Yiyecekler ve lokasyon güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve saygılılardı. Gece animasyonları güzeldi. Fiyat performans oteli olarak değerlendirilebilir. Spor salonu seçeneği var ama temel aletler ileri seviye bir beklentiniz olmasın. İlayda (hostes) çok sevimli, enerjik, arkadaş canlısı, eğlenmeyi ve eğlendirmeyi bilen bir çalışan. Resepsiyondan Ali Bey çok saygılı, yardımcı ve nazikti. Guest relation ekibinden Melike hanım çok güzel yıl dönümü kutlaması organize etti. Garsonlarımızdan Mustafa abi, barmenlerimizden Ramazan ve adını hatırlayamadığım herkese teşekkürler.

Gün içinde yapılan oyunlar her zaman saatinde ve programa uygun değildi. Oyunların gün içinde belli saatlerde mümkünse çeşitlendirilerek organize edilmesi daha iyi bir eğlence imkanı sağlayabilir. Animasyon ekibinde çalışan bazı arkadaşlar biraz daha gülümsemeyi öğrenmeli ve müşterilerle dans aktivitelerilerinde teşvik edici davranışlar sergilemeli.

Das einzige was mir und meiner Familie gefallen hatte, war das Meer. Schön sauber. Ansonsten gar nichts!

Alles außer das Meer war enttäuschend. Das Personal war größtenteils unfreundlich. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig sauber gemacht, und sogar Ameisen waren im Waschbecken. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude ähneln eher einer Gefängniszelle etwas, das auf den Bildern überhaupt nicht zu erkennen ist. Auch in der Duschkabine lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Das Animationsteam im Hotel war eine Katastrophe und hat leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte das Hotel nicht mit 4 Sternen werben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Das einzig Positive war das Meer.

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights as a family and overall had a very pleasant experience. There was quite a lot of music noise in our first room, but thankfully the staff were very helpful and kindly arranged a room change for us the following day. After moving to the new room, everything was much better. The food was very good, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the sea was beautiful. We were especially happy with the family-friendly facilities, including the baby pool and the dedicated garden playground for babies and young children. The only thing we would suggest improving is the number of flies around the hotel. Having mosquito screens on the windows would be a great addition and would make the rooms even more comfortable, especially for families with babies. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday enjoyable!

I am so sorry that I have to share this review! I am so disappointed!! I paid for relaxed room with sea view thinking that is high rate from Standart room and what I have received........ I love Turkey I have been here lots of time to different places but for the first time in Bodrum. I needed few days off and deside to explore Bodrum. I booked Relax room with Sea view in Royal Asirilik spa hotel 5 star Utra all inclusive for few days . AND....OMG ....SO disappointed!!! This is my first day here and what I received!! .. Firstly I paid for Ultra All Inclusive and there is NOOOO water in my room to drink /make tea/make coffee !! !My room is partialy sea view! The room is 10 years old!! No renovation You can see from the pictures! I am so disappointed!!I love Turkey and have so many Turkish friends but this is not good! And lots of mosquitoes!!! The staff do not take care for the mosquitos! Will never come again! I have been to so many Middle East countries and Arab Countries also and they take care for the mosquitos and for the hospitality of their guests..a lot!.😳😳🫣🫣 So disappointed with Royal Asirlik hotel! And I really can not believe and accept that this is the service in Turkey!, particulary in Bodrum, the Pearl of Turkey....I will not mention the Internet connectivity . If someone from the managers of the hotel deside to ask me something I am here till 22.08 ..in room 316. Unfortunately! because I have already paid in advance. Do not understand me wrong! I do not want to make hate comments I just share my experience on what I have paid and what I have received!

Мы остались очень довольны нашим отдыхом, отель расположен на море, сразу выход на пляж. Очень понравилось, что большая территория, для всех есть развлечения. Еда круглосуточно, если закрыт главный ресторан, то в баре на пляже можно перекусить. Еда понравилась, есть и рыба и мясо, в баре на море - гамбургеры, пицца. Ребенок остался доволен. Шикарный вид на закат в панорамном ресторане на 6 этаже. Вечером в амфитеатре анимация или караоке. Пляж очень понравился, есть немного камней при входе в воду, но для нас это не проблема. Так же на пляже есть водные аттракционы, нам в подарок при заселении дали ваучер (20 мин на каноэ). Рядом с отелем остановка, на маршрутке можно доехать в центр Бодрума за 1 евро, маршрутки ходят каждые 10 мин до ночи. Рядом с отелем тоже есть где погулять, дискотеки и бары до утра. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Были на позитиве, купили экскурсию и сходили в спа. На территории отеля есть и парикмахерская, их услугами мы тоже успели воспользоваться, остались всем довольны.

