The location. The food was very good.

All-in optie was goed. Gevarieerde menu's elke dag. Afstand hotel en strand prima. Zwembaden aanwezig in het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel.

Onze badkamer werd wel schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf maar er bleef telkens een bepaalde geur achter, volgens mij kwam die geur door de leidingen.

2 senedir geliyoruz zaten , animasyon ekibi hotelinizin en neşelil ekibi bilginiz olsun , özellikle Yılmaz bey ve ekibi. Bu ekip tekrar geri gelmemiz için çok önemli bir adım

الموقع حلو مو محتاجين تطلعون حتى السياره ماتستخدمونه الشارع اللي ع الفندق كل شي فيه مع انكم مو محتاجين تطلعون اصلا كل شي موجود مجانا حتى العصر يحطون ايسكريم ووافل وشاورما وبرقر وفيه كيدز كلوب جميل الصراحة وفيه عاملتين داخل الكيدز حنونات مع الاطفال ويلعبونهم ويسوون معهم انشطة و فيه نطيطا وتركيبات والعاب ويرسمون ع الوجه بعد وفيه مكان فيه ملعب كورة طائرة مدري كورة يد مادرينا فيه الا يوم جينا نطلع حاطينه بغرفة مع جهه ثانيه من المنتجع الاكل فيه الوجبات مجانا والقهوه والشاهي باللوبي برضو مجانيه وفيه بوفيه الاطفال يخصصون يومي حتى يحطون اكل لحقيين الشهور خضار مسلوقه مانسووهم مهتمين بالاطفال البحر قدام المنتجع بس يعني مو خاص بالمنتجع بس غالب اللي قاعدين بالكراسي من نزلاء الفندق حاطيين عماله يجون لو بغيت شي البحر مو تراب جاي حصى ولونه على اخضر مو ازرق بس برضو بيصير انظف من المسابح العامه فيه سلاحف يتخبون بين الشجر حلو اشكالهم نظام المكيف بالغرفة غريب لازم تسكر البلكونه عشان يفتح يمكن شي اقتصادي مدري

العاملين داخل البوفية غالبا يركضون لربعهم والشقر يعني الشقر يروح لمهم يقولهم وش تبون ووش اجيب لكم اما حنا لازم نناديه

The location is perfect a lot of shops surrounding outside the hotel and a lot of nightclubs. The people who are working at the front desk, the receptions are very helpful and and treating the guests so nicely specially ayse , anna and baris who helped me to change my room which was in a very noisy location. Also tose who are working at the restaurant were so nice like asli and abdalwahab.

My first room was in a very noisy location in the resort just close to the clubs outside and the sound was so loud till 3 AM. Could not sleep. The beds mattress was not comfortable and overused. There was a groove in the middle that make sleep is so uncomfortable.in bot rooms i stayed

Posizione strategica in pieno centro con negozi, supermarket e farmacia fuori dall’hotel. Staff super cordiale e disponibile. Mini club spaziale con giochi che non si vedono neanche nelle migliori ludoteche di Milano. Cibo vario e di qualità e possibilità di cenare gratis una volta a settimana nei 2 ristoranti alla carta. Cibo e bevande ad ogni ora… l’acqua non erogata dai dispenser o dai depuratori (che spesso è terribile da bere) ma venivano fornite bottigliette da 33cl illimitate gratis (cosa mai vista in nessun trattamento all inclusive)

La stanza un po' stretta x tre persone , e Avrei preferito anche avere più scelta durante la colazione di brioches di vario tipo prettamente dolce.

Посетихме хотела за втори път. Останахме доволни от стаята, в която ни бяха настанили. Беше малка, но беше на тихо място, имайки предвид, че бяхме с малко дете. Храната ни хареса, плажът и цялостната обстановка. Персоналът беше изключително любезен и приветлив, както на баровете, в ресторанта, така и на рецепцията. Имат нов детски клуб, който е много приятен. Аниматорският екип също много ни хареса.

