassilta upeat merimaisemat rannikolle, spa-osasto alakerrassa vapaa käyttö. Mukavaa oli myös että samaan konserniin kuuluvan naapurihotellin runsaat bufee-pöydät oli käytettävissä maksua vastaan.

We checked in at the reception desk at one of the hotels within the resort, so it was super easy to collect keys.

Overall we found it was great value for the money we paid. And we loved it. My only suggestion would be to make the chairs on the balcony a little more comfortable, for example provide padded seat pads. Also, there was a hot tub on the balcony, but not in use, maybe a couple of sun loungers would be a better use of space as the penthouse balcony had afternoon sun, so a sun lounger could be good addition. Also, we needed to buy a tea towel & coasters as they weren’t provided. But that’s just a suggestion. As we really enjoyed our stay at Casamaia & will definitely be booking again as it was super clean, staff were super friendly & we loved our stay!

Hotel bol pre nas sklamanie :( v kupelni pliesne, postel bola priserne nepohodlna, sme uplne dolamaní, náš hotel bol na konci rezortu, kazdy den sme museli slapat daleko do kopca. Cely hotel bol zanedbany aj ked zariadenie vyzeralo podla stylu, ze nie je stare, ale bolo velmi zanedbane. Virivka na terase nebola napustena, a bola velmi spinava.

Bardzo przyjemny pobytu. Piękny widok na morze, spokój w obiekcie. W pokoju było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy.

Pojechaliśmy odpocząć więc Bardzo głośne animacje do 23 wieczorem w hotelach obok przeszkadzały nam,a zamknięciem okna nie robiło różnicy. Warto coś zrobić ze szczelnością okien. Poza tym wyjazd Bardzo udany, personel Bardzo uprzejmy. Polecamy.

Appartement bien équipé, à environ 30 minutes du centre de Málaga et 30 minutes de Marbella. Juste en face de la mer et de la plage. Parking sécurisé et gratuit

Dommage que l’infrastructure ne soit pas bien entretenue car il y a beaucoup de potentiel : - bed de la piscine à moitié cassé - jaccuzzi avec dépôt de calcaire sur une structure qui ne semble pas très stable - fuite d’eau du à la climatisation

Great value for money. The pool was quiet and quite large compared to the other hotel pools. Rooms were nice and clean. Balcony was huge too! All rooms had an advantageous view. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The location was quite off putting. There was no mention in the description regarding the hill/shuttlebus situation or that the apartments were part of a hotel resort. The closest beach was 15 minute walk from the bottom of the resort entrance which was not ideal for my immobile grandmother.

Hotellets adresse er ikke korrekt på Hotels.com. Det ligger på Avenida Del Sol nr 195 Hotellet ligger i et lukket område med 3 andre hoteller. Der er adgang til faciliteterne og underholdningen på de andre hoteller - og spisning mod betaling. Gode lejligheder med skøn udsigt. Gåafstand til stranden. Dejligt roligt hotel (med forfærdelig musik ved poolen) Godt hotel for voksne + større børn. Personalet er over det hele fantastisk imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Internet fungerer upåklageligt. Rengøring i top inde som ude.

This is the place where you can switch off. Total relaxation. Nice and quiet But still within very very easy reach of everything you need. A place where quiet is king. Not a place for kids or those with kids

WARNING! Booked short stay in apartment with hot tub on arrival (evening) the light did not work on the terrace and the hot tub was cold. Raised issue with Expedia and hotel (sent pictures) , day two and three of stay same issue of hot tub not heating up albeit light now working on terrace. Expedia did nothing to resolve the issue and hotel said engineer would resolve….still 5 weeks after complaining hotel have denied the hot tub wasn’t working - DESPITE PHOTOS date marked sent. Add to this unkept terrace with weeds growing and plug unattached dangerously in bathroom. Expedia have no influence to replace anything with the hotel.

Friendly, secure and comfortable apartments. Had everything you might need and very service minded staff. Pool area calm and relaxing. Cleaning perfect, view amazing. Close to beaches and other attractions.