On a very positive note, the staff deserve special recognition. They were extremely hardworking, friendly and attentive, and I felt that they consistently did their best across the property to make guests feel comfortable and well looked after. Their effort and professionalism were definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

I chose this property primarily to spend time by the beach, so I was quite surprised to find that the beachfront was a very small strip of sand. As a result, I only spent one day of my five days stay at the beach, and for the rest of the trip I ended up using the pool instead. This was not what I had originally planned for the trip since I can experience the pool anywhere. The beach facilities could also be improved. The umbrellas and sunbeds were not particularly comfortable or well maintained, which made the overall beach experience far less enjoyable than expected. The food quality was another area that I felt could be improved. While there was a variety of options available, the overall quality was somewhat below average. I also tried the set menu at the fish restaurant, which was described as an “elite” dining experience, but I was disappointed to find only two choices available on the menu. Given the positioning of the restaurant and the overall discreption of the property, I expected a better dining experience with a better-quality food. Overall, I believe the food quality and dining experience could be significantly improved to better match the level of the property.

As a coeliac checked with easy jet prior to leaving they said contact guest services when you arrive which I've just done only to be told to contact easyJet and go to a different hotel they can't tell me what's not got gluten in as they don't have staff to tell me. Just go to a different hotel. Not to mention the bathroom absolutely stinks it's horrendous. Very dilapidated facilities look okay but not a high star at all.

Väldigt bekvämt rum som vi har haft och jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma personer jobbar här . Bra läge nära både stranden och pool , väldigt bra alternativer som man kan välja vilken pool ska man bada och sola .Coskun på matsalen han är otroligt snäll som man känner sig i hemma :) . Vi förlängde vår semester och de hjälpte också priset som lite mer snällare . Maten var bra och mycket bra sorter som passar för alla . Familj otel , lugn och ro område

Our experience at this hotel was not as good as we expected; overall, it was quite disappointing. The relaxation rooms were dirty and had not been properly cleaned. The rooms did not have Wi-Fi, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff and the food service were satisfactory.

We had a wonderful time at Royal Asarlik Beach hotel. My husband and I came with our 12 year old daughter. The hotel is in a good location and immediately on arrival we met Mustafa from the Panama bar was very friendly and always made us feel welcome and gave us a personal service. The bar staff are polite and don’t serve watered down cocktails. The food was plentiful and it lots of variety especially if you take advantage of the 3 al a carte restaurants on site. The entertainment was amazing and my little girl especially enjoyed the foam party! Billy who sells the best spa packages was not pushy, super friendly and offered good prices. I had my lashes done in the little salon by a lovely lady. Everywhere was so clean including the rooms. There aren’t many English families but that didn’t worry us We are a well travelled family and have always said we would never return to the same hotel but this one has us considering returning next year! Thank you so much for your hospitality

Questo hotel è fantastico! C’è una spiaggia con un mare bellissimo, 2 piscine, SPA, ecc.. c’è tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi e divertirsi. Per mangiare c’è un ristorante all ultimo piano con una vista incredibile 😍 il cibo è molto buono, e cambia di giorno in giorno anche tra i pasti, c’è sempre qualcosa di nuovo da scoprire e assaggiare. Le camere sono moderne e spaziose, balconi grandi. Nel mio prossimo viaggio a Bodrum ci tornerei volentieri! Lo consiglio ✨

Resepsiyon ekibi gerçekten güleryüzlüydüler her konuda yardımcı oldular özellikle Kubilay yardımseverdi bir de Hira hanımdı sanırım. Haricinde, animasyon ekibi gerçekten her gece ve gündüz ayrı programlar yapıp insanları eğlendirdiler kendilerine de ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Çok fiyat performans olduğundan yemekler için çok fazla bir beklentiniz olmasın ama 3 4 öğün çok çeşitli yemekler çıkıyor haricinde içecekler de iyiydi.