В банята имаше 2 малки сапунчета и персоналът не сложи нито един повече. Изкарахме 6 нощувки и 7 дни с 2 малки сапунчета. Леглото в стаята не беше удобно за жалост, както и възглавниците. Смятам, че в това отношение трябва малко да реновират стаите.

Biz otelden çok memnun kaldık. Tam bir aile yeri. Ailenizle huzurlu mutlu tatil yapmak istiyorsanız mutlaka gelmelisiniz. Günlük oda temizliği, gerekse otelin temizliği ilgi alaka müşteri memnuniyeti her şeyiyle öne çıkan bir otel. Yemekleri çok güzel, seçenek çok fazla. Günlük yemekleri beğenmeyenler için fast food tüketmek içinde yerleri var. Barmenler çok iyi özellikle Cem kardeşim her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Resepsiyon da yasin bey check out için bize çok yardımcı oldu. Böyle ince ruhlu düşünen insanlar için bile seneye bu otele geleceğiz.

Tesisin konumunu, denize yakınlığını, yeşil alanlarını ve genel atmosferini çok beğendim. Özellikle manzara ve tesisin ferah yapısı çok güzeldi.

Genel olarak tesis ve odalardan memnun kaldık. Sadece eşime masaj yapan hanımefendinin yaklaşımını biraz soğuk ve somurtkan buldum. Daha güler yüzlü ve ilgili olmasını beklerdim.

Das Personal im Restaurant sehr höflich, ein grosses Danke an Restaurant Chef Vahap und seine Kollegen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand, in 10 min ist man in Bodrum Stadtmitte. Das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.

Die Matratzen waren abgelegen. Für die Badetücher für Strand muss man beim einchecken eine Kaution bezahlen.

Beds were super hard, buffet halls were incredibly crowded, meat gave us food poisoning, nights were really loud until past 1am, amenities could not accommodate the amount of patrons or foot traffic, fitness center had many broken machines, staff were plentiful however unhelpful

Parkim Ayaz Hotel’deki konaklamamızdan ne yazık ki hiç memnun kalmadık. Otelin genel kalite seviyesi beklentimizin oldukça altında kaldı. Özellikle yemeklerin kalitesi ve çeşitliliği yetersizdi. Temizlik konusunda da ciddi eksikler olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Hizmet anlayışı da bu seviyedeki bir otelden beklediğimiz standartta değildi. Basit bir Türk kahvesi içmek için bile sürekli lobby bölümüne gitmek zorunda kalmak ayrıca rahatsız ediciydi. Genel olarak otelin sunduğu hizmet ile ödediğimiz ücret arasında ciddi bir kalite farkı olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Tatilimiz boyunca birçok konuda hayal kırıklığı yaşadık ve mevcut deneyimimize göre bu oteli tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz. Bu şikâyetimizin otel yönetimine iletilmesini ve gerekli iyileştirmelerin yapılmasını bekliyoruz.

Not enough pool beds and space, good repetitive ok but nothing special.

I have stayed here twice both times with my better half. The food is amazing, facilities are good and rooms are comfortable. location is prime. lots of shopping just outside the resort.

drinks are not good at all. they use syrups and not juices which ruins the taste. rooms are not well maintained. blankets looked old and had marks. I had to pay extra 2 euros per day for the locker inside my room, this was not a good gesture. Also I had to pay refundable deposit of 10 euro extra for each towel.

Eten was super slecht 7 dagen lang alleen maar frietjes en rijst gegeten personeel was onvriendelijk en brutaal voor het bedrag wat je betaalt valt het echt zwaar tegen geen aanrader ik zou het niet aanraden

Eigentlich war alles Mega. Der Service, das Essen, sogar der Sicherheitsdienst (Oktay) war sehr net und hilfsbereit. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Great beachfront location with direct beach access. The pools were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. The hotel has a lively atmosphere and is within walking distance of many restaurants, cafés, and shops.