Casamaïa er et nydelig leilighetshotell, med en slående vakker utsikt. Dessverre så led bygget og omgivelsene under litt manglende vedlikehold, men det kan kanskje være fordi vi var der like før sesongen starter? Leilighetshotellet ligger som en del av et større resort (Holiday World), inne på et inngjerdet område. Stille og tilbaketrukken beliggenhet, trygt og godt bevoktet. Hele Holiday World er gjennomført i uttrykk og stil, og oppleves luksuriøst, men avslappet. Om du ønsker å utforske nærområdet, så er det gode muligheter for dette, men da bør du tåle å bruke beina. Det er nydelige turområder rundt resorten, og det er en fantastisk strandpromenade som går hele veien til enden av Fuengirola i den en retningen, og til Benalmadena i den andre retningen. Rommet kunne hatt godt av en real nedvask. Bruksoverflatene var rene, men det var mye skitt i krinker og kroker. SPA’et likeså- ga et slitent inntrykk, og burde vært bedre vedlikeholdt. Steinharde senger, men pluss for at det var dyne, og ikke bare laken å sove med. Resepsjonstjenesten på nabohotellet fungerte utmerket, og servicen jevnt over på hele resorten var veldig god! Alle ansatte vi var i kontakt med var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi prøvde fasilitetene på de andre hotellene (bla. basseng og restaurant), og ble imponert over hvor godt alle tilbudene skalerte til så mange gjester. Vi ga tilbakemelding til verten om vårt syn på renholdet, og ble møtt med takknemlighet og kompensasjon. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake!

Very pleased with everything, especially when awful repetitive music at pool area turned off when requested. Overall cleanliness excellent with only one exception - covers on large sunbeds. Also, my stepdaughter cannot swim so could not go into pool at apartments as no shallow end. These only small niggles as total stay enjoyable and staff wonderful apart from one receptionist who didn't even apologise that our entry chips were disabled 2 days early. All other receptionists apart from her were friendly and helpful.

Quiet and set back from the main action. Amazing view of the Mediterranean. Difficult to access the building with bracelet key. Spa was closed Tuesday and no notice of this. Spa waters and sauna's were not very hot, more temperate climate. I left my razor in the bathroom. when I returned the next day the attendee would not let me poke my head in to double check, insisting it was likely thrown out.

The apartments are nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main hotels but you can access the hotels too which is great. We had family staying in the Polynesia so we could dip in and out as we wished and was nice to go back to peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and presentable and had decent facilities. There were great views from the balcony. The staff we all very friendly.

There weren't many loungers by the pool but maybe this was because the season is only just starting up. The wrist tag to enter the apartments was a little temperamental, took a few goes most times to gain access. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking but that may be a preference issue. The hot tub didn't seem to be available, we didn't enquire so maybe if we had we could have used it but it was covered and didn't seem to be any information about the use of it.

Selve hotellet er greit. Det ligger ubeleilig i forhold til muligheter for gå turer langs sjøen, du må ha bil for å komme seg opp til hotellet. Ellers må man gå lang tur nedover bakken og tilbake er det ganske bratt oppoverbakken. Ikke noe for eldre mennesker. Studio ´var velutstyrt i kjøkken avdeling. Stort bad med både badekar ( glatt!) og dusi ( veldig glatt) Når det blåser ute så uler det ii balkongdør slik at jeg fikk ikke sove. For meg var senga altfor hard, måtte legge en teppe under . Skal vel ikke dit flere ganger.

Great place to stay for a couple of weeks. Well equipped kitchen to cook the basics, comfy living room, and a spacious bedroom & bath. Big thanks to Sylvia and her team for doing an amazing job to any request. Keep up the great work! :)

That the heating was broken and we catched a cold I tried to contact for help but was told on what's app and on chat that someone will come back to me but no one did The jcussi broke during my stay and even when they fixed it the pump and light didn't work The swimming pool closes at 5 that is very early The pictures are made to make you think that its a beach front hotel but it's not

Good size apartment for two people - Great shower - Fantastic views - Good Swimming pool - Good quantity of sunbeds & day beds - Secure site - Use of facilities in the other 3 hotels onsite - If you want a get away from it all place to chill this is it.

Apartment looking tired around the edges - No information about anything in apartment, electric hobs, micro wave, Aircon / heating, the resort as a whole - Very isolated - Need a car or use the local bus service / taxis to get around - end of season a lot of the restaurants, shops, hotel facilities close down.

We went there in December, me, my wife and the baby. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved the room as it's way bigger than a usual hotel room. We had the penthouse suite so we had 2 balconies with an outdoor jacuzzi. It was really nice and we enjoyed every moment. Just a few tips if you are planning to stay there for a few days: 1) They only clean the room once every 4 days. However you can book extra cleaning at the reception, so I would definitely do that next time. 2) They said they will provide enough towels for 4 days, but it wasn't enough for us (maybe we used too many in the first days...). However you can always order more towels at the reception, for a minimal charge. 3) As we were there in December, the reception wasn't always open. So if you need a 24 hour receptionist, then you should go in the summer.

Meget hård og dårlig madras. Udendørs pool flot med fantastisk udsigt. Bygningen og resort området flot. Anvisning af lejligheden fra reception meget mangelfuld, skulle have udleveret et lille kort med angivelse af lejligheden placering. Personalet venlig og i møde kommende.
