Położenie hotelu jest w dobrym miejscu (blisko na autobus, do metro mare, do różnych restauracji).

Zepsuta lodówka, ciągłe problemy z zasięgiem i wi-fi, parking bardzo drogi (powinien być wliczony w cenę noclegu) - musieliśmy sami znaleźć w innym miejscu (po długiej podróży było to męczące i stresujące). Na śniadaniach sztućce leżały w bardzo brudnych pojemnikach (wyglądało to bardzo nie higienicznie). Śniadania ok, ale monotonne. Obsługa restauracji mało przyjemna. Hotel proponuje leżaki na plaży, ale za bardzo wysoką kwotę. Na plaży znaleźliśmy leżaki o trzy razy tańsze niż w hotelu... Na dachu mini basen i jacuzzi, ale wszystko tak zabudowane, że można się tam usmażyć... oczywiście w godzinach popołudniowych dodatkowo płatne :( Uważam, że 4 gwiazdki dla hotelu to mocna przesada.

Struttura tenuta bene. Pulitissima. Stanza adatta a due persone, personale gentilissimo. Un po' fuori dal centro di Marina di Rimini, ma in posizione tranquilla. Comodissimo con la metromare, c'è la fermata dietro l''albergo.. hanno la convenzione con un bagno e si spende il giusto per l'ombrellone e i lettini. Molto soddisfatta.

Чудовий персонал! Оперативно допомагають у всьому. В отелі дуже затишно, сніданки смачні, але якщо знаходитись більше ніж 5 днів - трошки здаються одноманітними. Єдине, що не попереджають, що при виселенні потрібно оплатити податковий збір. Все гаразд, ніяких претензій- треба, то треба, але краще, щоб попереджали, щоб не залишалося поганих вражень наприкінці) А так.. приїдемо сюди знову. В цілому все сподобалось.

Bardzo male pokoje, do duosobowego pokoju wlozylli dodatkowo pietrowe lózko na kolejne dwie osoby , dodatkowo byla rezerwacja na osoby dorosle a lozko bylo male, doroslwmu synowo nogi wystawaly w lozka piętrowego. Ciasnota. Winda na ktora trzeba bardzo długo czekać, SPQ na dachu zamykane o godz 15. TV malutkienjak monitor , ale akurat nie ogladalusmy wuecbto nie bylo az taka przeszkodą. Przyszlam o 16 i bylo zamknięte. Drugi raz bym tego hotelu nie wybrała.

Der Kaffee war einer der besten den wir zum frühstück je erhalten haben. Dazu ist die lage zur promenade und auch die ambindung an die öffentlichen verkehrsmittel super gut. Das bett war schön groß und ruhig. Super herzlich wurde auch unser hund empfangen und wir nussten nichts bezahlen für seine übernachtung. Das zimmer war größer als erwartet

Wir waren mit hund da und es wurde nur oberflächlich aber nicht gründlich gereinigt (zb aschenbecher nicht geleert). Ab und an war es sehr laut durch die hellhörige bauweise. Die decken waren für uns zu dünn (ist aber persönliches empfinden)

Az ágyak nem túl kényelmesek.

Tisztaság. Felszereltség. Napi szintű takarítás - törölközőcsere. Papucs. Kényelmes ágyak. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Finom, bőséges választékú reggeli.

Inkább 3*, mint 4*, véleményem szerint. A ‘90-es években és esetleg a 2000-esben még megérdemelte volna a 4*-ot, ma már nem. Ráférne néhol a renoválás, felújítás, valahol pedig csak szimplán a megújítás, új bútorok, új berendezések, stb. No offense! Ez csak az én véleményem!

Der Pool auf dem Dach ist definitiv kein Pool sondern einfach zwei Jacuzzi, also nichts mit schwimmen. Sobald ein Mann sich darin platziert ist er voll und dafür soll man dann ab Nachmittags noch pro Person extra zahlen…nein Danke. Frühstück war ok aber mehr auch nicht.

It was in a good location and the staff were really nice and helpful.

The room was small and a bit dated. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Although the breakfast was on til 11am most of the food was gone by 10am and not replenished when later riser guests came in.

Haben in der Hauptsaison noch ein Zimmer für die gesamte Familie (4 Personen) für 2 Nächte spontan bekommen. Sehr nahe am Strand.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht so sauber und am ersten Tag waren Ameisen im Zimmer…

Pour un hôtel 4 étoile une rénovation des chambre est nécessaire et des douches matelas oreiller tacher douche fissurer matelas pas confortable si je n’enlevais pas les draps moi même il était pas changer ni même refait correctement car le soir je devais secouer les draps . Pour la piscine les deux très petite dommage et seulement ouvert jusqu’à 15h . Sinon le personnel de l’accueil et du déjeuner au top très gentille et serviable

Deuxième année consécutive où on séjourne au Panama Majestic et nous y retournerons ! Le personnel très accueillant et sympathique, les chambres propres, le petit déjeuner complet !! Une valeur sûre à proximité des commerces et de la plage !!