The rooms are a bit outdated and could use renovation. Wi-Fi could be more stable, and some areas were noisy at night due to nearby entertainment.

3 yıldır her yaz geldiğimiz bir otel. Bu yaz ikinci kez geldik, hatta arkadaşlarımız da bizden duyup geldiler. İki çocuklu aileler olarak biz de onlar da çok memnun ayrıldık. Yemekler çok lezzetli, snack barda bile çok çeşit mevcut, deniz kenarı olduğu için havuzlar da çok kalabalık olmuyor, istediğiniz saatte denize veya havuza rahatlıkla girebiliyorsunuz, animasyonlar gün boyu devam ediyor. . Bu seyahatimizden 1 gün önce oğlumuz Selim hastalandı. O gün yola çıksak daha kötü olacaktı. Durumu otel yönetimine bildirince hemen rezervasyonumuzu 1 gün ötelediler. Girişte de resepsiyon şefi Osman Bey ve görevli Gökay Bey çok yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Standart oda tutmamıza rağmen çocuklu aileler olduğumuz için oldukça geniş aile odaları verdiler. Animasyon ekibi sadece etkinlikler esnasında değil, gün içinde gördüklerinde bile hem bize hem çocuklarımıza çok sıcak davrandılar. Diğer özellikler, iyi havuz-deniz-yemek-oda vb her otelde olabilir ama bir oteli diğerinden ayıran asıl şey böyle konular oluyor. Karşınızda tatilinizin iyi geçmesi için hep size yardımcı olmaya çalışan bir yaklaşım görüyorsunuz. Bu sayede burada kendimizi evimizde gibi hissediyoruz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

3 grandes piscines dont une avec toboggan Nourriture assez variée

Les lits adultes sont dans un très mauvais état, on ressent les ressorts du matelas dans les côtés, ils grincent. Les lits pour enfants également ne sont pas confortable. Quand ma fille de 5 mois bougeait dans le lit on entendait le bruit du lit à barreau .le lit à barreau de la fille de 3 ans aussi n’était pas confortable, elle s’en ait plein. Les transats etaient plus confortable que la literie Attention : aucun équipement (mixeur) pour les tout petits ou purée dispo contrairement à d’autres hôtels

Entertainment team was disappointing - there where only few announcements in the bathroom's walls with the entertainment programs, there where no one coming to tell you about which will be the programs, where will be the activities, some of them where never done (eg: Zumba), they were playing the same songs over and over, for 7 days I have heard the songs all day. Usually, they were staying and looking at the people, and this was all day long. - disappointing. 2. Food - the food was tasty, but no variety. Each day was chicken cutlets and fish, after 7 days eating the same thing now, I don't want to see chicken and fish on my plates. 3. A la Carte restaurant - we have chosen the Carpe diem restaurant - disappointing. The food did not have any taste, it was awful and the biggest thing which disappointed us was the fact that the drinks need to be paid in this restaurant, even though that it was the same drink from the bar which was free. 4. Parking - we refused to use the valets as we have had some issues in the past in another hotel and from here the storm begun. They have parked our cars in the beach parking lot, the keys remaining on them. From that point of time, in the beach parking lot, they have moved our car from on spot to another in the same parking lot more than 10 times, with no reason. I have confronted the Relations manager and he had no answer. Also, they did not allow us to park our cars in the front of the building we were staying with the excuse that that parking lots are used for check in and check out, even though there were cars parked there from our arrival till the end of our vacation (this was because we did not slip any cash on their valet's pockets) - very disappointing. 5. There was only cleaning at surface. 6.