Son olarak negatif olarak karşılanabilecek olan şey ise bazı çalışan 2 3 kişi çok amatördü ve hiç kibar değillerdi özellikle garsonlardan Türk olanlar, bunu da sezonluk bir çalışan ekibi olmasına bağlayabiliriz. Fakat tam oturan bir ekip olsa bu otel inanılmaz seviyelere gelebilir.

Mi-a placut foarte mult locatia. Privelistea inedita asupa golfului Gumbet de la restaurantul aflat la etajul 6 a proprietatii. Mancarea gustoasa si diversa. Intratea buna in mare de pe plaja nisipoasa.

La intrarea in camera era defectat intrerupatorul si tot sejurul a fost imposibil de deconectat lumina. Desi a fost solicitata la receptie interventia unui specialist, nimeni nu s-a apropiat sa înlăture deficiența.

The food, the beach and the swimming pools, the night shows every day, the cocktails were excellent !!!

The internet was slow and lagging sometimes, the towels once had stains and -although a detail- the artworks at the walls had faded colors, making the beautiful room seem like it needed a renovation.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Ali, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and his kindness and professionalism really made a difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere.

There wasn’t much to dislike. Overall, we had a great stay and any small issues were handled quickly by the helpful staff.

Das Hotel ist toll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es gibt ein riesen Auswahl. Die Animationen sind auch sehr interessant. Das Hotel und der ganze Umgebung wird extrem sauber gehalten. Ich würde immer wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Everything was perfect. This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is amazing, with a beautiful private beach and breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent — everything was wonderful. The spa and gym were great, and the unlimited ice cream and entertainment made the experience even better. The hotel is located on the beachfront and offers three swimming pools to choose from. The vacation was amazing, and I had a fantastic time.

The biggest disappointment of our stay was that money went missing from our room. I am a very responsible person, and there is no possibility that I simply forgot spending it. However, the money was gone. What concerns me most is the fact that someone may have gone through my personal belongings while I was enjoying my vacation in a five-star hotel. From the very beginning, the housekeeper assigned to our room seemed overly intrusive. She would enter and behave as if she were in her own home, so we decided to keep the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and request service only when needed. In the last few days of our stay, the “Do Not Disturb” sign mysteriously disappeared, and the same employee once again insisted on coming to our room early in the morning. I cannot say for certain that she was responsible, but there were simply too many circumstances pointing in that direction. We had a wonderful vacation overall and truly enjoyed the hotel, but the disappointment caused by this unpleasant incident overshadowed all the positive memories.

Serviciile personalului si facilitatile hotelului au depasit asteptarile noastre. Camera a fost spatioasa si curata. Mancarea a fost diversificata in fiecare zi. Exista locuri de parcare suficiente, iar personalul s-a asigurat sa asigure un loc de parcare pentru masina noastra. Totodata, a existat si o surpriza din partea hotelului. Privelistea din camera si din restaurant este exceptionala. Fiecare seara s-a terminat cu un eveniment deosebit, atat pentru copii, cat si pentru adulti. Voi reveni cu siguranta la acest hotel.

Хороший персонал,добрый и улыбчивый. много всяких плюшек, мноно еды и выпивки, только в рестике нету водки, приходилось собирать с баров 😅 территория большая, хорошая анимация, цена приятная для таконо сервиса

Утюга нету!!! Сделали целую пробоеиу в глажке, надо отдать, заплатить, чтобы на след день дали, этот утюг стоит 10 евро! Хотел купить подарить, в итоге весь народ ходит неглаженный. Заход в море ужасный, маленькие пояжи, можно было расчистить от камней или сделать зоны захода, день делов, ногам хана. Ну и номера уставшие, дверь на балконе не работает, душ падает, приминитвные вещи как утюг которые можно было починить

Very dated and some of the employees are untrained, we asked for pressing and paid for it but the lady was very rude. Also toilet always wet water comes out from the shower to the sink area

Мой номер был с видом на море - номер прекрасен (все как на картинке). Отель имеет 2 пляжа, 2 бассейна. На одном пляже вход в море каменистый, что расстроило, а вот на другом вполне можно заходить в море босиком, далее на глубине - приятный песок. Для меня важен был именно пляж, поэтому здесь мои ожидания оправдались - лежаков много, шезлонги, зонтики - всего достаточно, полотенца выдают. Отель огромный, людей показалось очень мало, хотелось бы пожелать отелю больше посетителей ;) Еще отмечу сотрудников - персонал очень старается, идут на встречу, молодцы.

