Property is old, rooms were ok, washrooms were not good, there was a issue with cold water, toilet seat was too small and broken. Not a 4 star property at all.

The decor and heritage feel was great along with the location. The staff were very good

did have a very bad experience with the Lazy Manager & Hostess of the Restaurant who were too busy gossiping for over 40 Mins while guests were not being looked after !!!

Some of the staff was nice and polite and they assisted my mother finding the room. The location is ok The room size was just ok for the money we paid 6500/- per night but absolutely not worth more than this The music in the Breakfast lounge was nice

The Hotel is at an ok location while the route to the only market Police Bazaar is very narrow and dirty. The interns need more training to attend guests and their needs during breakfast in a more professional manner. The bathroom was very small while room was ok but very noisy. They need to invest in upgrading the rooms as they are very old and the windows have to be put noise and dust proof as road traffic noise was too loud in the rooms. Breakfast was ok but not too great as on one of the days we felt sambhar was smelling like a day old. Reception staff should be very polite while didn't find that in this hotel

This Hotel is not standard of 4 star,Room is small & toilet fittings is very poor quality,TV & AC is very old model.Its room rate is very high not match their out looking quality.

Room & Toilet are not clean.Fittings are not good quality.The color of the curtains is not good. It would be better if it was one color.

Breakfast choice is bad. htoel looks like abt 15 year old with no renovation!

Awesome place to live in. Place is at walkable distance from main Point (Police Bazar). Nice staff and good breakfast. (Plenty of Option)

I found room linen were a bit Old. Need to change the linen. No slippers were provided in the room. You can get it on request.

The breakfast was very good, the chef seems accomplished. The had the best idlis i have had for a long time (sambhar too was v good).

Poor room lighting. Inadequate cupboards & storage.

No mirror in the room. Bathroom floor is too much slippery. Need to change the floor tiles. There is an parking issue. Had to park my car on the street.

Every thing Room ambience and cleanliness, poor quality old linen, congested bathroom, damaged toolilet seat and roof what not else.

We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again.

The property is in a good location but not well maintained . The rooms have foul smell and the food at the restaurant taste awful

Apart from weather nothing is there at properties to like.

1.no bathroom kit provided by hotel management. 2.breakfast was included @200rs per person and they offered bread butter only so we have canceled the breakfast and took the money back. 3. No hot water 4. Room was not cleaned 5. If you want to contact hotel boy than u have to call a mobile number and no one knows when u will get the response on the call. 6.parking space is also not good 7.bed is not at all comfortable

My only thing was the WiFi wasn't working when I was there but the staff were amazing and gave me a dongle so I could stay connected.

The hotel is centrally located.The rooms are super clean.The food tastes great. Must try- steamed dumplings, chicken dishes, Fish curry,and brownie with Icecream. You should not miss the massage here. She was the best.ousekeeping was on point. The staff at reception were very welcoming.

Nothing as such . but as the hotel is centrally located, it has limited parking space avaiable and no driver accomodation whereas the Polo orchid in cherapunjee has ample parking space and provide driver accomodation as well.

Ok food quality.

No hair dryer, room heater although mentioned on all websites.even after calling multiple times no services provided. Online beds arrangement in photos are totally different. 2 beds are visible - one king size and one single bed but actually they have only 2 single beds and after putting extra bed no space remains for walking. Online shows 3 or4 star - they are quite away from stars.