Bu otele 4. gelişimizdi. İlk kez 2 çocukla (3 yaş ve 2 aylık) bir tatil yapacağımız için bildiğimiz bir yer olsun istedik ve yine memnun kaldık. . Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Rezervasyonumuz standart oda olmasına rağmen 2 çocukla geldiğimiz için büyük bir aile odası verdiler. Resepsiyon sorumlusu beyefendiye çok teşekkür ederiz, çok yardımcı oldu (ismini hatırlayamadım, eşi Denizli'li ama 😅). . Mini club ekibi değişmiş, yeni oyun ablamızı da çok sevdik. Oğlumuz Selim'in çekingenliğini atması için çok yardımcı oldu, çok pozitif ve güler yüzlüydü. . Tadilat geçirmiş otel, çok daha güzel olmuş. Ayrıca snack bar'ın çalışma süresi çok uzatılmış, bu çok iyi oldu. Her an yiyecek çok lezzetli şeyler bulabiliyorsunuz. Snack Bar demişken oranın görevlilerinden Roni'ye de çok teşekkür ederiz, yine çok ilgili ve samimiydi. . Deniz daha bir temiz geldi bu kez, bir uygulama yaptılar mı bilmiyorum ama yosun vs hiçbir şey yoktu. . Her yönüyle çok memnun kaldığımız çok sevdiğimiz bir otel. Özellikle çocuklu aileler çok rahat edebilir. Bu yaz 2 kez daha rezervasyonumuz var.

Genişletilmiş olmasına rağmen restoranda yine kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde yer bulmakta zorlandığımız oldu. Akşam yemeğinde ızgaraların olduğu bölümde de çok sıra oluyor, belki oraya bir çözüm bulunabilir. Bunlar da her otelde olabilecek şeyler zaten, tatilimizin tadını kaçıracak hiçbir şey yoktu.

all-inclusive and not messy at all. great food choices but highlight of trip was staff everyone i mean everyone is doing their best to help you and guide you. pools are great and you need to put your towel early to hold a sunbed at pool. right on beach and sun beds available.

beach is bit rocky, and for me there was nothing else what i didn't liked.

Нам дали номер с видом на море, расположение отеля в оживленном районе, еда очень вкусная, пляж из малких галек, територрия маленькая, но ухоженная и чистая.

Для пользования сейфа потребовали дополнительную плату, не дали карточки для полотенц при регистрации, свежевыжитый сок платный, а соки в автоматах были плохого качества словно разбавлены водой.

Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent. Turkish cuisine is the best! And the beautiful garden created a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. Great place for adults with children. We had a lovely time. The hotel had excellent facilities for children and staff is very nice and friendly.

They also made our stay even more special by surprising my husband with a bottle of wine and chocolates on his birthday, which was a very thoughtful and memorable gesture. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The only downside for us was that smoking was allowed in the outdoor restaurant seating area during meal times. This was quite uncomfortable and unpleasant, as many people were smoking while we were eating. Because of this, we ended up having all our meals indoors near the buffet, even though we would have preferred to sit outside.

Dining room, plenty of food, and the staff are nice A very well-equipped playroom.

The rooms are very basic, more suitable for a hostel than a hotel room. There is very loud noise — we couldn’t sleep because of it, neither at night nor in the afternoon.

El hotel es muy lindo, con muchos espacios comunes, hermosa vista a Gumbet, piscinas y ubicacion. Las habitaciones son correctas, comodas para una estadia, nos toco vista a la bahia/piscina y eso lo hizo maravilloso. El baño comodo con ducha, pantuflas, calentador de agua y balcon. Los chicos que ordenan la habitación tuvieron un gran gesto al dejar un regalo por el cumpleaños de uno de nuestros familiares (sin haberlo solicitado ni avisado) nos sorprendio muchisimo su detalle y atención. Lo mejor: La comida, es muy sabrosa, rica, cantidad y variedad, hay de todoooo. Las barras de bebidas estan abiertas siempre en diferentes espacios, el agua de cortesia en todos lados,etc.