Я для себя не нашла развлечений вне отеля. Есть барная улица, где много тусовочных клубов, но это не для меня. Набережной как таковой нет, много баров у моря, но они, к сожалению пустуют.

This was my first time here with my friend. It was a nice hotel. The food was tasty. The restaurant and bar staff were always helpful and cheerful. The bar street was very close by. It was also a great location for young people. I will come back soon

Otele geldiğimizde büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Bu otele bırakın 3 yıldızı, tek yıldız bile fazla olur. Otel oldukça eski ve bakımsız. Denizi kalitesiz, adeta ucuz bir sahili andırıyor. Yemekler lezzetsiz ve hijyenden uzak. Personel de son derece ilgisiz ve kaba davrandı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Det var ett bra hotell, man får vad man betalar för. Inte det lyxigaste hotellet men det funkade underbar. Resta ensam med min tvååring och det va alldeles utmärkt för oss. Mat fanns, mycket bra läge med poolen och stranden, bra personal osv. Det va mycket bra. Jag hade ej världens höga förväntningar och min upplevelse matchade förväntningarna.

Maten var nja. Behövde salta allt, men vad förväntar man sig.

Понравился номер "релакс" с видом на море, отдельное бунгало со своей террасой. Питание отличное: баранина, говядина, утка, несколько видов рыбы, морепродукты и всё что к этому прилагается. На пляже лежаков всегда хватало, возле бассейна также. Отдохнули отлично.

Дискотека не очень в отеле, музыка однообразная и только до 12, но возможно это зависит от команды аниматоров. Ходили в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля на дискотеку "Pasha" называется. Дискотека супер, не зря называют Бодрум турецкой Ибицей. Рекомендую.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - DO NOT GO. Food was appalling even in the A La Carte restaurants, the beds gave me a back injury that I still have 4 months later, beach is disgusting and small and full of rubbish, the beach sun loungers were unbelievably uncomfortable. Hotel managers tried their best but they couldn't make it any better. TUI have been a disgrace and refuse to give us our money back, despite having to visit a chiropractor twice during the holiday and offered us a ridiculously small amount of money back in vouchers. The hotel is NOT 5 * and caters for mainly Russian and Ukrainian people, which is absolutely fine, but they have different tastes. Food choices were incredibly poor. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL or travel with TUI

We visited from 21st to 28th October. Unfortunately we weren’t informed that the hotel was closing on 28th October. In the week we were there, the hotel slowly started shutting down. The rooftop restaurant was closed for the last 3 days, leaving us with only 1 restaurant to eat at. The bars closed too leaving us with only the poolside bar and then just the indoor lobby bar for evening drinks. There was no entertainment for the duration of our stay. We went to get an ice-cream one day but it had all been packed away, we still had 3 days left. The food that was on offer was inedible and tasteless. I’d read reviews before we visited but decided to come with an open mind, unfortunately I should have believed the reviews. I have never been on an all inclusive holiday and lost weight!! The hotel itself was fine, the pool area looking out onto the beach was nice. The indoor spa, steam room and sauna were nice however they also closed mid way through our stay so we couldn’t use them for the final 3 days. The room we had was dark and didn’t seem the cleanest. Considering we were the last guests in the hotel, a nicer room wouldn’t have gone a miss. We had a mini fridge in the room which had 3 bottles of water in on our first day. This was never restocked. We had lots of shower gels, a couple of conditioners but no shampoo. The bottles looked like they had been reused and topped up. There was a weird smell coming from the sink. The sink was also blocked. Other family members had a room which smelt of sewage so they had to move rooms. In the final day we were the last guests in the hotel, staff were moving furniture around us as we lay on the sunbeds. Fridges, dishwashers…all being moved as we lay by the pool. The beach was condoned off on the last day while they removed the net from the sea and cleared away the tables and chairs The staff however were lovely and friendly. I can’t fault them. It’s a shame that the hotel was just so awful. Maybe in the height of summer, the hotel would be better with more food on offer, entertainment and an atmosphere. Personally I won’t be returning.