La posizione, molto vicina alla fermata metro mare e a due passi dal mare. La colazione è sempre stata ottima, ampissima scelta di prodotti.

Nos tuvimos que ir una noche antes porque dos noches seguidas no pudimos dormir por el ruido de otros huéspedes, nos pegaban en la puerta por la noche, nos tiraban papel higiénico mojado, nos gritaban y había mucho olor a droga, fue un asco e insoportable

The room was insecure. Balcony door did not lock. We were moved to another room but only after having to argue that it was not acceptable to have to sleep in an insecure room. The gym and pool area were closed for maintenance without us being informed

The breakfast was fantastic! Lots of food options, the staff were attentive and the hours were convenient. The air conditioner was wonderful to have, especially with the extreme temperatures. Claudia at the reception desk made my last few hours in Rimini very enjoyable. She was very friendly and helpful with a beach reservation and holding my luggage until the train departure later in the afternoon. It was also nice to have a small refrigerator in the room, the lighting was fine and the bed was comfortable. The location to Tortuga Beach and a Metromare train stop was very convenient as well as to several restaurants and small shops.

The facilities need updating. The worst part of the facilities was the folding shower door that seemed not have been used in a while because it was stuck on the track. I caught my finger trying to close it because I had to pull on it really hard. The room and floors were quite dusty. Thank goodness I didn't depend on the WiFi because it was terrible. The TV was small which was OK but only a couple of channels were actually accessible. The walls and doors are thin so noisy guests talking and kids running in the hallway were disruptive. The main elevator didn't seem to be stopping at all the floors the day I left. The exercise machines on the rooftop are in the same space as the solarium, so exposed to outside temperatures. The area was free for all guests to visit from 9:00am - 3:00pm; but after that, there was a fee for adults to use or visit the facilities or just to enjoy the partial view of the beach.

La struttura è datata: le camere sono piccole e rumorose e non garantiscono un buon oscuramento. Il bagno è da rinnovare. Colazione passabile. Per un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più ( es. bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia). Piscina a pagamento nel pomeriggio.

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso deludente. I punti di forza dell'hotel sono sicuramente la posizione e la pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti. Purtroppo la colazione non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative: il buffet era piuttosto scarso, con poca scelta ma pochissima scelta. L'aspetto più negativo è stato l'utilizzo della piscina. Dopo il bagno, sia il mio costume che quelli dei miei bambini si sono rovinati,probabilmente per i prodotti usati nel acqua. Un inconveniente molto spiacevole che non dovrebbe verificarsi in una struttura di questo livello. Nel complesso ritengo che questo hotel non meriti la classificazione di 4 stelle. I servizi offerti e l'esperienza vissuta non sono in linea con gli standard che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questa categoria. Mi auguro che la direzione intervenga per migliorare questi aspetti.

Breakfast was pretty good, but containers was empty by 10:00. The hotel placed close to the beach.

My stay was unacceptable. First, despite paying for a sea view, I was downgraded to an inner courtyard room with no apology. Worse, money was stolen from my wallet by housekeeping on my final day. I had left my bag closed in a specific spot; when I returned, the bag had been moved and the cash was gone. I had been leaving generous tips for the cleaning staff throughout my stay, which makes this betrayal of trust particularly cruel and inhumane. When I reported the theft at the reception, the staff simply dismissed me, saying, "No, there’s nothing we can do about it," showing zero interest in security or guest well-being. Do not stay here if you value your property.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is close to the beach. Everything was great! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy and quick to get to the center of Rimini. Highly recommended!

La struttura è in una zona abbastanza comoda ,a circa 30 minuti a piedi da Marina centro ,in seconda fila ma veramente a 5 minuti dal mare ,i bagni convenzionati ottimi ed economici.Parcheggio nelle vicinanze a 10 euro al giorno. Personale gentile e disponibile

La struttura non è un 4 stelle o meglio solitamente da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta molto di più.Le zone comuni dei corridoi hanno una moquette consunta ,per fortuna non in camera .La camera era abbastanza pulita ma il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata! La cosa però che mi ha deluso di più di tutte è la colazione veramente non all altezza soprattutto perché ho trovato prodotti di scarsa qualità ,torte dure ,uova immangiabili e dal colore poco raccomandabile, si salva lo yogurt e o prodotti confezionati

Il personale di sala per la colazione era educato e attento. La colazione era decente ma non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

Tutto. L'albergo è tutto meno che un 4 stelle. Sporco e vetusto. Prima notte dormito su letto con doghe rotte. Secondo giorno cambiato stanza. Camera sporca, piccola xon mobilio vecchio e rovinato e bagno xon perdita di acqua dallo scarico del water. E non vado su dettagli....

La posizione è ottima, vicino al mare e al corso principale con i negozi. La Spa all'attico è molto bella e si vede il mare

Per essere un 4 stelle la struttura non è nuovissima. Credevo fosse più elegante.
