The staff were rude. The place was not even cleaned yet when they hurriedly changed the room that we were staying in. The inclusions of the room were incomplete, we even had to call their bellboy outside of our room to confirm whether it really is incomplete. Out of all the stays we have via Booking.com, this was abysmal.

The sink faucet is too small. The bathtub drains very slowly. The room is very hot. They only give one key, so if you leave, the AC turns off, and it takes time for the room to cool down.

Reviewed May 9, 2026went to sleep around 9:30 PM, but I woke up at 10:50 PM because of the loud noise coming from the room next door. There were constant sounds, like chairs being moved and other disturbances. It was very disruptive, especially since I was trying to rest had just come from a long trip and spent the whole day taking care of errands, so I was already very tired. Unfortunately, instead of getting proper rest, I experienced this inconvenience. I ended up calling the front desk to report the noise. Then the staff check i guess bc it suddenly stop ater a few mins meron na naman. Kaya i suggest sana lahat ng room may soundproof.

WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IF WE ARE ENTITLED TO FREE BREAKFAST,,, WE HAVE SAT AND ALREADY TOOK FOOD ON OR PLATE ( YET THE STAFF CAME TO OUR TABLE AND SAID WE ARE NOT ENTOTLED. WHICH IN THE FIRST SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECK BY THE RESTAURANT STAFF) DISGRACE ON OUR PART.. SAME GOES WITH TOILET TISSUE WE HAD JUST STAY FEW HOURS (BOOK 3 DAYS) YET WE RUN OUT OF TISSUE, AND ASKING FOR NEW ONE TOOK A WHILE,,,

Reviewed May 4, 2026Location is fab for what we needed just across from robinsons place. Also there is a mcdonalds just 200 yards away so it was great for us as our flight was arriving late into manila. Also close to many bars and restaurants.
Stayed here a few times and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. As we was only stay 2 night wasn't worth the hassle of making complaint.

I specifically booked a suite, which was significantly more expensive than the standard rooms. However, the only noticeable difference was a small refrigerator in the room. Otherwise the room looked almost identical to a normal room. For the price, this was definitely not worth it. The room had no windows, the beds were very uncomfortable, and several basic items that are normally provided in hotel rooms were missing. There were also visible water damage stains on the ceiling, which made the room look poorly maintained. In addition, my international flight was unexpectedly changed. Even though I informed the hotel about the situation, one night was removed but I still had to pay for it, and no refund or price adjustment was offered. During check-in the staff also asked me to pay for the room again, even though I had already paid online. Only after I showed proof of payment was the situation resolved. Without this proof I might have had to pay twice. Overall, the stay was disappointing. Despite the good location, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who care about comfort and fair value for money.