Awful Food, previous reviews are correct and we ended up eating our evening meal in restaurants in Gumbet, where we had some delicious food The Hotel and facilities are good, room was clean and modern and were serviced every day. Breakfast turned out ok because I had freshly cooked omelette and toast every morning, the rest of the food was dire. Evening meals were very poor, cold, unpleasant food, the restaurant was always half empty and it's no surprise with the quality. None of the ala carte restaurants were open. Highlights for the food were a breakfast omelette, a chicken wrap at the bar and the waffles from the pattisere. I've visited all inclusive resorts around the World and never experienced such poor food. Don't book this Hotel

Please please please think twice about coming here. Everything you have read about the food is TRUE! The food is so so bad, we ate out most of the time which is a nonsense when we have paid to be all inclusive.Breakfast was awful, lunch a bit better and dinner was always inedible. The staff are rude and spend more time on their phones than serving , at one point our waiter at the à la carte answered his phone as he was handing us a plate! Management clearly don’t care , the staff don’t care so we as customers should avoid this place. The hotel is really tired looking , things just didn’t work ie showers , coffee machines etc all we got was a shrug of the shoulders from staff. The hotel manager should be ashamed of the way his staff go about their day. Should be 0 stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Nice hotel, quiet area. Bodrum central only about 20 mins by bus which is less than £1 each way. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good selection of food, although I can always find something to eat. The beach.. more of a strip, but all the hotels close by seem to be the same. Garden area around lower pool very nice for sunbathing. Due to language barrier, staff could not always answer my questions… I would say this about many hotels, it would be useful to be given an information leaflet on arrival, however we were given a map of the hotel complex I would stay here again

This hotel is more 3 star! very run down needs a refurb. Just got back & wanted to let people know that the food is very very bland all the same every day , & all freezing cold!! Bar staff are the only friendly staff there. My husband got food poisoning from under cooked burger at the pool snack bar. Check the inside of the meat before eating. Plenty of better hotels in Bodrum. Would never revisit.

The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff.

The first impression was good the first day well the food was less than good all of the food was mislabeled /no allergy information / food was cooked then left under temperature which is dangerous / rice was cooked then kept at lukewarm which is a danger in itself / we we’re supposed get be branded drinks they weren’t Some of the staff were good. But a lot of them were bloody awful didn’t know a word of English the room and hotel definitely wasn’t 5 star at best 3 star at a push they served up food in the morning and if it wasn’t eaten to would be re-served. For lunch. Which was at best pig slop We ended up spending a small fortune eating out even though we had paid for it. Even The local restaurant owners knew how bad the food was even commented about the hotel how bad the food was

We've been at this hotel lots of times over the last 17 yrs, we were there in June of this year and had s good holiday. We returned 4th Oct with family and it was nothing short of horrendous. We were stuck in a dingy dated room on level 4, didn't even know these rooms existed. The balcony was covered in trees and dirty. The shower screen was hanging off and we had an old bath. The good was horrendous, mostly kebab meat. Our first night we tried for 15mins to get soup spoons. Three waiters ignored us, finally I asked a chef and he got us some. Plates and cutlery weren't being replaced, same with food..lots of empty containers. We gave up and ate out all week. Thankfully I complained to easyjet and the reception and we were moved on the Monday to a sea view room, which came with loud music from morning to midnight. The highlight of the week were the housekeeping staff. I can honestly say we won't be back..worst holiday ever.

I think relative to what we paid I couldn’t really find much to complain about. The room was tired but we only slept there. The food wasn’t great and repetitive but there was enough to get a decent breakfast and lunch. Staff were friendly hotel was clean drinks you could get where great right on the beach I would definitely recommend based on what we paid is it a 5* no but then again I definitely didn’t pay 5* prices

Visited this hotel in September 25 and found it clean & tidy, but not 5 star standard as advertised, more like 2-3 star. The open areas were clean, tidy and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room were in need of refurbishment, laminate flooring was well worn and poorly fitted. Signs of repairs to the bathroom ceiling, which needed painting. Seriously in need of new double glazing as noise from a local bar could be heard from midnight to 4 am every night (most annoying to say the least). Also lots of noise from the reception area. The room was directly above reception and overlooked the security lodge (poor view). Food, was not good. Lots of the food looked greasy and was on offer at all sittings (not sure it was fresh), found it strange to offer Sprout, Cauliflower, Cabbage and cold beans for breakfast? As the food was not that good, we resorted to eating out on several occasions, even though we were all-inclusive Having paid a good price to stay at this hotel, it was not value for money. Entertainment available was not the best.

