Hotel Vibra Marco Polo I - Adults only

Absolutely disgraceful treatment from security at Marco Polo I. At around 3am, an older security guard decided that two young guests should be thrown out of the hotel in the middle of the night, in a foreign country, with roughly 30 minutes to pack up and leave. The reason? He had apparently been looking through our ground-floor window in the dark and spotted a nitrous canister. I wasn’t partying. I wasn’t causing trouble. I wasn’t even with my friend — he was at a club. I had literally just got out of the shower, was getting ready for bed, and suddenly I was being aggressively told to pack my belongings and get out. No warning. No reasonable conversation. No concern whatsoever about where two young guests were supposed to go at 3am. The irony was unbelievable. There were parties happening throughout the hotel and you could hear the unmistakable sound of nitrous being used elsewhere as you walked past rooms. Yet apparently spotting one canister through our window was enough for this man to act like he’d uncovered an international crime ring. His attitude was appalling — aggressive, smug and completely lacking in basic hospitality or common sense. He seemed far more interested in exercising his tiny bit of authority than actually dealing with the situation like a normal human being. Thankfully, I have a friend who works in security high up on the island and is extremely well connected, so we weren’t left completely stranded. Not every tourist has that luxury. Someone else could genuinely have been left walking around at 3am with their luggage and nowhere safe to stay. Im sure he won’t be there for long, you can’t miss him he looks a bit like terminator, the temu version with no friends.over his job more than his mum Perhaps he should spend less time peering through guests’ windows looking for reasons to throw people out and more time learning how to speak to paying guests with some basic respect.

Room was right on reception which was very loud with guests entering the property 24/7. Woken up by noise every night between 12-6am continuous loud noises.

La habitación llegamos y estaba sucia, nunca la dejaban bien limpia, la terraza ni se molestaron en limpiarla, los vasos del baño sucios, las almohadas olía a sudor , el buffet del desayuno no estaba mal. Las camas no eran cómodas , no volveremos

El personal que estaba durante el día era extremadamente amable, sobre todo la Sra (no recuerdo el nombre) literalmente fue nuestro angelito en el viaje, volvería 100% por ella

Hôtel est très bien situé, bien entretenu et les petits déjeuners sont bons et généreux. Le personnel est profesionnel, disponible et souriant.

Le bruit : les portes des chambres sont mal insonorisées. Les résidents "jeunes" font du bruit jour et nuit dans les chambres et les couloirs. (Ils hurlent, crient et cours dans les couloirs) C'est sans compter ceux qui se défoncent sur les balcons sans se cacher. La musique de la piscine à fond de 11:00 à 18:00. Si vous voulez vous reposer je vous déconseille cet hôtel.

Le bruit incessant chaque nuit et surtout, la non réaction de l’hôtel malgré les demandes de faire des rondes la nuit pour gérer ces tapages nocturnes.

L'emplacement est idéal, quasiment en centre ville. Mais c'est assez bruyant, grosse activité nocturne... Petit déjeuner au rdc, au niveau de la piscine et terrasse. Les buffets sont très copieux et variés.

We have stayed here for a few years now and always have a great time, the location is great and rooms always clean and comfortable

Unfortunately this stay we had an issue with the showers where there was no cold water available, meaning the showers were scalding. We asked for assistance to fix this but the technician went to the wrong room. We also visited another room in the hotel and had the same issue, I’m not sure what was going on but it made it nearly impossible to have a proper shower unless we visited the courtesy room

One main thing that was of a problem with the security, he was an absolute nightmare, was at the room door at anytime trying to get money from us! He took all in over €150 for playing music and having some rubbish in my room, he told us that if we didn’t pay him he would make sure we were kicked out of the room! He was stood at the door watching absolutely everyone coming in and even made us fill our bags with rubbish at take it over to the bin even though we had told him we were leaving the next day and would make sure we took everything out with us, we left our rooms clean! For this reason i don’t think any of our group of 30 would consider staying in the hotel again as between all of our rooms he took close to €1000 for himself by doing the exact same thing to every room! We really hope the hotel resolves this situation as other than that the hotel was good

Ce que nous tenons a signaler en premier c est la gentillesse et le sourire de tout le personnel, accueil, agent de sécurité, personne du petit déjeuner... Ensuite nous avons trouvé un hôtel très propre. Le petit déjeuner est complet, sucré ou salé il y en a pour tout les goûts. Situé idéalement pour tout faire a pied et a proximité des bus pour aller plus loin.

Le seul bémol serait pour le bruit dû aux "soirées" dans les chambres par les jeunes mais bon ils sont en vacances aussi, une paire de bouchon dans les oreilles et c était OK.

No estuvimos en el marco polo porque no lo tenían abierto aún, fuimos en abril, estuvimos en el hotel de en frente el vibra district y es fabuloso, el buffet del desayuno es flipante, la ducha es enorme y sale mucha presión de agua, las camas super cómodas, hay parquing gratis detrás del hotel, pero depende de la temporada cuesta puede costar aparcar, la estación de autobuses está en la calle de detrás del hotel, hay un mercadona y un lidl super cerca. Hay una playa delante y el puerto. Un par de KFC, Burguer king y pizza hut cerca.

Que el jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio. Y estábamos en el sexto piso y se escuchan mucho los motores de la climatización. Se veían solo 5 canales en la tele.

Very lively party atmosphere. Everyone mingling and getting on the way it should be for Ibiza! Great for boys or girls trip!

Wouldnt recommend this hotel for people wanting to chill and have a quiet night!

It was really close to the beach and next to some supermarkets and stores. The room was nice and the balcony was roomy and had a nice view to the side streets.

The pool was basically unusable because from the moment the pool bar opened it was so crowded and extremely loud music was playing so the only times you could use the pool was before the bar opened. You could hear everything going on in the hallways as the walls are thin and the doors aren’t insulated well and since there were a lot of party goers it was rather loud.

Had an incident late at night where I had a fall and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance.cracked my head open and need staples to head wound. Yes I was drunk but my watch was taken off my wrist and £500 euros went from my pocket.on return from hospital I requested to see cctv footage of the incident which happened in the corridor of bedroom.they weren’t willing to help at first.said I had to contact police to put in complaint to see it. I complained again a couple of hours later and miraculously my Rolex watch was behind the reception counter.myself and friends were very suspicious of this incident