Lo peor: los horarios, esto nos molesto mucho y creo que a la mayoria de los huespedes nos sucedió lo mismo. El horario de almuerzo y cena es muy corto, se aglomera gente, tenes que ir muy temprano si no queres comer a las apuradas. El horario por ejemplo de la cena es de 19.30 a 21.30hs, si volves de una excursion esto queda muy corto ya que llegas tarde. Ademas la gente del comedor esta siempre apurada, corriendo, levantandote las cosas mientras comes lo cual no te deja disfrutar el momento. Estuvimos controlando los horarios y por ejemplo 21.20hs ya empezaban a levantar las bandejas del comedor, no solo es corto el tiempo sino que retiran antes las cosas. En cuanto al restaurante italiano de reserva no vale la pena, me quedo mil veces con el buffet. Otra cosa que me parecio mal es que te cobren un deposito por las toallas de piscina. En general los hoteles funcionan con tarjetas y si no devolves a fin de tu estadia se cobra el cargo pero no dejar un deposito para ello deberian simplificar este servicio, la mayoria de los huespedes llevaban su propio toallon.

Everything!! The Staff in the Restaurant were absolutely the best….always so warm and welcoming!! Food was delicious and they had a new menu every day. The A la Carte Sea Food dinner was spectacular. Mustafa and his son outdid themselves in creating such a delicious dinner spread ….frok the piping hot sea food soup to the Sea bass grilled to perfection and the delicious desserts they made the whole evening so special!! The team at the Italian restaurant also were super warm and friendly when we went there the day we were late for the buffet lunch. Overall the entire team at the hotel restaurants work very hard to ensure that all guests are v well taken care of.

The house keeping staff is a bit lax. They did not clean our room one day and when we complained at the reception, they informed that we had asked them not to clean the room which was not true. Next day they did a very basic cleaning but did not empty the dustbins. I guess it was only our side of rooms which faced this issue. Our cousins who were on another side had spotlessly clean rooms. But I still give the hotel 10 points because our overall experience here was just fabulous!!

There is no way that this place is a 4 stare hotel . I didn’t sleep at all . The food was horrible and the bed is not comfortable at all . I couldn’t wait to get out and leave thank God that I only booked one night .

Öncelikle çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Açık büfe olmasına rağmen içeceklerimizi getirdiler sürekli konforumuz için çabaladılar. Genç ekip çok dinamik ve hepsi oldukça yardımsever pırlanta gibiler. Yemekler oldukça yeterliydi ve lezzetliydi. Ne yesem beğendim. Oda manzaramız şahaneydi, oda yeterli büyüklükteydi. Banyo, odanın içi, çarşaflar, havlular her yer tertemizdi.

Nisan sonu için yeterliydi fakat yazın şezlong sayısının artırılması daha iyi olabilir.

Second time visiting this hotel and we had an amazing time!! Our room this time was excellent, with a beautiful balcony facing the sea. Food very good and a big variety to choose from. Spa is very nice, I had a great hamam and massage.

Only one thing: the water bottles. Too much plastic... It would be nice if they had a different system for the drinking water, like filters or spots in the restaurants and bars to refill your bottle so we don't waste so much plastic. It's a pity for the environment. Everything else was great!!

The food is excellent and varied. The service is excellent.

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the sheets on the bed. It was dirty.

I absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The staff were amazing so friendly and welcoming, and the buffet offered a good variety of Turkish food. The unlimited food and drinks were a real highlight, and everything was very well maintained, including the swimming pool and other areas. It was my first time visiting Turkey and I was really impressed by how kind and friendly everyone was.

The food offered a great variety of Turkish dishes, which we really enjoyed. However, the grill section could have been improved with a wider selection of meats, as well as more options for vegetarians and seafood option.

Lovely location right on the beach. Even though it was early season there was entertainment every night. The staff were very polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was spacious and clean and we could not fault it.

Well Im not a fan of buffet food but I have to say the choice of hot dishes and salads and desserts was exceptional.