Сегодня выехали из отеля, отдыхали семьей и с друзьями. Номер был в релакс-зоне 425 на втором этаже с видом на море. Номер нас устроил сразу, ничего менять не пришлось. Что хочу сказать в целом об отеле, мы бывалые путешественники и повидали многое и в Турции, и по миру), в соотношении цена/качество 10 из 10. Не раздражало ничего, порадовала территория, персонал(24 на 7 убирают, развлекают, кормят и видно, что очень стараются)! Собираясь в этот отель, прочитала отзывы, и если честно, немного опасалас. Я не знаю, что за негатив льется из людей, кто их так обидел? Пляж чистый, да немного каменистый заход, но не критично, есть расчищенный вход. У нас ничего не пропало, хотя сейфом не пользовались( он платный), закрывали чемодан на код, потом перестали) Насекомых в номере нет, территория тоже обрабатывается. Еда вкусная, на завтрак блинчики, пончика, яйца во всех вариантах приготовления. На удивление в этом отеле очень вкусные фрукты. С 12-16 мороженное, пекут лепешки , бургеры, обед на пляже и в чудесном панорамном ресторане, вечером в лобби приглашенный бармен делает суперские коктейли. Удобное расположение, рядом остановка, аптека, улочка с магазинами, мирном, а101, кэафул. На анимацию ходила пару раз, понравилось, а так отдыхали в релакс зоне, на мой взгляд пляж и заход в море здесь получше. Отдыхом остались довольны, 💯 советую отель к посещению, думаю вернуться, хотя море в этом регионе чуть холоднее, чем в других районах, но бухты безветренная. PS рекомендую подняться на смотровую с ветряными мельницами, точнее с тем, что от них осталось, виды потрясающие

So so so many things wrong, definitely not a 5 star ( Turkey Rating) Not even the 4 star that Tui gives it. Food - Luke warm slop at best ( check the fruit as most of the peaches we picked up were mouldy) it was a real struggle everyday to find food that was labelled (okay if you wanna play roulette with your guts / allergies) as well as food that was hot or flavoured. The desserts all looked great but all had the same flavourless texture and clearly just used food colouring to make them look different. Rooms - Even the “updated” rooms are shocking, expect sewer smells, black mould, dirty stained bedding, crumbling mouldy door frames, toilets that don’t flush, overflowing showers. Location - Isn’t too bad but the “beach” is more like builders rubble and very small but the sea is beautiful. If you want a quieter time don’t venture too far round the bay as all the seafront bars are competing against each other as to who can play their music the loudest and the crackling speakers really don’t matter. The staff - Some are lovely but most we encountered had little to no English so make sure you’re on WiFi / data and use Google translate for conversing Pool - Never went to the main pool but in the relax pool there was an underwater light hanging out the side of the pool with wires hanging out A’la Carte - Italian Restaurant leaves the cold starters ( incl fish dishes) out on the table for at least 30 mins in the heat for the flies to enjoy before you do ( it was 26 degrees Celsius when we were there) and don’t expect any of your food to be hot. I really hope you are reading this before you book but if it’s after I STRONGLY SUGGEST you go to your tour operator and change it. It was so bad we had 4 room changes for varying issues, spoke to the rep on site who was aware of some of the issues and was not happy the hotel was ignoring him. We spoke with 5 other English couples at the hotel ALL experiencing similar issues as we were and ALL were complaining to the hotel, Tui and the rep on site

Отличное месторасположение отеля. Хоть номерной фонд не первой свежести, но уютно. Есть 2 собственных пляжа с барами. Территория не огромная, но зеленая. Разумное разделение на тихую зону «Релакс» и более шумную у главного бассейна. Кормят хорошо, есть выбор сладкого, несколько видов фруктов. Разнообразие немного страдает, но и стоимость отеля сравнительно демократичная. Постоянно в доступности была бутилированная вода в неограниченном количестве и турецкий айран. Выбирали специально номер «Релкс» с видом на море. Так и получилось. Вид с балкона был отличный. Заселят вас по прибытию только после 14:00, но позволят сразу пользоваться всем остальным в отеле. Так де и при выселении. Чек-аут был в 12:00, но мы смогли дальше пользоваться всем комфортом отеля до времени отъезда.

Бар на пляже возле «Релакс» бассейна закрывается в 17:30-17:45, а не в 18:00, как указано в информационном листе отеля. Бармены там очень неповоротливые и предпочитают посидеть в телефоне, вместо обслуживания гостей. По концепции «Ультра всё включено» есть полтора часа, когда нет никакого варианта питания. Сэндвич-сервис, доступный ночью вариант еды на баре Марина, это просто громкое название. Там лежат только помидоры, огурец, колбаса, сыр и не особо свежие булки.

Her şey çok güzeldi çok memnun kaldık odalar tertemiz insanlar çalışanlar personel herkes gayet iyi sadece yemekler yani zaten mükemmel bir yemek beklemiyorduk ortalama yemekler ama en büyük soru yemek saatine ve son 1 saat kala gittiğimizde her şey komple bitmiş oluyordu yani biz hep aç kaldık hele kahvaltılar da akşam yemeğinde de bitiyordu ama kahvaltılar da saat 10:15’te indiğimiz anda bütün her şey bitmiş oluyor bu insanlarla alakalı bir durum olamaz işletmenin yemeği az çıkarması ile alakalıdır sadece bu konuda sıkıntı yaşadık

My boyfriend and I went to the Royal Asarlik for a week at the start of September and we will 100% be going back in the future. We were massively impressed with this hotel and what it had on offer. We stayed in the "relax rooms" which are separate to the main complex hotel rooms, which we think massively benefited our stay. So if you're able to book one of these we would highly advise, as they are away from the hustle and bustle and offer gorgeous views of the harbour. The hotel room itself was slightly dated, and I've definitely slept in comfier beds, but we always take the stance of as long as it's clean and we've got running water/somewhere to sleep, everything else is a bonus! We were concerned about the food options going into this holiday, since my boyfriend is a self-confessed picky eater and the reviews made it seem like there would be absolutely nothing. But, we were pleasantly surprised! Nearly everyday we ate our breakfast and evening meal in the main roof-top restaurant - where you have the most incredible panoramic view of the entire harbour by the way - and then would stay by the "relax pools" in the day time for lunch and snacks. Considering my previous statement of my boyfriend being picky, there wasn't a single day where either of us went hungry. In particular we absolutely loved the open grill and pizza oven by the "relax pools" at lunch time, which ran from 12:30 pm - about 4 pm, where you could have unlimited burgers made fresh, pizza made fresh, chips on tap, and lots of other "picky side bits", as well as endless amounts of tasty salads. We also became a bit obsessed with the patisserie, which opened from 11 am also by the "relax pools" and was open all day, where you could get freshly made waffles, different flavoured ice creams and lots of cakes. We also tried one of the 3 al a carte restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed our mains at the fish restaurant (we weren't overly keen on the starters, but that's more down to personal preference). They also have an Italian and traditional Turkish restaurant, but since the main restaurant was so nice we didn't feel the need to try these. Even when there were nights where all my boyfriend could really it was chicken and chips, he still thoroughly enjoyed it and found everything well cooked and super tasty. So all in all, we really couldn't complain! The private entrance to the beach was another staple of our holiday. Be warned that it isn't a sandy beach, it's VERY rocky, so our Crocs became our best mates for this. We hired a water buggy one day from the sea sports company to the right of the hotel when you're on the beach and their prices were very reasonable. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our allocated cleaner for our rooms would knock on quite early for us though, so we were mindful to hang the 'do not disturb sign' on the door the night before. We travelled into Bodrum one morning, which is lovely for a bit of shopping. We went by bus which is pretty regular on the main street up the road from the hotel and only cost the equivalent of £2 each per journey. There is also a couple of strips near the hotel with bars and clothes/bag shops, which we would often go to in an evening for some retail therapy! Overall, our experience was incredible and was the perfect relaxing holiday my boyfriend and I needed, and we look forward to returning in the future. We had dinner this evening at the fish a l carte,it was delicious,soner and Ahmed were outstanding with there service thoroughly recommend visiting here
